Absolutely!

☆Originally, Bonnie was just supposed to borrow the contract and Charon's services to help her find her grandma Agatha's violin. Making a plan with Ahzrukhal to return them both back, which clearly did not go as planned with Charon shooting the shit out of the bastard bartender and traumatising the woman.

☆ Bonnie was terrified of Charon for a very long time during the start of their travels together, stressing in her mind that she would suffer the same fate as Ahzrukhal if she even thought about getting rid of his contract.

☆ At the beginning Charon thought her as nothing more than a snivelling, stupid scavenger that looked like she was going to burst into tears if he just looked her way, which he wasn't too far off as she got nervous and upset whenever he did look at her for long periods of time. He starts to gain respect and feelings for her over a long period of time as events occur.

☆ He may grumble and hates how every place they enter has something trying to eat them or shoot at them, Charon starts to love the travelling they do and having zero responsibilities other than keeping a single small lady holding his contract alive.

☆ Despite being scared of him at the beginning, Bonnie still felt obligated to make sure he rested and ate. It took a while for him to accept her offers of taking nightly watch and taking the foods she made.

☆ Charon had to teach Bonnie how to properly use a fire arm, the large ghoul actually ended up enjoying teaching someone a skill and have them actually learn and listen.

☆ Both Charon and Bonnie hate bugs, are grossed out by them and it ends up in an argument on who should deal with them. Bonnie has a crippling fear towards Centaurs though, which Charon is more than happy to deal with them.

☆ Charon enjoys making sassy comments at Bonnie about things she does, says or wears, especially when she learned to shoot back at him with her own snark. Finding her getting flustered when she's trying to one up him amusing. See's it as their little thing, gets peeved and defensive when anyone else tries to join in.

☆ Romance does eventually happen with the two, but not until a few years have passed, between that the two have relations with others.

☆ Bonnie has had relationships, though very short at times, before and Charon won't be her first Ghoul.
