The cute and weird consequences you could have with the idea of Yaz saving the universe for another 7 years in the TARDIS though - beyond just her becoming her own version of the Doctor. Cus if we’d use that to also age up Tigmi to Timeless Child age, it stands to reason that the way you’d do that is to have Bel and Vinder decide that not only is Yaz a good person to be around who they want to help, but by its nature in a disintegrating universe, the TARDIS would be the safest possible place to keep their child. (And so cool. Living in a TARDIS? Maybe even flying it? That’s the dream). So you already get to River-Song-Time-Lordify the kid but even more so, because they’ve been there and stayed there for so long, regardless of implied wormhole effect. Practicalities sorted.
Tigmi is born and grows up in the middle of a continued effort to save the universe. Sometimes getting to watch out the doors while someone keeps a stranglehold on their shirt, seeing the grownups flying off in their ships to do whatever it is they do to be heroes and wanting their toy ship to be a real one so badly. Even staying in the TARDIS they get exposed to so many different aliens, different people - some who ignore them, some who fuss over them, some who give them things from their own worlds where there won’t be any children ever again to enjoy them - nearly all of whom they’ll forget, but what sticks with them is that everyone is important, and everyone needs help, and that’s what they’re here in the TARDIS to do. (As well as a vague memory of burying their hands into the fur of something that growls in a grumbling way, but doesn’t drop them).
Tigmi’s first little baby-crush on Yaz. Following her around like a puppy, while she tries to politely shoo them away whenever she’s doing something potentially risky (most of the time). Alternating between being painfully shy and a show-off to get gold stars and Yaz-Points. Tigmi pressing buttons on the console that the TARDIS lights up like a bop-it, and Yaz eventually giving in, and giving them a little job if they’re going somewhere casually (the TARDIS can synthesise a beef lasagne and not milk, why?) so they slowly learn the basics of how to pilot a TARDIS by the time they’re five.
The Doctor getting back her memories and remembering her childhood crush (flashbacks to the intensely cool woman and world-saving hero with pretty hair, sweet boots, and sparkly ears), and realising how formative that person was in who she wanted to be. Telling that to a stunned Yaz, who says exactly the same about her.
(And of course there is the subsequent disclosure of a fact that Yaz hopes to God that Tigmi never picked up, which was that she has therefore unknowingly banged the Doctor’s parents. An image of Amy and Rory crosses her mind, she remembers continuing to kiss Rory even after she knew who River was, and she lets it go).
