been away from my computer this weekend so. heres An Attempt to colour with a random app on my phone
baby's first kill! neither me nor cinthe expected that lady to actually die, so i can only interpret it as cinthe losing control in the middle of the scuffle.
uncoloured pic + Very early nemesis rambling under the cut

i find it incredibly funny that Reisz – the blank slate, empty, with no background and therefore no memories of being brought up with any values whatsoever, who 99% of the time felt no difference between doing good or causing harm, who enjoys causing harm even – took a good while to actually kill anyone, their first kill was a permakill yeah but this isn't relevant
& Cinthe. normal young victorian lady, sheltered disabled child from a good catholic family, by all means An Average Person. gets to send someone to the boatman on her first week.
i did Not expect that option to lead to a death lmfao but im a fresh account!! i didn't have the hard earned lessons for the other one. i had no choice.
hyacinthe had no choice. she lost it, for a moment. she sacrificed a lot to come to the Neath, to attempt patching up this one big gaping wound that ultimately made her unable to move on with life. she can't let herself falter. she can't fail and she promised herself no one would get in her way but.
...but.
that doesn't mean she's not going to feel horrible about it.
and then, a little later. red. fucking. honey.
am personally stoked to learn about other corners of FL's setting thru the other ambitions, and im trying my best not to look at guides (paying the price infuriatingly at times. yes i missed the free fate yes im still bitter about it.), so learning what has been going on in the Shuttered Palace this entire time.???? wdym everytime Reisz was dancing the devil's tango in parties or trying to invent heavy metal concerts by composing symphonies using the correspondence there was that LITERAL HELL going on nearby. bro.
...Hyacinthe couldn't believe her eyes. That ↑ was what was going through her mind the entire time: This is hell. I am in hell. I descended to hell.
She had the funny equivalent of Paris Syndrome up until that point but seeing those cages? Knowing she tortured some poor soul when she lingered a little too long in a memory that reminded her of her own past? All that might have broken something in her already. So much pain and cruelty in this place. Everywhere she looked, pain and cruelty.
She figures she'll have to get used to it.
