yikes these are all so hard jfalkjfklajl sorry for the messy answers (also sorry bc some are definitely similar but aahhhh)

namjoon: his mind, i guess?? hearing him speak about his thoughts and how he views the world always is so nice tbh i could listen to him talk forever like he has such a unique perspective and a way with words. he’s also always open to constructive criticism and does his best to grow and be better which is a v logical thing to do imo?? so many people let their emotions get the best of them but his mind wow an intellectual truly

seokjin: his brightness. everybody likes to pretend that he’s obsessed with himself which always makes me a bit :/// bc he’s literally talked about struggling with his looks and life but he’s worked so hard to not dwell on it and to hype himself up and spread love and just seeing him take the initiative like that is so important to me

yoongi: his softness and growth. so much of the fandom labels him as cold and uncaring but he’s?? not?? he used to be a bit more reserved i guess but seeing him grow and how happy he seems so much of the time now fills my heart with so much joy?? and even if he’s not the most outwardly affectionate it’s so obvious how much he cares by the little things that he does

hoseok: his strength. his role in the group is to be the cheerful one and i’m sure that must be so hard to always be so uplifting?? but he always brightens everyone’s moods and is there for the other members. and i’m not even talking about his Image, really. namjoon has talked multiple times about how hoseok is like the leader behind the scenes. he takes on so much and he just always seems so supportive he’s truly so strong

jimin: his kindness?? he’s so thoughtful of others and goes out of his way to make them happy and celebrate and make the members feel special on their birthdays/graduations/etc. and he doesn’t really ask for anything in return?? i’ve always related to him a lot but watching how selfless he is and how freely he loves amazes me idk how he does it 

taehyung: his uniqueness. i really admire how he’s just?? him?? how he’ll show us things or tell us he’s doing something like growing his hair into a mullet and just asks us to love and support him?? and he just does it?? it made me sad to see that he’s cutting his hair a bit bc fans have become too much but i still think he’s v brave and he inspires me a lot in that aspect like it’s so hard to really be you like that

jungkook: maybe his growth and how much he cares? he came to bts so young and he’s grown up to be such a great person?? and he is so caring for those he loves like he works so hard and puts his hyungs before himself and he’s an annoying brat but ofc it’s in a playful way and i !! love him !! also he cares so much for us?? he always makes covers or videos to brighten our day and it’s so thoughtful and my heart is so full wow

ok uhhh i don't know if you'll read this in time or that you'd be willing to answer but i was wondering if you could recommend concerts not to miss for the bangbangcon? so i know which ones are the most iconic (not just yoonmin speaking but y'know, also that..) as i won't be able to watch them all because of time zones... i'm a bit new so i'm not sure ;;; it's okay if you can't! kisses!

hey!! so this is a hard question because a lot of the songs overlap and all of the concerts are iconic in their own ways (and i’m pretty sure you can dl them all online anyway) so it’s really more of a preference thing BUT i will give you some opinions anyway and hopefully ?? they’ll help ??

so you can skip hyyh on stage for hyyh epilogue because the epilogue tour has All of the hyyh songs and is generally Super iconic

trb has all of their old songs and it’s really fun to watch them all live and since they don’t perform a lot of them anymore i think this definitely isn’t one to miss

3rd muster is DEFINITELY one to watch because tony montana ym???? you Have to experience it happening real time YOU HAVE TO 

like the hyyh tours you can skip the wings tour for The Final because the final has more songs and is longer but if you’re short for time then you can just watch the wings tour because it really just has wings/ynwa 

love yourself is one of the most recent tours and we’ve seen it around a lot in clips so this is a skip too if you don’t have the time but if you haven’t seen it at all then i’d totally recommend it 

4th muster is cute!! if you don’t have the time for this one then you can skip it but i think musters are generally super fun and playful and they play a lot of games and stuff on stage

body language analysis series;

(1/7) Jeon Jeongguk ;

The way he carries himself; with Jeongguk in particular there’s a big difference between the him off today (YNWA era) and let’s say, Debut era, because he was just lil baby back then. So, he hadn’t yet developed his personality quite as strongly, he was still growing into himself quite a bit.

Jeongguk’s current day body language is the only thing I’ll be addressing because it’s the most relevant and actuate of his adult/developed personality.

