I can't be the only person made like really uncomfortable by "van life" social media influencers. 'Cause they're like basically cosplaying as a homeless person and glamourizing it for clout, right?
I don't know, as someone who knows a lot of homeless people, and who has been on the verge of homelessness several times in my life, it just feels kinda gross to me.
I think it's probably because like 80% of the time these influencers are "roughing it up" in their "van life" in RVs that probably cost more than the mortgage my mom has had to starve herself and work 4 jobs to be able to just barely cover :/
#I don't know#but it's adjacent to rich people ''cottagecore'' lifestyle#like the amount of money you're spending to pretend to be poor is insane#my family was lower middle class for the first 6 years of my life#and then my parents got divorced and yeah sure we had a house but that was pretty well it#my mom had to basically sell her soul to keep said house#and sometimes we didn't eat

3.7k / therapist!joel x f!reader
â masterlist
Summary: Youâre finally ready to sit down and discuss your obvious daddy issues. Your therapist, Joel, has his methods.Â
Warnings/Information/Heads-Up: MA 18+ (minors DNI), NO OUTBREAK, abuse of position (therapist!joel), discussions of parental divorce, daddy issues, praise kink, daddy kink, pet names, cursing/swearing, age gap, handjob (for a lil bit?) unprotected p in v, cockwarming (if you squint?), breathplay (Iâm running out of breath typing all this are we good to go?)Â
A/N: this is my first fic wow how exciting, I canât thank my new friends enough for the brainstorming and helping make it to tumblr so letâs just get on with it yeah? tell me if you want more, my requests are open x
âOooh, fuck,â you gasp, your head coming back up to watch as his hand disappeared under the drape of your skirt. Suddenly you felt him cup your aching mound, taking in a short breath at the feeling of finally getting some much-desired pressure down there.  âSo fuckinâ wet⊠were you this wet during our whole session, kitten?â He asked. It was sick and twisted, you knew it was. Thatâs why you let out a shameful little nod, your legs wanting to clench around his hand there. He let out a disgusted scoff, you deserved it. You wanted to fuck your therapist.Â
âSo what brings you here today?â
Your eyes shyly evade his, instead choosing to graze over the belongings of your new therapistâs office. It looked like a small library the way books were lined up and stacked on the shelves. The desk behind him was a dark oak, and everything had its place, not a pen out of line. After you deliberately ignore his question, he probes you again.
âIt says on your intake form that you have... A distant relationship with your father due to your parents' divorce. Is that something you want to talk about with me today?â
His voice is sweet like honey, but youâre the only one dripping. You failed during your extended research on therapists to check his picture because you had no idea you signed up for someone so fucking handsome.
Your jaw was tight as you clamped your legs tighter together one draped over the other, trying to conceal your growing arousal. Talk, or heâll think youâre mute!
âYes.â You say, clearing your throat as you readjust your skirt over your lap, tugging at the hem.
You confide in Joel about the hardships of your parents growing up. The house was never quiet, always fighting, tearing each other down, and it just wasnât healthy. You thought youâd thank the lord the day they filed for a divorce. You didnât expect to lose the relationship you had with your father in the midst of it all.
You were still young, trying to grow up and learn, his absence mattered to you, even if it didnât to your mother. He came around a lot at first. Heâd pick you up from school and steal you away for a few hours, getting ice cream to celebrate your reunion with him.
But then, he got a new girlfriend. You werenât sure how she managed to replace both you and your mother, but she did. You saw him less, he started not meeting your expectations. Soon, he became a weird distant memory. Now, as a young adult, you combat all the unjust things the wake of his departure caused. You couldnât bear the thought of dating someone your age. Everyone was young and immature, asking for nudes over text after the first date if they even got your phone number at all. Now it was all just over social media or dating apps.
âOlder men are just more... Refined. They have their priorities and goals, and theyâre like... Actually accomplishing shit. Guys my age are just..â You paused, your eyes meeting his own to fill in the gaps.
â.. Not meeting your expectations?â Joel asked, his pen clutched in his hand as he scribbled something in his notepad.
âRight.â You let out breathily, your eyes falling to the chest hair you could see exposed by his button-up shirt.
This was a perfect example because look at Dr. Joel Miller! His Ph.D. decorated the wall with numerous other accolades on his shelves, so you knew he was smart. Being a therapist made him a good listener, youâd never have to feel like you were the therapist to a frat guy again.
You let out an involuntary whimper, a white-hot flash soaring through the pit of your stomach. You were dripping for him, and you could feel it against your clenched thighs.
âI know talking about these topics is difficult, but youâre doing a good job.â He praised you as you felt your chest and cheeks flush red with his attention.
Your breathing was staggered, you needed to release the tension between your legs desperately.
âYou-- uhm, you think Iâm doing a good job?â
His eyes flashed up to you with the question, something dark and tantalizing about the way he looked over you now. It was like a predator meeting prey the way his eyes began to rake over you.
Your arousal was obvious in the way your knee anxiously bounced up and down, continuing to readjust in your seat, begging for him to tell you that your time with him was up so you could go home and use your vibrator on your clit, thinking about Dr. Joel Miller between your legs.
You watched as he stood up from his chair across from you, your eyes tracking him as he nodded slowly. He clasped his hands behind his back, his strong biceps fighting the material of his shirt for dominance. The hand closest to you came down and did a delicate sweep around the rim of the chair you were sitting in.
âYouâre doing great, baby girl.â He praised again, stopping to stand next to you. You were eye-level to his waist, your lips parting at the sight of the bulge in his pants. Oh, fuck me, so thatâs what heâs been hiding behind his notepad.
His hand gently reached out to you, two straight fingers under your chin as he tilted you up to look at him. Your long eyelashes batted at him, teeth piercing down into your bottom lip. You let out an involuntary sigh as his hand moved up your cheek, bringing you in to rest against his thigh.
He was warm, and he smelled like Old Spice, god, you could swear it was the same one your dad used to use. You whimper at the thought, digging your face gently further into his protection. You felt his hand gently caress the back of your head, stroking back your hair from your face.
You wanted him, your pussy wanted him, and the throbbing need for his attention and affection was incurable. You began to press kisses into the material of his pants, losing all pride as you fell to your knees in front of him and palmed your hand over his growing erection.
You braved looking up at him, his face watching you in adoration, like he was proud of you.
âIs this what you want? Iâll do whatever you want.â You say meekly, desperate to please.
âYou know what I think you need?â He asks, his voice dropped an octave, and it was making you purr. He was more sultry now, his hands finding yours and guiding you up off of the floor. You finally shake your head, your hands gently moving up his chest and feeling his toned pecs and broad shoulders.
Seeing him this close made your heart flutter. He was so handsome, so grown. His wispy curls were adorning the same salt and pepper as his beard. He had worn lines by his eyes and on his forehead, his curious mind must always be causing his brows to furrow. He had you breathless at the mouth and achingly wet down below.
âI think you need me to take care of you. Is that what you want, baby? Someone to show you how much they care about you? Someone to be where you need them most?â His strong hand is traveling down your front now, Joelâs pointer finger curling into the front of your skirt. Your lips part as he tugs so hard that youâre falling into him, your small hands clutching the landscape of his biceps.
âYes-- fuck, please Joel, yes.â You nearly beg. Be there for me, be inside me.
He let out a heavy grunt of satisfaction, closing the distance between you as he cradled your face in his big hands and connected your lips. You felt safe, letting your walls fall down as he took care of you.
You melted in his hold, Joelâs tongue carefully gliding over your bottom one in a request for you to part yours for him. You followed his lead, a whimpering moan leaving you as you felt his tongue invade your mouth. He was moving you backward methodically until the back of your thighs hit the desk you previously admired. Your hips shook the frame, hearing pens and some papers clatter to the floor.
You felt overwhelmingly hot, you needed to shed some layers. Like the mind reader he was, Joelâs hands moved down to the hem of your top, breaking your heated kiss to discard the material in his way.
He generously cupped your breasts held away by your bra, another desperate moan leaving you as you watched him through hooded eyes admire your body. His hands were quick to settle on your hips, fingertips burning into your skin as he lifted you up onto the desk with ease. Fuck, he had the kind of strength that looked effortless.
Joel was taking charge, and it was so nice, he knew exactly what he wanted to do, and you didnât have to worry about anything. His legs nudged your own open, cool air finally greeting your needy pussy. The sensation had your head falling back, accidentally breaking your kiss once more.
âOooh, fuck,â you gasp, your head coming back up to watch as his hand disappeared under the drape of your skirt.
You wanted to fuck your therapist.
âYou want daddy to take care of that for you with his cock?â His foul words had you at a loss of your own, your jaw slack as he pressed his hips into yours and you could feel his dick pressed right up against your pussy.
âTake daddyâs belt off.â He grumbled his orders, a quick nod leaving you. You didnât want to waste his time.
âYes.â You whimpered.
âYes, what?â His voice was stern and articulate, making you bend your will as his close proximity flooded your senses. You couldnât find his belt soon enough. You popped the button of his jeans and nearly tore off the zipper at his ask.
âYes, daddy.â You whimper, a greedy smile on your lips to see you earned his favor. He adoringly cupped one side of your cheek as both of your heads rested against one anotherâs to watch you pull down his dark briefs.
He let out a strained grunt at the release, his flesh going to slap against his tanned stomach. He was already unbuttoning his shirt as you made a fist around him, watching his face to see how he liked it. Too fast? A little slower? Too rough... You paused and spat down on him, your eyes darting back up to his as he let out a satisfied sigh. Let me do it perfectly for you, Joel.
âSo good for me.â He purred, his thumb brushing down the slope of your nose and over your swollen bottom lip that you had bruised from biting down so hard on it. He pushed the tip of his thumb past your lips, the intrusion a surprise but you eagerly sucked to appease him. The action made him swell in your hand to fullness, even beginning to feel too heavy in your hand as you continued to work over him.
âIs this all for me?â You asked eagerly, a sweet smile gracing your face.
You watched as he leaned in, your eyelashes fluttering closed as he came to press his warm lips against the crown of your head. âAll for you, baby girl.â He mumbled against your forehead.
âOh,â you let out in a sweet surprised little moan, your hand working over him eagerly faster. You didnât care if you got off at this point, as long as he did.
âLie back, baby.â His voice was rocky like gravel, you could already see his chest heaving at the attention of your hands. You did as he asked, but not before he unclipped your bra so your tits were on full show for him.
You reached one of your hands back, already gripping the edge of the table as you braced yourself for him. He was so large, easily the largest you had ever been with. You wanted to feel every inch of man that he was inside of your throbbing cunt.
Your skirt was merely an obstacle in his way, watching him toss it up to show your lacey panties underneath. You bit down on your lip with a wide smirk on your face, he really liked the lace.
âSo fuckin pretty,â he admired, your hands coming to rest over his own, your nails gently grazing down his forearms to his fingers. His pointer finger and thumb grazed over the soaked material, admiring how he could see your pretty pussy underneath it. The lace was so dainty and fragile in his hands, he could just--
You gasp as his large hands rip the delicate lace right open, a messy opening of broken threads but now, he had unlimited access to your sex. He was so strong, you hoped he would split you open the same way.
His hands took a grip on the tops of your parted thighs from the outside, taking one foul yank as you felt him press his cock between your wet folds. You were back to gripping and stroking over his forearms, your delicate hand coming up to feel his stubbled cheek.
âJoel please, I need you.â you whimpered out, his head nodding against yours as a few of the curlier strands on his head fell onto his forehead. He was so handsome when he was turned on.
Joelâs heavy huffs broke the eye contact of his cock gliding up and down your arousal, the slick lubing him perfectly. He was perfectly glazed over now, all because of you, his heavy thumb coming down to gently circle over your throbbing clit.
You let out a cry at the much-needed attention, your walls pulsing for him to fill you up.
âJoel!â You whined out in anticipation, your jaw dropping as he finally guided his tip to you without warning and slammed into your depths until he bottomed out in one thrust. His hand was quick to clamp over your mouth, stopping you from letting out a sobbing moan as tears started to swell at the brim of your eyes.
âDonât want anyone to hear us, princess,â His voice was broken by grunts and loose breaths, his palm swallowing your hot high pitched whines. âOr else weâll have to stop.â You did not want him to stop!
You quickly shook your head and clasped your wrist around his which kept your mouth shut. Iâll be good, Iâll be good for you Joel. A tear slipped as you peppered apologetic kisses to the inside of his palm, your eyes desperately connecting with his in a silent ask for him to please continue fucking you.
Joel swiveled his hips back, his jeans clinging to his upper thighs as he rolled back into you. You couldnât help but clench your eyes closed and let out a broken moan. He filled you up in all the best ways possible, he was perfect inside of you, every goddamn inch. You didnât realize how loud you had gotten, his hand pushing your head down further into the desk and squeezing into your cheeks until you snapped out of it.
âWhat did fuckinâ tell you?â He punched out. God, you could feel him pulsating inside of your tight walls.
âGod, this tight pussy feels so-- fuckinâ good.â
You moaned quietly at the compliment, a blissed-out smile on your lips still against his palm as he started a steady rhythm rocking into you.
You whimpered as the desk started to creak with each of his heavy thrusts, pinching your ass against the desk but he felt too good to complain. Sure, youâd have a red line imprinted on your cheeks, but hell, it was so worth it. âSuch a good fuckinâ girl, little angel for me-- fuck,â he grunted as he used the hand wrapped around your mouth as leverage, holding your head down as his hips snapped into you mercilessly. You were crying out moans into his palm, but nothing loud ever left the room, just like he wanted.
Your hands are clenching at the desk now, desperate not to fly off. Through blurry eyes, you saw his face, tight and twisted as he admired the way your breasts bounced with each of his thrusts.
You bravely reached up to take his hand around your mouth, shifting it down to wrap around your windpipe. You gave him an angelic little smile, biting down on your lower lip to hold in your dirty moans.
Joel watched you in awe, nodding with his sick little half-smirk as he started to squeeze at the sides of your throat. Fuck, heâs done this before, he knows exactly what heâs doing. The heightened experience turns you on, heâs not some 20-something idiot who cares only about getting his dick wet. Joel wants you to cum.
âYou look at me baby.. fuck--, donât break eye contact until you wanna breathe, darlinâ.â His accent drawled in your ear and made your pussy even wetter for him. One of his hands squeezed at the sides of your delicate windpipe, his other hand snaking between you two as his electric fingers found your buzzing clit.
The attention was a lot, but you were a whore for it.
His thrusts grew sloppier, but he was pacing himself, Joel wants you to cum first.
You whimper at the idea of him putting you ahead of his own interested and needs, your head growing foggy as your wrist wrapped around his own that held you down but you didnât look away from his amber eyes. He licked his lips in desire watching you, your lips parting for air as you finally looked away.
He followed through on his promise, his strong hands going lax as your head fell to the side, eyes closing in bliss while your pussy fluttered around his dick.
âFuck baby girl,â he panted through a mumble as his spare hand massaged over your breasts. âGot me losinâ my goddamn mind.â He moaned something that resembled your name, pinching at your sensitive peaks until he had you whimpering.
âJoel I- oh god,â your stomach dropped as the tip of his dick massaged at your sweet spot, a cry threatening to spill from your lips but you knew he didnât like you being too loud in his office so you hold it in, your cheeks going hot red.
It was all too much. Your foggy head, his hands on your sensitive bits, his fucking dick slamming into you. You felt so small in his hold, his body shielding you from the outside world as he drove you face-first into your earth-shattering orgasm.
âJoel-Joel please, fuck, Iâm gonna-,â Your chin tilted up and your back arched, his hand instantly moving back up to your throat so you could feel even more floated during the crash of your orgasm.
âCum for me princess. Cum for me now.â He demanded in a mumble.
It coursed through your body like an electric current, your body short-circuiting from the amount of pleasure it was receiving all at once.
Your lips were parted, but nothing came out. You couldnât hear a thing, only Joel, only him as he ruts himself against your core and you feel him spill his hot cum into the depths of your sex. You lazily smirked as you made your walls flutter around him, your core pulsing. Could almost feel him in your belly.
His breaths were heavy, heavenly. It made your skin clammy, the both of you so fucked up that you were stuck in place. You didnât realize it, but you had reached up to cup his face, your thumb gently gliding down the curve of his crooked nose. Your lips gently came together as your head came up, kissing the tip of his nose before going to lay back down on his desk.
âOh, baby girl,â Joel purred in adoration, his mouth coming down to greet yours in a delicate kiss. âDid such a good job.â Both of you were so drunk on your orgasms, everything was so perfect.
You lazily kissed him back, your arms wrapping around the tops of his shoulders with your fingers lightly fisting the hair at the nape of his neck to keep him close as he softened inside of you. You could stay here like this forever.
You glanced over just in time, seeing the last grain of sand fall down in his glass sand timer. Your session with Dr. Joel Miller was over.
He helped you hop off his desk, your wobbly legs needing to find their strength again. His cum was already meeting the tops of your inner thighs, your face blushing at the feeling. You were quite literally gaping for him.
Joel cleared his throat and easily pulled his jeans back up to the top of his hips at his waist, securing his belt and zipper before he fisted your discarded, ripped apart panties.
âOh,â you whispered a bit embarrassed at the sight of them. You had just finished pulling your shirt back onto your torso, stuffing your bra inside your purse. No way you were going to try and put that thing back on. You reached out for him to hand them over, your eyes widening as he pulled his hand away and stuffed them into his pocket.
âFor safe keepingâŠâ He trailed off, his eyes still dark as they looked down at your wide ones. Well, you werenât getting those back any time soon. They were his now, your torn to threads black lace panties. You nodded and weakly smiled, still trying to catch your breath.
Joel walked you out, tapping his absentminded secretaryâs desk to tell her to find something in both of your calendars for a future date.
âI think I can really help you work this out.â He told you on your way out.
As you left his office, you felt like everyone knew what you had just done. But for now, it was just a secret for you and your therapist, Joel.

