(dAMMIT LET ME HAVE IT) NAME MEANING.  Eliot means ‘The Lord is my God’ and Spencer means ‘steward’ which. That last part suits Eliot now, and the first part suited Eliot when he was real religious. HISTORICAL CONNECTION. nothing from his family, but he helped liberate croatia and has admitted to being behind the scenes when it comes to other big tide-changing events in history.
