Geoff Johns is writing Stargirl and he invented this Judy Garrick character for the series.

Joshua Williamson has creative control over Barry. (he had to approve Adams using him) For what series we don't know yet. Something post Dark Crisis that hasn't been announced I guess.

And Jeremy Adams is the current Flash writer. (Yeah he counts now. Two years of writing went fast but by god did he make it count)
