relistening to taz balance is so rewarding man. the extra-early excitement about things like the umbrastaff blasting "LUP" into a wall or hearing the voidfish song for the "first" time. and especially now that ive written mysteries myself i just keep thinking my god how excited griffin must have been. and how brave he was for foreshadowing early and then holding out. what an exercise in storytelling!!!!!!! i love art!!!!
#also back when i listened to it for the very first time i hadnt really figured out how to make my brain listen to podcasts yet#taz was only like my second podcast i listened to i think?#and the previous was wtnv so i was used to MUCH shorter episodes#a lot of the story didnt register with me is what im saying#its just been a wonderful reminder of how good it is thats all :]