Anyways, Jeongguk’s body language is CRISP, oh boy he’s super duper easy to read. This is pretty heavily due to the fact that he’s a physical person in general, less verbal, he tends to rely on physical intent and expressions to communicate his thoughts and feelings. So when/what he’s feeling, it tends to light up like Christmas lights, even if he isn’t saying how he’s feeling verbally, it reflects so super clearly.

Voluntary;

When he’s openly expressing himself, as I said, he’s a physical person so he’s learned very well how to express himself through body language. In Body Language reading, voluntary gestures are things we intend clearly so, there’s no secret in all of these things.

If Jeongguk is feeling HAPPY, he tends to be playful and his mannerisms reflect that. Open arms, straight shoulders, he breaks the touch barrier most often when he’s feeling playful/happy.

His SMUG body language/face doesn’t even need explaining, we’ve all seen it 1000 times. It’s basically iconic at this point. His smug body language is pretty intentional, but later in the involuntary section I’ll address involuntary ticks he has on related subjects.

CARING is pretty easy to see, when he cares about someone and he’s worried he’s generally pretty clear, he hovers and pats a lot. He likes to softly lay hands on people that he cares about. When he’s with fans who are nervous or happy crying he likes to lightly hold their hands and he’s VERY good at eye contact. He used to avoid eye contact but these days he’s the KING of eye contact.

Involuntary tells/ticks:

(I’ll break this down for each member with their most prominent/frequent, easy to read (from my perspective) ticks and tells.) These are things that people don’t intentionally show us. Things that they naturally do to express feelings/moods even if they aren’t realizing that they are.

Vulnerable:

Generally, pretty easy to read. This isn’t a breakdown of body language as a whole so I won’t explain how to read it in general, but for JK in particular, it’s usually hiding in plain sight. He tends to duck his head and avoid eye contact, this is a big deal because he generally is the king of staring. He likes to pull his arms close to himself, either crossing them over his chest (like he’s guarding his heart) or clasping them in front of himself. 

I think a good example of this was when BTS won the Arist of the Year award at the MAMAs. Jeongguk was feeling accomplished, satisfied, overwhelmed and vulnerable. It presented pretty clearly in his shifting eyes, down tilted head and his clasped hands and tight posture. He was feeling fairly vulnerable to cry in front of all of the fans and viewers, but he was also feeling very proud and thankful, so he didn’t attempt to hide at all. He stood straight, confident but humble, absolutely no shame in his posture..

Jealousy:

His jealousy is TOO iconic to deny. Jeongguk has the most visible, clear, impossible to ignore jealousy tell ever to be a tell. As anyone who pays attention will know, when he’s feeling jealous he tends to do this really cute bounce between being unable to look away, and looking anywhere but at who’s making him jealous. So basically, he starts out staring, then he’ll pretend to look away (half of this is probably because he knows he’s being watched on camera and he ain’t trying to look like a jealous jane over here because that’s suspicious and uncool, but the other half is genuine.)

TONGUE-IN-CHEEK. Jeongguk’s classic/iconic tongue in cheek tell is ridiculous. when he’s seeing something he doesn’t like or is jealous of, he tends to chew his cheeks, poke his tongue around, move his jaw, basically anything to do with his mouth. almost like he’s literally struggling to bite back words.

Unlike some of the other members (like Taehyung who tends to run or move) Jeongguk’s jealousy strategy is to HOVER and LINGER. He will plant himself like a dang tree right up beside whoever it is that he is jealous over, and he ain’t moving. It’s an alpha mentality I think, he wants to assert himself, remind the person that he’s there. an, I’m here and you can’t ignore me, sort of deal. He’s not moving, his butt is staying RIGHT there, 4 inches away from them, until they remember that he’s here. He tends to get jealous when some certain people (*COUGH* PARK JIMIN *COUCH*) pays attention to anyone who isn’t him like, at all. And his way of dealing is to stand like a tree with arms crossed, knees locked, like body guard, and just stick right there until he’s the one who’s being paid attention to again. At which point he goes back to his usual posture and casual chillaxin’ self.

Discomfort:

Yikes, when he’s feeling uncomfy, he tends to turtle, but without a shell. I t’s really cute in a way because, it leaves him kind of just, standing there, wound up with his head down, shoulders rounded in, eyes down, frozen like, please don’t look at me, I hate this, save me. But he doesn’t leave, he doesn’t hide behind anyone, he just kind of, turns into a statue.

