idk: So..... did you see anything unusual today?
C: Like.. more unusual than usual?
idk: Yeah.
C: No.
idk: I saw some bloke swearing at a lamppost. There was a satchel, more than likely his, and it was hanging from the lamppost. He was jumping at it, trying to catch it, it was out of his reach. Poor guy. I think some bats were flying away with it beforehand.
C: Wait, that newspaper boy that comes here, at the same time, everyday?
idk: ... Yeah.
C: Is he still out there?
idk: Pretty sure. You thinking about helping him?
C: Yes... but I'm worried about this place being left alone.
idk: That quiet guy in the corner's pretty weird.
C: ... Okay. That's unrelated to what we're talking about, but alright.
(a few minutes later. the Singing Mandrake is closed. Harry is still outside.)
C: (leaving) Harry, do you need help?
H: Yeah. Help would be greatly appreciated!
(okay I'll continue this later when it's not 10:15pm and I have to go to sleep)
