#fandom misogyny so bad they fail to notice the only woman in akatsuki is just as crazy as everyone else i fear

she's worse than most of them frankly

sick of konan being written as the only sane one in the akatsuki. the lady thinks her bestie is an actual deity and she somehow found the time and energy to make six hundred billion bombs for the purpose of killing a single guy who helped kickstart her terrorist organization bc she thinks he's a bit sus

the only sane one is kisame

#naruto #naruto shippuden #konan #like obito nagato and hidan are still beating her in the nutjob department but hidan is only winning by a hair let's be honest #like the pre hebi->taka akatsuki has a pretty clear crazy categorization ok #there's the Might Seem Weird But Relatively Got It Together group (kisame kakuzu both zetsu sides)#there's the Therapist's Resignation Letter Within A Week group (itachi deidara sasori (+orochimaru))#and then there's the You Need Help No Deity Can Provide group (obito konan and nagato)#hidan is kinda.... floating around somewhere between the later two group but not properly fitting into either #honestly deidara only escapes the first group bc he killed himself. for like no actual reason. like i think that was spite #like obito is winning the akatsuki crazy-off bc he got a free express ticket to crazytown from an even more insane uchiha #but konan is not as far behind as people seem to think she is #also the reason itachi isn't in the last group is bc honestly he's definitely not sane but his biggest issue is that he's terminally stupid #like you could help itachi without any knowledge of therapy you'd just need to outsmart him. very easily done #orochimaru is also kinda hard to pin down but i put him in the middle bc he could fix himself. if he felt like it. but he does not
