So pissed that they decided to make Bill a terrible father. Do you know how gut-wrenching it would have been for Bill to lose his son like that and have no clue where he is until he gets word that he is in Templar hands. Then, the next time he sees Desmond, it's while he's in a coma hooked up to dozens of machines, keeping him alive. WE COULD HAVE HAD JUNO PUSHING DESMOND TO HIS LIMITS WHILE BILL WATCHES ABSOLUTELY HORRIFED WHILE HE WATCHES HIS SON BEING CRUSHED BY EVERYTHING BUT NOOOOO THEY HAD TO MAKE BILL AN ASSHOLE IM SO MAD RN

Anyway, in my mind, Bill was an amazing dad, if a bit neglectful at times, but he absolutely loved desmond with his whole heart and would never out him jn danger or do anything to hurt him😊

#i say this because in ac revalations when you can hear shaun becca and bill all talking #i would have loved if the first time we heard bill in game was with bill rushing into the room demanding to know where his son was #and then when he sees desmond in a coma probably hooked up to a bunch of wires #he just says “oh desmond...” in this absolutely broken voice #like i understand narrative wise why he needed to be a bad father #but we could have had a good father son dynamic #they had so much potential to be the most devastating family duo #but no #bill had to be an asshole #assassin's creed #desmond miles #bill miles
