i fully believe the hate for poly people is just hate for that hypothetical "unattractive" leftist person that they find unapealing. to be 100% clear, I love the conventionally unattractive "annoying" stereotypical poly people like i love anyone who just so happens to fit the "negative" stereotypes around their minority. But i feel like you cannot believe that people like james bond who get a new girl every movie or any other "playboy" characters are cool and think that poly people aren't or are somehow weird. it's 1000% just people who want to make fun of people who look outwardly queer or unattractive to them in a socially acceptable way.
side note, people in poly relationships have found multiple people who think that they are cool and hot and want to date them, so clearly it's not the poly people who are weird
polyamory hate is so weird to me, because "having casual sex with multiple people at the same time" is considered like. a sign of being a cool person, until those people are like. fat or have blue hair and pronouns or whatever

"oh, darling won't you come out of that hat shop with us, you're truly overworking yourself!"
you smile softly, eyes flickering over to where your expectant sisters stood watching you, before looking back at the vibrant purple hat you had been working on, threading through with flowers. "oh no, i couldn't. you all go ahead, though."
they giggle softly at your reply, already well-acquainted with your firm work ethics and habits of almost never leaving the shop, tossing a, "suit yourself!" over their shoulders.
and as the door closes behind them, leaving you to stare at all of the colorful creations of caps littering your desk, you sigh, leaning back to take them all in.
maybe you had been working too hard..
being the eldest daughter of your family, you had been entrusted with the shop from a young age, making and sewing up hats for a living. it had been your father's, though now had been passed down to your mother, who had appointed you as an apprentice, although you were practically the only one who crafted and fabricated everything, and though the work was quiet and calming, it did tend to get rather boring at times.
the interior of the shop was tiny and just a bit cramped, every available surface being taken by assortments of feathery, patterned hats in almost every color. brown, old, and creaking rows of shelves surrounded your working area along with coatracks dipping under the weight of all the caps resting on them.
and though it wasn't much, it was yours.
you continued working for another hour, listening to the rickety clock on your wall tick tick tick away, with an impending sense of dull weariness.
was this all you were ever meant to do?
finally, you push back in your chair with a squeak! decidedly grabbing your hat and plucking it on your head, locking and closing the shop door with a resolute slam.
you would get out and see the town to clear your head. it wasn’t good to lock yourself away in the shop for too long, so you needed to breathe some fresh air before you started working again, and find some inspiration.
and so, you venture out through the hustle and bustle of crowded markets, trains whistling and blowing gray smoke as they chuff along, and the bumping of carriages along stoney paths.
the air grows thick with the amount of people thronging around you, spilling heedlessly in countless directions, and after more than one person gets in your way and abruptly stops, you huff, veering off toward a side alleyway.
it wasn't ideal but it would just have to..
bump!
“hey, what’s a pretty thing like you doing all alone? you lost, sweetheart?”
a slightly heavier set, blonde man leaned in front of you on a wall, blocking your path. he smiled down at you condescendingly, but it lacked any actual warmth, all teeth instead.
“n-no sir, i’m not lost.” you manage to stammer out, trying to duck past him, but seemingly out of nowhere his companion sidles up next to him, bumping his hip and peering down at you, his mean brown eyes and thick mustache seeming menacing in the dim lighting.
“you sure?” his friend snickers, one gloved hand reaching for your side and spinning you around to press against his chest, a sinisterly unfamiliar cologne surrounding and practically suffocating you with its intensity. “why don’t we show you the way home?”
“leave me alone!” you gasp out, trying to break free from their suddenly too-tight grip on you.
“there you are sweetheart, sorry i’m late, i was looking everywhere for you.”
your body stiffens as a large, warm hand comes to grasp gently at your wrist, tugging you away from the two men, and spinning you around to lay eyes on the most beautiful man you had ever seen.
his eyes were azure colored and half-lidded, his voice low and resonant throughout the empty alleyway. he was dressed extravagantly with a poofy white button-up and red and black pattered overcoat flowing loosely behind him, and as his eyes meet yours, something warm twinges in your stomach, the feeling spreading all down your body hotly.
his gaze flickers away to the men still stood there, as if noticing them for the first time, and something about him sharpens, voice noticeably colder. “oh? and what are you two doing?”
"hey, we were just.." the blonde one's voice raises indignantly, trying to pull you back to them with a hasty tug.
