Normally it's easy to ignore others' bad opinions about zelda games, but the last couple days I saw things that got me so heated
#no it is not sexism for someone to dislike the bad writing#and yes a villain with no motivation is bad writing#someone calling others media-illiterate for not taking the text at face-value like they did?????#I don't think these people know good storytelling and think that any criticism is an attack against theirselves#thus they come up with reasons that other people are wrong in order to justify their opinion#like bro I just saw someone older than me say it's sexist to dislike how poorly zelda was written in totk#and they threw in perversion irt to a depiction of deviation from canon events for some reason#guhhhhhhh#loz
