lol i love spending a lot of time and energy looking up the meta abt what the best tera raid pokemon are & then training/preparing that exact pokemon on purpose, then choosing to go w the one listed as The Best when i’m up against a pokemon that has a like deadly super effective move against my tinkaton, esp when she’s terastallized--

only for it to perform like significantly worse than my tinkaton who at least was decently close to winning--before getting fainted twice in a row by the same fucking move. 

like fuck y’all, i hypertrained, i leveled up to 100, i battled w it repeatedly for like two days to train it manually, i gave it the correct item to hold, i gave it the correct moveset, i bothered changing its nature like. fuck off, man. 

weakass piece of shit. it’s supposed to be optimized to one-shot this thing and it did less than half the damage my tinkaton did w one play rough and a few swords dances. like jfc. &then the move it’s supposed to one-shot w (and most absolutely didn’t) also lowers its fucking special defense and defense so it fucking dies immediately. like what the actual fuck. am i an idiot or what? lol

lol i just leveled up my skeledirge chamaco to 100 and he doesn’t even have any stat-boosting-specific moves (just gets a sp. atk bonus on half of his moves, and lowers sp. def of target w his moves) and i was able to defeat this thing in one attempt. 

anyway so i’ll just be using my tinkaton for everything unless she’s weak to something and then i’ll just go based on type advantages (for anyone well over level 90)
