I’ve noticed this super fun thing (and by “super fun” I mean wow you’re all assholes) thing where, if I talk to someone who isn’t a foaming-at-the-mouth-terminally-online-Hamasnik-Jew-hater about what I actually BELIEVE about Israel and Palestine (I personally think that a two state solution and major changes in both governments are needed), people tend to listen and agree with me.

And then I say I’m a Zionist and all that agreement goes out the window. Because people have decided that Zionism means not what Jews say it means (since it is, you know. Our fucking word), but what a bunch of racists who hate us have decided it means, and so what I actually think and want for the people of Israel and Palestine- which is some fucking peace- doesn’t matter. Because I’m a Zionist so fuck my actual beliefs about human rights and peace. I’m a filthy disgusting Zio which means I must drink the blood of Palestinian babies of breakfast.

And that’s not the only thing that drives home to me that this whole “anti-Zionism” thing has nothing to do with caring about Palestine, but it sure is one of them.
