interestingly enough and perhaps this is just a consequence of how I view aventurine's current characterization in the game (which is bleak), I have only ever imagined him with a biological child because of an unplanned pregnancy that puts him through an existential crisis (he goes on a bender and disappears for at least three months but returns ready to make an earnest effort at being a father, although he has a menty b about it every other night which is fine as this child is keeping him up anyway)
