went to a vet with my moms cat today (by bus) and the vet visit was a little over 7 dollars. the meds were like. $5
#and the public transit i took was a dollor there and back combined#its so. surreal#when she said “30 złotych” i was like huh?wuhh?? for the medicine?? right?#and she was like no for the visit [looking at me like im insane]#when i told her about the us prices she just replied she sure is glad we're not in america#meanwhile $300 vet visits in the us ruining ppls lives:#also chatted with a lady on the bus about kitties:)#fritz was meowy but noone minded thankfully#ok i gotta go and like. rest my leg lmfao#my friends coming over for the week!!! we're gonna work!!!!!!! on art!!!!!! and finishing everything before june ends