"leaving." the blue-eyed man behind you finishes, his other hand lifting to raise his pointer finger and slice it to the side, causing the two men to immediately break into a march, boots landing heavily as they stomp away in sync.
"wha.. how did you?" you stare up at him in wonder, his own flicking down to your face with a small little smirk tugging at his lips.
"magic. now hang on!"
before you can even reply, he's grabbing you by the hand, and lifting you effortlessly up, up, up, into the sky, floating alongside him high above the town, all the people below you seemingly tiny dots scattered around the vibrant landscaping.
"oh!" you exclaim, fearfully clinging onto him as you feel weightless, the air whooshing below and around you.
"straighten your legs, it's okay.." the white-haired man whispers to you playfully, hands curling protectively around you. "now, start walking andd.. see! you're a natural!" he laughs softly at your hesitant steps into the air, growing more confident as he holds you up with ease.
the ground becomes a blur as you match each other's steps, airily floating as if it were any other day, coasting in sync as colors whirl below you in a mess of banners and flags.
"so, where ya headed?" the man's sultry, honeyed tone interrupts you as you quickly turn to glance at him, his eyes twinkling with mirth.
"oh, i.. uh.. just the hat shop."
so much for your day out.
"hmm, a hat maker you are?" you follow his eyes to where they linger on your simple little sun hat adorned with red ribbon.
"something like that.."
he smiles as he glides over to the small overlooking balcony outside your workshop, helping you down easily, your wide eyes gazing up at him as he prepares to leave again.
"make sure to be more careful next time you're out, mmkay? not everyone around here is quite as gentlemanly as me." his tousled, snowy white hair billows around him as he grins down at you teasingly.
" 'kay.." you nod shyly, and he begins to back up, smile widening.
"good girl."
and blowing a kiss to you, he jumps back off the balcony, eliciting a small gasp from you as you instantly rush over to press yourself against it, straining for a better look.
but he's already gone, practically dissipated into thin air.
Tumblr media
with a tired sigh, and a combing of your fingers through messy hair, you lock the door to your shop with a click! before slumping down to the floor.
it had been a long day, and just as you're starting to relax, you hear a small, telltale tinkling of the bell that hangs above your door, alerting you when new customers arrive.
"hello? sorry ma'am we're closed right now." you start to stand up, noticing the woman in front of you, her face slightly flushed and eyebrows scrunched, as if in anger.
her figure is awfully plump, with a round, chubbed neck and doughy arms that hang out of her dress like deflated balloons.
her makeup is done rather sharply, as if made to look intimidating with hooked eyeliner and boldly colored eyeshadow, all accompanied by rouge red lipstick and a mole on the side of her mouth.
"why, you!" she stops right in front of you, lifting her─many─chins to stare down the bridge of her flat nose at you. "it was you he was floating around with this afternoon?"
you stiffen. she couldn't possibly mean..
"that wretch!" she hisses angrily. "eleven miserable years of my life spent chasing him! and this is what he does?" she slams her hand down on the counter loudly, causing you to flinch.
"please leave now! we're closed!" you say, your voice taking on a more firm tone as you try not to tremble, straightening yourself up.
she wheels around at you then, as if having forgotten you were there, still rambling on with passion. "oh? standing up to the most powerful witch, are we?"
her overdone, puckered lips draw up into a sinister little grin as you start to back up, unsure of yourself now.
witch?
"since he likes you so much, let's see if you can win over my precious, when i haven't been able to in more than a decade!"
black oozing spirits erupt from her flabby form, rushing over to you as you stand agape, horrified.
"and if you don't manage to fully capture his fleeting heart, you will die!"
all of a sudden, a cloying murky fog drifts in the homey space of the shop, invading your every sense, and clogging your nose tightly.
"what..?" you gasp, but all at once, it surges over to you, enveloping you in its tepid humidity, your mouth gulping in thick heaves of it, pouring into your throat, mouth, eyes, and nose with tendrils extending out of you, like a possession of your very body.
and then.. all is silent as darkness settles upon you, save for the fading echoes of the evil witch's deep, resounding laugh booming throughout the night.
