Worst Emergency Node: tie between March of the Dead & Stay Away From Strangers

If we being real? NO 5th floor combat stage is safe at high ascension 🤧 it will always be a fight for your life, but these two can be run-enders. MotD throws in two mudrock Colossi for funsies and SAWF will end in tears if you don’t have the ranged units to get all them drones gone and the swiftness to pick off all the Rot Eaters before they get too beefy to hold off.

Best Bosky Passage effect: Concentration Disorder from IS3 on steroids

Don’t fuck around and get this while also having the Substantial Collapse paradigm. Whole map gonna have fart clouds on it. Pain.

Way to make Bladedance absolutely useless LMFAO like honestly if there’s one thing is4 is good at is giving really good relics some disappointing handicaps.

Samivilinn aka that bigass ice mountain with an attitude

Very straightforward. Typhon will trivialize this boss and Reedalter will trivialize the stage itself by clearing it of all the ice in one s3 activation. The enemies on the right hand side tend to be more annoying to corral but if you have Eyjalter with her s3 it’ll keep the whole squad across the map healthy enough to push through.

Eikthynir aka the Snowpriest who really wants to be Usain Bolt

Full disclosure; most of my wins against him required creative stacking of Sing fordartals and proper timing/abuse of Goldenglow’s s3 to get him down most of the way before he speedruns the exit. But so many battles have ended up with him blowing past all my blockers with 1% health and me not being able to do shit but watch 😭

Crazelyseon, aka the teleporting Flying Spaghetti Monster

A menace 😭 Invulnerable 90% of the time, warping around the stage, dropping cancer squares of doom, and worst of all the time limit. If you don’t kill this thing soon after it starts warping three times in a row then you’re finished cause it’ll explode. I haven’t felt such a time crunch on an IS boss since BSL.

Best practice is to set up your heaviest hitters at two of its stopping points and only activate the device when it’s overcharged to get the most bang for your buck. You have GOT to time it right tho cause if you get impatient or your DPS gets wiped then the whole stage goes to shit really fast. Once again, I have never beat this boss without an ASPD boost of some kind.

Great Operators for IS4:

Ines - her invisibility reveal is goated

Typhon - really good for general carry on all floors but outside of the ice mountain boss her meta-ness falls off esp at higher ascension levels

Reedalter - her s2 will melt anybody including those Shattered Champions

Eyjaberry - frankly indispensable, her s1 holds it down and her s3 reaches everywhere

FedExecutor - his s2 allows him to dodge most bullshit and he holds his own despite not being able to be directly healed

Virtuosa - def a luxury pick and fairly new but a way better source of Necrosis damage than Valarqvin and just overall very fun to play

Ling - I usually do not play SummonKnights because I don’t have the brain cells but honestly the runs I’ve done with her were solid and fun especially with the Empty Fowlbeast relic

Ho’olheyak - rather mid as a Core Caster but with the relics that boost levitation effects she can actually hold her own

Jessica Wick - her deployable shield can buy you some time against these sprinting mobs

Yato alter: she’s a key FastRedeploynights operator for a reason!

Mlynar - full disclosure; I don’t really use him in IS unless I get him as a temp recruit because while his damage output is unrivaled, I hate how he can’t block shit unless his skill is up

Ethan - a low cost GOAT at crowd control. That Prisoner’s Night stage is trivialized with him

Other random tips:

Avoid the Nameless Hero stage. Please. 😭 If you come across the Always on Alert encounter, just dip. Expeditiously.

When going for the 3rd ending, don’t go in a Scout node until like floor 4. Why? Cause that Routeweave Net will make additional enemies appear in all your stages and it’s best to just put that off till the last moment. By floor 5 if you take the bottom most route the Prophecy node that’s supposed to be the fork to get to Eik’s stage will turn into the one you need to get the Boundless Gift to open up floor 6.

GG’s s3 is garbage for the ice mountain stage. She’ll target every individual ice square before she decides to hit any enemies.

If you pick up the Scarred Amber relic, maximize your slay by stacking hella Plunder or Migrate Fordartals

Always save your best Fordartal combos for end stage bosses! There’s no limit of how many buffs you can stack on a node so take advantage of that.

After a certain Collapse level is reached you won’t get any more Fordartals outside of what you can buy from Cannot or get from a unique Encounter

There are two secret Collapsal Paradigms to unlock. One obscures your operators and the other obscures the enemy health bars and how many life points you have left. Both are fairly annoying. BUT STILL BETTER THAN BAROMETRIC ANAMOLY

Just finished watching 3rd Life!!!! I was a bit busy so I couldn't do it as quickly as I wanted to but I made it.

I watched Grian's pov as you suggested and holy fuck was that a ride. I have Thoughts.

Grian and Scar. Scar and Grian. Those two shared a braincell and Grian had it for most of the series.

Grian I think had the most kills out of anyone by the end of it??? Guy really thought he could use Scar as an excuse to satiate his bloodlust without losing any lives. He was 100% correct.

Scar had a lot of kills too, didn't he? Especially in the Dogwarts war. Even if he is the goofy boss to Grian's competent right-hand man, it was nice to see him get down to business as well.

I'm focusing a lot on Scar and Grian here, but I would also like to give a shoutout to Jimmy for being the first person out. From what I hear it's pretty on-brand for him and it makes me think Scott was his Grian. For a second I thought it was Cleo tho.

The Battle of the Red Desert was painful to watch lmfao.... Scar pulled the lever, Grian. Wrong time tho.

Can't be good at building without being good at demolition. Grian really likes TNT, doesn't he. Just pray he never improves at redstone, I think it's best his traps stay broken.

I learned from a comment section that Impulse was killed for a clock that belonged to him in the first place. Rough going, buddy.

Scar's second death had me wheezing.... that's how you know he had some sort of plot armor on, no matter what Grian might say, cuz no way in hell did that guy become the first red name and stay alive for 2nd place.

That was the most Canadian fistfight I ever did see. Scar's muscles did not help.

Grian I see is associated with a bird sometimes? I don't know the reason for that but I find it interesting considering he killed himself by jumping off a cliff.

