they invented fictional siblings with complicated and somewhat resentful relationships with each other so that i could project my own complex relationship with my sister onto them 👍
#ritsuposting#thinks abt how ritsu resented that he and mob never got to have a proper sibling relationship or even ever fight#and like. ritsu never really got to Have a big brother in mob#mob wasn’t someone he felt safe turning to. ritsu never had an older sibling to turn to- instead he had to BE that person#long before he was ready#i have a younger sibling who resents me for not being that for her#for not being the cool big sister who could guide her through high school and show her the ropes and support her the way she needs#i haven’t really ever been a person who could be that for her#instead she felt like she had to manage and babysit me (even though she didn’t and i resented her for it)#and- OH WHOOPS GOT A LITTLE TOO REAL.