Tumblr media
when you open your eyes again, peeking out through your fingers carefully, you don’t feel different, with the exception of a vague, lingering sense of fear.
you were still plain ol' regular you, the you that stayed in working all day and turned down invitations to go out, opting to sew hats instead.
but something was.. off.
what had happened last night to make you so dazed, and memories so jumbled up?
and then, as quickly as it had been evading you, it all comes rushing back─ the man who had floated you into the air as if in a dream, the witch appearing, the sound of her cackle as she cursed you..
when you think back on the specifics of the spell she had cast however, you feel yourself pale, hands falling to your sides limply.
you were supposed to make the mysteriously magical guy that you had met yesterday fall in love with you? when you didn’t even know his name, or who he was?
that was practically impossible.
taking a deep breath, you desperately begin to wrack your brain for ideas as you try not to panic or think about the cruel ways the witch would kill you if you didn’t end up being capable of it.
one way you knew however that would be worth a shot to undo the curse, would be to find a well-practiced witch or wizard, and have them lift the curse from you, saving you a lot of time having to look for the elusive man and making him love you.
but.. there was no guarantee it would work.
you sigh heavily, trying to calm yourself down. that would mean leaving your town behind to move toward the wastelands where the witches resided, and in turn, leaving your faithful little shop, the only place you’d ever known to travel in the hopes for a remedy.
and so, it was with great strength that you straightened yourself up, huffing determinedly, and placing your hat firmly upon your head before heading out, intent on finding a way to break the curse before it was too late..
Tumblr media
to the far west of the town, where weeds ran wild and the flowers never bloomed, muddy trails streaked across the land in brown stripes, was where you found it.
a creaking thing, four-legged and made of rotting wood with rusty pipes haphazardly sticking out of it, emitting black curling smoke to twine through the air, its agape, timber mouth and chipping, corroded eyes bringing a shiver to your spine.
gojo’s castle.
you had heard of it many times from your sisters, stories varying from grossly evil reenactments of how he devoured the hearts of beautiful women in search of his own, to tales of his haunting beauty, with glowing, cerulean eyes that were the last thing you'd ever see of the world, never being able to tell a soul.
and then it occurs to you.
of course! gojo was the most powerful wizard of them all, wielding magic that left no trace, going along with his cold reputation and secretive identity.
he could easily remedy the curse placed upon you with a snap! of his deadly fingers, but with the consequence that you still might not leave alive.
you look back up at the faltering, tarnished castle beginning to build up speed as it strode along.
it was now or never.
and so, with a running start and a leap of faith, you manage to clamber aboard the quickly taking-off oxidized clunker, clutching on to the door handle tightly before the wind practically shoves you inside, falling to the floor in a heap with a little, “oof!”
and when you look back up, rubbing your head with a wince, the enormity of the castle stretches before you, all glittering details that suggest riches, and antique, aged wooden furniture, cobwebs crowding near the top of the roof from the impossible vastness of it all.
slowly, you make it to your feet again, looking down all of the many stretching hallways for a sign of life, your steps clicking on the tiled floor ominously.
“hello? anyone here?” you call out, but to no avail.
eventually, your steps lead you to a small, tucked away room, filled with heaps of glinting trinkets and worn carpet that suggested someone had been here many times before.
there are bookshelves with dusty paperbacks piled atop them and shiny frames, but your interest was in the hefty bed shoved in the center, dipping under the weight of quilted blankets thrown lazily across it, and antique floral pillows that looked alike to a grandmother’s.
from the hours of walking that it had taken you to get here, your feet ached and your eyelids were already starting to droop from exhaustion.
all you needed was a nice sleep, and after evaluating your choices, your fatigue eventually wins as with a soft sigh, you shed your slightly muddied clothes into a pool on the floor, and trudge to the edge of the bed, lifting the heavy covers to slide in, your breathing slowing as you drift off, blissfully unaware of the warmth radiating from someone next to you.
Tumblr media
darkness covers the room, so you don’t notice when you turn over on your side and press your soft tits against a moving, breathing body next to you, slinging your leg across him and drifting back off.
but he does, stirring awake with a sleepy murmur and tired, blue eyes blinking open only to freeze on your face, his cock hardening painfully in his pants instantly.
it couldn’t be..
you yawn sleepily, shifting closer only for your hand to drape itself directly across his lap,
fuck.
his eyes squeeze shut, breathing coming in soft, short pants as he tries to control himself.
this was so wrong, you were sleeping, completely unaware of..
your eyes flutter, and you groan as your hand curls around something hot, heavy, and pulsing, twitching beneath your touch frantically.
immediately, his face flushes a tinge pinker, eyes growing half-lidded and his breaths coming faster. wake up, wake up, wake up.
and then with a small yawn, your eyes blearily open to blink drowsily at your surroundings, startling only when they land on the pleading, blue eyed man next to you, hips unintentionally pushing up into your hand for more.
you scramble backward as your eyes land on where you’re tightly gripping him, gasping with surprise and already stumbling over an apology.