Nicky's mom has got it going on (Part 1)
You are best friends with Nicholas Scratch, and one day he invites you over to his house when his mom is there, and shit, you didn't realize his mom was so hot. Non-magical AU
Word count: 2100+
Warnings: 18+, allusions to smut, actual smut will be in later parts, mommy issues (duh)
âGot any plans tonight?â your best friend Nicky asks you, making easy conversation. You had been organizing books on the A-F fiction shelf at the Barnes & Noble at the mall, where you and Nicholas Scratch worked in your free time. You had met him through Westview University, where you both attended school. But when you both started working at the bookstore in the beginning of the year to make a little extra money, you two became fast friends.Â
âNot really. My parents are working late so Iâm on my own. Probably just going to reheat leftovers and watch tv.â The campus was only twenty minutes away from your parentsâ house, and ten away from his, so you both lived at home.
âYou finished all the chem homework?â he asks, a teasing grin on his face. Youâre both in the same Introduction to Chemistry class, with Ms. Dottie Jones. She was a stickler and gave out a packet of homework almost every day. It was everyoneâs least favorite class.Â
You groan. Somehow you had forgotten, and it was due tomorrow. Looked like you had plans after all for the evening. âFuck,â is all you say, Nicky laughing.Â
âI havenât started it either. Want to come over and do it? Iâm sure you could stay for dinner. My momâs cooking and she can help with the homework.â
You smile, gracious for the offer. You had been over to his house a few times, but you hadnât met his mom yet. You could use the company, and the help for sure. Chemistry was your worst subject, but Nicky was pretty good at it. Apparently his mom, Agatha Harkness, had a background in it, so she was always helping Nicky.Â
âThat would be lovely, thank you. Do you want to go straight there after we get off?â You quickly check your watch. Thereâs still 45 minutes left in your shift.Â
âYeah, that works. Let me text my mom and tell her that youâre coming over.â
âWill she mind?â The last thing you wanted to do was intrude. Nicky and his mom were incredibly close, as it was just the two of them, and according to Nicky, Agatha treasured the time she got to spend with him around her busy schedule. You hadnât heard much about Nickyâs father and Agathaâs ex-husband, only that they had gotten divorced when Nicky was fourteen and was out of the picture.Â
âNot at all. Sheâs been dying to meet you.â He pulls his phone out of his pocket, checking around to make sure no customers or your manager are nearby, and quickly types out a quick message. You make a mental note to text your parents when you finished your shift to let them know you were getting dinner with friends. They wouldnât mind, plus you were sure youâd still be home before them.Â
âThank you,â you say again, and get back to organizing the books.Â
***
You pull into the driveway, following Nickyâs car. Their house never fails to take your breath away. Itâs a beautiful two story Victorian style house, with a steep roof, wrap-around porch, and large windows with paned glass. Itâs almost Halloween, and clearly Nicky and his mom go all out. Inflatable ghosts, fake gravestones, pumpkins, and other decorations fill their giant yard and you canât help but smile. Halloween is one of your favorite holidays, and this year Nickyâs mom was hosting a party for the neighborhood and you had been invited. Nicky leads you to the front door, unlocks it, and motions for you to go in first. The smell of pumpkin and cinnamon hits your nose and you inhale slowly. You can hear noises coming from the kitchen and you trail behind your friend as he leads you to the source.Â
In the kitchen, a woman is facing away from you, stirring something in a large pot on the stove. Her long, curly black hair tumbles down to her lower back and she is wearing a flannel with navy pants. On the island, you can see some candles flickering. So thatâs where the smell was coming from.Â
âMom, this isââ Nicky starts, but his mom whips around and exclaims, announcing your name before he even gets a chance.Â
Holy shit, is your first thought. Nickyâs mom is hot. Her long hair frames her pale face and her bright blue eyes trace you up and down. The top two buttons of her flannel are undone, so you can see her collarbones and a peek of the smooth skin of her chest.
âOh, hi,â you stammer. âSo nice to finally meet you.â
A wide smile overtakes her face and she sticks out a hand. It takes you a beat, but then you remember what youâre supposed to do. You take her hand and shake it, trying to ignore how soft her palm is.Â
âNickyâs told me so much about you,â she gushes. âHe clearly forgot to mention what a sight for sore eyes you are.â She playfully winks and you figure all the blood in your body has to have rushed to your cheeks, based on how hot they feel.Â
âMom,â Nicky whines, shooting you an apologetic look. You let out an awkward chuckle, eyes darting back and forth between mom and son.Â
His mom waves a hand at him. âYeah, yeah. Well, Iâm Agatha. Nicky said you guys are going to work on some homework. Donât hesitate to ask if you need help, and Iâll give you guys a shout when dinner is ready! Hope you like lamb stew.â Right on cue, your stomach rumbles and Agatha shoots you a smile. âNicky, why donât you get your friend a snack while Iâm cooking?â
Nicky nods and rummages through the pantry. He grabs a box of cookies and you guys walk up to his room. You sit down at his desk and he flops onto his bed.
âYour mom is nice,â you say casually, trying not to give away how flustered you are because of her.Â
âSheâs pretty cool. Alright, letâs get started. Last time I checked, the packet was eight pages and at least half are balancing equations.âÂ
Ugh. That thought is enough to turn your attention from Agatha to the reality of the situation. You have a lot of homework to get done.Â
You have just gotten to the third page when Agatha pokes her head in. âHowâs homework going?â she asks, and you and Nicky simultaneously groan. She walks over to you, stealing your paper and gently perching on the desk, which youâre sitting at. You struggle to remember how to breathe when her thigh brushes against your knee. âThis one is wrong,â she says, pointing at number 13. âYou have an extra oxygen on the left side.âÂ
Nicky drops his head into the bed with a muffled swear. Agatha meets your eyes and smiles softly. Fuck, her mouth is pretty.Â
âWhy donât you take a break? Come downstairs and eat dinner and then weâll work through this together,â she offers. She holds your homework back out to you and you take it, wondering if she slid her fingers across yours on purpose.Â
At the table, Agatha sits across from you and Nicky is to your right. She asks you all about college, your major, and what you want to do after.Â
âHave you guys decided what youâre wearing to the party next week?,â she then asks.
âIâm going to be a witch,â you answer, and you swear her eyes light up. âI ordered my costume last week so it should be here soon. Nicky still hasnât figured out what heâs going as yet.âÂ
Nicky scoffs in protest. âHey! Iâm narrowing it down between a pirate or a superhero. Also, mom loves witches so watch out.âÂ
âHalloween is next week, dude, you better figure it out soon,â you tease and Agatha laughs.Â
âYou tell him,â she says and the two of you share a grin.Â
âWhatever. Iâm going to the bathroom,â Nicky says, standing up and pushing in his chair.Â
There is a moment of silence as you and Agatha eat some stew. Then she says, âSo, y/n, do you have a boyfriend?â
You almost drop your spoon back in the bowl. Is sheâno. She is probably trying to get a feel of yours and Nickyâs relationship. âUm, no. Iâm actually gay,â you say, finding the stew suddenly incredibly interesting. After Agatha is silent for a few seconds, you look up at her to find a smirk stretched across her face, eyes looking darker than they were.
âDo you have a girlfriend?â
Her voice is low and you swallow hard, begging the fire in your stomach to die down. This is Nickyâs mom. Nickyâs incredibly attractive mom whose hands, at the moment, you desperately wanted to feel tracing your body. Sliding over your lips, maybe even around your throat. Fuck.Â
âNo,â you say, barely above a whisper. âThereâs really no girls in school that Iâm interested in.âÂ
Agatha opens her mouth, ready to say something, and you preemptively lean closer, but at that moment, Nicky walks back in and sits down next to you, completely oblivious to your flushed face and his momâs look ofâŠdisappointment?Â
No. You are clearly just reading into things. Nickyâs mom, who is much older than you are, does not want you.Â
Sheâs just being nice, and you are being insane.Â
You really need to get your mommy issues under control.Â
Agatha clears her throat. âSo, howâs working at the bookstore going?âÂ
âItâs pretty good. Nicky definitely makes the shifts go by faster,â you say, turning to look at him appreciatively. âExcept for tomorrow, because someone has to do a group project for their sociology class and canât work.â The glare you gave Nicky is playful and he snickers.Â
âSo sorry. Iâd honestly rather be at work. My group sucks. I honestly wonder how one of the people made it into college,â he says. You agree. Youâve done a fair share of group projects already for some of your classes, and it is often a struggle.Â
You look back at Agatha, but she doesnât say anything. The rest of dinner passes quickly, and soon itâs time to get back to homework.Â
You and Nicky decide to move downstairs so Agatha can help. Sheâs talking quickly, gesturing down at your paper, but youâre too busy staring at her lips to actually understand what sheâs saying. Which is totally fine, until she asks you a question.Â
âSorry?â is all you can say, internally cursing for looking like an idiot. She doesnât look disappointed. Instead, it almost looks like she knows why youâre so distracted. She repeats it slowly, something about if thereâs six oxygens on the left side, how many carbon dioxides do we need on the right side. âThree?â you say, sort of guessing.Â
âGood girl,â she says approvingly, in that raspy voice of hers, and you honest-to-god clench around nothing. You can literally feel yourself getting wetter by the second. And then she moves onto the next question like she didnât just say that.Â
Itâs almost ten thirty at night by the time you finish your homework and you stand up with a yawn.Â
âDo you want to stay the night?â Agatha asks. âYou can stay in the guest room, Iâm sure I can find some clothes for you to wear.âÂ
âAre you sure? I donât want to intrude,â you say, and she immediately shakes her head.Â
âYou wonât be at all. Come on,â she insists, and you glance at Nicky before she pulls you after her up the stairs. She leads you into her bedroom and lets go of you to walk into her closet and you take the opportunity to look around her room.Â
Her bed is neatly made, with a cream duvet and a dark, wooden headboard. Her nightstand is the same colored wood and thereâs a framed picture of her and Nicky from probably ten years ago. A fireplace is tucked into the corner and dark purple curtains cover the windows.Â
âHere you go. These should fit. There should be extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the guest bathroom. If you need anything else, just let me know,â Agatha says, handing you a pile of clothes. âHave a good night, sweetheart.â
Youâre too flustered to say anything back so you give her a smile and make your way to the guest room. Itâs right by Nickyâs room, so you stop in to say good night and then you text your parents that youâre spending the night at a friendâs house.Â
The pajamas Agatha gave you â if you can even call them that â slide right onto your body. Itâs a silky purple nightie with a black robe and it hugs your curves in all the right places. You look hot and for a second, you think about going to see Agatha again. Just to thank her, you tell yourself unconvincingly.Â
But you make yourself brush your teeth and get into bed, feeling the wetness still between your thighs.Â

Obsession synastry
These are just aspects Iâve experienced where either they or I or both became obsessed
I have Pluto in the 8th house natally idk if that makes a difference for some of these, Iâm pretty naturally intense I guess.
Venus in the first house
As the Venus person Iâve had this with the two people who absolutely rocked my world. I thought these people were the most beautiful people I have ever seen and idolized them. They were so beautiful to me and I told everyone about them
Planets in the 12th
I have a stellium of four planets and I canât really tell you exactly how each one acts
Mercury: MISCOMMUNICATION I swear this person would ask me one thing and I would hear something entirely different. Sometimes I would also be too shy to respond, I did a lot of drugs with these people. Also I got so much information about these people randomly. Iâd have dreams that told me things, Iâd cry randomly. Strangers told me things about him that I didnât know, and later revealed his name. I knew so much about these people from other sources randomly. One time we ended and I ended up with a group of his friends I didnât know weâre his friends and they just kept talking about him and then they said his name and I was likeâŠ. Honestly I had such a hard time communicating with these people and I felt like they really wanted me to. I honestly feel like theses people are still kinda waiting on an explication from me. Itâs just so hard. I kept getting in my head thinking they couldnât possibly know and yet they made every effort to help me feel comfortable sharing but I didnât know how. And with these people thereâs always something getting in the way. Like no service, or his parents would come in the room and take away his phone. I blocked these people a lot.
Mars:⊠yeah itâs true. This guy was my first I thought we were soulmates I was confused lol. I also talk hella shit about these people (some of them) because they did me so dirty. Thereâs so much build up over time here. Like did they understand me. Will they ever get how I feel.
Jupiter: let down Fr without other good synastry. This placement gives you a spiritual assistance. Thereâs a greater force on your side helping this relationship. I met this guy once and I thought about him all the time for a year. We ended up meeting again and he was really into me too. EVERYTHING WAS FATED we ran into eachother everywhere, he happened to be next door neighbors with two of my best friends (his parent were divorced). I thought we had no real mutuals turns out we were in a really big friend group. ALL OF HIS FRIENDS WERE FRIENDS WITH AT LEAST ONE OF MINE.
Sun: I donât know if they ever really saw me. Well I know thatâs not true but I think they truly were surprised by some qualities about me or just donât understand. I also feel like I can see through these people so easily. Honestly this placement felt less like confusion for me and more like lucidity. Like I understand you eventhough your not telling me in a way that makes sense. Drugs. The one that got away. But theyâre back? Feels like a forever kinda thing. Disappear cold turkey and run into eachothers years later. Honestly I was faking it with these people a bit. Wouldnât let them know the real me.
8th house synastry (cancer, Leo, sag)
Man if you think itâs done itâs not done till it gets bad
I have Venus conjunct moon and a stellium with
Venus: oh man I thought I was obsessed but I think it was him (he had natal mars not really conjunct though) and we were in a weird polyamory situation. I was like so obsessed with him. I always thought about him(sexually) and he really went the extra mile for me. Yeah I was a bit possessive but he had his mars in my friends 8th and she was so much more possessive. She even said to me âheâs mineâ he sure as hell was not hers. I also have my Venus and mom on in her 8th and she still texts me even though I stopped talking to her like 2 years ago. They both do. He made new numbers and always found ways to reappear. I donât know if itâs sexual as much as seductive. When I have Venus in peoples 8th house we always end up in something sexual even if weâre not into eachother.
Moon: pretty emotional, these relationships feel so natural for me, honestly the house person is more affected I think. Like the house person has never met someone like this before, never experienced these things.
Pluto: This is a generational one so it has to be a really really close orb like 1-2 degrees with other things going on honestly
I had this with a guy and it made me think astrology is more than just planets and gravity. Like being around this guyâŠ. I felt all the Pluto/8th house elements. I was so entranced by the eye contact and the physical touch. I started off not knowing this guy but he knew me and I was so mad about something but then I was so turned on and I told him I wanted to wait but the sexual tension made me angry so I went off on him. After that I couldnât stand myself he was so nice to me (8th house) and I didnât even have control over myself. I would never use astrology to justify actions so I went to therapy and began to really work on my triggers but I didnât forget him. And I thought for sure he would not be into me after that interaction, justifiably, but right when I gave up on ever talking to him again he messaged me. I⊠stalked him for months on Instagram we didnât even follow each other and he posted all these things about his loyalty and lowkey stuff we talked about in those 2 hours we met and I thought thereâs no way they could be about me so I thought he moved on but I guess he didnât. I have no idea whoâs obsessed I know I am but Iâm thinking maybe he is in another way. Definitely taboo. I have all these secrets Iâm keeping from him too. Like I donât know this guy and all we have is history (my south node is in the 8th). I think the whole premise is intensity and possessiveness and I donât know where it comes from cause I donât know this guy. Pluto conjunct 8th is literally our crazies coming together I guess. House person feels it more id have to guess though. I could literally go in about this brief encounter for forever.
South node contacts always

please we need more Jim the delinquent season!!! please I beg idc if it's smut or fluff or both... Lol btw I am invested in your fics... Wait ngl smut sounds lovely...
perfect for you - jim (the delinquent season) x reader
masterlist
notes: hello lovely anon, i can definitely do that for you! fluffy and smutty jim content is a need. ugh, what i would do to call him mine.
summary: you've always found your best friends dad attractive. unbeknownst to you, the feeling was mutual on his end, especially after his divorce. one night, your best friend goes somewhere, leaving you and her dad alone together.
word count: 2.9k
warnings: 18+ mdni, smut, kissing, age gap (everyone is legal), reader is implied to be around 20 and jim is in his 40's, bestfriends dad! trope, p in v, aftercare <3
cassie had been your best friend for as long as you could remember. the two of you had met in elementary school, and your friendship lasted a lifetime. now, both you and her were attending college together; all grown up. purposefully, the two of you aimed to get into the same college as neither of you wanted to spend time apart from each other, even when it came to school.
you'd known her for ages, and you were super close with her family. likewise, she was close with yours, as you'd basically grown up together. however, cassie's parents divorced just over a year ago, so much to your dismay, you didn't get to see her mom as frequently anymore. she'd moved out even before her divorce was finalized, and you'd only see her occasionally now.
cassie decided to live her with her dad, jim, as he owned a lovely house quite close to campus, and you also lived just down the road. it was convenient for the both of you. jim was never very talkative, definitely more reserved than his ex-wife ever was, and you'd only really gotten to know him more after the divorce.
even though you'd known him for a majority of your life, you clicked with cassie's mom much more - isn't that how it always is, though? regardless, you would still come over frequently to cassie's place, as the two of you always worked on assignments together. even though she majored in something completely different than you, that didn't stop either of you from bonding over the college experience together.
for the first couple months after the divorce, jim was quiet. he would make small talk with the two of you, maybe ask how your lectures went but otherwise he would keep to himself.
during one particularly hot summer day, jim was having a few of his friends over to watch some sort of sports game, while you and cassie were upstairs working on homework. that same night, cassie got a text from a guy she was interested in from her class who'd asked her out, and you encouraged her to go out with him.
jim and you had talked a bit more frequently at this point in time, since he was finally coming out of his shell more. you didn't blame him after the whole thing with his marriage ending and all. that being said, you felt comfortable just chilling at her place as you'd most likely end up going home pretty soon after she'd left anyway.
plus, this wasn't out of the ordinary for you nor her. she'd often stay at your place for a few days at a time sometimes; the two of you were close like that. you'd do the same, staying over at hers for a few days as well, neither of your parents minded. it had always been this way, even when the two of you were growing up.
"are you sure? i can always tell him i'm busy." she asked you, touching up her makeup.
"oh my god, cass. just go, you've liked this guy for so long!" you insisted, giggling.
"yeah, i know," she laughed, "my dad has his buddies over to watch the stupid game, though. you can go home if you want, but if you get tired feel free to crash at mine tonight."
"i live down the road, but i will definitely keep that in mind." you say with a laugh, shaking your head.
"yeah but your basically my sister, so i don't care if you sleep here or whatever." she says, applying some lipgloss as she fixed her hair.
"go have fun tonight," you say to her, "and text me all the details."
"obviously," she says, turning to face you, "do i look good?"
"duh, like always." you say, glancing at her but returning to your notes as you scribble more stuff down from your textbook.
"if all goes well...i'll text you in the morning." she laughs, and you shake your head laughing along with your best friend.
that night, cassie did in fact have a great night - so great, in fact, that she ended up staying over at that guys house. however, she wasn't the only one who ended up sleeping in someone else's bed that night.
one thing led to another while cassie was gone for the night, and somehow you ended up in jims bed, tangled in the sheets and wrapped up in his arms. sleeping with your best friends dad was not something you planned on doing, but it sort of just...happened.
his buddies has gone home for the night, and you wandered downstairs so that you could quietly leave and return back to your house; but you noticed everyone had left already.
"you didn't go out with cassie?" jim's voice called out from behind you, and you turned around to see him leaning against the doorframe of the kitchen.
"no," you shake your head, "i have a final next week, i needed to study for it."
"ah, smart girl." he said softly in that accent that made your knees weak. for a moment, he was quiet. just staring at you while you stared back, unsure of what else to say.
"do you need help cleaning up?" you ask politely, since it wasn't too late. it was only quarter past eight, and he looked a little tired.
"don't worry about it." he smiled, and you shook your head.
"least i could do, i'm always over here anyways." you insisted, making your way to the kitchen.
there were only a few dishes scattered around, along with some empty beer cans and a few cups. you helped him put the food on the counter away and cleaned some of the dishes. after the two of you were done, he looked at you with a soft smile.
"you've always been so helpful," he smiled, "i appreciate it."
"it's no problem." you say back, watching him lean against the counter.
he doesn't respond, but instead just looks at you under the dim kitchen lighting, and his baby blue eyes pierce right through you.
"do you have a boyfriend? remind me, i forgot." he asked suddenly, and you felt your cheeks heating up at his rather...innocent question.
"n-no, i don't." you say with a nervous laugh.
"c'mere." he said and for a second, you thought you'd misheard him.
"what?" you asked quietly.
"come here." he repeated.
hesitantly, you make your way closer to him and look up at his blue eyes. he glances down at you, still leaning against the counter with his hands gripping the edge.
okay - if you were being totally honest right now, you had always found your best friends dad to be really attractive. but he was married for the longest time and he was also the father of your lifelong best friend! it was wrong on so many levels, but it appeared that neither of you seemed to cared.
suddenly, his hand was making it's way onto your waist, and you almost felt the need to pinch yourself in case this was all just a very vivid dream you were having.
"the walls are thin, you know," he said softly, rubbing circles into your waist with his thumb, "i heard you last week, on the phone to your friend or whoever while cassie was picking milo up from the vet."
your heart dropped. last week, cassie had to pick her dog up from the vet, and you were home alone with jim for around half an hour. within that half hour, another friend of yours called and somehow, the topic landed on jim. well, more like you'd told your friend you were staying at cassie's for the evening, which led to the friend asking about her parents divorce, which then led you to say some interesting things about jim.
"if he wasn't cassie's dad, i'd be all over that." you said to your friend as the both of you giggled over the phone.
"yeah, i've seen him. like, damn." your friend said, making you laugh once more.
"you have no idea what it's like when i come over, i literally have to force myself to focus on something - anything else." you tell her, but then you heard the front door open. "mhm, yeah. okay, i gotta go. bye."
with that, you ended your phone call - not realizing jim had been grabbing the laundry from the washer out in the hall. he heard everything, and he couldn't lie; it really turned him on. he always knew it was wrong, but he was definitely attracted to you. it started out innocent, like for example, it started when you had turned nineteen. he would think you looked really pretty when you wore a certain outfit, or when you did your hair a certain way.
then, as the next year or two went by, he found himself noticing other things about you. like how perky your tits looked in a certain shirt, or how badly he wanted to see you bend over when you wore a specific skirt. he tried to shake the thoughts of out his head - but it was no use.
"i-i didn't-" you stammered.
"shh," he assured you, "it's nothing to be embarrassed about. honestly, i wish you'd said something sooner."
"...you do?" you asked, a little taken aback by his words.
"i do," he said softly, "so why don't we both stop pretending like this isn't bound to happen."
his hands trailed along your waist and your hips, before his grip on them became tighter. pulling you close, he brushed a strand of your hair out of your face. the both of you leaned in - but you placed your hands on his chest, stopping him.
"jim, wait," you say, looking up at the older man in front of you, "i-i can't- i don't do casual hookups. their just not-"
"your thing, i know. i wasn't trying to imply that this was just going to be that," he assures you once more, "i want you in more than just that way."
"o-okay," you almost whisper, "me too."
he doesn't offer a verbal response, but rather gives your ass a tight squeeze whilst his lips came crashing down on yours. instinctively, you wrap your arms around his neck as he backs you up into the kitchen counter. recklessly, his lips still locked with yours, he hoisted you up onto the kitchen island. for a moment, both of you break away from the kiss with pink-tinted cheeks.
the thrill of kissing a man so much older than you (who also happened to be your best friends dad) was getting you worked up, and judging by the tent in his pants; it was getting him worked up, too. gently, he helped you out of your hoodie and sweats. you felt a shiver go up your spine as your ass rested on the cold granite of the counter, and he bit down on his lip at sight. with all your clothes discarded, you sat pretty for his taking on the counter with your pink, lacy bra and matching pink thong.
"look at you," he groaned, "so pretty, princess."
clearly, neither of you could even wait to take it to the bedroom. so, with adrenaline running through your veins, you help him out of his sweater and he reaches for his belt buckle. he pulls you into another heated kiss, this time one of his hands coming up to your throat to give it a soft squeeze. as he choked you gently, you moaned into his mouth, the action driving him insane.
he pulled away from the kiss and you felt his tip poke at your folds. you look down for a moment, and you could see him stroking himself with one hand as he lined his cock up with your entrance while the other hand rested gently around your throat.
before he put it in, he looked at you to make sure that this was okay, though he didn't say a word. you gave him a small, affirming nod and he rubbed the head of his cock against your wetness before plunging his cock in, taking you on the kitchen counter.
you let out a gasp as his veiny cock filled you, and he groaned at the feeling of your warm walls sucking him in. his hand quickly came off of your neck and down to your waist, his other hand doing the same. as his hands found purchase on your waist, he started to move in and out slowly, letting you adjust.
"j-jim," you moaned, throwing your head back, "ugh, feels so good."
"yeah?" he groaned, thrusting in and out much faster now, "d'you hear how wet you are, princess?"
when he mentioned it, your cheeks burned as your eyes rolled to the back of your head from his cock pounding your cunt. you could hear it - your pussy was dripping, and it was evident by the squelching sounds in the quiet kitchen.
"s-so wet, just for you- fuuuuck-" you whimper as his cock hit all the right spots inside of you.
one of jim's hands snaked up to your breasts, roughly kneading it and making you moan. you drooling hole started to squeeze down onto his fat cock, making him lose his breath. the both of you were chasing your highs and getting closer by the second.
"f-fuck, you're so tight, m'gonna fill this tight little pussy up." he decided, fucking into you deeply as he took you on his kitchen countertop.
"so close, jim, s-so mmph, close!" you cry out, squeezing your eyes shut as the pleasure consumed you and the coil inside of your stomach snapped.
"thaaaats it," he praised, "keep squeezing me like that, princess."
you bit your lip and moaned at the way he was talking, and he felt himself tip over the edge as he spilled into you with a groan. his hips continued to buck into you for a few more moments, fucking his cum deeper and deeper into your aching cunt.
after you both came down from your highs, he pulled his softening cock out of you. he watched with a sigh at the sight your pretty pussy which was now dripping with his cum. swiftly, he got a towel and started to wipe it up for you. he was taking his time and making sure you were taken care of afterwards, of course.
"how are you feeling?" he asked softly, wiping his seed that was dripping out from your cunt.
"a little sleepy," you admitted with a half-lidded smile, "and a little hungry."
"how about i run you a bath?" he suggested, laughing softly, "and then i'll order us some takeout from that italian place you like down on 47th and main."
"you know my favourite takeout place?" you giggle.
"obviously i do," he admits with a chuckle, "you told me a few months ago, remember?"
"well, yeah. i just didn't expect you to actually remember." you say with a sigh, and he pulls you into a chaste kiss.
"of course i remember, how could i forget?" he smiles after giving you a small peck, "so, does that sound good? a bath and your favourite takeout? then you can sleep in my bed tonight with me."
"first of all, that sounds wonderful, baby," you say, casually throwing the pet name in, "and secondly, can you join me in the bath, pretty please?"
he smiled as you called him baby, "i can't say no to that, princess."
"good." you say, beaming up at him.
true to his word, he did run you two a hot bath which you both enjoyed. after your steamy bath, he ordered your favourite food and the two of you laughed and cuddled on the couch whilst sharing a bottle of your favourite wine. after the two of you finished, you were both sleepy. as you and jim slipped into bed, he wrapped his arms tightly around you, giving you a kiss on the head before you both fell asleep.
the next morning, the two of you were still tangled in the sheets together, cuddled up in the blankets all cozy. cassie had returned sometime in the early hours just before sunrise, and as she made her way up the stairs, she noticed her dads bedroom door was cracked open slightly. she paid no mind to it - until she caught a glimpse of you in his bed with him.
doing a double take, she poked her head into his bedroom to find the both of you peacefully asleep. your head was resting on his chest as his arms were draped over you, the both of you looking so content.
cassie smiled and shook her head, laughing quietly to herself as she made her way back to her own room. contrary to what most peoples reactions would be; she wasn't mad. in fact, she kind of saw it coming in hindsight and hey, if you made him happy and he was good to you, then so be it.
though the both of you seemed oblivious to it, everyone else could see that you were perfect for him, and he was perfect for you.

