a special kind of job search hell is being a trans person who likes working with little kids in the age of trans panic
#hello yes! i have multiple years of experience as an elementary school TA#for grades 2-4 but am willing to work with even younger ages#all my references from that era will testify that i am amazing with kids and can wrangle them just fine#and that i was a very positive and healthy authority figure in their lives#and thus i would like to apply for this position as a rec centre sports coach for the 3-8 year old range#sir why are you laying landmines around my job interview questions. why do you want access to my social media for adults#why are you making that face when you asked why my documents and my name dont match. sir#some thoughts
