How well-known are you in the Lands Between? Are you an obscure figure, or would you say you have a decent sized following?
I have... a bit of a fringe following, so to speak? Those who tend to find me, or who seek me out, are the ones in most dire need of rest. Someone is in pain, and then they find me. Perhaps they are part of a group in pain, and spread word of me. Slaves, prisoners, the chronically ill, those persecuted and dispossessed- all have good reason to find me, but it is hardly a... centralized thing. I have no official chapels nor holy days. I believe I have been mentioned in the books of Golden Order monks in the same breath as paganism, which is very funny to me.
I would say... I am obscure to those who live in comfort and means, but well known to certain groups. Which occasionally results in my people being treated as superstitious. A gladiator making use of my lilies might be laughed at, but of what consequence is that if it works?
People call me a saint, but I was never sainted by any official means, and I suppose that summarizes it best. I am a fairytale, in most of the ways that matter, and that suits me very well.
#[ic]#any room can be a chapel to st trina with a hookah and a few friends /hj#it's fun trying to write her and withhold all the nuances because i 100% could ramble about fantasy religion#belief in her is kind of a revelatory cult?#which is interesting to contrast against more obviously present gods like the Erdtree or the Rot#i've also been drawing some inspiration from the idea of folk saints like Santa Muerte