JB9 request
They are divorced and have two children together, and he is jealous that she is leaving the kids at his house so she can go on a date. but the meeting was horrible, because the guy is not like Joe
This was a very specific and I had so much fun writing in. A little bit of angst at the end.
What we used to be
The decision for filing the divorce was consciously taken. It was done three years ago, while you went to a rough patch in your marriage. The decision wasn't easy, because you share two children together, and for them was equally hard to understand why mommy and daddy weren't together anymore.
One of the main reasons was after having children, you marriage went cold and dead. He was busy playing football and you were busy mothering a three years old and a nine months old. You didn't have the time to be a couple anymore.
Currently, you decided to start dating again after your friends prompted you to do so. It was difficult because you had to coordinate with Joe (now that you were co-parenting). And of course, was during the off-season because during his seasons you had the kids most of the time. On weekends you dropped the children with Robin so she would take them to the home game. It was a messy life, because you shared a lot of things as a result of the years together. Trying to get rid of Joe was impossible having children with his face and living in Cincinnati. So you made peace with that fact long ago. You got along for the children, he was kind and always asked for your opinion when included the family. And you were polite with him, but nothing else.
You send him a text. "Hey, I'm dropping the kids early this Friday. That's ok?"
Joey B: Yeah, that's ok. Are you busy on Friday?
You: Yeah, something came up. Your home or your parents'?
Joey B: My house. Everything alright?
You: everything alright
That was the last text. After that you waited earnestly for your date. You met John through friends, he seemed like a good guy. By looks, the completely opposite of Joe. John had one child already, and worked for a big company in New York but was living in Cincinnati two years now.
You thought it would be difficult if men knew who was your ex-husband because it had happened one time and it ruin the mood for everyone. Apparently, you completely fucked up or whatever. Well, John didn't know anything about football, he couldn't care less about the Superbowl and that was a pleasant surprise.
So on Friday, you drive Mackenzie and Julian to their dad's house. They were behaving well during all morning. And since it was off-season they could spent the weekend with Joe.
You parked the car, and for your surprise Joe was waiting for them outside.
"Dad!" yelled Julian, running towards Joe who was wearing pants and a hoodie. "Mom, can you help me with my backpack?" asked Mackenzie trying to open the door. You got out of the car, and help her. She made cookies for her dad, and was so happy to share.
You help her to carry the backpack until you were face to face with Joe, who was looking handsome as always.
"Daddy, I made cookies!"
"Daddy, can we play videogames?"
The children demanded attention equally, but Joe was still staring at you. Hard.
"Have I something on my face?" you asked, almost aggressively. You put some make up on and dressed in a nice dress for the occasion.
"No, you fine" he cleared his throat "Not your usual fit"
"Mommy is going on a date" Julian shout, excited. Joe's eyebrows raised, you laughed nervous.
"Well, kids behave well. Enjoy the cookies" you said trying not to look at your ex-husband. "Is that true?" he asked, he sounded kinda jealous. Maybe you were overthinking.
"Well, yes" not wanting to discuss anything further in front of the kids "Take care, Joey"
"Please, call me if you need something" he said, "Let me know you're safe"
Your heart flipped. Why he did those things before your date? Weird. You nodded, going back to the car.
John was a nice man. You were sure he was nice, just...not to you. After thirty minutes in the date he kept talking about himself and his work that you thought you were watching a TED talk. He was good looking, but soon you realize you didn't have anything in common by what he was saying. Your mind wandered to your first date with Joe, it was in a bowling alley. Things got competitive and you spent a really good time together that you hook up in your car after the date. Would you hook up with John? Nah.
"Do you need another drink?" John's voice brought you back from your wild thoughts.
"No, thank you"
"So, you told me your ex-husband was a football player, right?"
"Yes" you said cautiously "He still plays"
"And how do you get along?"
"We talked only for the kids"
"Ummm, sure" he dismissed your answer. You raised your eyebrows, astonished. "What do you mean?" you wondered.
"Nothing. I didn't tell you about this trip I'm going to make next month..." he started talking again.
Joe bought you drinks too. You loved his smile back then. Julian had the same smile actually. After getting married you had very nice dates too, but you loved to spend time at home watching movies and resolving puzzles.
The date went on, and you have to excuse yourself or would die of boredom. After the date you missed your children so much, but it was Joe's time with them. So you went to your house and waited.
On Sunday evening, you went to pick up the kids. After a couple of minutes, Joe appeared wearing shorts and a compression shirt. He looked really handsome, his sandy hair was messy, he looked younger somehow.
"Hey" you said, nervous.
"The kids are in the pool" he explained "Come in while I prepare them"
"Oh, no. I can wait in the car" you replied, pointing at your car. He looked up-and-down, and pressed his lips. You blushed like a teenager "I bet they want to see you"
"Okay" you whispered, follow him inside the house. "How was your date?" the question made you flinch. You didn't remember John at all. "Umm, it was good"
I was bored as hell, and thinking about you. How pathetic.
Silence. By the way he was looking at you, he didn't believe you either. You reach the kitchen and he offered something to drink and you decline. "Are you going to the OTAs early this year?" you wondered, hearing music and the children screams outside.
"No, I'm going to spend time with the kids" you nodded, pleased. Joe was a great father, you never doubted that.
You locked eyes, and your stomach made weird things. His eyes softened, and he got closer to you.
"Y/N can we talk about us?" he requested.
"What?" you were in panic mode "About what?"
"The divorce. I thought were struggling but I never listen to you" he said, seriously "Until you fill in the papers" Your heart sank. His lips were still pressed, the wrinkles on his forehead let you know he was stressed too. "I feel like we never had the time to stop and think what we're doing" he said softly.
The bump in your throat didn't let you speak properly. You tried anyway. "I try to speak to you, Joey. I tried to do many things to save our marriage. It didn't work, you were focused on football, and I felt utterly alone" you wipe a treacherous tear "We weren't a couple anymore. I didn't have a partner"
"Mommy! Daddy!" Julian got into the house all wet and hugged you. "Do you want to see how I jump into de pool?"
"Julian, mommy is here to pick you up" Joe explained "Go and tell your sister" Julian nodded and went happily to his sister. Joe attention was on you again. "We should speak about this with more time"
"Why? Are you trying to marry me again?" you joked frustrated he wasn't listening again. "Yes, I never wanted a divorce" he replied ardently. The confession hit you. "Then, why did you fill the divorce?"
"Because I was scared..." the footsteps didn't let him finish "I'll send you a message, please"
You left Joe's house confused and heartbroken. Even though, you couldn't avoid the hope growing in your chest.
Let me know if you want a second part. I think it would be cool.

mine
kim minji x fem! reader
synopsis: you both knew love came with downhills, but neither of you thought it'd get that bad. you made a rebel of a careless man's careful daughter, and she's the best thing you could ever call 'mine'.
genre + others: non-idol reader x idol minji, goes over the ups and downs of their relationship, semi angst but fluff end TRUST ME
notes: (TW: implied suicide of minor character) , y/n has been through so much pls give her a break, idk if either of them were toxic, but they work around it bc love >>>, not requested, i was just listening to the album and got an idea that made my soul go WHOOSH hehe, THIS IS A VERY LONG ONE
WORD COUNT: 6.9k
you were in college, working part-time, waiting tables. left a small town, never looked back. i was a flight risk, with a fear of fallin', wondering why we bother with love, if it never lasts.
you and minji were your friend group's favorite couple. almost anyone would agree, actually.
you met in high school when you transferred from a smaller, almost unknown town under a merit scholarship sponsored by the school. you were your family's pride and joy, the eldest daughter and older sister to two siblings. your parents weren't born with the same comfort they provided you and your siblings, or any comfort at all. it took a lot of work for them to get to where they were, and even then they still work day and night to give a life better than theirs for their children.
being born first, you witnessed everything. the blood, sweat, and tears your parents poured into everything; their failed start-up business, their multiple part-time jobs, and the low-paying wages they'd get in return. but above all this, you also saw how your parents did it all for love. love for you, love for their kids, love for the family they made. and so you swore, as an adorable 8-year-old, that you'd work your hardest and earn enough money to get your parents to rest comfortably once they were of age. you were raised in a struggling house, but a loving home. you knew love. you weren't a stranger to it. you loved love and the power it held.
minji, on the other hand, didn't. when you met her in your first year of high school, her parents had just signed divorce papers after her dad caught her mother cheating. she was only 16 at the time, and her parents were her role models of love. to her, they represented what love would, could, and should be. she believed in love, until she grew to hate it. she hated the way it hurt her father, she hated the way it hurt her, but most of all she hated the way it pulled her mother away from her. minji knew love. she wasn't a stranger to it. but she hated love and the power it held.
because of the stark difference you two had with your outlooks on love, it was a shock to everyone when the kim minji agreed to not just being your prom date, but to you courting her during your junior year of high school as well.Â
âkim minji is this really you?â her best friend at the time, seol yoona, waved her hand in front of the raven-haired girlâs face. she was trying to finish an essay in english, one of their final requirements for the semester. âwhatâs different about park y/n?â
minji sighed and closed her notebook, finally facing the rest of her friends who sat crowded around her.
âlook. she was nice to me at prom and sheâsâŠâ her friendsâ eyes widened in anticipation. âcute, i guess.â
âoh come on minji that canât be just itâŠâ
âyeah you rejected like a quarter of the student population! iâm sure there were a few nice and cute ones!â
âthey allâŠâ minji started as she stood up from her desk and began packing her things in her backpack. âiâm just more comfortable with her, okay? weâve been friends a while, and sheâs patient about everything right now because she knows aboutâŠâ
the rest of the table nodded their heads in understanding. there was no need for her to expound on that.Â
meanwhile, in the complete opposite side of the school campus, was where you and your two closest friends ate lunch. under the shade of the courtyardâs largest tree.
"you're fucking playing with me..."
"i'm not! she said yes! she really did!" you exclaimed, mouth full of the school's spam and kimchi kimbap.Â
"you better not mess this up y/n... you're like the first person i know of that she's ever said yes to." your other friend commented, playfully shoving your upper arm.
"do you guys not have like... the teeny-tiniest bit of faith in me?"Â
they looked at you for a solid minute before nodding and shrugging. jokes aside, you were a selfless and caring person, and every one that has ever gotten to know you was sure of that.
and fair enough, by your first year of college which was also minji's first year as newjeans' leader, after almost 2 years of courting her, you asked her to have things official, and she said yes.
do you remember, we were sitting there by the water? you put your arm around me for the first time. you made a rebel of a careless manâs careful daughter. you are the best thing, thatâs ever been mine.
it had been just over a year since you two started officially dating, and nothing much changed since you put a label on it. you were now in your second year of university, simultaneously maintaining a part-time job at a local restaurant.Â
it didnât take an idiot to know that dating an idol was hard. and it also didnât help that your schedule wasnât the most flexible either. there were even some days where minji had more time in the week to spend than you did. the both of you hated that, and it frustrated you two to the point where there were times youâd take it out on each other.so when you and minji had your first big argument, it was a shock to none of the peers who knew of your relationship.
you sighed deeply as you unlocked the door to your apartment. it was the middle of midterms week, and you had just finished an evening shift. you didnât even want to think about studying for your calculus exam tomorrow, but you knew you had to if you wanted to keep your gpa up to the scholarshipâs requirements.
âpark y/n.â minjiâs voice interrupted your brainâs train of thought. you were so busy trying to figure out the most efficient way to spend the rest of the time between the present and your exam.Â
usually, minjiâs voice calling your name would be warm and sweet. you talked about it to your friends one time, describing it as melted chocolate, and she gagged at how cheesy you were being. but god forbid you speak the truth.
but now, her voice was neither warm nor sweet. it was cold. it was cold and sharp. if you had the time to process it youâd probably describe it as ice shards, rather than melted chocolate.
you hesitated to face her, because you knew exactly why she was here in your apartment at 11pm in the evening instead of her dorms, fast asleep. you couldn't count how many times you cancelled a date last minute within the last month, and minji was tired of you not explaining properly.
you heard her stand up from the living room couch and walk towards you in the dining table.Â
âwhat is it, minji?â you spoke, leaning your forehead against your palm as you brought out school textbooks and worksheets.
âwhat do you mean âwhat is it, minjiâ? you know why iâm here, y/n.âÂ
she wasnât lying. again, you knew why she was here with you, which is why you dreaded the conversation that was about to come.
âthis is the 4th date youâve cancelled this month without telling me why. if you wanted to break up iâd much rather you tell me directlyâŠâ the last sentence felt like a stab to your chest. the cold and sharp dagger that was her words, taking one large hit.
âwhat the fuck? no, okay! no i donât!â
âthen for the love of god would you at least tell me why youâre being so fucking distant?!âÂ
you kept silent. eyes avoiding hers as you internally debated on whether you wanted to burden her with your struggles or not.
âsee? you canât even say it.â
âfucking hell. my sister is sick, minji.âÂ
you let out a shaky exhale as you spoke, finally gathering the courage to face her.
âshe has pneumonia. sheâs sick. sheâs in the hospital. and i-â you cut yourself off as tears made its way down your face. the cold exterior on minjiâs face dropped almost immediately at the sound of your voice breaking. your breathing remained shaky as you tried your best to verbalize everything that has been piling up over the past few weeks.
âmedical insurance isnât enough to cover it. my parents are working endlessly, but theyâre getting older and i donât want them to overwork themselves or they could get sick too, so i asked if i could pick up more shifts at the restaurant because thatâs really all i can do right now. it just breaks my heart whenever i visit her because sheâs always telling me that sheâs sorry for causing trouble when none of it was her fault. and fuck, as if it doesnât get any worse itâs midterms week, and if i fail just one exam itâs enough to bring my gpa down for the school to drop me.â
you gasped for air.
the girl sat beside you and rubbed your back, reaching over for your water bottle and offering it to you. you muttered a thanks as you gulped down half of the water inside and gave yourself a few seconds to speak again.
âand i know what youâre thinking. âwhy didnât you tell me? i couldâve helped.â but minji please. youâre an idol. youâre a celebrity. fuck, youâre the leader of one of the biggest groupâs right now. you have enough on your plate. i donât want to add to that.â
minji nodded to show you she was listening despite not saying anything since you started letting it out.
"let's take a walk."Â
you were shocked by the suggestion, and minji could tell. she would be too.
âbut wonât people recogn-â
"more air to breathe, more space to think. come on." she got your coat for your and brought your most comfortable pair of shoes over.
you weren't agreeing, but you also weren't objecting the idea. from what could've been a fight to this, you were just glad you had the warm minji with you right now.
she dragged you along by the hand, just a few steps ahead of you. it didn't take too long until you two found yourselves sitting on the park bench facing a small river. it wasn't too far away, just a couple meters from your apartment building.
âcan i ask you something, y/n?â there it was. the warmth, the sweetness in her voice.Â
she turned to face you. âdo i bother you when i tell you about my problems? when i talk to you about how i worry for haerin not opening up, or when i tell you about how hanni mightâve bothered me on a certain day. does that burden you?â
you looked up at her shaking your head, your eyes still red and puffy.Â
âw-what? no. never. i like that you let me know. i like knowing you have some type of output for it."
"well if it doesn't burden you then what makes you think you'd burden me?"
you slowly looked away, eyes busy gazing the clear water and the rocks that laid under.
she moved to wrap her right arm over your shoulders, and slowly reached for your left hand to hold if you'd let her. after all, she didn't expect to be comforting you when she planned on seeing you.
"i may be an idol. i may be a celebrity. i may be newjeans' minji a lot of the time. but i'm also your girlfriend, park y/n. the one you met in high school whose life you changed forever the day you asked me to prom." you leaned against her when she pulled you closer as she spoke.
"i stopped believing in love when my parents split. remember when i told you that? but you were there every step of the way. you understood, and you were fine with waiting." minji took a pause to make sure you were still with her, listening.Â
your eyes were heavy, but your brain couldnât be more alive.Â
ây/n, i don't want to be the person that makes their partner feel like they can't talk to them. let me be there for you too, okay? i may not be able to do a lot to fix it, but i'll be there because you shouldn't be facing things alone. not when you have me."
you nodded, letting out the last of your tears on her shoulder while she ran her fingers through your hair.Â
âso next time, please, please tell me what bothers you.â
you never gave a clear response, just your sobs slowing down as she held you. minji would later on regret not noticing this.
a few minutes later, after you calmed down, you pulled away to finally fix your eyes on hers.
"thank you. and i still owe you an apology. for how i was the past couple of weeks.â
âyou really donât have to y/n.â
âwell, you say that now after i told you. but what i did was still such⊠an ass move, and i shouldâve told you what was going on because you deserved to know with the way it affected you too.â
minji gave you a smile. a small smile that held the largest emotions a human could ever feel. she leaned against your side, head on your left shoulder with her arm around your waist.
âitâs okayâŠâ
âi love you.â
three words. eight letters. the first time it was ever said between the two of you.Â
on the inside, you were a little shocked. if your relationship was a sports game, no one would bet on minji saying it first. but she did. and that just made those special words mean a little more than they already did.
you wrapped your left arm around her shoulders and rested your head on hers, giving the top of her head a kiss before saying it back.
âi love you too.â
flash forward and weâre taking on the world together. and thereâs a drawer of my things at your place.
a couple months later, you felt on top of the world, and so did minji. you found a higher paying stay-at-home job, your sister got better miraculously quick, and your grades were stellar. for minji, newjeans had just released another hit mini album, and it was played everywhere you went. in the store, at the mall, on tiktok, on the radio. everywhere.
eventually, you two found a free spot on both of your schedules, and used it to have sleepovers at your apartment or her dorm. sheâd always prefer staying at yours though. one of the few times you stayed at hers, the second you left, hanni and hyein were teasing her endlessly about⊠well, usual couple stuff.
this night was one of those sleepover nights. the two of you just finished dinner and were cuddling on the sofa, trying to decide on a movie to watch.
âmean girls?â
âdidnât we watch that last week?â minji reasoned out, looking at you with a questioning face.
âuhm⊠horror?â
âi donât mind.â
you hummed and browsed through the horror collection your streaming site had. it took you a while to find a movie, you and minji each always had a minor problem with whatever came up.
âoh hey this one looks fun. zom-â
âdid i ever tell you the full story of my parents?â
âha?â
you looked at her with a rather surprised expression on your face. sure, sheâs told you all about being a child of divorced parents and how it affected her. but you never bothered to ask more about it in fear of her discomfort.
âwell⊠no. i wanted you to bring things up at your own pace.â
it felt like a silent agreement that maybe you two were going to drop the movie for a little âdeep talkâ moment.
âmy dad went m.i.a., well, sort of did, on my mom.â she began, you sat cross-legged beside her, reaching for her hand to play with while she muttered a quick âthanksâ. it was your little show of comfort.Â
her parents was a subject that you two didnât bring up very often. sheâd mention them once in a while, like when you were preparing a dish that reminded her of her momâs cooking, or when you came over to help fix hyeinâs bike like her dad used to do for her. but it was never in the subject of the divorce. you two always had more to talk about when you were together anyways.
âhe lost a lot of the money in their savings, and heâd never talk to my mom about it thinking he could cover it up soon enough. mom was convinced he was cheating and was sending money to another girl. even after my dad explained everything she just⊠went and did what she did. until he caught her and⊠well, you know the rest.â
minji was surprisingly calm throughout the whole storytelling. you figured it mustâve been from keeping it in for so long, finally letting the old wounds heal.
âwowâŠâ
âyeah, âwowâ.â
âiâm sorry, i justâŠâ you paused and grabbed her other hand, holding them both closely within your palms. âdo you think if your dad was honest from the beginning things wouldâve been different?â
âi-⊠wellâŠâ
ânevermind, sorry that was int-â you dropped her hands and ran yours through your hair, the other covering your mouth in disbelief.
âno no, itâs okay.â she reached for your hands and they were intertwined once again. âi think things wouldâve turned out the same. it probably wouldâve just⊠took a longer time.â
âi guess⊠since your mom practically ignored your dad after he explainedâŠâ
âyup. i believe things happen for a reason.â
âreally? iâm 50/50 on that.â you looked up at her with a questioning look.
âwell, for one, it led me to you.â she gazed in your eyes, her hands soft and gently cradling yours side to side. you looked at her with amazement. since when was she making the moves with all the cheesy lines?
âokay⊠so iâm not 50/50⊠maybe 70/30.â âdork.â âyour dork?â ââŠâ âsayyy itâŠâ ââŠâ âyou know you wannaâŠâ
âmy dork.â
âheheheâŠâÂ
with a victorious grin on your face, you pinched her right cheek, something she both hated and loved. rolling her eyes, she positioned herself to lay her head on your crossed legs while your hands automatically fixed her hair to keep her face clear.
âgod youâre so-â
âlovable? i know⊠itâs crazy.â Â
âwellâŠâ
âoh, we were serious?â
âyes, seriously, y/n. there are times i think about that night by the river.â
âthat night by the riverâŠâ
âwhen i told you i believed in love again, after my parents. because of you.â she opened her eyes and looked up at you like you were a constellation in the night sky. eyes wide and full of wonder.
âi know what youâre talking about, i didnât forget, donât worry.â you smiled, tucking a strand of hair that went astray behind her ear.
âwhen things get hard i think of that night, and how⊠i donât know. you know that feeling when something means so much, and itâs so good, feels so right, almost too perfect, youâre just scared itâll slip away?â
âmmhm. of course. thatâs how i felt about this book i was reading. things were going so well at the beginning, like it wa-⊠continue though.â
âsometimes iâm scared weâll slip away.â
âwhat?!â
âi mean like! itâs just a tiny⊠irrational fear in the back of my head.â
âell⊠good thing that wonât happen!â
âhow are you always so sure about things?â
i tell my secrets and you figure out why iâm guarded. you say,
âi get why youâre worried, okay? but weâll never make your parentsâ mistakes.â
she sat up straight to give you a proper hug, or, well, she more or less just threw herself on you. not that you were complaining, you loved her bear hugs.
âyou and i⊠we talk things out. we work well that way, right?â
âyeah.â
âi love you. and thank you for letting me love you.â
âi love you too. so so much.â
and we got bills to pay. we got nothing figured out, when it was hard to take, this is what i thought about.Â
throughout your relationship, you two came across a couple, or well, several bumps along the road. but it was always something you two had dealt with before. even if it wasnât, you were beginning to feel comfortable sharing the weight you carried on your shoulders with minji; talking about the usual late night shifts, a terror professor, etc.
communication was one of the last things your relationship with minji lacked.
until one fateful evening, you received a phone call from your brother. one you wished you never had to hear. one no one ever deserved to hear.Â
before he spoke, something about it already felt wrong. the combination of muffled sirens, crying from who you surely knew was from your sister, and conversation between who you assumed were adults, was straight eery. a shiver ran down your spine, realizing the nature of the news.
and you were right.Â
you could feel your hand shake as he spoke with a stutter,
ânoona⊠itâs about⊠about d-dad⊠h-he⊠he⊠did it to hims-himself⊠he-he w-went out⊠and to-told us not to follow. a-and, and then we- we heard⊠we heard a r-really⊠r-really loud noise⊠n-noona⊠wh-when⊠when are you coming b-back?â
what?
who?
how?
your father. he shot himself in your neighborhoodâs park.
and youâve yet to understand why. why heâd choose to abandon his family. why he suddenly switched from the hardworking man whoâd endure hell for his family, to a man who chose to escape his troubles.
after consoling your brother and the rest of your family on the phone, you packed your bags and took a taxi the next day. heading straight back to your hometown, a much smaller and rural area compared to the skyscraping city of seoul.Â
you ran straight to your parentsâ room as soon as you arrived, your bags dropped and forgotten by the conjoined living room and kitchen. there was no time to reminisce the warmth, comfort, and love that came with the childhood home you havenât seen in years.Â
as soon as you stepped foot in your parentsâ room, your younger sister, who was much taller than the last time you saw her, ran straight into your arms, almost knocking you over. it didnât take long for your younger brother to follow, his added weight finally pushing you to fall butt first to the fortunately, carpeted floor.
you rubbed their backs as soothingly as you possibly could while they started dampening your shirt with tears. in a way, having them in your embrace comforted you the same way you comforted them. you shed your own fair share of tears, hugging them even tighter when theyâd take deep breaths and wail.
you also needed to process whatever the hell just happened.
a few minutes later, once your siblings had calmed down, you slowly stood up from the floor and approached your mother who was sorting out papers on what used to be your parentsâ shared bed. the mattress dipped as you sat beside her. you wrapped your arms around her frame, giving her a warm hug.Â
her pain was silent, and you wished it wasnât so youâd at least know she had an output, but at the same time, you both knew she held it together for your siblingsâ sake. she gave your forehead a kiss and ruffled your hair, muttering a soft âyouâve been eating well.âÂ
she was just happy to see her baby home.
the next couple of days were dull and grey. it was the only word you could use to describe it. your mother would head out to deal with government papers, your siblings stayed at home with modular work as permitted by the school after what had happened, and you picked up a small full-time job at a bakery as a cashier.
in a private conversation with your mother, late at night when your siblings were fast asleep, she explained to you the law of debt and inheritance in simple terms. it was difficult, but most definitely much needed for you to at least grasp understanding on why your father did what he did.Â
âi know what your first thoughts were going to be. and he wasnât being a selfish person, y/n. he never was and he never will be. in this province specifically, debt isnât passed down to your heirs. your father⊠he⊠he borrowed a lot of money, y/n. and we thought we could pay it back over the agreed 3 years. it was taking longer than expected, and they began looking for your dad with threats that⊠iâd rather not share with you.â
âwait what? what about the money iâve been sending? did it help? did you use it?â
âof course we did, y/n. we donât want your hard work going to waste. we used it for yoonseo and junseoâs tuition. there was an increase that wasnât in our⊠scope.â
âfucking schoolâŠâ
âhey⊠listen. do you understand things a little better now?â
ââŠyes.â
ârepeat to me what you understand.â
âdad⊠didnât want them coming after me⊠us.â
âyes.â
âi⊠i donât understand how youâre so⊠calm about it right now, ma. did you know? did he tell you he would?â
âhe didnât. we fought about it, actually. i couldnât believe all that⊠nonsense he was saying.â
âoh⊠iâm sorry. iâm sorry i thought he-â
âitâs okay, y/n. and i know you. i know you, yoonseo, and junseo. itâs okay to not be okay right now. i want you to feel that. let it out. cry, scream, take a walk, do anything. let the pain pass through. iâll be here to make sure youâll be alright.â
âbut we want to be here for you too maâŠâ
âyou will be there for me when you feel better. but right now, youâre my children, and iâm your mom. i want to make sure youâre okay first.â
and for the rest of the night, you silently wept against your motherâs shoulder as she held you tight against her chest, the same way she did the day you were born. you were always your mother's child at the end of the day.
since the day you left til that night, your focus was on yourself and your family. comforting your siblings when your mom couldnât, helping around the house, and searching for more jobs dirt-paying jobs you could take, for you didnât care as long as itâd help fill the gap your father left.
your focus was solely on the grief held over yourself and your family, that somehow, you had completely forgotten about your life in the city.
the life with kim minji in it.
on her side of the world, minji was struggling. newjeans was still a popular and well-received group with global success, but their growth was exceeding expectations, and that meant that the hate wave had only gotten stronger.
as their leader, minji was the supporting pillar, the foundation of sanity for the rest of the girls. when one of them had the need to cry or rant, theyâd go to her, and sheâd hold that responsibility willingly out of love and care for them.
but newjeansâ leader minji, is human.Â
newjeansâ leader minji, is kim minji.Â
a 20-year-old girl facing the worldâs backlash and carrying the weight of her membersâ hurt alongside her own on her back.
she wasnât meant to deal with all of that alone.
where was kim minjiâs supporting pillar? where was her foundation of sanity?Â
where were you?
where were you when she needed you the most?
and i remember that fight, 2:30 am, âcause everything was slipping right out of our hands. i ran out, crying, and you followed me out into the street.Â
things have calmed down a bit. you and your family decided it was best for you to go back to the city as it was where youâd earn the most for your work. you hated saying goodbye to them, especially at a time where it was best where you were all together. but you and your family didnât have the luxury of choice. you and your family couldnât afford to lose the opportunity.
on the 2-hour long taxi ride home, you finally decided to charge your phone. you hadnât realized how you completely deserted it the moment you arrived at your childhood home. leaving it on the car seat, you decided to take a nap to get rid of the headache that was building up. whether it was from the anxiety of being away from your family after what happened, or the pressure of having your familyâs financial support come mostly from you, you needed an escape, even if it was just for 2 hours.
you werenât sure how or what you felt. you knew most would be sad. grief-struck and lost. and you did feel that in a way, when your family held a small ceremony at the memorial center because it was all you could afford. it was just you, your mom, your siblings, and a few neighbors who knew your parents.
that was the hardest you ever let yourself mourn, the loudest you ever let yourself cry, and after that, you felt empty. your chest and your stomach ached, but there was nothing else to feel. your head, on the other hand, felt heavy. like it was rammed against a cement wall and forced to carry the weight of hardbound books.Â
the moment you picked yourself up from your wallowing in sorrow, the weight of responsibility crashed into you all at once. like being thrown anvils to carry on your back, every step you took wherever you went. your father wasnât just one of your familyâs sources of income, he also stood as a figure of support for your siblings and your mom while you were away. you were angry at him for leaving you, but you beat yourself around into understanding that it wasnât an escape.
it was about 2am by the time you arrived at the small apartment complex. an inconvenient decision that may have seemed senseless, but before you insisted in spending as much time as you could with your family before you were required to report to work the next day.
and so here you were, backpack in hand, unlocking the door to your apartment late at night.
seeing the living room and kitchen lights on alarmed you. you were sure you turned everything off before you left. your electricity bills were going to be horrendous that month.
you settle your bag down on the floor and bent over to untie your shoes.
âoh⊠you decided to come back?â
that voice.
kim minji.
hearing her voice again felt fresh. but it felt fresh for only one reason.
you ignored her the whole time you were away. you didnât tell anyone anything, not even you friends in the city.
minjiâs tone was firm. it wasnât sharp and cold like the time she came over to confront you about missing your dates.
it was firm, but it was also vulnerable. the night she confronted you her voice lacked all the emotion in the world. tonight, it was full of it. you couldnât tell if she was worried, angry, disappointed, sad, maybe everything and in between.
âwhere were you?â
there it was. the burning question of the night.Â
unlike last time, minji didnât bother approaching you. she stayed seated on the living room couch, her head turned to face you at the front door.
âminji, listen. i-â you walked towards her, approaching the living room couch with caution from what you could pick up in her voice.
ây/n i was in pain⊠did you know that? the past few weeks have been horrible⊠and before i can even begin to talk about why, i have to worry about whether you were even alive or not!â
âiâm sorry! okay, iâm sorry!â
you were defensive, and it came out like you were throwing around apologies for a band-aid solution, when that really wasnât the case. you just didnât have it in your heart to tell her what happened.
âwe had to cancel 2 fansigns because of threats we were getting, did you even know that, y/n?â
no, you didnât. you werenât aware of how far your girlfriendâs career had gone for the group to be receiving that kind of treatment. even before your dad passed.
ââŠno.â
âand thatâs just⊠the tip of the fucking iceberg⊠so i ran here thinking iâd find you. because, y/n, i know for a fact youâre my safe place. but you werenât even fucking thereâŠâ
âiâm sorryâŠâ you muttered, your hands clasped together as you stood in front of her.
âyou werenât answering calls, you werenât responding to texts. from me or any of the girls! i asked my manager to get in contact with your coworkers! fuck, i even asked some of our high school friends⊠but none of them knew where you were! do you know how sick my stomach felt?â she looked up at you with tears in her eyes. one of the few times youâve ever seen her cry, and somehow, it always had something to do with you.
it made you feel sick.
âiâm so sorryâŠâ
âand before you fucking arrived, for a moment i really thought you were going to just leave everything like my dad.â
after all the pain sheâs shared with you?
âminji i-â
âbut a part of me knew, or wanted to know youâd never do that. like you said, âweâd never make my parentsâ mistakesâ. but in that moment it felt like you did. like we did.â
âiâm sorry⊠i wasnât thinkingâŠâ
âi think we need a fucking break y/n.â
she stood up.
what?
âw-what? minji what do you mean w-why a-â
âthis isnât the first time you just disappeared on me, donât you get it? the first time it happened i had to confront you because otherwise youâd just let it slide and itâd probably happen again within the next few months.â
she walked to the dining room, away from the living room. it was closer to the apartment entrance.
âthatâs not true.â
âwhen i told you about my parents, it was because i thought i had finally found something different with you.â
âand we did! we are! weâre not like themâŠâ
she stood by the door, hand on the knob.
âyou keep disappearing on me, y/n. i donât know what to believe anymore.â
and just like that, she dropped the spare keys to your apartment on your kitchen counter, and left your apartment unit.Â
you knew better than to let her go. you knew better to let the love of your life go. you knew better than to let her, a celebrity, run out in the middle of the night, with no security, and god knows who or what out in the streets of the area you stayed in.
braced myself for the goodbye, âcause thatâs all iâve ever known.Â
for minji, she had no idea what she was doing, but she knew couldnât take another second in your damned apartment. the apartment she stayed in the weeks she was waiting for you to come back. it reminded her of the times she felt like her mom, desperately waiting for her dad to come back to her. it reminded her of how she felt like her dad during the first month of the divorce, and how he kept his hopes high telling her and her brother that things would get better because their mom would always come back, when she didnât. she hated that apartment because it reminded her of why she hated love. why she stopped believing in love.
she hated that apartment because it was yours, and you showed her how to believe in love again, and you made her believe you two would be different.Â
if that was so, then why did you leave her feeling like things were going to end the same way her parents did?
she couldnât take it anymore. how could she fully commit to someone whoâd leave her out of the loop. someone who canât at least try to share part of their world with her. someone who, after seeing all the sides and versions of her, could still get up and leave without a word.
you cursed under your breath for minji being so long-legged. it didnât take long for her to get to your apartment buildingâs lobby, but timing was by your side. for once, it felt like maybe the world wasnât against you.
the scene was cinematic. you grabbed her wrist from behind her, and pulled her by the arm, back towards you. back to you where you knew she belonged.
âiâm sorry, and i promise iâll tell you everything. and i know i left with no warning, no sign. i know that it was best to tell you. but i promise i wouldnât have done it if it wasnât something as serious as that.â
you gently reached over to hold her other hand in yours. hopefully it was enough to not have her run away again.
âi donât know how many sorryâs i have left in me, but whatever that amount is, i know, wonât be enough. but please, minji, iâm begging you now, please donât leave. i know itâs been hard, itâs been difficult for me too. fuck, itâs been hell the past few weeks and not a single second of it has felt real, but i need you. i need you to stay.â
you took a deep inhale. you hadnât realized you werenât breathing throughout your mini speech.Â
âbecause right now it feels like iâve lost everything, and i canât take it if i lost you. and i know⊠i know, i sound like a guilt-tripping asshole right now but thatâs really... you mean a lot. you mean so much⊠you mean so fucking much to me, minji, and i know thatâs not what you felt when i disappeared, but itâs the truth, and i-â
your legs gave in. you were exhausted, but you werenât going to stop until you knew sheâd stay.
you knelt on the floor, in front of her, holding her hands above your head.
god, you looked so ridiculously desperate. but you didnât care. not an inch of your body felt a bit of shame. you knew minji was worth everything you had.
âi love you. i love you. i love you so much. and i donât know how else to say this without sounding like a fucking asshole, but i know you love me too, and i just need you to hear me out, before you decide to leave. and if you still want to go after, then i-. i wouldnât blame you, and iâd let you, but please⊠please.â you whispered out the last of your words, your sobs echoing through the empty, dim-lit lobby.
sheâd never seen you like this before.Â
not once in the several years of being your friend or your girlfriend.
and you were right, she loved you so much. just as much as you did her.
and that was enough for her to listen.
âget up.â she spoke so softly, you couldâve missed it if you werenât listening for any response.
you scrambled, shuffled onto your feet, and finally came face-to-face with the girl you loved.
it took everything in you to not hold her, kiss her, and comfort her, when you knew you were the cause of her pain and suffering.
but if god made angels roam earth, you were convinced minji was one of them.
she almost catapulted towards you, causing you to stumble backwards until your back met a wall. your arms automatically wrapped around her waist, like it was second nature, or maybe because it was.
you heard her sobs, and you ran your fingers through her hair like sheâd do for you. rub her back comfortingly like when you held your siblings in your arms, her tears dampening your clothes the same way theirs did.
you let her be, and waited patiently until she decided to speak. her face rested against your shoulder so her voice was slightly muffled,Â
âi thought youâd leave.â
you felt your chest tighten in guilt.
âi thought i did something wrong, or that you were tired of me. tired of dating someone with a job like mine, packed up, and left.â
then, you took me by surprise. you said,
âiâm sorry i made you feel that way.â
you kissed the top of her head and rested your cheek against it.
ânever again. i promise, and i say it out loud this time. iâll never leave you alone.â