All in all....... yeah I really liked it!!! I have only watched Grian's pov tho, so if you recommend checking out any other POVs, I could do so. Not sure if I'll be able to watch any of the other Life seasons soon, as I might start dipping into, y'know, Hermitcraft/Empires (thanks to you, really!), but we'll see.

grian is usually depicted as a parrot hybrid. i'm not sure why, i think it started as a hermitcraft fandom thing that bled into his other stuff. people often fannonized as birds falling to death is one of my favorite things. i can't get enough of it.

if you want to watch more povs, i would recommend martyn or scott. martyn's is good if you want to understand the dogwarts side of things, and scott's is just one of my favorites.

i haven't watched any hermitcraft myself, but i plan to one of these days. empires is one of my favorite smps, and really what got me back into mcyt. if you ever do get around to watching the other life series, i think you'd enjoy them!

Love Class 2 Live Blogging

I actually wasn't going to do this, I already watched 3 eps and am in the middle of the 4th one but I guess I have more things to say than expected.

Ep 1 (Jan 26): Got confused by the sheer number of characters and also the pair at the beginning were just friends, not love interests, even though it initially seemed like it was lol

Ep 2 (Jan 26): The second couple is like whatever to me rn and the barely-there glimpse of the third couple is doing nothing for me but I'm sooo curious about the first couple. Lee Hyun mentioned they broke up, so that meant they dated? While the older (I'm assuming by 1-2 years) was tutoring him?

Also, loveeee the register switching like in ep 2 during their first convo, Hyun calling him seonsaengnim and using formal language but then getting frustrated and using yeah! and using informal (which Kim Ahn warns him to watch his tone). and also deiciding to go from ssnim to hyung on his own accord lol

Ep 3 (Jan 26): Bro I'm really into Lee Hyun and Kim Ahn fr.

Also, I didn't realize there were after-credit scenes, thought it was a preview for the next episode but it's actually Lee Hyun and Kim Ahn's original story! They really were tutor/student (even though Lee Hyun was like how can you be my tutor we're barely apart in age lol) but awooga love the umm dubious and illicit nature of the relationship (helped along by the fact that they're apparently barely apart in age since Lee Hyun is prlly 17-ish at the time while Kim Ahn's maybe 19? idk exact but if he left 2 years ago and now Lee Hyun is a freshman, Lee Hyun's age makes sense but dunno about Kim Ahn's)

The friendship between Maru-Minwu-Hyun is cute and how they're all affectionate toward Hyun despite him not being like part of their love interest romantic pair. like Minwu at the beginning of the show being cutesy with Hyun enough that I and others thoughts they were the couple and also Maru just crashing at Hyun's and sleeping in same bed w/o it becoming weird.

The reddit posts and the MDL comments make it seem as though most people preferred 2nd or 3rd couple over main couple, so I'm a bit apprehensive that they become weird or off-kilter as the show goes on?? I hope not because they're the only pair I care about rn (though I've warmed up to Maru and Minwu a bit more)

Ep 4 (Jan 26): The third couple is kinda funny but also irritating.

Overall:

I liked the main couple: a younger, insistent pursuer to an older, reluctant hyung who was also his tutor when the younger was in high school. I didn't find them to be boring or to be ruined because of the frozen kisses. I do wish the random stalker, weird hyung wasn't haunting them for so long though because the premise of this couple is so good. Also, Lee Hyun's face reminded me of NCT Chenle + TXT Yeonjun - he's an idol too BAE173 or smth.

I came around to the second and third couple even though if the show was longer or deeper, I might not have (ie. the random Minwu calling Maru a slut negatively and the miscommunication of Sungmin and Juhyuk might've been more offputting if they got more screentime or we didn't swiftly move on).

I was bored by the last 2 eps though, so ehhh

Rating: 6/10 - I think I've gotten kinder because it maybe should be 5.5?

Lmaoo they are too funny sometimes. Not too often, but it's not subtle when it does happen 🤣 for a few examples:

During the run episode when they were doing escape rooms, Jin and Jimin were selected team leaders and picked which rooms their team would be doing. Jimin got the sauna room for his team. Right before this, JK was complaining about not liking Saunas too. Lol the rest of the guys all pick cards to see which team they would end up on. JK picks his card, takes a few steps back and peeks to see what he got and then immediately takes Tae up on the question to switch cards or shuffle up a bit. And low and behold, opening his new card and he got the Suana team, Jimins team. And for someone who was just saying he didn't want that room, he sure looks pleased as punch to have cheated to get that room 🤣

Or that one time when he cheated to get to share a room with Jimin. Jimin immediately lost, landing himself in last place and JK, who is insanely competitive and normally decent at this game... just walked up to the game and power flicked it right off the board/table. Barely looked at it before walking away with an oh well, I guess I also lost attitude. Lmfao securing his place as Jimins roommate for the night 🤣 and again, his SMILE walking away from that game with his prize even though he lost the game

IM JFDSLKF i just like specifically how the shirt says fucking KIDDIE....LOOOOLL yah but watch white people wear this. omg i just realized they all have matching bottoms too im going INSANE LOL

3rd thing. OK! like i said!! my cousin plays shooting games...really funny tho!! lOL i did not expect that!!! at least she is a gamer and she draws anime chibis so im like wow. lOOOL #relatable #measakid #wow! she knows what league of legends is so i guess!!! she is a real gamer (but she doesnt know csgo or overwatch, but she is a huge COD fan LOL ???)

5th!!! this is the view from my hotel room ;_; i dont wanna leave this hotel cuz its so nice and i have my own space away from my actual botch mom...omfg...we hate to see it!!! but its super nice and close to this popular mall (whcih is ok, i am indifferent it is just big) LOL but yah!!! its super pretty sigh TwT lets get a hotel room together sometime again!!!

ok! for today, i woke up at like...4 am then 5 am...cuz of jet lag. (it really be like that) and then i just lied in bed pretending to be asleep(actually on my phone) so my parents wouldnt bug me!!! today i found out that there are actually lil bugs on strawberries..if u dont wash it thoroughly...scary...i am no longer buying my own fruit and chopping it up HAHA

so like i got up and got ready for the day around like 7 am!! my parents left to go to the gym at 6 and i was like wtf LOL they r probably eating breakfast w/o me..and I WAS RIGHT DUDE I TEXTED THEM and they were like yah come down?? and i got lowkey annoyed like BRO!! why u drag me out here and say u wanna spend ‘famIly tiME’ and then continue to do shit like this LOL but it’s ok!! so the breakfast buffet i went to was super fancy!! here are the photos below

they had filipino breakfast, and then chinese food too o.0 like dimsum! and the lil soup dumplings!! they also had sushi..which was weird!! LOL but it was brunch i guess but at 7 am...LOOOL i had a green smoothie (LMFAO but it was like...not thick consistency it was more like pressed juicery and p like nice consistency! it was mango, spinach, and ginger so it tasted nice!!)

