I was 6? 7? 8? IDK. I very smugly told my (not exactly religious but it's way too complicated for this pos) parents something like "hey I know where they ripped this story from".

And I knew. I just didn't know it's not called a ripoff but... an allegory or something?

It was the live-action Narnia movie, but the previous one, not the one that came later. Or animated? I don't remember. I think I saw an animation of the first part and live-action of many parts (the previous live-action). Anyway it was before I read any of the books.
