tbh at this point i am going to assume that tsurumi not getting any merch despite the demand is that noda personally vetoes every figure design of tsurumi that doesn't have him a) leaking copious amounts of brain juice, b) doing something questionable with wilf's skin mask or c) sucking on usami's disembodied fingers. every single figure manufacturer is too cowardly to incorporate any of this into their designs so here we are i guess.

noda will only greenlight a super-detailed super high quality 40 cm length figure of tsurumi braincumming while wearing wilk's face & snacking on disembodied fingers. because 3k cheap plastic figures are beneath him. manufacturers feel like people will be hesitant about paying 40k for that

#tbh i don't think noda has to greenlight every piece of merch that comes from the anime team #w manga merch authors have a say but. the anime is a commercial project and all the rights for that are passed to the sponsor #a while ago my humidifier broke down and i went to the local second hand shop to get a new (well used) one they had an anime section #and there was a huge mega detailed 30k yen dio figure there... like these things are costly #but that's the thing i don't want a good quality one. i want a cheap shitty one to be at peace #anon
