#ed#just been informed im going to be on the psychology waiting list for another year... cyool. when my dietitian has disengaged with me#for that reason like she was like ur not making progress without psychology so im rereferring you and disengaging 😁 and i see her thinking#like i get it. but I knew this would happen like they wouldn't make an exception or whatever. anyway it's a bit silly but ig im on my own#like i purposely got back in contact with my community mental health team to get over my silliness before college but it's a joke#like last time I went the doctor was literally just like. eat <3 LIKE THAT'S ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM INNIT. READ MY CHART.#and there was also a medical student sitting in on my appointment 😁 he asked my consent for it when I was already sitting there so#idk i was like okay. bc i didn't think he'd speak to me. but he was asking me questions about my side effects and stuff and I was like.#answering honestly but i was genuinely like who are youuuuuu xxx i just feel so weird about it like. and then he too was like eat more.#like girl help..#I just don't even know. and I can't talk to my irls about it bc it freaks them out like understandably i get why#but i feel very alone and my mental health professionals r just. Not terribly helpful idk.
