Mmm cake... why is it that when I'm trying to be good and eat healthily I obsess about cake and bread? Lockdown and losing Tai my beloved Lurcher has been a bad combination and my consumption of alcohol has gone through the roof, so I'm turning over a new leaf and this is the second week of trying to plan and prepare healthy vege meals, which should stop me snacking on rubbish.
