maybe its just my ever-present obsession with doctor who festering in the back of my mind but every time i read an armand/daniel fic or post where daniel is faced with losing his memories and is chill with it i get so mad LMAO. he would NOT be fine with it that is horrific now start crying and begging like catherine tate did

#tbf i think it was more of a hell bent situation where daniel was kinda self aware of how destructive his and armands relationship is #but key point of hell bent was clara going NO i dont want that if we're too destructive together you have to be the one that forgets #and while i wouldnt put it past old mandiel i dont see 70s daniel doing that #hence. donna begging and crying as 10 erases her memories
