#get his ass merrill#he is genuine when he says he means well!#she talked about how this mirror already killed someone and it immediately set off alarm bells#and yknow maybe if her whole clan is scared of this mirror then maybe it really is that dangerous#and he is *not* risking losing another friend to some foolish stubborn errand#which does not change that he is butting in where its none of his business (re: the eluvian) and treating merrill like a child#which ironically is also (almst) costing him a friend#laya plays dragon age#da2#oc: liam hawke#he ends up max rivalling her since rivalry gets so high just from refusing her the arulin'holm#but this whole ordeal is at least somewhat of a wake up call#still takes him a while to get his shit together and really realise how unfair hes been to her but i do imagine they end up close again#(/build their friendship up stronger since they are on the same page now)
