Leaving the house is just not worth it anymore
#I cannot handle this stress anymore I want a moment of PEACE#my brain is making everything a thousand times worse than it needs to be#I wanna quit leaving the house until the pandemic is over I can’t take it#I keep thinking I have it even tho I’m just having allergies#I avoided ppl and was overly clean and paranoid about germs BEFORE THIS SHIT#I’ve been in treatment for ocd for like 3 years.#and I’m backsliding on the progress I’ve made so ridiculously fast#I’m going to classes where we don’t even do anything and I don’t think I’m learning anything at all#my grades are fine but it just feels so pointless#and they haven’t even canceled this weeks irl classes even tho there’s a fuckin ICE STORM COMING#i hate it here#I wanna quit everything#AND MY SLEEP MEDS WONT EVEN KNOCK ME OUT BC IM JUST THAT ANXIOUS#I’m being tortured#mostly by my own stupid brain#ughgghhhh#complaining