“i-i’m so sorry, i swear i didn’t know there was someone in here or i would’ve..”
but before you can stutter out another word, his mouth is on yours, and he’s kissing you hard, lips crashing onto yours a little uncertainly, as if he was lacking the experience, only making up for it in eagerness as he quickly finds the softness of your hip, pulling you closer and tugging your leg over him so the heat of your core is against him.
and then, as suddenly as he had been on you, he pulls back, face still shadowed and lined with the darkness of night as you gasp for breath from the intensity of it all.
you lean closer to him, causing your plushy tits to press up against his arm as your eyes struggle to adjust to the dark, only being able to see a faint outline of the man before you.
“i’m trying to control myself, but you’re making it a bit hard, sweetheart.” his voice is deep, slightly hoarse, and familiar all at once though you can’t quite place where you know him from.
you feel warmth pooling between your legs and lean forward, your hair tickling his face as you prop yourself up atop him.
“are you gojo? the wizard who eats the hearts of pretty girls?” you breathe out, rubbing your thighs together subtly.
he swallows thickly, lips parting slightly as his hand slowly makes its way to squeeze the soft, supple skin of your thighs as if grounding himself, his body feverish beneath yours as you feel his raging bulge poking into you with every small movement you make.
"s-something like that, although right now i'm thinking of eating something else.." his large hands skim slightly over your inner thighs, grazing the hot, gushing flood of wetness that had already begun to seep from your panties generously, one long thick finger curling slightly to press on your throbbing lil' clit like a button, your pink lips parting in a gasp as your eyes roll back immediately.
“y-you..” but your words immediately die in your throat as the bed dips and creaks as he rolls you over so he’s on top of you before pressing soft kisses all the way down your body, breathing out a soft, “s’this okay?” to which you quickly nod, already breathless for more.
and then he’s tugging your panties down in one swift motion, and exhaling sharply at the sight of your dripping cunt all laid bare before him, the feeling of the cool air grazing you making you squirm slightly.
two warm, large palms spanning across your waist hold you down as he nuzzles his head between your thighs, placing a chaste kiss to your pussy before pulling back, strings of arousal already attached to his lips.
“mmh.. so sweet.” he quickly buries himself between your legs, busying his mouth with lapping at you like a man starved, his tongue dipping into your honeyed cunt for more as the tip of his pert, button nose nudges against your clit.
“g-gojo!” you gasp out, your head falling back onto the pillows and back arching up helplessly as he uses hot, calculated sweeps of his tongue to stroke against you perfectly, slippery drool stringing sloppily between your legs.
“please..” he grunts, sucking your sensitive, twitchy bundle of nerves into his mouth before releasing with a sticky pop! “call me satoru.”
“satoru.. fuck!” you moan softly, body desperately curving up as you grind against his face for more friction which he lets out a pleased groan at, hands coming to your hips to rock you back and forth, suffocating himself in your warmth.
he quickly throws your legs over his broad shoulders, his head shaking side to side as he sticks out his tongue, gathering all of your honeyed slick with eagerness while you can only writhe and cling onto the snowy locks of his tousled hair tightly, tossing your head back with every loud moan he draws out of you.
it's only when you glance down that you notice the way his hips are desperately rutting against the creaking mattress, humping his throbbing, raging boner into the cushy bed for some form of relief as he eats you out vigorously, parting your sappy folds with his lengthy, dextrous tongue.
