i love cooking for people so much
#i like cooking but its even better when we have guests and i make my little dishes and then they go wow that was really good:3#plus the meal i made tonight was killer#entree: grated carrots and red cabbage + a dressing that was rice vinegar + soy sauce + drop of sesame oil + liquid sugar + sriracha#w some fresh coriander and mint mixed in#and sesame seeds as a finishing touch#(this dressing always makes me go crazy its soooo good i definitely recommend)#and w this diced eggplants w a mirin + soy sauce + honey + sake + yuzu juice + white miso sauce#also w sesame seeds lol#and plain rice on the side but its good ass rice#no dessert cus i dont care abt dessert lol#but yeah v happy abt this meal
