The quiet power of getting my own way for the benefit of someone else, while also having my social intuition proven right in a positive way for a change. Having boundaries enforced but not getting socially ostracized for it. Proving to myself that I’m not having poor reads, that’s just my anxiety and insecurities talking.

It feels good. I think I might revel in this a bit longer.

I don’t feel judged for this #just. it’s a good feeling. knowing what power I have and using it
