A piece I made last month for @anilede. It was her OC, Ovonre’s, 10th anniversary at April 3rd, and I wanted to celebrate it by drawing the handsome squid. 

This piece also marks my first time of doing a full-render with my current tablet and Clip Studio Paint. I’ve pushed myself to my limits with this one and experimented around a lot to find the brushes and methods I liked.  I do wish I knew about layer locking and clipping when working on this one, though. Some parts would have been so much easier.  To be fair, I did know about layer locking, but it wasn’t perfect in SAI so I figured it wasn’t in CSP either.  I’d have uploaded it on here much sooner, but Tumblr didn’t let me upload it till today.

More couple time! 

Here are Medelyth and Gatrak. Those two are some of the cuddliest OCs we have with Anilede! XD

They often worked as a duo in missions since Twilight Priestesses are usually escorted by Twilight Knights during their duty.

In here, they were in a mission in further islands of the Twilight Realm but unfortunately got ambushed by Interlopers and separated from their group. Gatrak fought courageously to protect Medelyth, but the enemies were too numerous and he got badly hurt. In last resort, Medelyth ran to him and casted a shield spell all around them, holding against the attacks of the Interlopers and hoping their friends would find them again before she runs out of magic and energy. I have wrenched myself away from Sims 2 long enough to post this-- a commission for @anilede of Ganondorf and her OC, Begonia! This was fun to do! Full scene and figuring out exactly how I wanted to shade this-- I'm proud of how both characters look here, I think it turned out quite well ;3 Begonia's hair was fun to do, and Ganondorf's skin came out very nice.

Here’s Medelyth, a lovely and very sweet Twilight Priestess, follower of Hamara’s teachings.

She’s married to Gatrak, a very cuddly Twilight Knight (and OC of @anilede :3). Their adventures are just starting but there surely will be more about them soon. :)

And now time for some headcanons!

The Priestesses of Twilight have a very important role to play in the Twili society. They are the keepers of magical balance in their dimension and are in charge to protect people or to repair the damages created on them and/or in the environment when the magic is used for bad purposes or if it turns out of control. They aren’t healers per se but rather “repairwomen” (if that makes sense), they neutralize or contain whatever can cause a disturbance and they are known for their great sensitivity to magic. The priestesses are all about empathy and cares/protection. Their philosophy is very peaceful and they’re mainly looking for the well-being of people around them. They also do their best to stop whatever would anger the gods and bring misfortune on the Twili. Because of their role in both magic and society, they are targets for the Interlopers and are usually escorted by Twilight Knights during their travels and missions for this reason.
