i've honestly been pretty terrible at reading fics lately but i recommend going through my fic rec tag on my blog linked here, since may of last year i've been reblogging alan or niko related fics that i've either read or intended to read cause even if i don't read something i do geniunely want to reblog to spread...i gotta get back into serious fic reading again

#there was a legit time during my csi/m*c days where i would read 1-3 fics a day #i wish i had the energy to do that again #and yet here i am re-reading my own shit like the selfish witch i am instead #and also with tons of fics of my own i'm excited about but feel bad for like. boasting about it #esp since i haven't posted an official alan fic to ao3 yet (just a few on tumblr)#and all these ideas i'll hint at but no promise of follow up i guess #and like the thing about being part of a fandom is sure as a creator #you want to put out everything and revel in all the feedback but there's that like #i don't want to say obligation cause that's not what it is but just a desire to contribute back by giving others that positive feedback--#i've tried my best to always leave a comment on a fic i read just cause i know what it feels like to read it in return #and i want to give that joy and validation to others #but i never want to be rushed or fake about it #sorry for the tag rant i'm a little intoxicated #and trying to remind myself i'm not a piece of sjhit #and trying to convince myself that i'm genuine
