as much as i wish they'd stop doing sequels/continuations of digimon adventure and actually give other parts of the franchise the same treatment instead because it's sorely neglected, i am deeply afraid for what they'd do to tamers

#tamers being my favourite is not news to anyone of course #but as much as i'd love to see them do a follow up after runaway locomon im almost fine with it ending there #mostly so they don't ruin it #but also because the incident with konanka proved he aint the writer he used to be #and would just shoehorn in his political whining bullshit abt cancel culture or some shit instead of telling a good story #and really what made tamers so good was actually the returning staff from 02 retrying their old ideas with a much better execution this tim #and i doubt those same guys are all still there #just sucked ghost game wasn't very good since im always looking forward to their newer original stuff instead #mostly because i feel its better to try new things and grow than wallow in nostalgia again and again
