coven anon again!! your blog theme is soooooo pretty… I love your life of the spider title, that’s my fav song on TGI! what’s your fav? also specifically what’s your favorite of the letters to god… mine is 1998. Im so obsessed with it that its inspired a whole song fic!

OOOHHH I love love I never loved you, life of the spider(draft), the end (I know it was the first single but THATS just how good it is!!! one of the best songs ever written I fear), the title track and letter to god (1983)! I think what I really like is the country-ness of it and the juxtaposition of a concert setting(its so cheery and high energy) the very emotionally fraught song 'please god I don't wanna be sick' etc like it just feels so so poetic
