i'm just having fun interpreting the way Peach acts on the couch during ep. 4 as the practiced nonchalance of a man who fucked Home sometime between the last episode and this one and told Home that it was a one-off that he didn't care about. Home is doing the same thing.

But neither of them believe the other, and the whole couch situation is part of a series of intricate rituals to make each other break.

#this was indeed the concept i was referring to when i mentioned failing at making them kiss #the set up that i wrote for it was far too sedate and peach was too clearheaded for it #once i finish writing this one #i'm going to write the one where peach is an idiot and kisses Home #the set up needs to be an argument of some sort but i don't know what #the reason why i was having so much trouble the first go around was because i'd get them to argue #and then either peach would say something a little too callous for home to react defensively to #or home would say something a that referred to their respective positions of power and peach would immediately recoil #or the conversation would become to vulnerable and be more suited for tears/hugs instead of an angry makeout #so it needs to be something else and something stupid #peaceful property #fai writes
