Ahsjskdkd 🦋 Anonie, the way you zoomed into my inbox so quickly, I was so surprised. I love it 💞🥰

So 👀 the parts that I figured out would go like this.

You turned back time and you also have the Great Seven help as well because of how the whole price and turning time worked. They can’t help outwardly but at a certain time they can when you need help bringing down what basically causes you to change time in the first place.

So to back track a bit, you turn back time. You ended up basically during the Fae versus Human war. You couldn’t stop the war, and Lilia escaped with the egg. You stop the battle with Meleanor and Dawn.

You have magic. You know how to fight because you were trained before the time was turned to defend yourself (because there was a war going on). You block the hit that would have killed Meleanor and put a healing sleep spell on her before teleporting her to safety.

You end up reasoning with KOD and returning to his kingdom. You would help heal his father and stop this war.

Even with everything, the humans turn on Leah and KoD because of Henrik. Leah is actually the one who tricks KOD to sleep in the same room as Baby Silver.

You come too late to rescue them. She dies in your arms. Princess Leah remembers the timeline from before, the one you turned and the canon one. I haven’t talked about her much in the ot3, but in the original au, you and Leah are best friends. (I need to talk about her in the ot3 😅, I can’t believe I haven’t yet lol)

She thanks you for everything and says how much she missed you. 😭

You end up burying her and return to the castle…where you see Baby Silver and KOD. You make a point to come visit them. You know make sure there isn’t dust on them and change baby silver’s clothes.

There’s actually a cute scene with baby silver if you want to know 🥰💞

With Lilia, he still travels and tries to hatch the egg as he did in canon and the ot3, you visit the egg so Malleus won’t be lonely. In fact, you end up giving some magic to baby mal when that time comes 😭

Lilia does find Silver as usual and names him and raises him. He sees Dawn but Dawn doesn’t wake up then and there. (After all, there’s no love there since you’re not there to connect them 😔)

Dawn wakes up later when Silver is a toddler and Silver finds the room they kept him in. With Meleanor, she’s healing and it takes time, she wakes up but Malleus is grown and the treaty is in place.

I haven’t decided on levan 😂😂 and with grandma maleficia, well, there’s two versions in my head. A version where she remembers you and there’s a version where you and her just became close over the hundreds of years that you visit behind the scene. Or maybe both 🤔

Silver is raised by his fathers and Malleus. He knows about his bio mom, but also he feels a connection to you. Could it be from before? When you were the one to give birth to him? Or now? When you took care of him in his cradle? He feels comfortable around you, as if he can hear your voice encouraging him to walk or feel your fingers in his hair.

Now Malleus gets a sense of nostalgia and comfort. He feels like he met you before. Maybe once upon a dream? You’re so familiar a gleam? You spent time with him when he was an egg. You would make him scarves and tell him stories. He oddly recalls a voice from a comforting dream so ago. And funny enough, the familiar smell. In my thoughts, even though the timeline was reversed back, you still retain items from that time.

Your wedding band, Lilia’s hachet, flower crown, etc. some of which, is used as a story plot later. Some used in angst and some comfort.

For KOD and Lilia, they feel as if they know you. As if they met you somewhere before. When you met them, you always covered your face so they couldn’t see you. Your voice sounds familiar but there’s no way you can be that hooded figure because they were clearly human.

On that note, you lived through the past 400 years. You can say you took steps for the future to help in the coming years of the disaster. To be ready.

Lilia and KOD feel something for you but they are confused. Is it infatuation? Is it your mystery? At one point, they are tensed around you because they think you might be a danger to their family. You know how protective they are.

It hurts to be left out and watch them from afar but you do it. You know the price you paid, but who knows? Maybe certain characters remember and will assist you?

…as you can see, I’ve thought about this alternate ot3 au a lot 😂💞🫶

Now, hear me out in my eepy ramblings 😔 I imagine that Arlecchino, through her conviction and love for you would still have that little voice in her head that tells her that allowing you to love her will cause more harm than good 🥺 she’s a fatui harbinger after all

Arlecchino can protect you, yes, but she can’t always be there when her duties as a harbinger come into play. At times, not even the children can either.

So… imagine if you died 😭 Arle, sweet Arle would be devastated 🥲

Arlecchino remembers watching you quietly slumber on the couch, waiting for none other than herself to return home. She’s always been away for so long periods of time, only coming back when the sun had set long ago;the moon settled in the sea of stars. You always tried to stay awake to greet her upon her return, like many nights before, but in the end you were lulled to sleep by the crackling of the fireplace before your beloved’s return.