“castle gets lonely..” he mumbles into your pussy, the vibrations rocketing up your spine and causing a whine to get stuck in your throat as your stomach knots achingly tighter, the tang of your release on your tongue. “so m’so glad you decided to stop by..”
your eyes glassily cross, barely able to think or hear what he’s saying above the roar of blood crashing in your ears and your heavy breathing, hips twitching up into his mouth and thighs trembling as your stomach aches with the intensity of it all.
and then his whole mouth is covering your core, hot strings of spit mingling with your own sultry mess to streak down your thighs obscenely, and the stimulation turns out to be too much, as all at once your vision turns spotty and you're cumming hard, saturated shimmery squirt just gushing out of you as your body turns into a trembling, whining mess beneath him, sensitivity making your thighs clamp hard around his head.
and as he laps up every drop of your candied cunt, lips glossy and splotches of your sticky wetness pooling across his face, you can only shudder as he continues to suck and slurp at you, until you're desperately pushing him away, the tingling of overstimulation starting to settle over you in pulsing waves.
he sits back, out of breath and you see the slippery sheen of your essence dripping off his glistening chin in droplets, as he eyes you hungrily, like he hasn't had enough until he devours you whole.
he slowly makes his way back up to your face, your back hitting the plush mattress with a thump! as he pins you down, head lazing in a downward angle to draw your attention to the achingly painful, twitching bulge in his pants, sexy half-lidded blue eyes opening just wide enough for you to lock eye-contact.
blue? why did that remind you of someone..
but all of your thoughts are lost the second he's sliiiding his pants down and revealing the neatly trimmed, tufted white happy trail leading all the way to a massive, blushing pink cock, veiny and girthy with milky precum frosting out his tip so prettily.
his lip catches between his teeth as he wraps around himself with one hand, and begins to pull upward in rough-paced tugs, as his head lolls back, more stringy precum coming to gloss over his thickened mushroom head.
"you just gonna watch, or are ya gonna help me out here, doll?" he huskily drawls out, shuddering as you immediately spring to action, coming to straddle his lap in one fluid movement, desperately aligning yourself flush with his heavy cock and sinking down just on the chubbed, rounded tip with a grimace at how enormously big he was.
he makes a gruff noise, leaning back as he helps you to slowly work your way down onto his length, taking every thumping! veiny inch of him to meld into your hot, clenching walls, jaw falling slack at the pure effort it is just to fit him halfway.
"oh g-god, sweetheart.." he chokes out and you feel him pulsating and twitching faintly inside you as if he's fighting back the urge to cum right then and there, his hair flopping into his eyes as he rocks forward slightly.
and then, one thick finger is finding itself on your clit, gliding across the wetness just pouring out of you in sultry sheens as he guides you to take him, and almost instantly, your cunt greedily swallows him to the hilt, a faint bulge outlining his cock stretching all the way up past your belly button generously.
"good.. hah.. girl, taking me so well." he breathes out, and then his jittery lap is already bouncing you slowly, unable to wait another second as you feel his hefty length tracing sweltering hot strokes deep inside you, rolling his hips upward as he pants feverishly, a hand draping its way around your waist and pulling you closer.
drool pours down the side of your mouth helplessly as he moves you up and down on him, your pussy so stuffed and overspilling, it's almost obscene, though he seems to like it, cooing soft praises to you in encouragement.
"i betcha like this, yeah?" quickly grabbing ahold of your hips to get a better angle, he begins hitting into the cushy, soft spot of yours that always makes your legs weaken, smearing gooey precum from his bludgeony tip into you roughly, while the squelching between your legs grows louder, and more lewd with every thrust, the plap plap plap! of your sticky thighs ricocheting off his echoing throughout the vast castle.
he jolts his swollen head allll the way into your cervix, jackhammering with an urgency that leaves your mouth agape and tongue lolling as you feel your abdominals tighten, a familiar tautness creeping its way into your mind.
your pussy flutters around his length as his thrusts grow sloppy, and uncalculated, soft hair tickling you as he leans closer, his musky cinnamon-y scent infiltrating your every sense. "m' s'close my girl, i n-never.. hah.. thought this day would come." he shudders under your touch as you pause, bringing his face closer to truly examine it for the first time that night.
"wait- satoru?" and then, all the pieces come clicking together.
the magical man who had flown and twirled you around in the air was nothing other than the satoru gojo, owner of the infamous moving castle and the most powerful wizard of all time.
and it's then that he cums, spurting heaps n' heaps of creamy bucketloads of ribbony white. so much of it is pouring out, in fact, you swear your tummy swells up with it all, beginning to drip down your thighs in messy rivulets as gojo groans, unable to stop emptying himself heftily inside you.
your release follows just seconds later, as you soak his abdominals in your honeyed essence, slippery sheens coating him generously as he moans softly, still huffing from the effects of his own climax.
as you both come to, stars still blinking hazily behind your vision, you turn to him urgently. "g-gojo, the real reason i came here was 'cause.."
but he quickly shushes you, placing a finger on your pouty lips with a smirk curving up his features. "shh, baby i know, i know. you got a curse on ya, hm?"
you pause, taken aback. "how did you-"
he shakes his head. "in all truth, i was the one who sent her. i wanted to see you." he shifts himself to lean over you, bending your knees up to poke into your soft tits, grinning lazily down at you as he folds you into a mean, mating press. "and sweetheart, even if that love curse was real.. let's just say i already broke it, heh."

