HHHHHH i just need to be super overdramatic for a while but I got rejected from my dream uni a few days ago! and I am handling it in a very emotionally stable way!
#maybe i was in shock earlier but the grief ebbs and flows randomly#like i cried for about a minute when i first got the email but then i was like...hollow#and i thought i was over it but part of me isnt#cuz (imo) i feel they implied in the email that my application was solid but they just couldnt offer me a place#and it makes me so mad but at the same time its no ones fault? and i always knew this was possible esp for ivy league#but i was so sure id get an interview at least#and yea ig its my fault for putting so much store in academic validation#but genuinely have no idea what i want to do with my life anymore :///#but thank you so much for this ask I rlly appreciate it <333#ilyyy