Arlecchino’s eye’s don’t leave your sleeping form. Your face is highlighted by the celestial hue of the moonlight. These moments of peace go undisturbed, and Arlecchino places her coat around you like a blanket.

She watched your body relax from the new found warmth and familiar scent. Arlecchino can never forget how you unconsciously bury your head into it with a sigh of relief. It was a reminder of how much you missed her even when she couldn’t be with you more than several hours a day.

Like a moth drawn to a flame, your persistence gradually chipped through her resolve. Like a fool, she let you in, allowing you to thaw away her harsh exterior. You allow her some respite in the coldest depths of the Snezhnayan winters.

In her cold heart, there’s an inkling of regret. By allowing you in, your very life will always be at risk as her lover, as her wife. It’s an unforgivable selfish act which she never should have allowed, not only for herself, but most importantly you.

Arlecchino does not wake you when she leaves for her office. She knows you’ll come find her once you’ve gotten enough rest for the night. You’re then pulling her off to bed and spending time in each other's arms. Your lips would come and kiss her stained blackened hands. Even though her hands are bathed in blood of countless victims or caused the deaths of one too many people, you never pulled away, you only ever showed her love.

So…

When death finally came for you, Arlecchino saw to that whoever done this would be torn asunder. There’s not a single ounce of mercy. There’s not a single ounce of hesitation as she cuts down every party involved in your demise. It’s bloody, its a mess, and even the children have grown concerned over the well being of “Father”.

Once life settles once again, Arlecchino can never be the same. Nothing can ever fill that void in her heart. The only thing left in her for her to care about are her job and the children— her and your children.

Arlecchino is still the Knave. She must still be a strong figurehead as a harbinger and as the head of the Hearth. But behind closed doors Arlecchino can finally mourn for her beloved.

Arlecchino now always carries the regret of letting you in so close because will never love like this again because it won’t be you.

Authors note: Hi guys! This is a mini series and my first one at that so I’m a lil scared😀 but I really hope you like this story because I’ve been planning it out for a while now😭 but yes this story will contain angst, and like a lot of fluff:) but yeah I hope everyone will like it💕

This is a prologue!!! A lil chapter on the sister’s dynamic and the exposition!!

The Parisian sky roared as gentle raindrops started to fall against her apartment window. The girl was in her painting studio, where she spends most of her time anyways. Her headphones blasting her favorite song as her shaky hand outlined the last of her painting. As she was about to finish, the ringing of the bell startled her, she groaned as she took her headphones off and went to open the door. When she did tho, she was met with her two older sisters, one carrying the bags of groceries and the other carrying a toddler.

“Oh sorry guys, how long were you out here” she says feeling a little bad. “Don’t worry Y/N, not for long” Her oldest sister Adriana says placing the toddler on the ground as she gives her sister a soft smile, to which she reciprocates.

“What were you doing anyway?” Her middle sister, Julianna asks, “I was just finishing up the last of my painting before my flight tomorrow” she says as she bends down to the toddler’s level, squeezing her in a tight hug as her heart warms at the giggle her niece lets out.

“How are you feeling? I mean leaving so abruptly” Adriana asks putting last of the groceries away, “I feel good, I just need a change of scenery, I don’t think I can live here after everything that has happened” Y/N replies, standing up and going back into her studio. An uncomfortable silence fell upon the two older siblings.

“Julie, I’m really worried about her, she’s not processing anything correctly, she’s refusing to go the therapist, and now she’s moving to a whole new country, where she knows no one, I really don’t think we should let her go” Adriana mumbles anxiously.

“Ada listen, I don’t want her to go either but she’s not a baby anymore, she’s 19 and she’s very responsible, and it’s not like she’s going on vacation, she’s going to study and holding her back from her passion isn’t helping, plus i can go visit her when the Spanish grandprix happens, we have to trust her, she wants to move on with the whole situation with mom and we have to respect that” Julie says rubbing her sister’s shoulder.

The three girls had lost their father at a pretty young age, however the loss of their mother was still very recent. Almost like the ghost of her still haunts them three, everything about her, they miss it all. They stood there silently, uneasy and clenching their heavy hearts.

Once Y/N finished her painting, a genuine smile came across her face. Painting was a passion that she picked up from her mother, that’s how Y/N wanted to keep her memory alive.

Scrolling through her Instagram comments made her feel a litttle happy, with Julianna being so famous, it wasn’t odd to see all her fans being so nice to her. Her peace got interrupted by Julie calling her name.

“You called my name?” Y/N says stepping out of the room, “Well, since you’re leaving, we’d thought that maybe we could make something together and just watch a movie” Adriana speaks, a smile adorning her face, “Princess and the Pauper!!” Adriana’s toddler, Suzette speaks up excitedly clapping her hands, “Well if Suzu wants to watch Barbie, then Barbie it is” Julianna says lifting the little girl up causing her to let out a squeal.