i had fried fish and bacon and then breakfast meat thingy for breakfast!!! and i had a sugar donut!! also i had this filipino dessert that uses like almond jelly/soy jelly, syrup, and boba ^__^ it’s called taho!!

anyways yah my parents kept asking me about my friends/you back at ucla and i was getting rlly uncomfortable cuz they were being oddly nosy....idk how but i ended up talking about how im close to jess lee and my mom told me i should become an influencer to get free shit ~_~ so im like dO U WANT ME TO BE A DOCTOR OR A INFLUENCER LOL which is it!! bro !! so annoying!!!

anyways we just chilled at the hotel room and my young cousin came over n stuff!! my mom left with my aunt to go get her plastic surgery or sumn idk and then me and my younger cousin and dad went to the mall!! that’s where we got potato corner and gongcha LOL

my younger cousin was shy and quiet at first but she opened up once i asked her about video games and she was more comfortable!! when we got back my dad just took a nap but me and my younger cousin (ez) decided to watch horror game let’s plays. she actually like knows some of the horror games i know cuz of horror lp’ers LLOOOL 

we watched one called the doll shop?? it was creepy it was like this japanese dude who worked at a doll shop, and he has a doll stored in the back of his private room that’s his ‘favorite doll’ and like literally throughout the game theres posters of a missing girl and then turns out the guy is hallucinating/mentally ill and the favorite doll in his room is like this dressed up corpse of the missing girl im KJDLFKJF I CALLED IT. DUDE LOL i was like yo that guy is fucked up!!!!! i bet he is hiding something!!!

we watched another one called ao oni KFJDLSKFJ its some funny pixel rpg horror chase game and idk it’s funny ill show u HAHAHA it’s dumb bc the monster looks dumb it’s like... SOME BIG ASS PURPLE CHIBI DUDE LOOOL

and then my mom came back whatever and went to bed...cuz my dad wants to leave at fuckign 1230 am for the next place we’re going to...im deceased cuz like i will literally have to nap for 3 hours then sleep another 3-4 hours on the way there and im pISSED CANT WE JUST DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC LOL i dont want to leave at fcking 1230 am!!! what the heck!!

but yes!! im getting jollibee with my dad and im prolly gunna pack and then get ready for bed ^__^ but that’s my night for today!! ill update you more as it goes along :3

So I went out of town for the weekend, for 2 1/2 days and 2 nights! I was at Pemberton, B.C, it was roughly a 5 hour drive.

TL;DR: 

1st day: 5 Hour ish drive, went past our airbnb and had to turn back lol, an uninvited mouse got in, i barely slept a wink.

2nd day: Hike at Joffre Lake (with my mosquito bitten foot that ached), McDonalds for wifi, had a home made feast, late night jokes and talks

3rd day: Woke up an hour later than expected due to the highway being blocked by a triathlon, had to explore around with my DEAD ASS FOOT swollen af, got home at around 9PM

First day: 

Got ready, got into the car, and we picked up people, and traded the current car with our friend’s boyfriend’s car. Because without it, we wouldn’t have been able to survive that long ride tbh LOLOL, bless my friend’s boyfriend.

Anyway, the drive was pretty self-explanatory. We stopped by Shannon Falls part way through cause we could, we had time. Walked a bit around and went back onto the road. 

We were driving and looking for our AirBNB in which our host told us “its right after a blank green diamond, you’ll see a purple smiley face on your left” so we tried, but we never saw it???? (maybe cause friend was driving too fast lmfao) My navigating friend said no way, it’s been way too far, so we turned back to find it. Turns out the smiley face was inset this little trail in which we failed to see. rip

We opened the heavy gate but we see this steep trail which leads to the cabin and we’re like “Will the car even make it up” Thankfully, it did bless. The cabin was secluded so barely any phone service and no wifi at all (hence no posts from me lately)

First dinner of the trip was some Mi Goreng and a giant pizza (which we got on sale for $5 so worth it). Then we decided to walk around a bit in which we all died cause mosquitoes everywhere. I got a little injury on my foot where i thought it was a sandal burn but turns out it was a mosquito bite :\. I cleaned the dishes and then we all showered etc. We tried watching the movies that they had there, but they all sucked or the discs were missing. So we just played UNO like we always do LOL. The next day was our hike, so we kind of went to bed early? 12 ish? But guess what, I literally couldn’t sleep AT ALL cause it was hella hot and idk i couldnt fall asleep. 

Also a mouse came in and scared the shit out of us, but we kinda got used to it, it was pretty cute too so.

Second day: 

Woke up at 7AM (or was it 8?) and chef Chan and chef Wong made scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon yum yum in my tum tum. We then packed, sprayed bug repellent and shit, and HIKE TIME. We went to hike at Joffre Lake!! Where I hiked with my mosquito bite and ow really fuckin suckeD. And I’m very bad at hiking so I lagged my friends behind A LOT LOL WHOOPS I felt so bad but yolO. I was dying tbh. Got back, all showered, and then we hit the road to a nearby-ish McDonalds for wifi LMFAOOOOO. Came back for dinner. Chef Iris and Mandy cooked up a FEAST!!!! We had pasta, more sausages, cream of mushroom, spring mix salad, broccoli, mashed potatoes, CHICKEN WINGS. It was really good despite not having any salt in the cabin LOL And then the usual, we played UNO again, we played BANG!, IN WHICH I LOST BEFORE I EVEN GOT A TURN??? LIKE WTF????? bullshit LOL. And I kept losing to chains of +2′s at UNO rip serena.... 

Since we had to wake up early the next day, we decided to sleep earlier, but no one was able to sleep cause it was early. So we just played music and have them listen to me sing really badly. I managed to sleep like a log that night though thank god.

Third day:

We set our alarm to 8AM, but our friend’s phone died so the alarm never went off lmaoooo. We woke up at 9AM instead and ate the leftover pasta and sausages and bacon. Packed, and left. 

we hit town center-ish, but turns out there was a triathlon going on, so the highway back home was blocked until 4:30 ish. We stopped at a public library and chilled there for an hour or so. Free wifi so hey why not. Then dropped by McDonalds for a bit, played some uno there and then  walked to a nearby lake called One Mile Lake. .....We walked around the lake with my dead ass foot and I of course died hahahahahahahahaha..... 