Come Together
18+ Aaron Hotchner x Fem Reader

Word Count: 4.8k
Penelope is usually the one to plan holiday parties⊠but after last year's spiked punchâ that ruined a lot of upper agents' sobriety, which wasnât her fault at all, the director delegated to having two random people plan it together. He pulled names from a hat that just happened to be Aaron Hotchner and Y/N Y/L/N.Â
She was happy to do it, and he was fine with doing it⊠they just werenât happy about doing it together. The two agents couldnât stand each other and it goes all the way back to being in the same year at the academy.Â
They were tied for the top of the class, duking it out to be the chosen one for Agent Rossiâs new right-hand man. And of course, it went to a man. It didnât matter to them that she was fantastic at what she did, or that her final score was 0.2% higher than his. He was a man so he got it.Â
She got a job in CARD which, she liked, it was still an opportunity to solve cases and bring kids home to their parents⊠she just had to work with the BAU more than she liked and take orders from them. And then Rossi left, Gideon stepped down and Aaron Hotchner was the fucking Head of the BAU.Â
She was taking orders from him. Him and his goon squad of pretty people he picked over her.Â
She wouldâve pushed everything aside and dealt with him, she wouldâve mended things if he accepted her into the team. But he never did. After 5 applications and being looked over for everything while he hired younger and younger, she finally gave up and started to hate his guts even more.Â
Now sheâs in the elevator, pushing the button for floor 6 and shaking the thoughts of strangling him out of her head so she can deal with him for half an hour. Heâs always so busy that sheâs been waiting all week just to talk about this stupid fucking party, and the only time he has is at 8:30 pm on a Friday when she should be at home.Â
She walks right into the bullpen, up the stairs and knocks on his door. âcome in?â He calls.Â
âHey,â she says with a deep sigh. âCan we talk about the party?âÂ
âMhm,â he nods, waving her in. âCome sit, I already have some ideas.âÂ
âOkayâŠâ she sits down in front of him, ignoring all his plaques and accolades and staring down at her clipboard. âI called around and there are 3 places available that are big enough to hold us, on the 3rd Saturday of the month.âÂ
âAwesome, I already called a friend of mine with a Christmas tree farm and acquired 3 treesâ Douglas furs, all pretty and big, weâll just need a ceiling over 12 feet to house them,â he explains.Â
âAnd whoâs going to decorate them?â She asks.Â
He shrugs, âWeâve got a big budget, we can hire someone to do it.âÂ
âWho did Penelope use?âÂ
âHerself,â he smiles that devilishly condescending smile. âIâm sure if we ask sheâd want to help out again. She loves Christmas.âÂ
âDid you ever figure out who spiked the punch last year?â She asks, genuinely feeling sorry for Penelope.Â
Penny was the only one on the team that she actually liked.Â
He nods, âDax Cooper up in counter-terrorism.âÂ
âYeah, heâs an asshole.âÂ
âWorse than me?â He teases. âSeriously, when are you going to stop being mad at me?âÂ
âWhen you admit you hate me!â She fights back. âI did nothing to you. Youâre the one who conspired with Dave and got hired here and then you purposely lost all my applications and never let me know why you wouldnât even interview me.â
âI didnât lose them, I put them to the side,â he shrugs. âYou werenât ready to be on our team.âÂ
âBut the walking calculator and teen Mrs. USA are?â She laughs.
âReid and JJ are wonderful assets,â he snaps, jaw tight and eyes full of fury. âThis is why I donât want you. You wouldnât be a team player. Not until you get rid of the attitude and accept that this job is about more than numbers. Yes, theyâre young, yes you beat me by a fraction of a percent, but that doesnât mean you have what it takes to do what we do.âÂ
âI look at cases full of missing, dead and raped kids all day, how is that any different?â She honestly canât believe it.Â
âBecause you look at a screen all day with facts and witness statements and I go out into the field and I talk to parents and I deal with the cops and I donât start fights over petty bullshit,â he reminds her. âI have never called you names or signalled you out. All you do, every time we're on a scene together, is whisper and gossip and try to undermine me. You need to grow up.âÂ
She just shakes her head, holding in a comment that could hurt him because⊠and she hates to say it, but heâs right. âWhatever. Should I call one of these places and book it tomorrow or what?âÂ
âDo whatever you want, just give me the address so I can have the trees and decorations sent over,â he honestly doesnât care. âI trust your judgement on a caterer, Iâll pick a band⊠what else would we need?âÂ
âInvitations, which I can handle,â she assures as she stands up to walk to his door. âIâll cc you on everything and include the director for oversight. Iâll call you if I have questions.âÂ
âY/N,â he calls out to her before she leaves. âIâm going to be looking for a new agent in a few monthsâŠâÂ
âAnd?âÂ
âIf we can work this out by then⊠maybe things will be different when you apply this time?â He suggests, giving her innocent eyes and genuinely meaning it.Â
âOkay.âÂ
â
âDid you see her last night?â Dave asks, walking right into Aaron's office with two coffees right at 8am.Â
He nods, âI did⊠you donât have any connections to a band I can book for Christmas, do you?âÂ
âThe Jazz club might be able to lend us some members,â he suggests. âIâll make a call⊠but I take it things went well?âÂ
âAs well as they could go, sheâs still so mad at me for getting this position over her,â he shakes his head. âI donât know how to make her realize she just wasnât ready. Our working together wouldâve been awful. It wouldâveâ
âRuined your marriage that just ended?â Dave teases. âI know you liked her, I saw the way you two looked at each other and I saw the teasing and the way you talked about her. She was more than a friend to you⊠I couldnât have her on the team like that. I couldnât see you go through what I did with Caroline.âÂ
âI hate thinking about how different things couldâve been if she was on the team though,â he shakes his head and stares off out the window. âWe almost broke up back then, you know? We almost never had JackâŠâÂ
âYou know itâs perfectly normal for marriages not to work out, it doesnât mean you loved her any less, it just wasnât meant to be forever,â Dave reminds him. âYouâre still friends, thereâs no ill will. You never cheated, she didnât either. You just grew apart. It happens.âÂ
âBut now Iâm single and I can pursue Y/N⊠but she hates me,â he sighs. âI donât think sheâll ever stop hating me.âÂ
âNasty hate sex is fun,â Dave teases, making them both laugh. âIâm serious⊠you wouldnât believe the women Iâveâ
âI know, actually,â Aaron shakes his head. âStrauss canât look at you the same anymore.âÂ
âHey⊠that wasnât hate, it was just indifference,â he teases.Â
âWhatever,â Aaron canât help but smirk. âCan you work on the band for me?â
âI will, Iâll get them to throw in some love songs too,â Dave teases on his way out.Â
This was going to be interesting.Â
â
Two weeks of planning and emails blow by in the blink of an eye.Â
He gets ready for the party early, having to be there to check things over and meet the band and shake hands with the higher-ups as they arrive. He has a nice suit on, a red tie for Christmas and dark green socks that no one will ever notice. But he wants to look nice.Â
For her.Â
He walks up to her where sheâs hiding in the corner. Adorning the most stunning golden dress and holding her clipboard, making sure everything gets delivered and set up in time for the start time at 7. They still have 4 hours till then, but sheâs an overachiever. And a worrier. She needed this to be perfect.Â
She looked perfect. Like the 2000 Holiday Barbie brought to life. Heâs absolutely astounded by her beauty he just stares for a moment before he says anything.Â
âYou know, you look very pretty today,â he compliments but she doesnât take it that way.Â
She looks at him like he just insulted her mother. âWhat?âÂ
âThat dress, it looks nice on you,â he looks her up and down. Smiling like he has some tricks up his sleeve. âWhat? Canât I think you look nice? Havenât we spent enough time talking this last month to let me compliment you?âÂ
âDonât you have a wife?â She asks, disgusted heâd hit on her. âAnd a kid?âÂ
âWe got divorced back in April,â he shrugs. âAnd you say you want to be a profiler, yet you havenât looked at my hands in months?âÂ
She looks now, noticing that he doesnât have a ring and the tan line that should be there is long gone, which means heâs telling the truth. âOh⊠sorry.âÂ
âItâs better this way,â he nods, giving her a sweet smile. âIs everything going to plan?âÂ
She nods too, âYeah. Just waiting on your band⊠please tell me theyâre good?âÂ
He laughs, âTheyâre great. Daveâs got this Jazz bar he basically owns with how much money heâs spent there so they owe him one⊠Youâll like them.âÂ
âJazz, at Christmas?â She canât believe it. âHotchâ
âAaron,â he corrects her. âPlease, for the love of god, call me Aaron again.â
âWhy?â She laughs, âWeâre not close.âÂ
âOh, come on,â he teases. âYou canât tell me that before everything went down, we didnât have something going on? We were friendly, I almost thought you had a crush on me?âÂ
She looks at him with a brow raised, âYou thought I had a crush on you?âÂ
He nods, âAnd then you found out I was married.âÂ
âSo youâre saying if you werenât married we couldâve hooked up at the academy?â She asks. âSounds like you liked me too, regardless of the wife.âÂ
âNoâ
âBe honest,â she begs, stepping into his space even more. âIf things were different- if you didnât have a wife and we fucked back then, would you have screwed me over for the job?âÂ
âI didnât screw you over, I simply already knew Dave,â he finally admits after 10 long years. âI knew he was about to leave, he knew Gideon didnât want to be in charge. He wanted someone to run the whole unit who wouldnât chokeâ not saying youâd choke, he just knew I was already hard on the inside, I wasnât going to lose my mind with all the shit we see.âÂ
âYou couldâve put in a good word for me, Aaron, I wouldâve been fine working under you. I wouldâve loved even just an office job in the BAU, I want to work with more than just missing kids,â she begs. âIâve done it for 10 years, now. You know that makes me strong. You have a kid of your own, you know itâs not easy to think about them missing, let alone deal with it.âÂ
âI know⊠and I was serious, I have a new position opening up and I want to give this another try,â he admits. âI want you on the team.âÂ
She shakes her head, âhow can I be on the team when thisââ she points between them. âThis, whatever this is, is going on?âÂ
âThe sexual tension?â He teases and she swats his arm. âWeâll be fine.âÂ
She shakes her head. âJust, give me some time to think about it?âÂ
âI can do thatâŠâÂ
â
She watches him from afar most of the night. Talking only when they needed to, like in front of the director or on stage while introducing the band and thanking everyone for being there⊠she was having a very hard time being in the same room as him with all she knew now.Â
She was still mad at him.Â
Mad because sheâs wasted so much of her life hating him when they couldâve been happy together⊠but at the same time she was sad for his ex-wife. She wondered how long the marriage was loveless. Did she know? Did she suspect? Who broke it off? Does he see his son? She knew he was a good man back then but, what kind of good man has a crush on someone else while married? Would he just do that to her if they got together?Â
She had so many questions in her mind and they wouldnât shut up.Â
He approaches her again while sheâs deep in thought, staring at the floor while she sips on a drink she doesnât even like.Â
âHaving fun?â He asks.Â
She shakes her head, âNo.â she puts her drink down on the table just behind her and turns back to him as he begins to speak.
âSomething not going according to plâ
âWhy the fuck did you have to tell me you like me?â She snaps. âI was so okay with hating you for the rest of my life because I couldnât be on the team I always wanted to join and then you tell me you like me? That if you didnât have a wife youâd want to be with me back then?âÂ
He steps more into her space so they can keep their voices down and between each other, âbecause you deserve to know.âÂ
âNo, I donât think so,â she fights back. âYou were never worried about me being too immature for the team, you were scared youâd end up cheating on your wife with me. I didnât even know you had a wife until I developed feelings for you. You never wore your ring to class, we spent every day sitting together in class or at the library and you came back to my dorm a few times⊠you pursued me as much as I was pursuing you and then you made it my fault.âÂ
âI know, and Iâm sorry,â he bows his head, ashamed. âMy wife and I werenât in a good place, we were talking about getting separated⊠then she got pregnant.âÂ
âI thought Jack was onlyâ
âWe lost a couple babies before him,â he admits. âI didnât want to be like my dad. I didnât want to knock her up and leave her so I stayed. I stayed but I wasnât a good dad anyway. I was always at work, I missed important things with my son and she was the one to end it because she deserved someone who wanted to be home with her and my son deserved to grow up knowing his dad wasnât always going to be there but loves him enough to be as present as possible when he is home. I couldnât be that when I was with his mom. weâre so much better apart, I love having weekends alone with my son and doing things we like and not worrying about fighting with his mother in front of him. And sheâs happier now with her new boyfriend and Jack's happy with the prospect of a stepdad who can step up in all the areas I lack.âÂ
âThatâs a really mature thing to do for him,â she manages to give him a small, press-lipped smile. âStill doesnât make me feel better about what you did to me.âÂ
âIâve wanted to tell you the truth and that Iâm sorry for so long, but when weâre together itâs always a fight. I can never get an honest minute with you, you always just come in guns blazing and my instinct is to tease you back,â he admits. âI am sorry. I wish things were different. I would like to start over if youâd allow me to.âÂ
âI donât want a job on your team,â she says, stepping in even closer. Close enough to kiss him. âI canât work with you like this.âÂ
âWhy?â He smirks.Â
âBecause Strauss hates you enough as is without you fucking your subordinate,â she whispers. âIâm not throwing myself under the bus⊠just to be under you.â
He lunges for a kiss, pressing his lips against hers as he cups her face. She backs up slightly in surprise, bumping into the table behind herself. Aaronâs instincts are sharp, he reaches behind her and steadies it so the drink doesnât crash against the floor and draw more attention to them. She knows the few people in this corner are already looking at them, but she doesnât care.Â
This is a kiss sheâs waited a decade for.Â
Her hands go inside his suit jacket, she reaches around to grasp his back and pulls him flush against herself. They break the kiss just to breathe, going in for another and another until their tongues meet and theyâre the odd couple making out in the corner of the party.Â
His hand slips from her cheek to her jaw, along the side of her neck and then she pulls away, ânot here,â she reminds him theyâre in public and he canât touch her anywhere he wants to.Â
âSorry,â he apologizes. âHow long do we have to stay here?âÂ
âI have to stay for shutdown tonight,â she sighs. âButâŠ. Come with me.âÂ
She pats his side and moves past him, leading him out of the little corner theyâre in and towards the main room. He follows her up a staircase, past people they both know and respect and they catch a few eyes but, she puts on a fake pissed-off look and they think sheâs leading him somewhere to yell at him⊠cause thatâs what they do.Â
âHey man, where are you going?â Derek asks as they pass him and Penelope sharing a plate of hors dâoeuvres.Â
Heâs quick on his feet, âOne of the vendors fucked up, we have to chat with their boss and discuss how they can make it up to us.âÂ
âOh, damn, well⊠have fun,â he teases. Letting them go on down the small corridor towards some offices.Â
She leads him to the only open office she has access to, flicks on the light, lets him in and locks the door behind them. Heâs quick to crowd her space, press her up against the door and grip her chin to tilt her attention up toward his eyes once more. Sheâs back inside his suit jacket, heâs so toasty-warm in there she can only imagine what itâll be like to be naked with him.
âWhat were you saying about fucking up and making up for it?â She teases him.Â
He smirks, âI will⊠but first we need to find a way to release all that pent-up frustration we have against each other.âÂ
She tries her best not to laugh, just shaking her head with a smile as she lets out a little huff, âAh yes, fuck me like you hate me so we can restart fresh.âÂ
He cups her face with both hands, eyes darkening with lust, âyouâve been such a brat for so long.âÂ
âAnd Iâm sure you know the cure for that?â She teases, pulling him in closer. One of her legs slips out of the slit of her dress and she brings it up to wrap around his hip, heâs quick to drop one of the hands from her cheek to grip her thigh.Â
âI do,â he whispers, his voice so deep it makes her stomach drop with anticipation.Â
He kisses her abruptly, she grips his back pulling him as if they could possibly get any closer but they canât. Not yet. He grinds against her as their tongues meet again, his hand on her leg goes a little higher until heâs gripping her ass. The hand on her cheek starts to slip again, caressing her chest, she lightly moans into his mouth at the feeling. Heâs everywhere, boxing her in against the door, but she wants more. She wants him buried deep inside of her, pounding her against the table over there, letting her know just how much heâs wanted her this whole time.Â
He kisses the side of her mouth, her jaw and down her neck, letting her catch her breath just to knock it all out of her again when he starts to lightly suck on her skin. âAaron, donât you fucking dare,â she scolds him.Â
âI wonât,â he speaks against her, just lightly nipping and sucking at her skin on his way down to her cleavage.Â
She pulls her hands out from inside his jacket to roam his shoulders until one hand ends up at the nape of his neck to play with his hair. Her head is tossed back against the door, and he kisses every inch of available skin on her chest.Â
He reaches down and gets both of his hands under her ass, making her jump up so he can carry her. Still kissing her neck, he moves them over to the table and sets her down. Sheâs just the tiniest bit taller now, he kisses her cheek again, looking her in the eye once more as he spreads her legs and runs his fingers along her thighs, realizing now she has nylons on. His hands go further, towards her aching cunt, he grips her thighs while both thumbs play with the seam of her nylons.Â
âIâm gonna rip these,â he announces, finding the weakest part of the seam and tearing it open enough to fit his cock through, without completely ruining them. He moves her thong to the side and drags his index finger over her clit. âYouâre fucking soakedâŠâ
She tosses her head back, both hands gripping the table like her ice depends on it when two of his fingers plunge into her. âOh, fuck,â she moans a little too loud.Â
Attaching his lips to her neck again, he sucks on her pulse point while fucking her on his fingers. Itâs hard and quick, covering the palm of his hand with her slick as his thumb rubs her clit. Sheâs always known his hands would be good for this, if nothing else.
âPlease, Aaron? Oh my god,â She starts to beg.
âWords, princess,â he teases against her neck, teeth grazing her skin, his breath hot, it sends a shiver down her spine.Â
âWanna cum,â she whispers, breathy and so close. âOn your cock.âÂ
âOkay,â he pulls out, bringing his hand to his mouth and licking his palm up to his fingers. He sucks them into his mouth with a groan. His cock twitches between them, jumping with excitement.Â
She whines again while he undoes the zipper and tugs his cock out, âplease?âÂ
âHold on,â he spreads the excess wetness over his cock, stroking himself twice while biting his tongue. It clearly felt so fucking good but she knew her tight cunt was going to be better.Â
He slips in slowly and her grip changes, letting go of the counter, she wraps her legs around him and grips his back with her fingernails dug into the skin. âBetter?â He whispers into her ear.Â
She whimpers when he doesnât move, feeling so full, âfuck me, please? Fuck me the way I deserve.âÂ
He hums, kissing her cheek before looking into her eyes, all watery and blown out, her mascara started to run a bit. He tilts his head to the side, âhow hard?âÂ
âHard,â she looks him dead in the face.Â
He slips out, pulls her off the table and turns her around so her chest is against the cold hardwood table-top and flips her dress skirt up and out of the way. He rips her nylons even more, all the way up the back so her ass is exposed. He takes her ass cheeks in his hands and spreads her apart, amazed at how her pussy clenched in anticipation.Â
âPlease,â she whined, almost stomping her feet with desperation.Â
He slams into her without warning, making her gasp loud enough to be heard by anyone wandering the hallway outside.
He pulls out a bit and slams back into her again and again and again until the noises sheâs making are complete nonsense. She whines and moans and leans against the table for dear life while pushing back against him. He slaps her ass a few times, making the sound reverberate around the room like an echo.Â
