I am tirrrred of ppl not believing me when i say something but theyll believe the ppl who are wrong without second thought
#i speak#this is about work ratios#so for the past few months my job has been leaving classrooms out of ratio#(too many kids per teacher according to dhs (aka childcare law))#and i keep telling ppl the correct ratios and they say ‘okayyy🙄….’ and then ask management (who are wrong) in front of me#to basically be like ‘yea i thought they (me) were wrong🙄’#and then i go: im not wrong. i have dhs ratio carved into my veins at this point;#you have 4 5 year olds and the rest of your kids are four that means your ratio is 1:15 bc you have too many 4 year olds to be by yourself#and then management will be like ‘oh. huh. right. lol i dont even understand how these (the ratios) work 🤷🏻 lol’#(an actual quote from management today)#and im like ‘i know. which is why im telling you youre wrong and leaving us out of ratio and that could#get yall a serious write up from dhs’#ugh its soo stupid#its not even silly its stupid