The highway was opened when we came back so vroom vroom we going home.

Hey guys, I'm back again for another fan account and boy was it like the best day of my life. OMG...if you don’t feel like reading all of this, I’m just going to leave some highlights for you and of course I’ll bold the most relevant parts.

 So I went to Los Angeles again for the 2nd solo Exo concert The EXOr’dium in America and as expected the show was hyped, exciting and unforgettable. I came into L.A. the day before to buy the 2.0 Exo light stick and some other kpop merch from Music Plaza in Koreatown and finally got my hands on an In and Out burger lol. Anyway the next day I woke up really early around 5am (I was stuck on east coast time) and I looked on my phone to see that Exo had left Mexico in the early morning and were en route on a flight to L.A. So me and my girl Jay (my exo fangirl bestie) decided on a whim that we were going to go to the airport to greet them in. We found out that they would arrive in about 3 hours because we saw in the previews of exo in mexico that they had just left. We went to LAX, we were less than 5 minutes away because our hotel is right next to the airport, and got some breakfast and started searching for the hotspot where Exo would be. So we found it with a couple of other fangirls who had been there all early morning lol So we waited for a couple hours as more fans started to show up and waited anxiously for exo. As we were waiting, A woman and a guy came up to us to interview us lol. They asked if we were exo fans, where we were from and why did we like exo. They asked for me to dance and I told them that I couldn't but i did sing for them lol. (Its so embarrasing when i think about it. Anyway, they asked me who my fave member was, I told them Kai and they told me to say something to Kai because he would be watching it lmfao. I was like Wtf at first because it felt random lol.   So I gave him a short message and then we continued to wait for EXO.

Fast forward to a good 20-30 minutes later, Exo comes out, everyone grew really excited so I whipped out my phone to take a video. They were moving real fast so I had to make sure that I caught up to speed because it turned a bit chaotic. So i recorded as they were walking in and then quickly ran side of the start of the line where security was  guarding them, trying to keep a safe distance and so I stood there and then D.O shows up first. I say "Hi Do!" He looks at me and doesn't say anything. I was totally fine with that because he looked tired as hell and I know all too well that feeling when you're tired and don't want to talk at all so it's ok. So behind him was Chanyeol so I greet him "HI Chanyeol! Good morning!" He looked right at me and at first I thought he didn't say anything either because he also looked super tired and it was also loud. But when i looked back at my fancam hours later, Chanyeol actually said Hi back to me! Lmfaooo! You can hear his deep voice in the fancam lol. So after Chanyeol was Chen and once again, he looked so tired, like he had just woken up but my bright cheery ass was like "Good Morning Chen Hi!" And he looked at me and bowed. Right behind him was Xiumin and I said the same thing. Xiumin was chill, he was looking down and then when I greeted him, he looked at me and bowed as well. I was going crazy like..omg...these guys are really responding to me. Then behind Xiumin came Kai and Sehun. I saw sehun first (I mean he’s taller than Kai) and called out for him and they were moving quickly. As soon as I realized that Kai had passed me a little I called out for him  and greeted him. Kai actually turned around and bowed his head politely. By that time I lost my shit lmfao. I think you can hear that in the fancam. 

So they went out the door and I quickly followed  however one of the Security guy had a good grip on my arm and was carefully preventing me from doing the unexpected, which I would never.... (Shame me if you must but I was really living in the moment.) I missed Baekhyun because he was hidden between D.O and Chanyeol and Suho was behind everyone that I missed him because he blended in with the other staff passing by -dead-. Anyway. I caught up to them and was able to greet Sehun in which he smiled slightly looking down at the ground. By that time, exo went into their van and left and had all the fangirls abuzz. Some of them were crying and a lot were just so excited.

 So after a couple of minutes of exchanging pics and contacts from other fans we walked away to catch the shuttle to our hotel. As soon as we walked away, my friend Jay looked to the right and ....said so casually, "Isn't that Haha?" I looked when she said that and saw that he had heard her and I gasped like a fangirl seeing the unexpected and I go "HAHA!" The guys he was with started to laugh and Haha got up and looked away like he didn't think he was going to be recognized after all the chaos that ensued when EXO had just came through. In my shock I had asked one of Haha's friends of I could take a pic with him and he said yeah. Him and his friends conversed in a joking matter,  of course i couldn't understood what was said but I'm guessing that they didn't expect anyone to notice them because Haha looked surprised lol. Anyway, he came over to take a photo and so he grabbed my phone, (my phone was blessed by Haha's hands)  and we took 2 pics together after gathering with my friends. After doing that we thanked him and then went back to the hotel. Later on we found out that he posted a pic of us on his instagram and I just couldn’t fathom how crazy my day had turned out lol. 

The concert was so hype. Exo started off well but you could tell the tour had taken its toll on them. However through the show, exo gained so much energy once again through the crowd. Everyone was singing loud, drowning out the members live singing at one point, and dancing. Baekhyun complimented us saying that we sang well and asked if it wasn't too hard to follow lol. Anyway Exo sung loud and the vocals were on point. Holy hell the members served some true visuals. Kai once again confirmed that seeing him in person is like 1000 times better than seeing a pic. He is the real deal. Visuals were A1, his stylist did right by him. He gave so much energy with his dance...it was so cool to see him once again just kill it. He is a force. They seemed to have had a good time because at one point Suho was having fun with the crowd that he forgot one part of his line and started singing after realizing his missed his timing lmfao! Near the end, we all sang Happy Birthday to Baekhyun and then he sung happy birthday to himself lmfao. The members played with some of the masks, headbands masks and toys on the stage. I think the highlight was the small toy hands. CHANYEOL and D.o couldn't get enough of them so they were playing around making the crowd and the members laugh and Suho called Chanyeol crazy lmfao. Suho had to make sure they were focused because they kept laughing and playing but it was such a good time that it felt like they could go on and on. They also shouted out Tony Testa who was in the crowd. He was getting ready to leave and then he did a small dance that had EXO hyped up lol. It was fun and cool. Overall the concert was awesome. The whole day was awesome and I have officially deemed that day the best day in my life. Suho announced that they were working on a new album and that they would be back next year with a new album plus a new concert so  I can not wait to do it all over again next year!