He needs more friction, so his thrusts get less powerful and more rhythmic, he uses her like a toy bouncing her on his cock like a rag doll. She felt like her main purpose in life was to be fucked by him like this, it felt so good, it felt incredibly right, and she loved every fucking second of it. All those years of fighting paid the fuck off.
He slams into her cervix over and over, the head of his cock kissing the puckered spot inside again and again. Her hungry cunt sucks him in so deep, never wanting him to leave, and he can tell sheâs close just from the way she clamps around him like a vice. He reached around to her stomach and drags his hand down her mound to rub her clit with his middle finger. The rhythm barely matches, but she loves the way it feels. Itâs unpredictable, itâs all under his control, she just sits there and takes it like the good girl heâs raised her to be.Â
âCum on the cock you hate so much,â he insists, âI wanna feel it. I want you to cover my cock in your cum before I fill you up to the fucking brim.âÂ
Too fucked out to really respond she reaches one hand behind her back so heâll hold it. He intertwines their fingers and leans forward to kiss her shoulder as his hips snap against hers with force. She starts to shake, her legs barely able to keep her up as her orgasm hits her and rattles through her body. He feels the spasm from the inside, her cunt flutters as she releases all the built-up tension in her body Sheâs so fucking tight heâs barely able to register his own orgasm approaching when he topples over her on the table.Â
He fucks into her as deep as he can go and then stills. She can feel rope after rope of his cum pump into her, they can hear the dribbles on the floor between them as it overflows and drips out of her, along with her own.Â
He kisses her back, breathing hard against her. Sheâs just trapped there under him, legs quaking in her heels, âholy fuck?âÂ
âSorry,â he pulls back and out of her, âshit⊠we didnât think this through.âÂ
She sighs, holding her dress up so she doesnât make a mess. âAre there any tissues in here?âÂ
He looks around, âYeah⊠but itâs just that brown paper towel roll like we have at work.âÂ
âItâll do,â she shrugs. Watching him walk over to the dispenser near the sink in the corner of the room, he takes a bit out and cleans himself up quickly, putting himself back in his boxers before her gets some more.
He leans her forward again, kneeling behind her, he cleans her up to the best of his ability and then he repositions her thong. He even wipes up the floor before tossing the paper out. âI canât believe there was so muchâŠâÂ
She laughs, dropping her dress back down and fluffing it so it looks normal again. â10 years worth ofâ
âOkay,â he shakes his head with a smirk, stepping back into her space, he wraps her up and kisses her forehead, âyou did so good.âÂ
âThank you,â she smiles sweetly, she feels so different. Thereâs so much affection in her chest as she looks up at him once more. âIâm glad we got that out of the way.âÂ
âIâll stay with you here while theyâre cleaning up,â he assures. âAnd maybe later I can show you how sorry I am for keeping secrets all these years?âÂ
âIâd really like that⊠but Iâm still not working for you,â she teases.Â
âI guess Iâll just have to take on more CARD cases so youâre forced to see me,â he teases right back, smiling at her.Â
This is going to be fun.Â

Part Eight: Gift Exchange
âAre you sure you wanna go to my house? Not, like, a Taco Bell parking lot, or Guantanamo Bay, or something?â Josh asked hopefully for the umpteenth time even after they had arrived. âYou really donât have to meet my parents on the first date.â
âIâm sure, Josh,â Brynne laughed as they got out of the car. âBesides. I like meeting peopleâs parents. Especially when theyâre nice.â
âYou say that, until they start trying to convince you to move in.â
âIf they show me your baby pictures, Iâll rent a U-Haul.â
âOh, God,â Josh sighed, dreading the interaction as he unlocked the front door.
Josh opened the door for Brynne, as the two of them entered the house to find that the Futturmans were hosting a small get-together, which Josh had completely forgot about until now. Everyone was looking at them; Joshâs parents, the neighbors, and Joshâs Uncle Barry.
âHey, Joshy!â Diane got up to greet him, as Gabe followed her. âIs this the famous Dr. Brynne?!â
âMom!â Josh complained, mortified.
âHi,â Brynne smiled, shaking both of their hands.
âWelcome, Brynne,â Gabe Futturman smiled warmly, âNice to meet you! Youâre always welcome at the Futturman house.â
âThank you,â she smiled warmly. âItâs so nice to meet you. Josh has told me so much about you,â she teased him.
âAll good, I hope?â Gabe chuckled.
âYeah!â she lied.
âOh, youâre so beautiful!â Diane exclaimed, âCould I get a picture of the two of you later?â
âMom!â Josh gasped.
âYeah, sure!â Brynne nodded.
âCome meet everyone, Brynne,â she led them over to the guests, âIâve been telling them all about you!â
âIâm so sorry,â Josh whispered to her.
She just laughed as his parents led them into the living room.
âEveryone, this is Joshâs date, Dr. Brynne Johansson,â Gabe introduced her. âSheâs the head of the research department at Kronish Labs.â
Josh was horrified at his parentsâ lack of subtlety.
âHi, happy holidays,â Brynne waved to everyone.
âAwooga,â Joshâs newly divorced uncle, Barry, stared at her.
Josh made a face, disgusted by the behavior.
âJust a warning about Uncle Barry,â he whispered, âYouâre gonna want to avoid him right about⊠two whiskeys ago.â
âDuly noted,â Brynne murmured as they sat down, joining the party.
âBrynne, these are our neighbors, Melinda and Julius Seneca,â Gabe introduced the couple as they waved kindly. âAnd this is Joshâs uncle, my brother, Barry.â
âWell. How you doing?â Barry slurred as he jumped up to shake her hand.
âUhâŠâ Brynne looked to Josh for help as he mouthed a hasty apology. âIâm good,â she grimaced as she gave him her hand.
Josh watched in horror as his Uncle Barry took her hand, raising it up to his lips to kiss it, mouth still open.
âOh,â she smiled, trying her hardest to be polite for Joshâs sake. âI take it you had a Philly cheesesteak for lunch?â
The bald man chuckled deeply, eyes still locked on Brynne.
âBarry,â Joshâs father sighed at his brother,
âWhat?â the drunk man asked defensively.
âLeave Joshâs girlfriend alone,â his mother chimed in.
âMom! Oh my God!â Josh complained, at a loss for words.
âWhat?â she questioned.
âCome on, you two. Have a seat,â Gabe smiled invitingly.
Josh tried to cover his look of distress with an attentive smile.
âSo, how did you and Josh meet?â the neighbor, Melinda Seneca, asked curiously.
âOh, itâs not that interesting,â Josh assured her with a chuckle.
He looked to Brynne, gauging her expression off the look on her face to make sure that she was okay, which he had now made a habit of doing.
âWe just met at work.â
âYeah, so Brynne, I hear youâre a doctor?â Julius asked.
âA doctor of science, yes,â Brynne clarified.
âReally? At your age?â his ears practically perked up.
âJulius,â his wife laughed, embarrassed.
âNo, itâs okay,â she gestured, âI got my PhD when I was twenty-three.â
âWow. Thatâs impressive,â the man nodded. âYou just be some kind of genius.â
âNot really,â Brynne laughed.
âNo, she is,â Josh insisted with a grin, kindly resting his hand on her back, âSheâs the head of the research department at Kronish Labs,â he said proudly.
âWow,â Melinda smiled.
âThen whatâs she doing with a janitor?â Barry asked from the corner with a mouth full.
Everyone slowly looked at him in horror, as Josh swallowed awkwardly.
âBarry!â Gabe said, aghast.
Joshâs parents looked at one another awkwardly, unsure of how to handle the situation. The Senecas seemed equally uncomfortable.
âYou apologize to Josh right now!â his father yelled.
âNo, Dad, itâs okay,â Josh avoided his gaze.
âNo, itâs not. You donât talk to family like that,â his father insisted.
Brynne looked at Josh sadly, seeing the way the comment affected him.
âHey,â she whispered, taking his hand.
Josh looked up at her in surprise, touched by the gesture.
âWe donât have to stay down here if you donât want to,â she whispered.
âYeah,â Josh said quietly, clearing his throat as they stood. âMom. Dad. Weâre going upstairs.â
âJoshy,â his mother said as she stood, feeling sorry for him.
âItâs okay, Mom. Weâll come down in a little bit,â Josh told them, turning to the neighbors, âSee you guys later.â
He took Brynneâs hand as the two of them walked up the stairs together, heading up to Joshâs room as he closed the door, sighing as he flopped onto his bed, sitting with his face in his hands.
âHey. You okay?â Brynne asked, sitting beside him.
âYeah,â he sighed, stopping to look at her, âIâm fine. I just⊠needed a break.â
âI guess weâre both having the same kinda night,â she pointed out, earning a small smile.
âBrynne?â Josh said finally.
âYeah?â
He sat up straight, just staring right at her.
âI think youâre the most beautiful thing Iâve ever seen.â
âStop,â she chuckled, only half meaning it.
âNo, really. I just had one of those⊠moments. You know?â he asked.
âWhat kind of moments?â
âI donât know,â he thought, âJust one of those kind of things where youâre just feeling like shit, and then you stop, and you look at something⊠Like a butterfly outside, or a kid laughing, and you just⊠You realize the beauty in things. I saw it. In you.â
She smiled as she caressed his face with her thumb. âYouâre very, very adorable,â she told him. âAnd I like you. More than Iâve ever liked anyone after knowing them only this long.â
âThat⊠That makes me really happy,â he allowed himself a smile. âAre you happy?â
âYeah, I think I am,â Brynne chuckled softly.
âGood. I like making people happy,â Josh nodded.
âIâll make you happy,â she told him, resting a hand on his thigh as she leaned in, pausing for a moment.
Josh froze, looking her in the eye, too afraid to move. He thought he might spook her, like a deer in headlights. But her resolve seemed to be strengthening. Taking the bewildered expression on his face for an enthusiastic âyesâ, she pressed a kiss to his lips, the two of them existing purely in the moment.
Brynne threw her arms around his neck, losing her hands in Joshâs hair as he sighed with contentment. He tentatively pulled her closer to him, gaining confidence as she allowed him to hold above her waist.
It was a beautiful kiss, exactly what Josh had imagined. The kiss was deep, but not inherently making out. It was sweet, but not one-dimensional, and charged, but not dirty. Josh knew it was the kind of kiss that only existed in books and movies. He felt as if this right here couldâve been his happily ever after.
Regretfully, he pulled away, looking her in the eyes just to double check that she was enjoying it.
âI like you so much,â he breathed, looking at her in the most precious manner.
He was adorable like a puppy, looking up at its master for approval. Brynne realized he truly did just look happy to be there.
âJoshy!â
Josh nearly jumped up at the interruption, his mom opening the door with a plate made up of charcuterie items.
âMom! What the hell!â Josh exclaimed, as Brynne just sat there awkwardly, offering her a smile.
âI just came up to bring you guys some snacks,â Diane Futturman said, politely leaving the plate on Joshâs desk. âI thought you might be hungry, after that fancy party, you know how they always just serve finger food...â
âJesus fucking Christ, Mom! What the fuck! Please knock next time!â Josh cried in embarrassment. âWeâre trying to talk!â
Brynne studied him, trying to determine whether or not he was okay.
âOkay, okay, honey, Iâm sorry,â she apologized, hurrying out of the room to leave them be.
Josh looked incredibly guilty after realizing what heâd done.
âOh, God,â he sighed, returning to his sulking on the bed. âFuck⊠I shouldnât have reacted like that. Fuck!â
âNo, you shouldnât have,â Brynne agreed. âBut you can just tell her that. Iâm sure sheâd understand.â
âI guess,â Josh murmured, not seeming comforted. âI just⊠Never thought Iâd be one of those assholes that yells at their mom.â
âSo why did you become one of those assholes?â Brynne Johansson asked helpfully.
âI donât know, I just panicked,â he groaned. âI just⊠We were having such a nice moment, and I was afraid that ruined it. Like you thought me living with my parents was weird, and you never wanted to see me again.â
âIâd be a pretty shitty date if I did,â she pointed out. âI definitely am not the kind of person whoâd be bothered by that.â
âNo, I know youâre not,â Josh sighed. âI just⊠Fuck, I just wanted everything to be perfect.â
âI know,â she nodded, âBut did you ever stop to think that maybe, at the moment, everything is?â
That was more than enough for Josh to allow himself to enjoy the rest of the night.
âWhy donât we start over?â Brynne suggested, trying to put him at ease.
âYeah, starting over⊠Thatâs a good idea,â Josh nodded. âWhat, what do you wanna talk about?â he asked.
âWhy donât you give me a tour of your room?â she asked him, standing up to look around. âIâve always wondered what it looks like.â
âReally?â Josh nearly shouted in excitement, quickly realizing he sounded like an excited eleven year-old boy as he cleared his throat. ââŠReally?â
âYeah,â she nodded, slowly tracing the shelves with her finger. âWhatâs this stuff? It looks cool.â
This, naturally, launched into a ten minute spiel by Josh about all the different collectibles and other valuable items he owned. As he spoke, his eyes would light up and his mouth would curl upwards in an endearing smile. Brynne could see just how adorably passionate Josh was, and how truly excited he was to actually have someone who genuinely wanted to listen to what he had to say. It only made her want him more.
Brynne gladly allowed Josh to show her every nook and cranny of his room, and explain every item that inhabited it, taking it all in with pleasure. It mustâve been thirty minutes before he came to a conclusion, but she definitely didnât mind. As Josh took a moment to rearrange the things displayed on his desk, Brynne observed the way he fearfully kept his eyes on the desk as he bent down, trying his best not to stare up at her.
Observing him, Brynne thought it would be best if she took the initiative herself.
âThis is where I keep all the old stuff,â Jost explained as he organized the drawer under his desk.
âWhatâs that?â Brynne asked, easily maneuvering her zipper.
âWhatâs what?â Josh asked distractedly, still concentrated on his desk.
âWhatâs that? On the floor, behind you?â she asked him.
Josh frowned, not sure off the top of his head what she was referring to as he turned around, kneeling on the ground and looking at what had been behind him. He didnât recognize the object at first.
âWait, what is that?â he asked himself out loud, picking it up, âIs thatâŠ?â
He very slowly looked petrified with eyes wide like saucers when he saw her.
âOh. Itâs⊠Itâs your dress,â he said in a panic, his heart beating faster than ever before.
He looked up at her from where he was kneeling on the floor, unable to speak.
âIs this okay?â she asked calmly.
âMore than okay,â Josh looked her up and down hungrily, âHachiâŠâ
âIf you say âmachiââŠâ she warned.
âSorry,â he apologized hastily, âSorry. Itâs just⊠youâre not wearing a bra. Or underwear,â he thought out loud.
Josh was stunned, to say the least. Not only was this beyond what he wouldâve imagined, it was also like something right out of his imagination. A small part of him still thought he might be dreaming, or hallucinating from inhaling too many cleaning products at work.
âWow,â he stared, barely able to process. âYou⊠Youâre a goddess,â he spoke softly as his eyes savored every inch of her body.
âWhen does the worship part come in?â she wondered with a grin.
âRight fucking now,â he gasped, desperately grabbing at her thighs.
His hands squeezed her thighs as he knelt in front of her, face buried between them as he silently wished for this to never end. Josh happily nipped at her thighs with eager, scattered kisses, sighing into her soft skin as he indulged in her. Even where he was, her skin smelled like the heaven heâd first experienced when she got into his car.
He pressed excited little kisses all over her skin, never tiring of it at all.
âI could die right now,â Josh sighed, voice breathy with ecstasy.
âMaybe we donât have to die to know what paradise is like,â she remarked.
âMaybe not. But just in case, I know exactly what I want my last meal to be.â
Josh looked up at her, eyes wide with a strange innocence as he silently begged and pleaded with her to take control. Brynne sat down on the bed behind her, leaning back as she crossed one of her legs over the other. Before he could stop himself, Josh threw himself on the ground in front of her black high heels, which were still on her feet. This, he thought, made everything even better.
Josh whined impatiently as he sloppily placed his kisses all the way up her body, from her ankles, to her calves, to her thighs, to right above her navel. Everywhere but the one place he really wanted to be.
Observing him happily, Brynne softly brushed her hand over his hair, watching him look up at her as he moaned impatiently.
âPlease, Brynne, please, please, please,â he begged her.
âWhat?â she asked somewhat teasingly. âWhat do you want?â
âPlease, can I, please⊠I really wanna eat your pussy,â he pleaded, his voice thick with an irresistible whiny quality, âCan I, please?â
Brynne raised an eyebrow in surprise.
âThatâs what you want?â
âOh, more than anything!â he begged her with his hands resting on her thighs. âIâll do anything! Please, Brynne, please⊠I wanna make you feel good.â
He looked like a starved man, hungry for anything at all.
âYou really want to?â she asked him.
âYes, please, Iâve never done this before,â he confided, âI mean⊠Iâve done this, but not that,â he explained himself.
âGo ahead,â Brynne murmured, amused as she played with his hair.
He couldnât believe what was happening. He was really about to eat Brynne Johanssonâs pussy. Beyond pleased with her approval, Josh excitedly parted her legs, kissing the sensitive skin on her inner thighs as he closed his eyes, savoring every moment of it. She sat back, watching him as he teased, caressing and squeezing her thick, pillowy thighs as his kisses slowly became more wet and more aggressive.
Finding it made things even easier, Josh rested her knees on his shoulders as he dove in, liking the feeling of her thighs closing in around his head in pleasure.
âPlease,â Josh begged her, âJust fucking suffocate me.â
Brynne felt she could only oblige as he got tantalizingly close to where he needed to be, suckling on her lower stomach right before he pressed a hard kiss right against her clit, locating it with impressive ease. The feeling was surprising and tingly as he made contact with the bundle of nerves for the first time. Brynne roughly grabbed a handful of his brown hair, signaling to him that heâd done a good job as he groaned.
âThat feels so nice, Josh,â she cooed, her voice alone enough to make him finish as he instinctively rutted into the bed.
âFuck,â he gasped, looking her right in the eyes.
âYou wanna do a good job for me?â she asked him.
âYes, please,â he moaned, âPlease⊠Let me be a good boy for you, Iâll do anything. Whatever you want,â nodded vigorously.
She closed her legs around him as he sloppily licked up and down the sensitive area, maximizing her pleasure as he began to gently tease the opening with his middle finger. Brynne sighed with relief as he finally closed his mouth around her clit again, sucking relentlessly as he stared up at her, his eyelids heavy with pleasure. He was about as pussy drunk as he could get.
She pulled him in by the hair, forcibly holding him there as he sucked on her clit with sleepy eyes.
âYouâre such a good boy for me, Joshy,â she gasped in excitement.
Josh couldâve passed away from how lucky he felt. Heâd never even been able to imagine himself in this position, or imagine her in this position, come to think of it.
âYouâre a fucking goddess,â he hummed against her center. âIâd do anything for you. Youâre a princess. Fuck, please come on my face,â he insisted.
âYouâre so desperate for me, itâs so fucking hot.â
Brynne held him close to her as she threw her head back, gasping aloud as he inserted his finger. The way he dragged his finger downward as he entered her made her feel even more full. She laughed softly as he instinctively continued doing the same thing, dragging his fingers downward as he shamelessly ate her out.
âFuck, youâre such a good boy,â she hissed.
âYeah, thatâs right, Iâm your good boy!â he nodded, tongue flicking against her clit as he desperately played with her g-spot. âFuck, youâre so fucking wet, I donât deserve this! Iâll be your good boy! Iâm your good little boy!â
Josh continued to stare up at her as he licked up and down in slow, torturous stripes, curling his fingers inside of her.
âYouâre mine,â she sighed, beginning to choke him with her thighs.
âThatâs right, Iâm your good boy!â he whined into her. âYou can do whatever you want to me! Iâll love it!â he promised.
âSuch a good little boy, fuck,â she murmured, feeling herself getting close to a climax as her hand moved from his hair to around his throat, âYouâre my good little slut.â
âYes! Fuck! Yes,â Josh moaned loudly as he sucked, ecstatic at the feeling of her hand wrapped around his throat, âIâm your slut! Iâm your little slut, all yours!â
Brynne tightened her grip on his throat, watching him as his eyes practically rolled to the back of his head.
âFuck,â he lapped his tongue against her hungrily, âCome on my face! Please come on my face! Come all over my tongue!â he whined.
âYouâre such a dirty little slut. Such a good little slut,â she breathed.
Slowly, she came to a finish, watching him grow excited as she grew even wetter.
âGood boy,â Brynne laughed, watching him in disbelief as he lapped it all up, enjoying every second of it.
He was high on her praise, forgetting the idea of shame entirely as he cleaned her up completely, not leaving a single drop. He looked up at her, eyes widened. He sighed exhaustedly, his eyes growing heavy as he was finally satisfied with himself.
âDid I do a good job?â Josh asked hopefully.

