#i am completely unenthused about this whole xpac#i know very little about it (ON PURPOSE) (NO SPOILERS) but everything im seeing so far is like#oh great more elves#thought i would be way more psyched about the nerubians but theyre just making them like anthro spiders instead of like#hivemind sillithid serving the old gods#also not to be a hater but i cannot stand that 'moving manga' critical role castlevania animation they used#like if it were a fan animation id be like WOW THIS IS INCREDIBLE but its...from blizzard.... like#it just looks so stilted and bad. animating on two isnt automatically fluid#it needs in betweens but instead it's a bunch of jump cuts#the shot where it's rotating around her and sylvanas is like barely comprehensible because it's a bunch of keyframes in the span of a secon#anyway hoping this is all the last vestiges of danusers shit and metzen hits it with the frazetta hammer#for the arathi at the very least#like im always happy to watch anything warcraft so im glad we're getting more cinematics#but this in particular does nothing for me