Most people are aware that reptiles like snakes and lizards have two penises. Together they’re called the Hemipenes.
You would assume that they look identical.
They can... BUT NOT ALWAYS.
Usually they’re slightly different, one smaller or shorter than the other. But sometimes they can look EXTREMELY different.
I don’t know why.
This is one of those things that I see in dissections all the time and can’t seem to find any information for it.
Tumblr media
These are from a young reticulated python I skinned last week. Look how different they are! I never see anybody talk about this, and as weird as it is, I personally find this really interesting.
Tumblr media
From an anatomical perspective: Why are they so different?
Do reptiles have a handedness when it comes to using their penises? Like, do different individuals prefer one over the other?
Do they have different functions or are meant for different types of females?
Different mating strategies?
Are there variations on the female side where one shape is better than the other?
Could this be something that they’re not born with, but develops later from how they’re using them?
It seems more pronounced in some individuals versus others... why?
And also, this is one of those things you never see it reflected in media, I guess it’s too obscure.
I feel like this is something that the furry community and maybe the fantasy erotica community would be all over if it was more well known and better studied.
Dragon erotica is a HUGE genre on Amazon.
Look….I KNOW there’s a huge population of creature designers and other monster enthusiasts following me.
It’s time you guys stopped sleeping on this.....and not a just for erotic art.
Some animals have penises designed to remove sperm from previous partners, so they have a chance to father the child. Could something like this have a similar function?
Isn’t it possible that there could be different types of sperm being delivered?
Different types of females that need different approaches?
Different offspring types?

I would love one of baby Norris most viral moments that would be iconic
who is this diva?
lando norris x daughter!reader
summary: lando is apprehensive about posting his daughter online, but when he does, the world loves it. a collection of small moments that the fans adore.
w/c: 1.4k
warnings: none!
a/n: maddie's active era???????
~~~
A hotshot F1 driver having an unexpected kid right in the peak of his career was practically gold dust for Formula One fans. As soon as word got out that you were born, the super keen fans were already in every comment section in any relation to Lando begging to see a picture of his newborn.
Ever the protective dad, Lando refused. He wanted to keep you private, you were the most precious thing in his world, he wanted to keep you to himself, keep you safe away from the prying eyes of the fans.
He was also struggling with learning how to be a single dad. He was still young himself, and now he was in charge of an entire person, it wasn’t the easiest thing in the world. He was beyond lucky to have his family and friends there to help him, but looking after you still took a lot of his time, delaying the process of actually introducing you to the world.
At one point he thought that it would be a good idea to show you to the world by bringing you to a race, meaning that he wouldn’t have to make a whole instagram post about it. His mom, however, quickly shut that idea down, ‘The paddock is no place for a 6 week old, Lando.’
He knew that at one point he would have to make a post acknowledging your existence, but there always seemed to be something holding him back.
It wasn’t until your 4 month birthday that he finally posted you onto his instagram. It was a simple picture of you in a little bear onesie, next to a big ‘4’ balloon which you’re looking at with a lot of distaste. In spite of this, it came with the caption, “We all love the number 4 in this house!!”
The most immediately explodes. It quickly becomes his most liked post, hell probably the most liked post in the entirety of F1. This is what he was scared of, he hated how much attention that you were getting, you were still a baby, and now north of 5 million people knew who you were.
After that, he didn’t post you again. His comments were still filled with people asking where you were, how you were doing, what your name was. He ignored all of them, trying to keep you as private as possible, but he should’ve known that that was impossible from the get go. He was an F1 driver, it wasn’t going to be a piece of cake to hide an entire child from his fanbase. He was scared of even leaving the house anymore, in fear that the paparazzi would follow and people would get more pictures of you.