HI !! I know I've said it a million times already but I love your art so much you're genuinely so talented đ, I still feel so lucky you drew smth for me :)) and it gives me more inspiration for my art đđ My obsession with adult Orel and Moral Orel came back once I came across you WOOHOOOHDJDJERRN And I was wondering, and I don't know if you already have but, if you would share more of your headcanons about him, his family, the immoral orel au, ANYTHING !!!1! I LOVE YOU AND YOUR HCS !!! I'm very invested... (y tambiĂ©n pensĂ© que nunca conocerĂa a alguien que estuviera tan loco por Ă©l como yo, asĂ que me siento mejor por eso) We've been blessed with everything you make and I get so happy every time you post :DDD and you're genuinely a very kind person so I hope you have a great rest of your day đđâ€â€ (and sorry for this long ass paragraph ask HRJHRHRBBR)
OREL HC????? Okay, first I'll say the hc I have (all silly, nothing serious?) and then I get cheesy...uh
Right, first let's start with uhhhh a silly headcanon I have is that when he was younger he wanted to be like Reverend Putty...for his great service to God and all that uh. Then when he grew up he'd want to study to be a doctor...it's a good profession for him (I know I explained this in a post a few months ago), he likes to help people, and he'd definitely give his patients loads of attention without being as negligent as the doctor in Moralton lmao. (I should do a whole post about this as I actually have a lot to say about his career path)
I'm a firm believer that at some point he continued to smoke weed...maybe in his teens?? He'd know it was wrong, but it helped him to zone out, so it was fun, plus he'd definitely hang out with people who smoked too, and Orel is...very easily influenced.
Definitely in school he'd be smart, but also REALLY DISTRACTED...and goofy, I'm pretty sure hardly any girls would be interested in him. (Maybe he also became a bit weird), he's bad at picking up hints and reading people's body language... so everyone would have to be REALLY direct if they wanted to talk to him about anything. (Aahh he'd probably have to move outta Moralton to study for a serious doctor career...then he'd have to adapt to new people...bad boys)
He'd probably only start officially dating Christina when they were both legal...and she had the freedom to leave her house whenever she wanted!!! Happy ending.
CHRISTINA IS SADISTIC-
...I didn't say anything, but if Orel is a masochist and Christina's an 'alternative' version of him then uh, I don't want to think about what would have happened in her chapter...
In his teens he'd really enjoy grunge and soft rock...uhgg I dunno, I just feel it. (Even though he's not that into music)
He's a goofy..nice...overprotective.....VERY overprotective dad, and that'd cause problems with his kids when they hit their teens...stupid (I love him) Orel..aahg, I mean, aahhh I also think he'd do loads of things that embarrass his kids!! But without realising lmao, he'd be like...trying to talk like them? That 'teen language' as he calls it haha.
IN HIS TEENS A LOT HAPPENED - UGH, not just between him and his parents...I mean also with his 'friends', even if he stopped being (just a bit) innocent, loads of people would definitely manipulate him into doing anything.
I don't think Clay and Bloberta ever divorced lmao, feel like they just stayed together and miserable...just like in that pic Orel has in his living room (Plus, I love that pic, it proves Orel doesn't hide his parents, he loves them despite everything and he'd definitely tell his kids to love them...wwgggh)
You know what I'm pretty sure about? Doughy and Orel got into a fight and came to blows in their teens, what caused it? Probably Doughy, in loads of episodes he looked like he was betraying his best mate for attention and affection from an adult...(but ugh, don't judge, it's written so well and we know why he did all that, even though that doesn't mean it was right, yeah, plus...there's no guarantee he changed after that, if we think about it Doughy had NO ONE, to teach him right from wrong), at some point he'd do a 'silly betrayal', to Orel...that'd make him SO ANGRY (cos it's not the first time) that mixed with a strong IMPULSE LMAO, he'd punch him, then he'd punch him back...and well, it'd all end with forgiveness and Doughy learning something.
And that's just a part of what I have cos I wrote a lot lmao...
#oh....thank...u....julian...#I'm ashamed to say I was very undone before I saw this haha so thank u.#yeah i love you<3#TJEBEBBRVRVBEBEBEBBEBEBEB#i'm sorry#adult orel puppington#moral orel art#adult orel#ask#my art#moral orel fanart#orel puppington#moral orel#aahhhhh muchas gracias realmente te quiero mucho#soy horrible con las palabras Ășltimamente#pero no estoy pasando un buen momento asi que es lindo recibir esto#sabes?#si#moral orel headcanon#no tengo palabras ahora mismo#pero debes saber lo bien que me caes jahdhjsksj<3333#stupid doodle but huh#quiero dibujar el Inmoral orel au prĂłximamente uggghh

sign the papers | mat & mama
The house was awfully quiet when the kids were with Mat. The odd time when you kept Wyatt it was nice to have some company but she couldnât talk or really understand anything yet.
You had called up Milesâ wife not long after the separation to ask her opinion on the split and a possible divorce. She was obviously concerned immediately but you explained what had happened and calmed her.
âsometimes marriages just run their course. we made five beautiful kids, we built a home, I just think me and mat want different things nowâ
The kids were confused, why there was now a daddyâs house and a mommyâs house. why they didnât have movie night with their parents any longer.
Ivy tried listening to her parents when she was at home, listening while her dad cried on the phone to her grandma and her mom would stress out on the phone to her friends.
You had spoken to a lawyer, drafted up divorce papers, discussed financial settlements, custody of the kids.
When you saw Mat you had tried to mention it to him, softly. You knew how he felt about the whole thing.
You had managed to mention it when he dropped the kids back off, asking if he could come in and see Wyatt. You, of course, said yes.
You watched him come into the house, as if heâs never left it. He sat on the rocking chair in Wyattâs nursery, rocking her to sleep and mumbling a soft story to her.
You watched them on the baby monitor, a soft smile as you listened to him talking to your baby.
âHi sweet girl, hi meatball. I missed you, Iâve missed you so muchâ
You allowed them their time together while putting Ivy, Ryder and Bailey to sleep. When youâd both finished the night routine you met in the hallway, closing the opposing doors from one another.
âShe asleep?â He asks about Ivy and you nod âout like a lightâ
He follows you down the stairs into the playroom where you begin cleaning up. Mat joins in, picking up stray toys the kids had thrown around.
âFor being so little they make a massive messâ he jokes, breaking the silence.
You laugh âYeah, they take after their dad Iâm sureâ
When the room is cleaned and tiny, you walk Mat to the door.
âThanks for letting me put her to bed, it means a lot when I donât have her-â
âIâm filing for divorceâ you interrupted him.
You interrupted him telling you how much he appreciated his time with his daughter to tell him you were filing for divorce.
âOhâ is all he said
You nodded, biting your bottom lip âI just wanted to tell you before the papers came through in the mailâ
He hums âSo weâre not going to talk about this?â
âThereâs nothing to talk about Matâ
He laughs, viciously âYou kicked me out of our house and we havenât spoken since I feel like there was definitely a conversation in there somewhere!â
âMathew, you need to leaveâ
âStop doing that!â He exclaims âDoing what?â
âCalling me Mathew and making me leave when there is the slightest inconvenience for you! I want to save our marriage, I want to save our family and you donât seem to careâ
You took a deep breath and replied âI stopped being able to care a long time ago, Mat. Please just go and sign the papers when they come inâ
He didnât want to fight any longer, he couldnât fight with you anymore. Not when you were being selfish and never listening to his point of view. At the bottom line of it all, he loved you regardless.
So instead, he leaned down and kissed your forehead, while his hand supported the back of your head.
âI will always love you, y/n. from the moment I met you until the day I die, I will always love you with my entire heart and soul and if thereâs ever one thing I know I got right in this world, itâs you. No matter what the paper says, youâll always be my girlâ
A tear rolls down your cheek and your hand grasps onto his wrist before you begin to sob âMat-â
âShh, itâs ok baby. Itâs ok, Iâll sign the papers if thatâs what you want, Iâm not going to fight you anymore. I just needed you to know that regardless of us fighting, shouting and balling at one another, you are my worldâ
You shook your head at him, sniffling âWhy are you being so nice to me?â
He shrugs âI only have a little while longer as a husband I might as well try being a good oneâ
You watched him pull out of the driveway and down the street, tears falling off your face while you sobbed quietly.
The following days, Mat had a roadie so you had the kids full time. You had officially accepted your role back as doctor for the devils next season so you were getting back into watching hockey.
The kids had requested Mathewâs game against the Kraken be on the tv so they could watch and while it was late you couldnât say no.
So you sat with them, Ryder on your lap while your fingers carded through his hair while you watched the islanders play.
After the game, the press had announced a big press conference with the islanders. You didnât think much of it, theyâd won so it was probably just the dramatics.
You were tidying the couch pillows when you heard the tv
âMat, Lou informed us you had an important announcement to make this evening?â A reporter asks.
Mat nods âYes, thank you. I wanted to make this announcement here, in Seattle where I was playing when I was drafted by the Islanders organisation in 2015. My time on Long Island has been nothing short of amazing and I will always reflect on the relationships I have developed with the community, my team and the organisation. Today, I announce my retirement from the national hockey league as a player as this season draws to a close. My family are of the utmost importance to me right now and I feel this is in our best interestâ
You drop the pillow in your hand and gawk at the tv âwhat the fuckâ
âMommy said a bad word!â Ryder shouts, reminding you that the kids were with you.
âYouâd be saying bad words too if you knew what was going onâ you replied, picking up your phone to text Mat.
Instead you found a text already on your phone from him
this is for you, for us. the nhl is your dream, not just mine.
You smile at the message and look back at the tv where mat is being hounded by the media on his bombshell announcement.
When Mat finally got finished with media and all that came with his announcement he managed to pick up his phone and wade through the messages from friends, coaches and family to find your name. Only to find youâd left him on read.
When he arrived home, your nanny had dropped the kids off at his airbnb so he didnât get the chance to speak to you. The nanny, Rita had given him a pile of papers too. He suspected it was bills, school letters youâd asked her to pass along and they were discarded onto the countertop.
The weekend with the kids passed too quickly and before he knew it you were picking them up for your week. Between the kids, the media and the organisation Mat hadnât gotten a chance to sit down until the middle of the week, sitting at his breakfast bar looking at the divorce papers sat unsigned on the counter.
Next to it was the papers Rita had dropped off, he picked them up and began flicking through. Bills, tuition payments and then a brown envelope addressed to you.
He frowned and opened it, pulling out a white paper, the exact same as the one on his counter yet this had your name on it. These were your divorce papers.
His eyes scanned the paper for your signature, it was nowhere to be found. Part of him felt hopeful, you wouldnât have sent him this if it didnât mean anything.
But it had been days since Rita gave him these and you hadnât said anything, so did it mean what he thought it meant?
Before Mat made himself crazy thinking of the possibilities with this, he got in his car and made his way to your house. Not before a stop on the way.
It was late and he knew the kids would be asleep, so he knocked lightly on the door just praying you were awake.
He waited nervously until he saw the porch light flicker on and you appear at the door in your pyjamas
âMat? What are you- itâs eleven oâclockâ
âI know, but I had to come here because I got your papersâ he rushes, watching as a sleepy smile is painted on your face
âI was wondering when youâd open themâ
âI, I opened it and I hope it means what I think it meansâ he replies.
You nod softly âIt means, come home Mat, it means letâs talk about this, it means you donât have to retire just to fix usâ
He shakes his head âI retired because, you were right. This is the Mat show, I want it to be the Barzalâs. I want to be able to see you at work, in everything you do and be so proud of you because youâre amazing. I accepted an offer with management so Iâm not completely out of a jobâ
You nod with a laugh âGood, canât have you being boredâ
He then sighs heavily and adds âThe day I first asked you out I said could really see this being something real and I just couldn't let you slip away. Iâm not letting you slip away from me, now or everâ
At his confession you reach out to place a hand on his chest âI love you, Mathewâ
He groans lowly and you laugh âMat, baby, my angel. I love Youâ
âThatâs betterâ he smiles. You notice his hand is behind his back and you raise your eyebrow skeptically.
âWhat you got there?â
He brings his hand out and when you see it you laugh through teary eyes âItâs ivy! Thereâs no flower shops open this lateâ

