my only regret with getting the clueless dvd is how weird everyone was in the behind the scenes. like i could've gone my whole life without knowing the director saw 16 yr old alicia silverstone as a sex symbol y'know

#ameera speaks #even the costume designer who ive seen an inteview of as well and shes Amazing like shes The It Girl was being weird about the women #and talking about how small and tight their bodies are and idk it was so uncomfy sometimes #BUT i found out the cinematographer also did the matrix movies a few wright films and spiderman and that was !!#and the aspect of 'make it a happy film' in regards to the cinematography #BUT OMG i found out to make the dress at the end miss geist is wearing mona may got helf from her friend AN EX ARCHITECT to figure out how #the mechanixs of the dress worked and it was so tightpy designed twink had to use a leaning board bc she physically Could Not Move in that #dress #another highlight was the actor who plays travis saying that someone told him that clueless made them go to rehab bc 'if travis could do #it so can i' and he was just 😳'there are better reasons to go to rehab'#also the way the dvd was composed was rly fun idk how to explain it it was rly !! and i already knew the story of amy heckerling #going to schools and listening to how everyone talks and making her own dictionary and making everyone stufy it so the language becomes #natural to them and her interest in etymology was rly interesting honestly im so obsessed eith the behind the scenes of movies #i would watch more but i cba. like if you have the time to watch a bts you could read a book or watch an actual movie #instead BUT clueless is my fave film and i have the dvd so it felt justified #ong i might rewatch rhe lotr bts #okay this is done sorry its nearly 6am and im sleepy