EXORDIUM in Newark pt.2

04/25/2017 // ACTUAL CONCERT ( pt.1 )

so, i want to start off by saying that even though the concert was supposed to start at 7:30PM, it didn’t start until 8:30PM. i was, at first, in the middle pit. i was VERY close, about 2nd/3rd row from the barrier. had a pretty okay view i was content at first. remember the line jumpers i told you about last post? ya a group of four of them and TWO of them were IN FRONT OF US, even though i DID NOT SEE THEM when i went to line up at 2:30AM. not only that but i NEVER SEEN THEM UNTIL RIGHT BEFORE LINING UP. 

the other two of them got separated from them i guess and they came and tried getting in front of me and my friend that was with me. we refused to let them. they already line jumped what else do they want you know? they got mad okay. THIS IS ALSO IMPORTANT. they were mad and were steadily pushing up against us as people were filing in. finally the lights went off and the VCR started, i was happy, i was content even tho i was being pushed up against because the two other girls were trying to get in front of me and my friend. 

( this will also be pretty long you are warned ! )

after about the mid point of the opening vcr is when their pushing got really really  bad and i was being SHOVED for no reason. JUST ME??? my friend is a bit stronger than me and she was able to hold her stand there but she was being pushed up against too and we were blocking them. when EXO comes out and they’re performing MAMA, they pushed me to the point i was standing s i d e w a y s . i was NOT facing the stage at this point.

i was having trouble moving, these two girls were still pushing at me and trying to get past me. i couldn’t even MOVE MY FEET. that’s when i started feeling very weird. my stomach was lurching, i couldn’t see exo cause i was forced sideways. listen, i’ve never been claustrophobic but i think it was spurred on. my friend looked at me and asked if i was okay all i could do was shake my head. couldnt move my arms my feet or anything the girls are still SHOVING at me.

Exo started performing monster, and now i cannot BREATHE. i needed water. my friends were trying to help me get water. the girls in front of me noticed, and tried to get the two girls in front of us’ attention to get the security guard that was RIGHT THERE. again, they ignored and pretended not to know.

Thankfully, the security ended up seeing me because now i was in tears you guys. i couldn’t breathe and it triggered an anxiety attack. he gave me a look that i understood was “ are you okay ? “ and i shook my head and made the motion for water and he IMMEDIATELY sprint off and came back seconds later with an already open water bottle and it was handed to me by the girls in front of me ( who were really REALLY sweet ). 

the water didn’t help and i ended up having to push myself OUT of the middle pit and at this point i was HEAVING for air, i was shaking, and i was crying.  the guy selling water seen me and was asking me if i was okay and he moved me to the one of the ladies working there. when i told her what was wrong ( somehow i got it out ), she motioned for this male EMT who literally RAN down the isle to me and took my arm and asked me what was wrong too. 

He then passed me to this really sweet female EMT who held my hand and took me back to the medical bay. for reference of when this is all happening it’s now the 3rd/4th song and they’re performing White Noise. so she sits me down, gives me more water, takes my info and is just really really nice to me. explained to me another girl had the SAME problem. 

she was talking to me to help me calm down. guys, this was the worst anxiety attack i’ve had in FOUR. YEARS. it took me a whole 10 minutes to calm down. by the time i was able to breathe, Artificial Love started playing. the EMT told me she had no idea who they were when she was back there and they were changing. then she found out they were who were performing and she laughed and then she asked me like who my favorite was , how long i’ve been a fan, etc. once i was okay, she told me i could stay at the back of the pit and if i wanted to i could try getting back in but to come back to her if something happened.

i did stay at the back of the pit the entirety of Artificial love. I watched it through the screens and i was okay at least. i was sad i missed White Noise but i was just happy i saw them again so i got over it pretty fast. now i tried to get BACK into the pit with my friend. they would not let me pass even tho they knew who i was so i left and went to the right side of the stage to try and weasel in there and then move left to get to her. i WAS able to get past a few people by telling them you know i just want to get to my friend. and i think they realized i really wasnt trying to push past them and i was getting their attention not trying to shove them so they let me pass. that’s when i met another girl who was pushed OUT of the pit away from her friend and was trying to get back to them too. so me and her stuck together and started helping each other get to the front to see them to try and get there.

that’s when i ended up on the right side of the stage in the pit i was the 3rd row back. we paused a lot to watch exo and enjoy the show every now and then so it took us 2? songs? to get there. ( we didn’t miss as much as it sounds like!! no worries! LMFAO ). after that we agreed to just enjoy the concert together and stay there. and i had a reallly really nice time after that. i made friends with this girl and the people i was around were WAY nicer!

a lot of people were making finger hearts and i wanted mine to get noticed because im ugly like that so when someone came to where they would be standing RIGHT in my line of vision ( honestly... i realized i was in a VERY good spot next to behind right by the barrier. i’ll be honest. ), i would IMMEDIATELY put my finger heart up like before anyone else hIFDJKSDSF. the third time i did it, kyungsoo saw it and literally beamed a smile at me and i was like ;3; .

listen, i probably looked a wreck at that point :( not only was i drying from being DRENCHED all day but i had an anxiety attack and was crying.... rip. so anyway during one of the ments, baekhyun was on the right end and i was right behind this really short girl so i could see right over here and was right in his line of sight.

i started putting my rilakkuma plush to the bottom of my face and making faces at him and he ended up looking over and went :) 

jongin noticed me about twice? kyungsoo twice and baek looked at me quite a number of times. be aware i didn’t film these because this time at the concert, i REALLY wanted to just watch them this time cause last time at EXOluxion i was at the barrier and i spent a lot of time filming. i didnt want to this time. and it was SO worth it. ( i did get some footage tho that i will post! ).

during the encore, the girls in front of me let me move next to the barrier to throw my plushes up there and the girl next to me threw my rilakkuma for me cause i was having trouble holding my fan, the lightstick and both my plushes.

sehun DID NOT pick up my vivi plush because he had two already and a mic so he wasn’t able to, but he DID see him and smiled so he is aware of it and im sure he prolly went back for it. and that’s all that matters to me i don’t need to see him pick up vivi 2.0 with my own eyes. him acknowledging it was enough.

so to be honest... despite the horrid line up and the small hiccup at the beginning for me, i had SO much fun and im so happy i got to see them again!! ♥

