I know a lot of the fandom has been curious about how well the show has been performing with streaming. I finally found a website with some streaming data for television shows that may be useful. I'm not entirely sure how to interpret the data and do not want to fear monger if I don't have a thorough understanding, but it appears the show has had "moderate engagement" rating on a scale that ranges from “outstanding > very high > high > good > moderate > low”. However, it is also on a list of “Top 200 TV Shows” so I’m not sure if performing moderately on a “top” list is a good thing or a bad thing in terms of success. I’m also not sure if “moderate engagement” is considered a solid performance because the release is limited to select countries.

… like… okay?! Which hashtags do they track for example?!! (And they track torrenting… I would really love to know what and how they track). How do they calculate?! 😅

THAT said, IWTV seems to rank moderate and good for all the shows over the last days:

Given that is the overall score and the existing competition… that’s actually not bad! (imho?!)

What is interesting though is that you can select AMC and check them - and though the overall score does not seem to change much IWTV is in the top 5 of their shows. Consistently (I saw one day it was on 6, but the others is 5 or higher).

Much, much higher than MW or Orphan Black, or Snow Piercer, Parish, TWD spin offs or whatever.

Given that this show is only slowly establishing itself that’s actually quite good, especially given others.

I think AMC knows very well what they got there.

Breaking Bad, aaaaalways up there, didn’t establish itself right away either, that took a bit of time.

AMC is playing the long game with the Immortal Universe here. And we need to remember that as well, though its hard bc we’re all burnt by Netflix and it’s cancellations.

But AMC is a different thing. And by now I am very glad we’re on AMC. And top 5 of their shows speaks for itself too, imho.
