turkey skin… almost finished… wooooow o_o
#i still don’t have words to describe how moved and life changed i am by undertaking this process and learning this knowledge……..#animals. they never stop teaching you. thank you Tom my Love my best turkey#i’ve never been brave enough to attempt his before him. turkeys are filled with such a grand and powerful kind of magic i swear.#i swear they are teachers#i know it’s not perfect… i don’t even know if i did everything right or if the method i used is even advisable for bird skin at all but.#ITS AMAZING. it’s amazing and no one gets it. i did this all the old way. no crazy chemicals so far. just salt n eggs n smoke. a bit of soap#the egg works the same as brain tanning. it’s just amazing.