MOTS ON:E DVD Pt. 3

This package was released in September 2021 and covers the online concerts performances filmed on 201010 and 201011. There are 3 DVDs included in this package. The first 2 DVDs cover the actual concert in full from 201010. The 2nd DVD also includes the last part of that day 1 concert as well as day 2s solo stages. Disc 3 includes the merch and poster making film and VCR making film, the Rehersals and practice making films and the concert d-day making film. (300 minutes in total from all 3 DVDs.) You can find my post over part 1 and part 2 here. And the second half of Disc 3 is what I'll cover in this post. Reminder again that this is simply me bullet point talking about this as I go basically, like I'm reacting to a friend. Lol I'll also add that I found a link on YouTube for the whole 3rd DVD as well that you can all watch. It only goes up to 360p but it's Still pretty good! Disc 3

Rehearsal Making Film:

Final Rehaersals took place a few days before the actual concert days, so we are officially in October 2020 now. We kick off the video with everyone arriving to the stadium for rehearsals and it looks early and everyone looks sleepy as heck. Lol jikook arrive together here as well too. Looking very fluffy. Everyone giving exclamations while looking over all their stages. Joonie: "is this the concert of the future?" They are so cute. And then of course. We immediately get jikook explaining their hickey incident to us all. Lmfao (gif above, the 1st of the post) and Jimin just keeps trying to explain it and make it less sus. Baby it's still sus! I'm sorry! 🤣 Jin thinks so too. Lmfao his total exasperated face 🤣 so funny! My post over hickeygate here:

Jin, Hobi, and Yoongi all talking about JKs long ponytail and bangs and petting his hair. Omfg they are so cute. He really is their baby. The way they did Sugas stage set was so cool for Shadow. The way this white fabric hallway just dropped from the sky. Lol and his quick change issues with trying to take off the tear away white clothes in time is cute and funny. He did it though! Eventually he got it!

Jimin rehearsing Filter and JK just coming by to watch and hang out. Because of course. They are always at each other's rehearsals. Jimin talking about Filter is so 😍 I love Jimin in all the ways. And then we move right onto Jimins Black Swan solo rehearsal too. Which I could watch a million times over. And then we get to see Jungkook rehearsing My Time right after this too! So good! JK finishing off day 1 of Rehearsals for us.

Day 2 kicks off with Jin greeting every prop good morning like the prince he is! And then complimenting Jhopes fashion sense. Which everyone else agrees clearly as JK immediately goes to try and steal and wear Hobis vest. Lol and Tae who then steals it next. And Hobi the angel who just let's them take his clothes. 🥰 and JK in those kendo pants is everything to me. He is so beautiful.

Day 3 we see Prince Jin on his moon finally! And we also get President Namjoon doing Persona! And we see Jungkookie's My Time dress rehearsal with his shirt significantly more buttoned up then it was during the performance. Lmao just like Jimin said, he was frantically unbuttoned his shirt before it was his time to go on to perform 🤣 and we get to see Tae pre-record his Inner Child performance with the child actor Dam. And we watch Tae totally fall in love with him too 😭 TaeTae with babies, my HEART!!! They did sooooo good. He promised to take the kiddo out for a treat after recording. Omgggg. Might be one of my favorite parts of the whole DVD honestly. So freaking precious. I could tear up. Jimin watching Tae record and them talking about how good Tae did and how cute the kid was after too. AGHHHH I can't handle it. 😭😭😍😍 VMIN! And now we also get to see Jimin prerecord Filter here too! I can't handle this either. Jiminnnnnnn. Both Tae (Tae here too) and Jimin took pictures with Dam too.

Day 4 is when they Prerecorded the last few songs of the concert that they were doing AR effects with too. DNA, Dope, and No More Dream. After No More Dream, Jikook talked about how long it had been since they did their choreo in a performance 🥺 and JK being so proud going "i was holding you with just my arms" instead of Jimin putting any of his weight on the other members/dancers like he used to. And "because dropping you would be a disaster" 🥺🥺 we know he takes good care Jimin! Recording DNA and Tae starts playing camera hide and seek with the director. Why is he so cute? Namjoon praising the staff for how hard they worked on this concert too even though they are so tired themselves. I adore him and how considerate he is! Jhope wanting to rehearse Ego one more time because he was worried about it and Jimin comforting Hobi that he was born to perform 😭 my heart. JK also stayed late for another rehearsal of My Time

Last rehearsal before go time the next day!! So it's October 9th now! They do sound check with Butterfly on RMs persona stage and Jimin hangs out at the podium and Yoongi is so cute coming over to sing directly to Jimin! 🥺 and then Jimin getting all excited seeing an ARMY on the ARMY Screens who is holding a Jimin banner and pointing it out 😍 all the members being giant fanboys watching RM do his persona stage. Exclamations galore! Lol the editors putting the "heartthrob" caption with a heart and saying they are just like ARMY. It's so true. They love him! Vmin being in love with their hyungs and Jimin doing Jins choreo as Jin sings Moon to him and Tae singing and Dancing to Ego for Hobi. Lol they are adorable. The hyungs all rushing to go watch JK do My Time and all of them watching with literal mouths open. Relatable. Same. Also JK lost his buttons for this final rehearsal too 🤣 JK and Hobi jumping up to do Jimins crotch grab dance move with him on the screen and absolutely loving it. Lol VHope telling Jimin how cool he is over and over. I love the praise they give each other. Jimin reaching over to high five Hobi for the compilents and Tae just holding Jimins hand instead and said, I'll pass your high five onto him 🤣 okay soulmates. Lol Jimin just kissing Tae's hand that he is holding then instead too 🥰 OKAY SOULMATES! 3J adoring and loving Jin dancing to moon and dancing along with it and smiling so hard!

