left babysitting today and then proceeded to spend 40 minutes of my walk home on the phone with my 12yo, who called to involve me in the very important convo she and her sister were having about who of the seven we would all be

#i love them . so . much #they agreed that i'd be piper.. and like i def see where they're coming from. but also just let me be ab 😭#babysitting woes #its days like these that just <333 #like my 10yo and her friend and i are reading this biography of muhammad ali every day on the way home from their summer camp #and then after we drop the friend off she and i read whatever part of the grisha trilogy i'm at for the last 10 minutes #and then we get home and after dinner etc we read moa #and we talk about pjo in general everywhere in between #and then!! my 12yo goes and calls me to talk more about pjo!!#like this is what life should be about fr