(I said i wouldn’t bring this up because it was a focus on adult Jungkook but I was wrong apparently) I think the easiest example I can think of off the top of my head was when Jungkook used to be really awkward around girls and strangers (he is NOT like this anymore, this was a result of prepubescence, a naturally introverted personality and being constantly watched by cameras when you’re already awkward, young and unsure!!!!) He used to just kind of, freeze and make himself small. he wouldn’t run or anything he would just go absolutely rigid. It’s still that way today though he’s not quite as obvious about it.

Satisfied/Confident:

Jungkook gets puffed up and really expands when he’s satisfied. It’s a common body language tell for people to puff up when they’re feeling confident and/or satisfied but Jungkook really goes that distance for it. Not only does he extend the chest and straighten/lift his shoulders (as if he’s trying to fill more space in the room) he also literally goes about filling more space. 

He will walk around, he’ll run around, he’ll move. He wants to fill up as much of a room as possible. When he’s feeling satisfied over something like, getting someones attention or making them laugh, he just, really blossoms. This is where Jungkook being a very physically inclined man makes a big difference because he’s so exaggerated when he wants to be. When he’s really feeling big so to speak, you can tell because he just, bounces everywhere. If he’s feeling big because of a person, he will stick close to them but move, hover in circles like a satellite, put hands all over them, just generally do as much as he can to fill up the room, so to speak y’know.

Affectionate:

Jungkook likes to touch a lot, more than he let’s on. He likes to sit close, very close, to people that he loves. He’s also very good at SMILING. STARING and SMILING are one good way to tell how much he cares. If he stares at them and just :’)))))), then you can tell that he really loves and appreciates them. He’s good at reciprocating touches as well. If it’s someone he cares about and they motion for a hug or try to hold his hand for instance, he will almost never shrug them off, especially if he’s feeling affectionate.

Posture ;

Personal space/interactions:

Jungkook has a bit of a personal space bubble that has gotten quite small among BTS members during the years. (and some fans and other idols too). Jeongguk does tend to let this barrier down and up though, and not in the way you would expect. When he’s feeling jealous or annoyed for instance, instead of the bubble expanding like some (aka, i hate you right now leave me alone, don’t touch me stay away) he tends to shrink the size. He’ll cling and become suddenly much more inclined to touch or allow himself to be touched. (ironically this is the opposite of Jimin, who is the person that Jungkook tends to get this way over the most) [i know i sound like a jikook shipper right now but these are the facts people. i don’t make the facts i just report’m.]

Jungkook’s TYPICAL posture is very relaxed and confident. He has a very medium sized field of comfort and influence. He has naturally high posture current day, probably because he feels quite confident and happy on average these days, and he’s a ‘lounger’. He likes existing as a force without necessarily exerting force. This is why he likes to place himself out the outside corner of their group, and he listens and clings and hovers until he feels the want/need to interact. I personally think it’s important to note, that Jungkook is introverted VERBALLY, but he is not introverted PHYSICALLY. His physical presence is strong and grounded. 

Eyes:

Jungkook is the king of eye contact, and there’s always something layered and attentive beneath his gaze. Jeongguk will never shy away from a staring competition, especially with fans/girls. He’s really really really good at expressing attentiveness through eye contact. This is a fact born out of necessity because as someone who doesn’t speak often, he feels a need to let people know he’s interested, listening, and that he’s present. He does this not through ‘yeah/hmm/right/’s but more like through long, maintained eye contact. 

He also tends to watch people that he cares about or has interest in. You can see him watching people often. He drifts around, as I said he’s a LINGERER, and he’ll just kind of float and stare. He’s an observant force, and much of that is in his eyes. He doesn’t shy away very often, the only time he’ll divert his eye contact is if he’s feeling uncomfortable, jealous or some other form of negative.

Vocal tones/speech mannerisms:

Jungkook generally speaks lowly. He’s not much of a talker in general, he communicates through looks and actions more than words.Not to say that he can’t talk but, for instance, in a recent twitter video(or like, every single Jikook twitter video ever tbh), Jimin telling Jungkook gratz for graduating, Jungkook doesn’t reply. Meaningful glances and body language is how he replies more than anything. 

So when he does reply, it’s pretty telling of his mood.

Lifting voice when excited. He has less tells for when he’s uncomfortable or feeling negative, because he tends not to speak during those times.