And we end the final rehearsal in the dressing room with Yoongis guitar and Jikook harmonizing and singing Dynamite along with him and Jihope dancing together and just omg pure serotonin and happiness in everyday with my yoonminhopekook heart SOARING

D-Day Making Film:

The morning of the concert is finally here. And we see Tae2Seok cutely sharing meal and Yoongi once again practicing his guitar! His dedication!! And for the last and final soundcheck on the day of, we see TaeJin this time play fighting and Minimoni exchanging cute good luck handshakes. Joon explaining that walking on all fours is a great exercise because all humans used to be animals before evolution 😅🤣 idk what that has to do with working out but okay 🤣

Maknae Line watching the UGH rehearsal and being the BIGGEST fanboys. No one beats Tae being Joons fanboy though and he was running up to give both hugs and kisses in his RM enthusiasm! Lol Editors "doesn't hesitate to express his affection" is sooo true for our Tae. 🥰 and Tae also once again joining in as an extra Ego dancer with every other member on the sidelines dancing too. Lol they LOVE EGO! Jimin doing one last black swan solo performance rehearsal and JK watching and supporting him from the side. Because OF COURSE he is. "Thats our Jimin" 🥺

The hyungs each did logs too. Im not going to go into them too kuch, but please go watch them. They talked about prep for this concert and how much they are missing ARMY, etc. They are really sweet. All getting ready for the concert. Hobi getting Henna done and showing it off to Jimin and he was so impressed for him. It was so cute. I love all the recaps over the performances of Day 1 concerts as well as tidbits into them running to get ready for the next sets during VCRs. And I will never be over Yoongis fits during the second set of performances and UGH. Nor will I ever be over Jimins Black Swan solo or all their solo performances . Jimin saying he was pretty satisfied with his Filter performance makes me so happy. It was AMAZING and show stopping. Lol and Jimin accidentally opening his umbrella a tad bit too early during Boy With Luv and IMMEDIATELY turning to Hobi lmfao. His cute sorry sorrys to Hobi as soon as the song finished too. 😭 lmfao Dance Leader Hobi notices everything 😭🤣🤣 and they showed Jimin crying during his ending mentions AGAIN I CANNOT 😭😭😭😭 JK coming over to comfort him as do the 94z. Excuse me while I start crying again too 😭😭 Post over that here:

Jimin talking about how he just got so emotional as soon as he realized during their encore that the fans were there broadcasted live and communicating with them even through a screen in real time. And that it made him get so choked up. And I just wanna give him a hug 😭 JK still reaching over to give comforting touches even when joking and teasing asking why Jimin cried. Lol and Jimin joking right along with them saying for the attention. God, he is such a softie and a goofball. I'm so glad he is surrounded by so much love and support and can Crack jokes and find the humor in these emotionally intense situations too. And JK then still also teasing Tae asking why he isn't saying anything and needs to do the ending fairy comments 🤣 Namkook looking at Tae so sweetly and cutely as he gives their last comment of the day before coming back for concert day 2! Tae is always their ending fairy in these DVDs it's so cute.

Everyone went home except for Jikook. Jungkook stayed for an additional run through on his My Time performance. He was exhausted but he wanted to make sure it was perfect. Saying that during day 1 he lost focus because he thought his pants ripped on stage 😅 so he wants to make sure he is satisfied for Day 2. Lol this poor man! And Jimin stayed to wait for him. Once he was done and said goodbye the captions said "going home with Jimin who waited" 😭🥺 THESE TWO! They are so sweet. And ALWAYS TOGETHER. Going home together after such a long and emotional day and getting ready for another the next day. I'm glad they have each other.

Day 2 kicking off with souncheck! And jikook dancing together the whole way through it basically and Hobi joined in too! They are so cute. We then also got logs from the Maknae line this time for Day 2. Same as what I said for the first set of logs. Please go watch them. They are so worth watching. They have their pre concert meeting and Hobi goes over the set list with them again with reminders from the day before. JK steals the paper from Hobi and is saying something about N.O and Jimin before there is a CUT. lol I wanna know what he was going to say!! And then off they go to get ready for the concert!

Hobi getting his game face on for UGH 😳 He is amazing. JK getting ready for Day 2 My Time and the editors going "WHERE DID PURE JK GO?!" LOL He is on a mission to let everyone know be is grown and sexy. Tae watching his performance while getting ready for their next set and just going "whoooooo" lol SAME AS THE REST OF US. "We should've been on tour with this set list" YES JIN you should have 😭 I'll never forgive covid for all it took from the world including this beautiful tour. JK teasing Tae about not seeing his arm muscles under the merch bandana that Tae was clearly trying to show off. Lmao and Tae doing push-ups before the encore starts to get them flexing 😭🤣 they are so funny. And Tae successful drove ARMY crazy so it worked! Lol their ending mentions 😭 God the emotions at the end of 2020 were really high for all of us. I remember watching through teary eyes. Lol finishing the DVD with final thoughts and Jin mentioning it being his last concert before he turns 30 and everyone automatically teasing him for his age 🤣 Tae once again the ending fairy as per usual and being extra cute making everyone smile and laugh super hard 🥰🥰

And that concludes my thoughts over MOTS ON:E DVD. I adore it so much. Such a good concert and DVD. This tour deserved more. I'll stand by that forever. I hope when the rest of the members do a solo concert, they will bring these solo stages back like Hobi did for Ego during Hobipalooza! I'd love to see them again with a live audience! Memories 2015 Disc 3

So I asked awhile ago when I said I was going back to watch every memories DVD they have released so far, if you would be interested in commentary from me as I did so. There were a lot of people who said yes, so here we are! I have officially watched BTS Memories of 2015. Here are my thoughts as I went. There were only 4 DVDs in this one. Part 1 with the first 2 discs is already up and on my masterlist. Reminder that these aren't going to be smoothly written out thoughts. You get these like I'm live reacting, texting my bestie or live tweeting. Lol it'll be in like bullet point format sort of, just... a commentary post as I go. Lol Hope you enjoy anyway! Let's go!

Disc 3:

Wake Up Japan Concert Making Film:

Wake Up: Open Your Eyes, BTS's first Japan tour. They did 6 concerts from February 10th - 19th in 2015. They were soooo excited about having a first tour in Japan. Omg.

Watching the Tannies get giggly and embarrassed watching back their own VCRs is so cute. I swear I love seeing them react to themselves. Lol

During Joon's pep speech before their second concert, I absolutely love that he goes "and do NOT touch the actual lasers during 2nd grade performance." Did that happen on the first day or maybe during rehearsals? Lmfao

No, because BTS were hopping off that stage during this concert and going right up to the gate to hold hands with and engage directly with fans. Can you imagine?! Suga doing his ending commentary talking about how Jimin hit him with his mic and Jimin just backhugging him the whole time apologizing. Lol

Everyone after their 3rd concert in Osaka, exhausted but happy coming off stage. Jungkook, cartwheeling and barrel rolling down the hallway to the camera to give his ending mentions. Lol so much energy 😂

Everyone celebrating Hobi's birthday on stage during their Nagoya concert and he was so happy. Everyone was giving him so many hugs, Vmin especially were all over him. The fans all singing and bringing a cake on stage.