In The Dead of Night
Prologue
Characters: AU Eric played by Bill SkarsgÄrd from The Crow (2024)
Setting: This story is set in A WHOLE OTHER WORLD than the movie. Shelley isn't a part of this story. Eric will be different from the movie, especially because I haven't seen it yet.
Warnings: 18+
Notes: This is really just inspired by Bill SkarsgÄrd's looks as Eric, nothing else.
The black leather in my hand cut into my palm, and as a reflex, I pulled on it to take back control. If I had been able to decide, we would have bought a softer leash for the dog, but Robin had refused. He wanted something more sturdy.
I looked at Odin, our big black Labrador, in front of me. He was just 14 months old and thought I went too slow and that I was a snooze fest, but I tried to teach him to be a good boy, but he wasn't interested.
"Please, can you take him for a while?â I asked Robin, who walked next to me. He made a whiny sound because he used both his hands to fan his warm face. It was a high temperature for being at the end of May, and he didn't handle heat well.
âWe should have just let him stay at home," he said with a grunt, taking the leash from my hand. Odin noticed at once that a new, more uncontrolled hand had taken the leash and lurched to gain more freedom, but Robin took control fast and wired Odin into his side instead of letting him walk in front of him like I did.
âI thought your mom had become afraid of dogs?â I asked carefully when Robin and Odin got along. Robin looked at me with his face red from heat but also sunburned. We had been friends for two years, and every summer he got the same shade over his forehead and nose bridge.
âI thought so too, but the nurse said she asked about him. She will probably be terrified when she meets him. He's such an asshole,â he joked, but patted Odin lovingly over the head. I laughed a little and smiled a bit to myself. We had bought Odin together, and he lived with us every other week, like he was a kid traveling between divorced parents, but Odin didn't need to worry about fighting parents because his parents, me and Robin, were the bestest of friends.
"Della?"
âHm?â I looked up at Robin again. I had disappeared into my world of memories and dreams and hadn't heard him.
âI just want to say again, so you remember, that mom can say some weird things sometimes, and she doesn't mean anything with it and her memory-â
âI know, I know, Robin. I know.â I took his hand in mine and smiled reassuringly. âIt's okay. I get it.â
I had never met Robin's mom before. She lived in a home for the elderly even though she was just sixty-five. She had a stroke two years ago, and since then, she has not been herself. It was obvious it pained Robin a lot, but he didn't want to talk about it, so I let it be. He would talk about it the day he felt ready, and this day he was ready for me to meet her. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't met anyone who had been through such a thing and was afraid she would be mean or say something strange that I didn't know how to react to.
The home looked like a smaller institution, but with red brick and apple trees around it. It was obvious it had always been used as an institutional building, but they tried to make it look more welcoming for the elderly with trees and other greenery surrounding the house. Odin started at once playing ball with a small apple and looked at Robin sourly when he kicked away the fruit from him. I thought Robin could be a bit too strict and boring with Odin, but I knew he would just call me too soft if I said something.
Robin held the door for me, and I walked in a bit nervously. I didn't know what to expect, so I looked around.
âDella?â
âYeah?â I turned around and looked at Robin, who had said my name. He pointed to a sign by the door, with a dog crossed over with a big red cross.
âDo you want to wait out here while I talk to a nurse?â
âYeah, sure. I walked out again but took a final look at the entrance's cheaply framed posters of colorful birds.
I sat on the ground with Odin while we waited for Robin. Just to look a bit more respectable than I normally used to do, I wore a floral dress that stopped under my knee; otherwise, I mostly dressed in a pair of sweat-shorts and a tank top, but I didn't want to look like that meeting Robinâs mom. Robin was always nicely dressed, and if I understood things right, his mom liked clothes and nice things too.
Both me and Odin looked up at Robin when he came out of the door. He was dressed in beige chino shorts and a white linen shirt. He always looked fresh.
âShe's in the backyard, so we can go around the house,â he said, pointing with his thumb to the left. I nodded a little, and together we walked through the apple trees.
It was a nice backyard with several groups of wooden furniture and flowers in terracotta pots. Older men and women were spread out in the yard, together with staff dressed in light blue scrubs.
âThere she is,â said Robin, and he nodded towards a woman sitting next to a nurse in her fifties. His mom was short, with chubby cheeks and blue eyeshadow. I had expected she would look a bit more beige, but she was dressed in a bright purple tunic with white culotte pants. She gave us a big smile when we walked toward her. I was dragged by Odin, who tried to run towards her. He barked loudly when we came up to her, and I could feel many worried looks on us.
âOh wow, that's a big boy,â laughed Robinâs mom, who looked at Odin with big eyes. I couldn't say if she was afraid or not, but I held him by my leg, refusing him to say hello to her.
âYeah, he's so much work right nowâŠâ Robin sighed and then gave his mom a hug, who had stood up with her arms spread out. The nurse gave us a little smile before walking away.
âMom, this is Delilah, my friend.â
I smiled at her and put my hand out, even if I would have rather have held Odinâs leash with both hands.
âGirlfriend?â She said with a smile.
âNo, friend. I told you that,â said Robin, a little irritated. He was probably irritated and sad over the fact that she at once started to mix things up.
She shook my hand and introduced herself as Lotti, and I smiled my sweetest smile.
âCan I say hello to Max?â She said with a smile, and I looked at her, confused. Robin took a deep breath and then took Odin's leash.
âMax was our rottweiler when I was little. This is Odin, mom.â
His mom looked up at him. She looked confused but smiled anyway, then leaned down to say hello to Odin while Robin held the leash short. It was obvious she got a bit scared, but she just laughed at her own fear.
The nurse, who had been sitting with Lotti earlier, fixed us a table to sit by and also served us all three coffees. It was nice, especially when Odin decided to lay down instead of jumping after bumblebees. Robin told his mom about the hair salon both he and I worked at and about weird customers, and he told her I was a little sister to the boss and owner. I didn't say much because I hadn't worked for several months but didn't want to talk about that with his mother; instead, I just let them talk with each other.
âHow is Eric?â Asked his mom when they had come to a natural stop. I looked at Robin with a small, curious smile because I didn't know who Eric was at all. Robin gave me a quick glance. His brows had knitted together, and he sucked his lower lip the way he always did when he was upset.
âMom⊠You know, I don't want to talk about that,â he said with a low gaze. His mom looked at him. It was hard to read her because she looked both confused and understanding.
âOh yesâŠâ she said and nodded. Robin looked at her and laid his hand over hers. When she met his eyes, it seemed like she remembered what he meant.
âHe's deadâŠâ she whispered, looking at their hands. Robin didn't say anything; he just sat with his head low. I didn't know what to say because in front of me sat two grieving people, and I wasn't prepared for it at all. After they had looked at each other for a few seconds, Robin took a deep breath and instead asked his mom what she was reading right now. Slowly, they started to talk naturally again, and I could be a part of the conversation, but it felt like something was hanging in the air over us. Even if the sun shone brightly on a blue sky, it felt like a pitch-black thunder cloud hung above us.
ĂĂĂ
While Lotti went to the bathroom, Robin and I sat silent by the table, watching Odin bite in the grass hysterically. He was a lot of work, and if I hadn't been on sick leave from work, I would never have had the energy with his wild behavior.
âEric is my dad. She forgets all the time he's dead,â said Robin suddenly, and I looked up at him. He continued to look at Odin, and it told me he couldn't really look at me while talking about his father. I had understood his father was dead, but he had never mentioned it, and it wasn't my place to make him talk.
âOh⊠I understand that it must be hardâŠâ If we had been sitting closer to each other, I would have given his hand a comforting squeeze or something, but now we sat on different ends of the table.
âYeah⊠He died of cancer just a year before her stroke, so I guess it's understandable.â
âIt must be hard for youâŠâ
Robin shrugged his shoulders.
âYeah⊠But I have my uncle; he's really close. On my mom's side.â
I gave him a little smile, even if he couldn't see. It was tragic that he didn't have any reliable parents when he was just 35 years old, and on top of that, he was an only child. I would never understand his loneliness. I had three siblings and two healthy, engaged parents.
We sat silent until Lotti came out again, carrying a floral dress on a hanger.
âI think you and I might have had the same dress size, Delilah... Robin said that you like vintage.â
I was surprised she knew that and smiled at her, then at Robin, who smiled timidly too.
âWhat do you think about this dress? If I had a daughter, I would have given it to her, but the most important thing to me is that it gets a new life.â
She held up the dress for me. It had thin straps and a wide skirt. It was probably from the 80s, but with its silhouette, it could have as easily been from the 50s.
âWow, it's amazing!â I said standing up. I gave Robin a look to see if it was okay and if I had a real interest in it. Maybe he wanted to keep it for another friend, but Robin just smiled.
âCome in with me so you can try it!â Said his mother, enthusiastically, and I laughed shyly. She laid her hand on my back and gave me the hanger, but Robin stopped us before we could walk into her apartment in the elderly home.
âMaybe you can try it at home? We can't go in with Odin,â he said, nodding his head towards the dog.
I gave Lotti a little sad smile, but she looked at her son with annoyance.
âI want to see it on her! I think you can handle being alone with the dog for a moment!â
I looked between them, and Robin gave me a begging look.
âI will do it fast.â Said I to him after seeing Lottiâs hopeful look at me. I really liked the dress, and I got nervous that she wouldn't give it to me if she couldn't decide.
Robin didn't seem to know what to say, and before he had answered, Lotti had given me a friendly push towards the door to the home, and I let her lead me in.
ĂĂĂ
Lotti's home was a one-room apartment with a view over the same yard we had been in. It was obvious it was an interior from her previous home because it stood tight in the room, in different styles and colors. Everywhere, there were frames with art and posters, especially with Asian themes. Robin had told me he had been in Asia a lot when he was younger because his parents loved it, so it didn't surprise me. I walked around, looking at the decorations and her beauty products and jewelry spread out over a messy vanity table next to the bed. Then I looked at the big photo over her bed. There were two men, around twenty-five years old, standing next to each other in front of a viewpoint. You couldn't see much of the view, because the young men were in focus. One of them was almost a head taller than the other and had a look that made it impossible to stop staring at him. He was dressed in a black t-shirt, and almost all the skin you could see was covered in tattoos. His hair was black and stood messy up in different directions. He even had a tattoo over his eyebrow. âLullaby.â
If I were to say that it was because of his dark look that he stood out, I would have lied because the thing I looked the most at were his eyes. His big, green eyes. They looked sad and wise, like an old man's, even if he probably wasn't over thirty in the picture. They were framed with smudged black eyeliner that made them stand out even more, especially against his clear, alabaster skin. He was beautiful. Model-handsome and at the same time otherworldly beautiful, with high cheekbones and full lips.
The young man next to him paled in comparison to him. It was Robin, dressed in a white button-down and his strawberry blonde hair styled to a perfect backslick. I gave him a fast look, but my eyes got sucked back to the other man quickly. It felt like he lured me in.
âWho is the tall guy?â I asked Lotti without letting him go with my eyes. Lotti didn't say anything while she walked up to me, and then she stared at him the same way I did.
âThat's Eric. My other son.â
I turned to her, shocked, even if I could feel the green eyes on me. Lotti breathed heavily, and with a shaky, tearful voice, she said:
âHeâs dead.â
ĂĂĂ
Green eyes.
In the dead of night.

We can share our pain
day 15 | rated: g | wc: 685 | prompts: CHILDHOOD TRAUMA | Painful Hug | Moment of Clarity | "I did good, right?" | ao3 Buck and Tommy talk about their childhood traumas over dinner.
"Even though everything is getting better with my parents, I still feeling like I'm performing for them every time they're in town. Like I have to be this perfect version of myself for them." Buck sighed. "Sorry, childhood trauma isn't the best dinner conversation."
"We all have it, Evan." Tommy replied, resting his hand over Bucks. "I want to know everything about you. The good, the bad, the ugly. So you share yours and I'll share mine?"
"Uh. Yeah." Buck took a moment to figure out where to start. "I had a brother. Daniel."
"I didn't know that." Tommy replied. "I thought it was just you and Maddie."
"I didn't know about him until I was twenty nine, when Maddie was pregnant with Jee. He died when I was a baby, juvenile leukemia. He was eight."
"Evan, that's awful. Did he get sick after you were born, or was it an unexpected pregnancy?"
"Neither. I was planned. Meticulously planned. He was diagnosed when he was four. He didn't respond well to treatment. Mom, dad, and Maddie weren't a match for a bone marrow transplant. So they made one. Me. But it didn't take, and he died a year after I was born." Buck explained.
"And they never told you? They just pretended he never existed?" Tommy asked.
"Pretty much. They buried themselves in their grief. They packed up everything and moved us to a different town. Got rid of everything belonging to him, got rid of or hid all the photos. I would have never known if I hadn't found the photo in Maddie's baby box. I thought it was me, but I didn't recognize the house. So I turned it over and on the back it was dated '88. Four years before I was born."
"And Maddie never told you?"
"No. She said she'd wanted to. But she told Chimney before she told me. She was put in a bad position by our parents, I get that. But that was something I should have known. It would have been useful for when I tried to join the SEALs and when I applied for the LAFD."
"That's insane."
"I have a better relationship with them now. When I was a kid I felt like I only had their attention if I was hurt or had done something wrong. Now, we have an okay, but slightly distant relationship. The first time we felt like a real close family was when they visited after Maddie and Chimney brought the house. Chim's brother, Albert, showed up with their dad. They defended me fiercely against Chim's dad when it came up about me being a sperm donor. And like two days later I got struck by lightning." Buck took a drink of his wine. "What about you?"
"Nothing quite as crazy as yours." Tommy said with a smile. "You were born to save a person. I was born to save a marriage. My parents, I don't think they ever loved each other. But they were both from very traditional families. Divorce would not have looked good, and it was starting to cause whispers that they'd been married for years with no kids. So they had me. Gave them someone to direct their anger at rather than each other."
"I'm sorry to hear that. There's some people that just shouldn't have kids."
"They are the prime example." Tommy let out a humorless laugh. "When I got older they would blame each other for what they didn't like about me. He would tell me I was too much like my mom. She would tell me I was too much like my dad. I grew up feeling like I was made up of the worst of the both of them."
"I guess that makes me feel lucky that I at least had Maddie."
"Mmmh. For a long time it made me think that I didn't want kids. Didn't want to pass on this generational trauma." Tommy snorted. "But now I'm less sure. Kids are a maybe, if we do have them, all I want to do is be better than my parents."

Pt 2: Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows
Pt 1
Genre: Smut. Icl, itâs basically just porn you dogs
Request: Kinda
Word count: 1945
Warnings: Smut, +18 please <3
Summary: Melissa has a crush on a parent. What happens when Jacob and Janine find out - the dateÂ
A/N: The gay gods are clearly blessing me this pride month as I have suddenly overcome my writer's block!
Nerves were not something Melissa often experienced. She didnât feel them the first time she had sex, or when she handed Joe divorce papers, and not even the countless times she had to shake people down. Yet just the thought of you coming into her home had her heart fluttering like a trapped butterfly. The closer the clock got to 18:00 the more ill she felt. What if you hated her food? What if you thought her house was dated? What if you thought she was dated? She was old enough to be your mother. Before Melissa could spiral any more, her doorbell rang. She rushed over to the door, checking her hair in the mirror before opening it with a smooth smile in the hopes that her nerves would calm down.Â
You looked stunning. Your hair emphasised the softness of your eyes and the deep green of your shirt complimented her hair in a way that made her want to devour you right there. The two of you weren't even officially together and you were already acting like you were hers. The thought of that made Melissa clench.Â
âHey Melissa.â You handed her a bouquet of sunflowers and a bottle of red wine. You hadnât been sure which gift to get so you opted for both and Melissaâs slightly agape mouth made it worth the extra $15.Â
âGorgeousâŠâ Melissa had a dazed expression on her face, almost as if she couldnât believe you were actually here.Â
You giggled, biting the inside of your cheek to try and suppress the full blown laugh that was threatening to escape.Â
âThe flowers!â Melissa quickly recovered, inviting you in âThe flowers are gorgeous, and you are too.âÂ
Melissa shut the door behind you and you took in her house. You moved over to some of the pictures hanging on the wall and let out a gasp.
âMelissa whatever-your-middle-name-is Schemmenti, is that you as a teenager?â The picture you were currently looking at was of a young Melissa in denim jeans with a cigarette hanging loosely from her lips.Â
Melissa stood behind you, looking over your shoulder to see the photo âAnnâ you tried to suppress a shiver at the puff of breath that made your neck tingle. âAnd sorta. I was 23 when that picture was taken.âÂ
You subtly closed your eyes as Melissa continued to tell you about how she had stolen her cousin's motorbike and cigarettes for a dare. Melissa watched as you subconsciously leant back towards her, unintentionally allowing her to see the effect she had on you. A smirk grew on her face when she saw you bite your lip as her voice got a little more husky. Her eyes trailed from your lips, over your jawline to where your neck and shoulder met. Melissa bit her own lip in an attempt to ground herself before she did something a little too forward. Luckily, an alarm rang, jolting the two of you out of whatever fantasies you were both wrapped up in.Â
âShit, the pasta.â Melissa rushed into the kitchen and you followed dutifully behind.Â
Melissa glanced over at you before turning her attention back to a sauce that was bubbling âSit sweetheart, make yourself at home.âÂ
You let out a quiet sigh as you sat down, ignoring the slight wetness Melissa had caused when she said âsweetheartâ. You werenât surviving the night.Â
~~~~~
Dinner had been pleasant; the food was excellent and the company was even better. The two of you had talked for hours about almost everything. It was getting late and you were dreading having to leave but you knew it was for the best.Â
âSo I should probably get going.â You glanced towards the door, then back to Melissa. âTonight has been amazing though.â You smiled at her as you put your plate in the dishwasher and began to collect your things.Â
âYeah, we should do it again some time.â Melissa smiled back at you. âWhat time is Ivyâs sitter expecting you back?âÂ
âOh, no, Ivy is at my friendâs place tonight. She gets on with her two kids like theyâre her siblings.â You laugh, fondly remembering all the times Ivy begged you to let her go to Aunty Sandyâs house so she could play with her kids.Â
âOkay, well Iâll see you later kid.â Melissa walked you to her door, getting lost in your eyes for a moment before placing a chaste kiss on your cheek. You giggled again and Melissa nearly dragged you back in to the house to fulfil her fantasies of fucking you over her kitchen counter. If your laugh was that sweet, she could only imagine how melodic your moans would be. You softly bid her goodnight and made your way to your car.Â
Melissa closed the door behind you and began to put the rest of the dishes in the dishwasher. Once she was finished, her mind couldnât help but go back to that tight shirt you had been wearing. She knew it was wrong as her hand wandered underneath her tight pants to touch where she had been aching all night. She gently rubbed herself as she made her way to the sofa, forever grateful she had the hindsight to put plastic coverings on the cushions. Her face began to flush as her fingers worked faster, occasionally dipping down to where she needed it the most. Her breathing picked up and she threw her head back, seeing a flash of white. You had left your scarf behind. It wasnât cold and she was sure you wouldnât miss it. She pulled her other hand from where it was nestled in her underwear and reached for the scarf when, for the second time that evening, the doorbell rang, startling her.Â
âHey Mel, sorry- I forgot my-â You noticed her flushed face and messy hair. âAre you okay?âÂ
Melissa could do nothing but let out a whimper. You raised your eyebrows in shock before realising you had inadvertently walked in on her. âOh shit- sorry, Iâm just gonna⊠Iâll get out of your hairâ You tried to rush out but Melissa grabbed your forearm before you could and dragged you into the house.Â
âStay?â
You answered her with a searing kiss to her lips. Were you moving too fast? Probably but you had been dreaming of this moment since you first laid eyes on Melissa Schemmenti. You walked her back and she hit the wall, hissing as your teeth clashed together at the force. Melissa was silently thankful she now had the wall to support her as she felt her knees grow weaker. As you tried to pull away for a breather, Melissa tangled her hand in your hair and snuck the other one underneath your shirt. The two of you looked at each other, both panting hard.Â
âYou sure you want this?â Melissa asks, her expression uncertain.Â
It takes you a minute to answer, too occupied revelling in the tingling feeling on your scalp as Melissa plays with your hair. âThe only time I can cum now is if I pretend itâs your fingers fucking me rather than mine.âÂ
The look on Melissaâs face was priceless.Â
She was sure she was going to cum right there so she dragged you over to the sofa and sat you on her lap. She slipped her hand into your underwear and gasped when she felt just how wet you were. She wanted nothing more than to make you work for your pleasure but there would be plenty of time for that. Your moans spurred her on as she worked her hand faster and faster. Your dishevelled look and the way your head was thrown back made you look heavenly. Melissa kissed your neck and chest, sucking and biting, before pulling away to admire her handiwork. She felt giddy as she watched your skin go red where she had marked it, knowing those marks werenât going away anytime soon.Â
âMel, are you sure marking me up is a good idea?â You said through laboured breaths, getting closer and closer to your climax âIv might-â
âShh, I have to mark you hon, how else will Gregory know youâre mine.âÂ
Melissaâs possessiveness made you clench around her fingers and she drove them into you harder, enjoying the way your juices spread over her palm. Melissa watched you in awe as you came undone on top of her.Â
By now, Melissa was soaking. Watching you had just about pushed her over the edge and she was prepared to beg for you to finish her off. Luckily, you wouldnât make her beg this time. You looked at her with lust filled eyes as you got off her and kneeled in front of her. You patted her thigh to signal to her that you wanted her to raise her hips and you took off her jeans and underwear. Her thighs were slick and it made your mouth water. You licked your lips before licking and nipping your way up her inner thighs. Melissa moaned and unconsciously spread her legs wider. Her breath hitched as she tried to hold back another, louder, moan when you finally reached her core. You pulled away from her, making her whine and buck her hips up.Â
âNuh uh, I want to hear every one of your sounds or Iâll stop.âÂ
Melissa removed her hand from where it was over her mouth and you returned yours to her core, licking and sucking where she needed you to. Melissaâs legs began to shake as she chased her high, weaving her hands into your hair to ground herself. You reached up and ran your nails under her breasts, making her shiver. You took your dominant hand from where it was tracing patterns on Melissaâs skin and dipped your fingers into her, pushing her over the edge and into bliss.Â
Once the two of you had both caught your breath, you let out a stuttered âFuckâ
âNot yet baby but Iâve got a strap thatâs begging to have your mouth wrapped around up in my room.âÂ
You let out a breathy laugh as Melissa hauled you to your feet, leading you upstairs to her bedroom.Â
~~~~~
It was 7:34 when you woke up. Light streamed through the curtains and you felt sore from last nightâs activities. Melissa was a mess of hair and she had her arm swung possessively over your midriff. She snored softly and all you wanted to do was melt back into her embrace but you had to get Ivy. You attempted to sit up but Melissa pulled you back down, holding on to you tighter.Â
âMelâ you whispered out - not quite sure why you were whispering when you wanted her to wake up. She grumbled, but let go of you long enough that you could get up.Â
Melissa was a surprisingly heavy sleeper. You got changed, sighed at the amount of hickeys left on your body, and tried to find some paper and a pen to write a quick note for the sleeping redhead. You felt bad for leaving like this but if you were late for Ivy, Sandy would kill you. Plus, you were pretty sure if you woke her up you would either be killed or Melissa wouldn't let you leave her bed and you really had to go. You clicked the front door shut and made your way back home to hopefully hide any evidence of what you had gotten up to last night from your best friend and daughter.Â
You were just glad you weren't the only one covered in marks. You hoped Melissa had a hard time covering up the ones she had too.Â

