so in bio we started a root beer fermentation lab a few weeks ago and we just did the tasting and dear god ours was nasty

Rereading Mariabeetle (the base novel of Bullet Train) and damn Prince was more fucked up than i remember
#angryborzois rambles#im impressed because im not the type of person to hate on characters but this guy somehow breaks that barrier and drives me insane#anyways i dont remember a whole lot so this feels like a first read#the only thing i remember is that in the end nanao/ladybug's shitty luck nulled prince's insane luck and screwed him over big time#i think it was like his shit luck spawned a snake which ultimately saved him from using a rigged gun bc he was scared of snakes#idk im still in the beginning

#angryborzois rambles#ok the teacher doesnt really teach ill be honest#and i lowkey do not understand anything going on right now#but luckily i have this textbook and its very useful#we dont have a physical textbook and i don't really like the digital one we occasionally use (we don't even use it that often)#so yeah this textbook i bought years and years ago at a library sale for like 50 cents is really saving my ass#i will actually use this break to study#because my friend told me that the ap test scores arent very good from this class because the teacher doesnt teach and now im concerned#but also because i might just fail finals if i dont stop being stubborn and actually review

just deleted like 10 gb worth of stuff off my laptop damn
#angryborzois rambles#im not low on storage at all but i figured that a deep clean was long overdue#was tired of playing whack a mole with bits of app data from deleted apps that were scattered everywhere though lol#also discovered that i still have 12 gb of images somehow so yeah lmfao#i was so confused when i saw that the pictures section was worth 12 gb#but turns out i basically hid some huge ass folders from myself in there without realizing#so that'll be fun#counted everything and its roughly 2536 files in total that i have to organize#i already deleted over a thousand today wdym i have to delete more...#anyways i deleted around 1050 from the pictures and ill do the other 1000 tomorrow

ookay maybe these test scores will get me some mercy lmao
#angryborzois rambles#my grades look like absolute garbage rn (mostly because my ass hasn't been trying but shh)#and while my mom is chill idk how she would react#but scores came out for a standardized test#and turns out i did pretty good#1410 out of 1520 possible points so like 92% (tho thats not how the score is measured) and scored in the 96th percentile#i showed my mom and she seemed proud so i hope she wont judge for the grades that contradict this lol#i mean yea obviously i know classes and testing are two completely distinct things but yea#well i have been slowly making some kind of comeback so while they'll never be close to straight As they'll be decent...i hope#i may or may not be approaching the brink of failing one of my classes though lmao#but honestly this time was honestly my luck with getting questions i recognized#because i asked my friend and she had the unfortunate luck of getting questions she had never seen before#but we all agreed that the test was suspiciously easy compared to last time#anyways i will update about whether i made a comeback with my grades or not (i only have a month left to get my shit together)

turns out my laptop is broken :(
#angryborzois rambles#im kinda bummed because i really like this one and i really don't want a new one#but my mom says to get a new one#i suggested repair shop but she said buying a new one is way cheaper than that#idk man im attached to this laptop#also theres the fact that i got it in middle school and im attached to everything that happened middle school#this sucks#im gonna miss it#its not really anything major its just the hinge is distorted (its like popping out) and now my whole computer is like weirdly askew#ok well maybe the top part and bottom lid ARE pulling away from each other and the power button is sinking in bc of it but shh#i could still use it...its not like it affects any of the hardware functions...i just have to make sure i don't move my laptop at all#:((#my mom told me to make a backup so im pretty sure shes got her eyes set on a new laptop tho rip#i wonder if the exact same model is on sale maybe#my dad suggested a macbook tho so idek atp#on the bright side ig i could sell the computer parts (or just the whole thing to people who collect that kind of stuff) somewhere....idk