They loved this tour. That was so sweet. I also am giggling over how whoever picked which concert footage made it into this tour making film, picked Jimins No More Dream Ab reveal from every single show to go in 😂 ugh, I'm going to need to find this concert in full to watch at some point, it looked so good!

BTS Live Trilogy Episode 2: The Red Bullet Tour Making Film:

So this started with bringing us back to Nov. 2014 and their very first concert outside of Korea for the Red Bullet Tour, rehearsals and getting ready for that first performance. It then also brings us through the preparation for the rest of the Red Bullet Tour prep through August 2015 as well.

Tae taking us on a tour of everyone's hotel rooms in Toyko, except JinJikook who didn't answer their door. RM was working so hard. It's the way they never stop working. Even in the middle of the night, they are running through things for the concert or working on music.

So is every performance of Outro: Propose just a chance for vocal line to flirt with each other? Lol JK proposing to Jin, Vmin blowing kisses to each other...

The cameraman continually trying to run away from JK who keeps trying to stick tape to the camera lens. Lmfao why?!

Jin, JM and JK go to the gym and have a pull up contest, whoever loses has to do 30 push-ups. JK lost with 10 pull-ups to JinMin's 11. And this is where we get the oh so iconic "Okay baby, 30 push-ups" and "make sure you show ARMY your arm muscles" moment. This is from the fanmeeting/concert date in the Philippines in Dec 2014. And I'll just... 🤐 Now he also showed off Jin's arm muscles during push-ups to ARMY and called them both sexy, but there was a fairly obvious difference in tone and amount of "wows" used in my opinion. And again, I'll just... 🤐

Singapore fanmeeting was huge! So cool. On stage was amazing. Everyone taking turns doing aeygo in the center of the stage, then there is Jimin who does a body roll 😂 because of course. I still can't get over how close they got with the fans during these concerts. Jimin literally practically gave one girl his mic during one of the last few songs. And they came off that stage with SO MUCH energy. Suga screaming as he runs with his hands in the air is amazing. They were so excited to be in Singapore. NamKook's "mom I'm in Singapore" yells to the camera 🥺

Suga trying to pretend like he isn't as touched as he was and trying to scold the members and staff for not telling him about his birthday surprise. They brought cake on stage and fans all sang to him. He got emotional and embarrassed and it was so sweet.

Lmfao after the concert Jimin sneaks the camera into his room with Tae to surprise him. "He might be undressed." Lol then leave the camera behind Jimin! Warn your friend 😂 and he was not dressed. Lmfao *footage cuts* This was followed by 2 different self directed vmin skits. One a monster hunter/monster attack in the bathroom (Jimin playing the role of the moster) and their angst filled gay lovers break up skit. Lol

They were all so excited to go to the zoo in Sydney and to take a ferry to go see the Opera House. I love them. They were disappointed they didn't have time to see a Gorilla so Namjoon pretended to be one to make them happy. Worlds best leader. On the ferry JinMin were doing the titanic pose but kept poking each other's armpits. Lol the editors "they look like a newly Wed couple on their honeymoon." 🤣 and then RM wanting to do it too. Minimoni titanic so cute.

Whose idea was it to let BTS do self cameras during their encore because it has been beautiful chaos every single time and i love them for it. Also JKs little butt tap to Jimin when he is trying to show him how to be cute on stage for ARMY because JK got embarrassed doing aeygo. Lol and JK trying to teach Tae his hat trick choreo for no more dream while Jihope watches. Ahh, the start of the dance line, this is where it started and just a few years later Tae officially gets named Dance Line too 🥺

Everyone is practicing super seriously to for We On in rehearsals... and then there is Taekook wildly flailing, head banging and jumping all over the entire stage behind them the whole time unless it's their turn to sing. 🤣 I love how they have so much fun together.

Not Jimin picking Jin up on his shoulders to jump around during the encore. Lol I have seen them do this multiple times over the years. Why is it always them?! 😅 and the way JK hated doing aegyo on stage. Everytime he got picked he got so embarrassed and stopped halfway through for someone else to do it for him anyway. Lmao usually Suga, Joon or Jin take over for him.

Getting ready for the LA concert and Tae is teasing JK about his old predebut vlogs and going "awww pre puberty Jungkookie is so cute" as JK tries to wrestle the phone away from him. Lmao

The way Tae plopped his chin on top of Hobi's head followed on JKs head as they sang. And I think Suga enjoys doing his little aeygo bit. Lol they seemed to love performing in Mexico City and were able to get super close to the fans. JK was getting right up to the front row and blowing kisses!

What did Tae do to Jimin during War Of Hormone in Brazil to have him immediately start kicking him as Tae can't stop laughing as soon as the song ends? Lol BH editors, we need more context please 😂

They had so so so much in Chile. Omg. The giant stage they loved. Jin on Jimin's shoulders again. The way they all goofed off extra hard for the cameras at the end. Jimin coming up to lean his head on JKs shoulder for the self cam for a little bit. Let me melt out of cuteness. (Gif above from Jimmeo-kookliet.)

Man, Jihope be going wild for their blanket kick kiss even during rehearsals. Lol and The way that Suga is the one acting cute for almost every single show 😂 he keeps losing rock paper scissors. And a cake and birthday celebration for NamKook on stage 🥺

Man, I love them. They did 25 shows in 17 cities in 13 different countries over 11 months for this tour. That is INSANE. Not only did they travel and work so so hard during rehearsals and preparing for the concert. But they took time to learn greetings and to say I Love You to fans in the language of the country they were in. They work so hard and they care so much and they love so fully.

They were all so happy hearing ARMY cheer, scream and sing to their songs. You could see the geniune love, amazement and happiness shine through all 7 of them. They worked so so hard and not only did they go through what has to have been an exhausting but fun tour, but they were filming MVs and releasing other content and producing/recording albums. They truly really do work very very hard. I love them so much. They deserve the world 💜🥰🥺💜

I loved this. Seeing them have fun, seeing them work so hard. Seeing them start to achieve the things they deserve. Seeing them happy. I'll do Disc 4 (the final disc) in a new part since this is already long! Thanks for letting me share 💜