The Love Expert
Pairing: Beck Oliver x Reader
Fandom: Victorious (Nickelodeon)
Summary: Youâre the Love Expert of Hollywood Arts. Youâre responsible for putting all the great couples together, including Beck and Jade. What will you do when they break up?
Warnings: None that I can think of
*******
When Beck and Jade broke up, it affected you in a few different ways. In one, it felt like your parents had gotten a divorce all over again. Beck and Jade were the couple of Hollywood Arts. It broke your heart to see them go their separate ways.
In another way, Beck and Jade breaking kind of hurt your reputation. You see, you were the one who got them together in the first place. You were known as sort of a love expert at Hollywood Arts. Getting Beck and Jade together had been your greatest feat. They were so opposite on the outside that you were sure no one else could have done it. But Beck kept Jade grounded, and Jade kept Beck guessing, and suddenly you had one of the greatest couples you had ever seen.
Now that they had broken up, honestly, you had been feeling kind of down on yourself. You decided to go for an easy love. A couple that just needed an extra push to become official.
Robbie and Cat werenât that hard to set up. Just a little meddling later, the two were holding hands as they went to lunch.
But they were easy. You wanted something difficult. Something you could sink your teeth into, like the old days.
Your eyes widened as Beck walked by the table you were sitting at, alone. âHey, Beck.â You got up to follow him.
It seemed he knew exactly why you were talking to him. âHey, Y/n,â he greeted as he knowingly rolled his eyes.
âSo, you and Jade broke up?â
   âMhm.â
   âAny particular reason why?â
He thought for a moment. âWe...had different interests.â He sat down at his normal lunch table.
âDifferent interests?â You absentmindedly sat next to him. âInterests that I didnât know about? I highly doubt it.â
Beck shrugged. âI donât know what to tell you, Y/n.â
âInteresting...â You bit your lip, thinking. âDo you have any interest in getting back off the market?â
His eyebrows raised. He gave you a once-over, then smirked. âMaybe.â
âGreat. Come to my house at 7:30 sharp tonight,â you told him.
âHey, how come you never tried to pair me with anybody?â Tori asked.
You hadnât noticed she was sitting at the same table. Straightforwardly, you answered, âBecause you never asked. And no one asked to be paired with you.â
Tori pouted at your words. âOuch.â
âDonât feel that bad about it,â you tried your best to comfort her, âItâs rare that I get someone asking to be paired with a specific someone else. And the person that I see you being with has never approached me, anyway.â
âOh yeah? And whoâs that?â Tori wondered, almost jokingly.
   âAndrĂ© Harris.â
Tori let the bits of salad she was holding in her mouth drop back onto her plate. âMe and-and AndrĂ©?â
   âYes.â
She blinked. âWell, thatâs impossible, because AndrĂ© and I are just friends.â Suddenly, it was like she was trying to convince herself of that statement.
âYeah, okay.â You gathered your things. âYou two have a fine lunch.â
âWait.â Tori stopped you. âHow come you donât see me and Beck as a couple?â
Beck put down his fork and stared, surprised, at Tori.
You shrugged. âBecause with Beck, itâs either Jade, or no one.â And with that, you walked away.
It was nearing 8 that night when there was a knock on your door.
âBeck?! What are you doing? Youâre late!â You were walking away from the door as quickly as you answered it.
He followed you to your dining room table. âYou invited me here. I donât ever show up on time the first time Iâm invited places. I donât like the power dynamic it creates.â
âSo, does that mean youâll be on time from now on?â
Beck just shrugged, and grinned when you got exasperated.
âAnyway,â you tried to move on, âPlans to get you back with Jade...â You started looking through the papers you had spread out on the table.
âWhoa, whoa, whoa.â Beck gently grabbed your arm to get you to stop moving. âI donât want to get back together with Jade.â
âWhat?â You didnât understand. âThen...why did you come here?â
He answered softly, âBecause I thought this was going to be a date with you.â
You pulled your arm from his grasp, and just looked at him.
Beck defended his stance. âYou asked me today if I wanted to get âback off the marketâ?â
It took you a second to respond. â...I also said that itâs either Jade or no one when it comes to you.â
He looked a little sheepish at that. â...I guess I wanted this so much that I kinda...didnât listen to that?â
âYou...wanted this?â It was like your brain couldnât compute what was going on.
Beck smiled. âYeah. Do you want this too?â
âIt doesnât matter what I want.â You answered so fast that you didnât think about it.
Beckâs gaze softened at that. âWhat do you--â
âI would like you to leave now.â You wouldnât look at him.
   âWhat? Why--?â
âI said I would like you to leave.â
âOkay! Okay.â Beck put his hands up in surrender, and started headed towards the door.
You didnât breathe again until the door shut behind him.
The next day at school, Tori was pestering you about André.
âNo, but seriously. There are hundreds of boys to choose from. Why me and AndrĂ©?â
You rolled your eyes, but you had a smirk on your lips. âBecause look at you two. You guys are best friends. Thatâs a great foundation for any relationship.â
âYeah. But what if weâre just...friends...â Tori trailed off. She had a lot of thoughts running through her head.
Out of the corner of your eye, you caught Beck walking toward you in the hallway. You turned away before he saw you. âSo, Iâll let you go through all that. Meanwhile, Iâm gonna go--â
âHey, Y/n!â Beck caught sight of you.
You started booking it down the hallway.
Unfortunately, Beck was faster than you. He didnât grab you to make you stop. Beck just ran in front of you and blocked from running any farther. âY/n, come on. I just want to talk.â
Exhaling through your nose, you looked around at all the eyes on you. You then tugged Beck into the janitorâs closet. You shut the door. âItâs what you said,â you told Beck.
He seemed immediately concerned. âSomething I said yesterday? What did I say?â
Embarrassed, you mumbled under your breath.
âWhat?â Beck stepped closer to you.
âYou said you wanted to go out with me,â you informed, a little clearer, yet you were still self-conscious.
A smirk flashed across his face. âWell, yeah. Why wouldnât I?â
Not knowing what else to do, you eyed the door for an escape.
Beck gently put a hand on your arm. âNo, no. Tell me why thatâs a problem. If you donât like me in the same way, thatâs fine--â
âNo!â you responded a little too loudly. You felt your skin grow hot. âPeople...donât...like me. They only like what I can do.â
Beck began, âWell, I think what you can do is cool too. To this day, I still donât know how you managed to get me and Jade together. But Y/n, I gotta be honest, Iâve always had a bit of a crush on you too. Youâre smart, smarter than anyone I know, and talented, and, well, not to mention, attractive.â
You didnât know how you were still standing upright. âWell, I-I never thought you in that way before, Beck. I remember when I was pairing you and Jade up I figured you were one of the best actors in this school. You donât do it much, but you have a really beautiful singing voice. You care about your friends lie no one Iâve ever seen, and--â
  Beck kissed you.
The kiss wasnât much, just a simple meeting of the lips, but you suddenly felt like you were floating through the air.
Beck slowly parted from you. âWas that your first kiss?â
âWas it that obvious?â you wondered, worried.
Beck chuckled and shook his head. âNo.â He leaned in for another kiss.
A little while later, you and Beck emerged from the janitorâs closet, hand-in-hand.
Connected hands was something you had in common with Tori and AndrĂ©, whom you saw walking down the hallway. âY/n! Look!â Tori waved you down and brought your your attention to her and AndrĂ©âs hands.
Just as you were nodding your approval, you spotted another couple striding down the hallway, hand-in-hand. Jade and...Trina.
âThatâs right! I am now dating the second scariest girl at at Hollywood Arts,â Trina bragged. âSo everyone better back off and leave us alone. KK?â
Wow. You did not see that coming. You looked at Beck. He just shrugged. He shared a smirking âWe did itâ look with Jade as the WLW couple rounded the corner, and Jade put an arm around Trinaâs shoulder.

Close Ties (Daemon Targaryen x Female Reader) (Modern AU) (Non canon) (18+)
Read Chapter 15 // Series Masterlist
Chapter 16
Summary : You realise that Daemon is the end for you.
Warning: 18+ dad's best friend trope, canon (we don't know her..don't like don't read), feeling of hopelessness, uncle Daemon kink (you don't have to squint), familial uncle niece sort of relationship but he's not really her uncle, there will be more smut later, masturbation, significant age gap but reader is in her mid twenties, mention of infidelity, miscarriage , divorce, smoking and alcohol drinking, physical violence implied
âSo a CEO huh? Your job gotta be taxingâ You turned to face Aaron, a childhood friend of Rhae whom you had just met at her birthday get-together at her parent's house. He seemed like quite the character, charming and confident, with a devil-may-care attitude that was difficult to resist, well at least for other people.
âYeah it's very taxingâ you mumbled as you sipped on your drink, you wanted to focus on his words, he was very handsome and he seemed nice but you weren't able to focus on him when your eyes kept drifting towards the sexiest man in the room.
As you looked at him he immediately looked away as if he wasn't keeping an eye on you too.
Being able to finally look at Daemon without worrying about anyone judging you was an indescribable feeling. You couldn't help but feel a sense of freedom as you gawked at him, admiring his handsome features and strong figure without the judgment of your parents. He had a black jacket on with a matching pair of pants and a silk shirt underneath. You were accidentally twinning with him with a black sling dress you had on, the straps were made of golden chains, you didn't want to look vulgar but you wanted to appear sexy for him, show him what he was missing..
Daemon shifted his attention back at Harwin as you caught him checking you out. Again.
He was also a bit jealous regarding the conversation you were having with the young man you had met just now. He was always jealous of every other man that threatened to take you away from him, sure you didn't belong to him like that but in the past few days things had been different.
Both of you were staying true to the promise you had given to your father but there was a change in your relationship with him, there was a lot of flirting outside the work and you always came to share your troubles with him like you used to before.
âHow's it going on that front?â Harwin asked him very casually and Daemon's cheeks flushed. Damn Rhaenyra
âI'm bloody embarrassed you know about thatâ he chuckled to hide his embarrassment but it was a lost cause, he was certainly red as a beetroot.
âYeah well..women talk..Nothing to be embarrassed about..i understand that feeling more than anyoneâ he winked at Daemon to ease his nerves.
Since Daemon had discovered Harwin and Rhaenyra's relationship he had been trying to get acquainted with the man his darling niece had chosen for herself but every meeting was turning into a friendship and it wasn't in Daemon's nature anymore to make new friends, he was just done with being the one to give his all and then get hurt in response. Most of the men he befriended in the states eventually slept with his wife so he had to cut them off, he cut off everyone when it was her that he should have gotten rid of a long time ago.
Whatever friends he had from school and university apart from your father all drifted apart when he left London so it was nice to have someone he could go get a drink with.
He wanted to get a refill so he excused himself and went to the bar and you were already there before him so he gave you a smile as he got behind the bar to make drinks for you two.
You were mindlessly fiddling the straw between your plump lips or perhaps you were doing it on purpose, he couldn't really tell. He didn't know whether to be frustrated by the fact that you were so unaware of your own charms, or to be drawn in by the mysterious allure that hung around you like a cloud.
âSoo got yourself a date aye?â he looked at Aaron so you turned your head to pretend to check him out and then you chuckled.
âStill on first name basis uncleâ
The way the familial name rolled off your lips was intended to tease him and he was a bit buzzed himself so he didn't want to stop you either.
âWell mister first name basis can't keep his eyes off youâ
âMmmm do you blame him?â
The boldness you felt in the moment was surprising even to you.
âAbsolutely not..I'd go after the prettiest girl in the room as well if I was a man his ageâ he mumbled as he passed you the drink,
âToo bad I'm not into men my age uncleâ
You put your straw in the new glass and slurped on it, looking right into his eyes,
âMmhm? Since when sweetheart?â
âSince I was twelveâ
He opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out.
His eyes glanced over the necklace on your neck that you were so proudly showing off, the one he had presented you on your birthday, the typical smile curved his features as he brought his hand up and grabbed the pendant between his forefingers for a brief moment but he he let it go quickly before he'd be eyed suspiciously by others.
You got up from the stool with your drink in your hand and then sauntered away from him to make him sweat a little. There was that fear of disappointing your father that continued to bother you but the more you got drunk the more your inhibitions were loosened.
He kept staring at you in a way that left you feeling hot and bothered. So very hot and so very bothered, all you could think about was his thick hard cock pumping in and out of you while he'd call you his good girl and tell you that he loved you.
Later at night since both of you were drunk, Rhaneyra wanted you to stay and she convinced Daemon to stay at her parents' house as well. Not that you were opposed to that. While she was on a call with Harwin you made your way to Daemon's room and knocked.
When he opened the door he was still in the same shirt as before but those top buttons had been flung open. He smiled as he looked at you, his brother's house wasn't as magnificent as your dad's so the chances of him getting caught in the same room as his supposed niece were very high.
You walked past him and entered the room so he shook his head in disbelief and closed the door.
âPixie, what are you doing?â He asked you softly as he didn't want to come across as rude or harsh, you had enough of that already.
âNothing just trying to spend some time with youâ
He sighed as you said that.
âBoth of us are drunk and tend to not make the best of decisions when we are inebriatedâ
âThat's not trueâ you argued back but as he stepped closer to you, his words started to make more sense to you. There's no way you'd be able to restrain yourself from jumping into his arms if he would continue to look at you like that.
âI Miss youâ you mumbled as you looked him right in the eye so he gave you his typical smirk laced smile
âI'm right here darlingâ
His response made you huff like a petulant child.
âI can see that.. sometimes you can just tell me that you miss me tooâ you crossed your arms so he tilted his head.
âAnd What good would that do to us? You left us, remember?â
âAnd what was I supposed to do Daemon?â as you raised your voice he knew he'd have to calm down to not exacerbate the situation so he stepped closer to you until you were in his arms.
âI don't want to fight with you sweetheartâ he held you by the shoulders and kissed your forehead as he said that.
âNo tell me what I should have done..what would you have done if you were in my place and your dying father had asked you for one thing that would really make him happyâ he chuckled as you questioned him. Moments like this made you want to slap him but kiss him at the same time.
âReally ? You really think your broken heart would bring him peace and happiness in the afterlife?â
âThen why did he ask for it?â
âBecause he can't accept the fact that you're in love with a man twice your age, a man he has known half his lifeâ
âNone of those things are true..I'm not in love with you and you're not twice my ageâ
As you walked past him he grabbed your arm and pulled you back to him.
âI do miss you ..all the fucking time alright..I have had a easier time letting go of my wife then letting go of what we had with each other so yes I do miss you.. and I think about pounding you into that mattress right there when I'm touching myself at nights, I think about you every waking moment of my life even when you're in front of me but you chose to give up on us and that's the truth so don't expect me to tell you that I miss you when I know that it's only going to bring us both miseryâ
His nose flared and teeth gritted as he spoke, words held a spark of anger. And his confession regarding him wanting to pound you was going to keep you up at night as well now.
âAnd you allowed me to do this..so what is it..you pretend to be nice and gentle to me even though deep down my decision has got you pissed?â
âI don't have to fucking pretend to be gentle with youâ He sighed as he cupped your cheeks and kissed your forehead again âI'm not holding anything against you so you shouldn't do that to yourself either. You want to make your father happy? It's fine by me..that's what you should do for the man who had given you everything in lifeâ
You got out of his embrace as he said that and he thought you'd leave his room but you decided to surprise him instead. He watched you take your heels off and then jump into his bed with no qualms. To your surprise he didn't say anything either but laid down next to you albeit maintaining a proper distance between your bodies.
âThis is not such a good idea now is it?â A chuckle escaped his throat as he finished his sentence.
âIt's nothing bad..just two people sleeping on a bed two feet apartâ
He turned his body to prop himself on his elbow so he had a clear view of you,
âI can't get enough of you darling, you need to remember thatâ
âThat's because you don't get enough of me..once you will ..if you will..you will see I'm nothing specialâ
âI can say the same thing about youâ he argued knowing far too well that it was pointless. You always had an answer even though sometimes they didn't make any sense.
âYou can't..you haven't longed for me for 14 yearsâ
Well that made sense to him.
âIs that going to be your winning point every fucking time?â
âYup..I earned thatâ
You turned your head to look at him, his eyes were fixed on yours and his gaze was intense, all you wanted to do was break any or all promises you had made to your father and just give into him but then you saw your father's face every time you closed your eyes.
âUmmm is Stella still trying to win you back?â You questioned him to change the subject.
âYeahâ
âSo she didn't leave?â
âNoâ
âAre your answers going to be one word strictly â
âMmmmhmmmâ
You smiled as his nonchalant behavior regarding her made you a bit relaxed and you could have basked in that feeling but you had the tendency to self sabotage.
âCan I ask you a question?â
âYou don't have to ask me to ask meâ
âDo you miss her..being with her?â
âSometimes..in a strange moment of weakness..I do..it was a long relationshipâ
You were glad he was being honest with you but that didn't mean the answer wasn't pricking your heart..
âIf she promises to never cheat on you again and stick with it .. would you go back to her?â he let out a deep sigh at the question and he took a few moments to come up with an answer.
âI don't really know..I wish I did but I don't, I loved her for ages..it was hard to let go of everything we had built together. When my mum died she was there for me and she stuck by me when I wasn't doing so well in life. I know you don't like her and I don't have more love in me to give her and she's not a very good person perhaps but she's not the worst either.. sometimes people hurt you regardless of what you do for themâ
Your eyes were teary by the time he was done with his sentence, the way he talked about her made you feel as if he still had some feelings for her which you didn't blame him for.
âI'm sorry she didn't appreciate you the way you deserved to be appreciatedâ
âNo regrets sweetheartâ
âmmm i should go to my roomâ you sat up to get off the bed but he quickly grabbed your arm gently,
âStayâŠtalkâ
You looked at him as he said that and as tears rolled down your cheeks he wiped them away with his fingers
âI'm sorry..I am just jealousâ
âUnderstandable..I was jealous watching you talk to that nerdâ
âHe's most definitely not a nerd..he's the type of guy mums warn their daughters aboutâ he chuckled as you said that,
âI used to be the guyâ
âYou're still the guyâ
You laid back down again as he guided you towards the mattress slowly. You wanted to go all Meredith Grey on him and ask him to pick you, choose you and love you if worst comes to worst but deep down you knew that won't be the most mature thing you'd ever do in life.
âAnd what about Anna? The woman from sales..you guys have been chit chatting a lot lately .. something I noticedâ
âAre you keeping an eye on me?â
âNo ..just observant..it's good to observe..a nice man once told me thatâ he smiled as you said that.
âShe's nice I supposeâ
âHmmm nice as in oh she's sweet or oh she's so nice I want to kiss herâ the high pitched voice made him smile, he didn't want to make you feel jealous but it felt nice to see you react so dramatically.
âDo you not want me to date anyone anymore?â
âThat's not umm..my questionâ
He smirked as you said that, his hand sneaked under your head and you felt shivers run down your spine at the intrusion, he then pulled you closer to him until you were snuggled into his arms, after a second of uncertainty you quickly wrapped your arm around his waist, fingers played circles on his lower back.
He pushed your hair aside from your neck and his lips went straight to your neck as he pressed a soft kiss on your skin, you couldn't help but hum in response which came out as a moan instead.
âThis is not a good ideaâ he groaned as he pulled away from you and put his head down on his pillow to gain a sense of control again, being drunk wasn't helping his case at the moment.
âI knowâ you mumbled as you got on top of him, straddling him before he could say anything else, he licked his lower lip as your bare skin was glowing in the dim light of the room. âPound me into the mattress like you have imagined..uncle daemonâ his fingers clutched around your waist as your sensuous voice reached his ears, those flimsy straps were falling apart and he had the urge to just slip your dress down your shoulders and have his way with you. He knew you'd not resist him either. Despite feeling that way he knew what should have been the right thing to do in this situation.
âDon't do anything you're going to regret tomorrowâ you sighed as he said that.
âWhy do you have to be so nice about this? I'm throwing myself at you and you can just do me right now..I won't hold it against you even if I do regret itâ
âThat's so romantic isn't it? Fucking for the first time while we are both drunk and breaking the promises we have made to your fatherâ
âWhy do you care..he fucked your wife when he was drunk and didn't think much about itâ
His jaw clenched as you reminded him that, not that it was something he'd ever forget.
âI care because I love you ..only you and you..just you.. and I'm not going to ruin you for a night of funâ
Your eyes teared up at the sincerity in his voice, that's why you loved him so much, he was perfect in his ways, he always knew better, he always knew how to put you in your place without degrading you or putting you down the way your parents had been doing since all hell broke loose. He just knew you and he never wanted to hurt you, where would you find a man like him again? He'd find someone to replace you in his life, it wasn't that hard for a man like him to find a girl your age or even older who'd be willing to be his girlfriend, his wife and eventually the mother of his children but where would you find a man who'd see you as you and not as the woman who took after his dad's business and was now suddenly filthy rich.
Who'd see you as the girl you actually were?
As he noticed your teary eyes he sat up and wrapped his arms around you to pull you into a hug, you needed that he could tell and he needed that too.
Your arms wrapped around his neck as you held onto him, he was so warm and he felt so comfortable, you could have spent your whole life just being there with him, only if it wasn't for your dying father who wanted to make you miserable.
As you pulled away from the hug you cupped his cheeks and looked him in the eye for a moment before you went in for a kiss, he so badly wanted to pull away but he couldn't, not when you kissed him with such ferocity, not when he had been starving for that kiss as well.
Lips moved in unison before you slipped your tongue in, it's been months and it has been a torture having him so close and yet so far from you.
Once you pulled away he placed his forehead down on yours, your chests were heaving up and down as you both collected your breaths.
âWas that romantic in your eye?â
He smiled as you asked him that
âVery romanticâ he tucked your hair behind your ear with his fingers and this time he kissed you. And he kissed you like he had been your lover all your life.
âTo answer your question..no i don't want you to see anyone or take your stupid ex wife back in your life..you are mine..all mine and you always will beâ
He gave you a smile as you said that, thumb brushed over your lower lip as he leaned in to kiss you again but a sudden knock on the door sobered you both pretty quickly. However, Luckily it was just Rhaenyra and she was a mess, she had a fight with Harwin and you knew she needed you and that was the least you could have done for her.
An hour later they finally made up again and she sneaked away to go see him and you contemplated whether you should go see Daemon or not and ultimately decided against it.
The next morning you woke up to your phone ringing and door banging, your dad was taken to the hospital as he had collapsed last night and when you saw his weak brittled body in the hospital you suddenly felt so guilty. Maybe that's why Daemon didn't want to cross that line or allowed you to do something you'd regret. As he came to consciousness he requested to see his daughter and you went in, Daemon was stepping out of the room as you made your way in. You noticed his teary eyes, his flushed cheeks that indicated that he had cried, you had a sinking feeling in your gut but you didn't want to accept it. This was too soon, he still had more time right? He had to have more time.
âDaemon told me how good you're doing at workâ you faked a smile as your father spoke.
âHe's modestâ
âHe never liesâ your father reverted.
âBut he hides the truth and he hides his painâ your dad sighed as you said that
âAnd what about you? Are you keeping up to your promiseâ
âI wouldn't be so miserable if I didn'tâ
âWhat do you see in him? A girl your age..you'll find a man who'sâ.â
He hesitated to finish his words and it made you furious. Daemon had gone beyond his limits to be there for him, what else did he want?
âWho's what? Kind? Loyal? Loving? Caring? Selfless? What daddy?â
Your voice choked on your tears as you defended the love of your life.
âWho's in your league, your own age group. He's going to be a fucking sixty year old when you're just barely in your fortiesâ
âAnd that bothers you because ?â
âBecause he's going to die way before you would and then you'd be left all alone here with a broken heartâ
As his eyes teared up suddenly you saw his fear behind his stubbornness, he wasn't doing this to hurt you, he was just trying to spare you from a lonely life but then what was the point of it all, life never came with an expiration date.
âThat's funny dad.. because look..you and mom are the same age and you're leaving her and me when you should have lived a full life so who's to say he'd be the one to die first? I have your genes ..maybe I'd be the one to go..maybe I'll follow you soon afterâ
âY/nâ he raised his voice and his heart rate sped up on the monitor, that's when the doctors entered and asked you to leave the room which you did immediately, you knew you shouldn't have been fighting with him in such a state but you had to tell him that you loved Daemon and only him, you needed him to take his words back.
You wanted to break the promise and you needed your dad's blessings for that.
As you saw your mom bursting into a fit of cry you immediately went to her and hugged her as tightly as you could.
All your life your parents had shielded you and protected you, but you knew you'd have to grow up now and take some responsibilities because nothing was ever going to be the same. That sinking feeling in your gut was going to become your reality and you couldn't have run from your reality.
You knew your father wasn't going to survive the day.
