I literally never learn that I dont have to keep eating when I get a blood sugar crash. It happens and I feel like death and cant stop trying to become kirby and then when it starts to get better Im like... why did I do this... I am so full I might puke...

#to be clear this is not a binge purge situation this is like my blood sugar is 40 and I am shaking so bad I can hardly stand #and then I eat 6 bites of everytbing I can see until the shaking stops #my pots dr is working on a study to help pots patients get their hypoglycemia under control and I am BEGGING for it to go well #and FAST