The rest of the night was spent well, jokes were traded, all the food Y/N had made was conquered. Adriana had gone to sleep as Suzu had started to get cranky, leaving just Julie and Y/N. As the two girls were tyding up, Julie said what had been on her mind.

Did my food poisoning you? because why are you being so nice to me all of a sudden” Y/N says dramatically checking Julie’s temperatire warning her a shove. “ this is the last time I’m being supportive of you that one time I decide to be nice and you take advantage of that, so is the last time so live in the moment” she says rolling her eyes, “Thankyou Julie, I love you” Y/N says hugging the taller girl tightly, “I love you too sis, now you have a flight at the crack of dawn tomorrow, so don’t worry about cleaning I got it, just go get some sleep alright?” Julie says pushing Y/N into her room, “Goodnight Julie” she mutters, earning her response.

Once she was done with her skincare, she slipped on her silk pajama as she laid in bed overthinking her decision, is this the right decision, am I doing the right thing, what is this is a mistake?

She groans into her pillow as sleep overtakes her body, with many things she wasn’t sure about, there was one thing she was sure about and that was “Madrid, here I come” she says before sleep finally overtakes her body.

Okay, so I’m still working on Chapter 3 for my story, but I will get it done 😭 just need to get over my writers block.

However, I keep having this angst scenario with Hobie that keeps conflicting with me, and I can’t get it out of my head until I write it out to somebody.

So…sorry in advance if this pains you like it pains me 🥲

So R is an heir to a kingdom, and Hobie is a secret rebel spy from a revolutionary group acting as a servant/ outside staff (like a gardener or something) for the castle, and they accidentally meet each other by chance. Hobie at first befriends R to find a way to find any secrets that could overthrow the royal family, but they soon start to get closer and grow close…

He starts to get some doubts after a while, growing protective of R, but he can’t back out because he knows too much of the rebels’ plans, so he tries to make his own plans to find a way to hide R and run away with him before the revolution starts.

Only the revolution starts earlier than he anticipated, and he tries to get to R in time while the army captures the rest of the royal family. He finds R in time and tries to escape with them, but the army catches up with them and takes them away from each other, with R looking heartbroken and betrayed finding out that Hobie was a spy this whole time, before they take her to the dungeons with her family before they get publicly executed.

Hobie finally finds R in their own cell—defeated and resigned to their fate. Hobie tries to break R out of the cell and have them run away with him, but R just wants to stay with their family until the end. R then just quietly confesses to Hobie that they love him, but they already accepted that their feelings are unrequited and that he doesn’t have to pretend that he likes them anymore, breaking his heart in the process.

Before he could confess his own feelings, some of the rebels come in to take the princess to the guillotine, and he could only watch with heartbreak as R follows her family to their demise.

And sure maybe that’s cause he was so focused on showing he doesn’t reciprocate but honestly…there are definitely better ways to tell/show someone you aren’t interested🤧

But to be fair, maybe that’s just how I see it. He completely started out as a filler character but he just ended up kind of sticking with reader throughout the series so far so it's really strange that we're seeing him off? Okay, funny note about that scene: It was going to happen anyway at some point in the story but I hadn't decided when? And then I suddenly thought that if reader and Azriel's relationship only started improving once he knew she's been given six months to live I would probably have to write reader as worrying that he was only being nice to her to make her last few months nice and that it wasn't actually sincere? So that's why I decided to write that scene when I did, so reader can remember her and Az have had a good exchange before he knew anything about her limited time!

I don't know what could have possibly given you the idea that reader and Az being basically completely alone for two weeks together could lead to anything remotely bad

I think looking at how chapter 24 is coming along her and Az will have their trip up northeast to collect weaponry and get reader fitted for some leather armour and then they'll be heading briefly back through Velaris before going off on their exciting adventure!!!

I haven't really decided if that's down to her upbringing or whether that's just the type of person she is, but I imagine Azriel potentially thinking of her affection/misunderstanding her tenderness for him as lust-fuelled would probably be a blow to her self-esteem 😭

Don't get me wrong I'm really excited to write the rest of cbmthy, but with the type of series it is, it can be very draining in parts? If that makes sense? So whenever I know I'm going to have to write a scene or section that's a little more angst-heavy/angst-centred, it really helps to hear that someone is looking forward to reading more, so thank you 🧡💛

Though I'm not yet sure how in-depth I'll go into Azriel's mindset? I don't want to go so far in that we theoretically have a complete understanding of who he is because point blank I don't think I'm anywhere near capable enough to write him as complex as I would like to, but also because I very much enjoy leaving certain elements up to your/my interpretation? I like there to be wiggle room so writing too much from Az's perspective is something I'm wary of? I’ll likely just keep it to a few paragraphs every now and again, but we'll see how things go!

It's just that since the story starts from when Azriel becomes more detached towards her, as the reader readers we haven't gotten to see Az how Reader saw him while she was falling in love with him - it's going to be fun writing the warmer sides of him eventually emerging again after hibernation! Or when they occasionally pop up and how reader reacts to them if/when she notices a shift in his behaviour!

I’m so happy you liked my Ranpo and Atsushi tangent— partially because I was doing an all nighter when I sent that in and started to question its coherence afterwards 🥲

I’m in two minds about The Pacifier Incident, because on one hand I imagine it being a silly little story the ADA laugh about in the future, talking about it like it’s a dreaded canon event- a ‘we don’t talk about Bruno’, if you will, and I desperately want it to be cute and lighthearted. But I have the feeling that it would in reality be an incredibly angsty moment that showed the true extent of how traumatised he really was, regarding his headspace. All I know for certain, is that the whole thing managed to happen in the 3 minutes Kunikida had left the room.

The other important part I’ve agonised over is dependant on whether or not Ranpo actually had mackerel’s paci to begin with. If he did, I see him marching over and pressing it into his mouth before Dazai has a moment to process. He kinda sits there in utter surprise for a good moment before he catches up and tries to remove it, which naturally devolves into a lot of bickering, whining and a VERY lame struggle between them.

If he doesn’t have it, Ranpo just comes up to his desk and starts rifling through in search of one. I imagine Dazai is still relatively new to the ADA and Ranpo’s demeanour doesn’t change much when he’s small so it’s not always clear at first glance to people that don’t know him all that well. Dazai’s caught off guard by the sudden invasion of his space and the affectionate but condescending remarks he receives about being ‘just a baby’ and how ‘he needs his paci -right now-’. This would probably be the more angsty option of the two, I think that Dazai would spend his ‘cool down’ time in the break room crying in frustration rather than pouting and raving about the disrespect. In both versions though Ranpo gets put in timeout (as the sweet but disrespectful little shi deserves 🤬) and Kunikida gives him a very firm talking to- mostly to explain that he’s not in trouble for looking after his brother, but for the way he disregarded what Dazai wanted and overwhelming him. Almost nothing is learned though 🧍and The Pacifier Incident will always be famous to the ADA.

I swear I tried not to write an essay this time 😔 hope you at least liked this add on 🥲

I am always a fan of angst and I feel like it’s more realistic that Dazai would not have his paci nearby, and finding absolutely no little items in his desk would probably fuel Ranpo’s mission (I imagine Yosano keeps extra pacifiers in her office so he could always get one from there, but i think it’s more impactful for Ranpo to expect to find a paci in Dazai’s desk and then be upset when he doesn’t) and honestly I can see a lame struggle happening no matter what 😂 Ranpo can try to pull Dazai into the playpen instead, easy scenario for someone to fall over and start crying.

I also really like the angst of Dazai and Ranpo’s different views on headspace, Ranpo obviously doesn’t see being little as a bad thing and his way of referring to Dazai as a baby of course is intended to be all love, but Dazai just feels frustrated and embarrassed 🥺 it’s the kind of misunderstanding and feelings angst that I live for lol

I'm obsessed with Stane's daughter and Tony! Imagine they're around the same age and shy teenaged Tony asking her out. Howard and Stane approve of the match (for now). 👀

She could work at SI, too, learning directly from her dad. After they get married, she starts to notice a shift in Stane's behavior and him acting odd, but doesn't think much of it.

When Tony goes missing Stane starts pushing for Tony to be declared dead, and starts pushing his agenda onto her which has her questioning his motives.

Tony gets home and things get back to "normal" until Tony asks her to check out what Stane is up to.

IM2 could be full of all types of angst from dealing with the aftermath and it impacting their relationship?, Pepper/Natasha, and Tony's health. Jealous Tony would definitely make an appearance once he got tired of Justin hanging around. 😏

He can’t just, no be there 😭 but she probably hasn’t really learned yet about all that and honestly I feel like Tony would try to hide it all from her if the two had a good relationship 🥲 but I think he’ll always feel incredibly awkward and a little bad even tho like- it wasn’t entirely his fault! It would also definitely be under self defense! But because of that he eventually does have to say something 🥲 and that’s probably not gonna go very well 🥲 so now Tony is dying and his girl probably hates him, and then he goes and acts a fool and is reckless which makes everyone mad at him 😭