The first picture of you got leaked a few weeks before your first birthday. He should’ve been expecting it, he’d brought you to your first race. You were sat in the private hospitality with his family, going in through the back entrance so that no one would see you, but someone had obviously found their way into the suite, and snapped a picture, posting it, and quickly seeing hundreds of thousands of views.
It made Lando feel sick to his stomach that he couldn’t protect your privacy. He got in contact with some lawyers, who managed to get the picture taken down, you were a minor after all, people weren’t allowed to take photos of you, but he knew that this wouldn’t stop people taking pictures of you.
After your first birthday (which involved a lot of tears from him) he decided that the only way to stop people trying to find and post so much about you was to take matters into his own hands.
It wasn’t everyday, or even every week for that matter, but he started implementing pictures of you into his usual posting schedule. Sometimes, it would be a picture of you within a photo dump from a race weekend, maybe a story of you in your pushchair whilst the two of you were out on a walk.
It worked as he hoped, people were less eager to get sneaky pictures of you, and he was able to feed them pictures of his own choice. In some way it was actually quite nice to get to share you with the world, you were his favourite thing on the planet.
You soon began to gain your own fanbase, people grasping onto every picture that Lando posted of you, commenting about just how adorable you were. Some of their favourites included:
A picture of you on Lando’s ski trip with Max F and Pietra, all wrapped up in a baby moncler jacket, sat down in the snow with the biggest grin on your face.
A picture of you in Ibiza on summer break, wrapped up in a little towel as you built a sand… castle? Sculpture? It wasn’t clear.
But their favourites were the videos that Lando posted.
‘Who’s cap have you got on, baby?’
You giggle in the background, crawling around on the floor, with a blue cap that’s much too big for you covering half of your face. ‘Calos!!!!’
‘Carlos?’
‘Calos!!!!’ You squeal
‘Why not daddy’s cap, angel?’
‘Calos!!!!’ You screech, suddenly charging as quick as you can forward, but since you have a Williams cap covering your face you’re about to go right into a table.
‘Oh shi-’ The video hears Lando say, before it cuts out as he rushes to stop you from giving yourself a concussion.
You’re a bit older in this one, on the plane home after Lando had just won a race.
‘How was the weekend, baby? Good?’
‘Good, daddy!!!!’ You beam, as he holds you in the lap, holding the phone in selfie mode so that you’re both on the video.
‘Yeah, what was your favourite part?’
You think long and hard about this one, ‘Leo!!’ You eventually squeal. Charles and Alexandra had brought the little dog with them that weekend, and you had gotten the chance to meet him. You were immediately enamoured, refusing to leave the Ferrari garage so that you could cuddle with the dog.
‘What about Daddy winning? Was that not good?’ He tries
You shake your head, stubbornly, ‘Leo!!! You win all the time!’ You retort, going back to colouring in your animal colouring book.
Lando shows that to the camera for a second, before returning to his face, and he gives them an exasperated look, then kissing you on the forehead and ending the video.
In the fan’s favourite video, it’s not Lando filming, but you. The camera is far too close to your face, too little to understand how to properly film a video.
You’re giggling and running around the house, before stopping to show the camera your toys.
‘This is rabbit!! She likes strawberries, like me!’ You show the camera a light grey, slightly tattered rabbit that Lando had gifted you when you were first born.
‘This is panda, she likes broccoli, but I don't…’ You say that you love strawberries so much because rabbit does as well, so Lando decided to tell you that your panda likes broccoli, in an attempt to get you to eat the vegetable, but it did not work.
‘Oh this is my car! It looks like my daddy’s car but it’s better!’ You show the camera a mini Mclaren, perfect sized for you, you’re about to get in it when a voice appears from the background of the recording.
‘Baby, have you seen my phone?’
You pause, ‘No?’
‘No? Why’s it a question, angel?’ He says suspiciously, coming into the room, appearing in the background of the frame. ‘Oh are we filming videos here?’ He coos, lifting you into his arms and taking the phone from you, turning off the video.
You both go off and do other things for a while, but he finds the video again just before he goes to bed, he watches it back, silenting swooning about how sweet you are. He decides to post it, thinking that it would be sweet for everyone to see how cute you are.
The world goes wild over the sweet, domestic video, it’s all Lando sees on his timeline for at least two weeks. But he’s not angry, he’s so happy that he gets to share your happiness with the world.
𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐖 𝐀𝐋𝐏𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐓 ──── 𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐔 𝐆𝐎𝐉𝐎
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A = Aftercare (what they're like after sex)
Gojo’s aftercare is a chaotic mix of overwhelming affection and genuine tenderness. He’ll kiss every inch of your body like he’s blessing it, whispering filthy praise between laughter and teasing. He insists on carrying you to the shower—even if you can walk—and stays glued to your side afterward, feeding you snacks in bed and stroking your hair like he just saved your life with his dick. And honestly? He kind of did.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner's)
Gojo’s obsessed with your thighs. He grabs, squeezes, bites—treats them like his personal stress relief. He loves burying his face between them, overstimulating you until your legs tremble. On himself, he’s cocky about his hands. He knows exactly how to use them—whether it’s choking you lightly, holding you down, or fingering you with obscene precision.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
He cums a lot. Like, a lot. It’s thick, hot, and he loves making a mess with it. Seeing you dripping with his cum, struggling to catch your breath, is the highest form of satisfaction for him. He’ll paint your stomach, your boobs, your back—or fill you up and make you stay like that. He gets off hard on the idea of you walking around with him still inside you.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
He’s definitely jerked off to your voice memos or texts when you’re away—sometimes in risky places, like the Jujutsu High rooftop or a meeting room. He also has a video of you sucking him off, saved in a hidden folder on his phone. He watches it way more often than he admits.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they're doing?)
Oh, he knows what he’s doing. Gojo has confidence for a reason—he’s had his share of partners, but no one’s ever driven him crazy like you. He reads your body like a damn book, adapts on the fly, and always, always makes you come first. He’s a god in bed, and he knows it.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
He’s a sucker for doggy style, watching your ass bounce as he pounds into you makes him feral. But he also loves reverse cowgirl, just to lean back and enjoy the view while his hands roam all over your body.
G=Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
He’s playful as hell. Sex with Gojo always has moments of teasing, smug grins, and cocky comments. He’ll crack a joke mid-thrust just to make you roll your eyes—then fuck you hard enough to make you forget how to speak.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
Despite his chaotic energy, Gojo is deeply affectionate. His kisses are desperate, his touches linger, and he holds you like you’re the only thing grounding him. He might joke around, but you feel how serious he is in the way he worships your body like a temple.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
He jerks off often, especially if you're not around. He’ll use your panties, your pics, or even replay voice notes of you moaning. He doesn’t hide it—he gets off on being shameless. If you catch him, he’ll smirk and invite you to join in.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
Gojo’s kinks are wild: he’s into teasing, power play, public risk, praise mixed with degradation, and especially overstimulation. He loves watching you cry from too much pleasure, telling you how good you look ruined on his cock.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
Everywhere. Literally. A classroom late at night? Done. His office desk? Absolutely. The back of a car? Why not. But his favorite? Against the mirror, so he can see your face and whisper in your ear how wrecked you look.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
Your voice, your scent, the way you look at him with need—everything turns him on. But what really pushes him over the edge is your confidence when you take control. Climb on top, talk dirty, show him how much you want him—and you’ll see Gojo beg.
N = No (something they wouldn't do, turn offs)
He’s adventurous, but he draws the line at anything degrading or cruel in a way that feels disrespectful. He’ll call you names in bed, sure—but if you ever looked genuinely hurt or uncomfortable, he’d shut everything down immediately.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Giving? He adores it. He’ll eat you out for hours, smirking while you shake. Receiving? He’ll make a show of it—head thrown back, groaning loud, praising your mouth like you’re divine. He’s loud, filthy, and always holds your hair gently.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
Gojo’s pace depends on the mood. He can be slow and sensual, drawing it out just to watch you beg, or fast and brutal, fucking you like he’s starved. Either way, he always keeps you on edge, never letting you fully know what’s coming next.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
He’s obsessed with quickies. Before a mission, during breaks, even in hallways—he gets off on the adrenaline. He’s fast, rough, and cocky, whispering "this’ll hold you over" before disappearing again, leaving you trembling.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
He lives for the thrill. Gojo will absolutely finger you under the table or pull you into a hidden hallway to fuck you. Public teasing? Constant. He wants to get caught, just to see you bite your lip trying to stay quiet.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
Insane. He can go for hours, back to back. Three, four rounds minimum. He doesn’t stop until you’re crying from overstimulation, legs shaking, brain fogged—and even then, he’ll ask, “One more?”
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
He owns a small collection—vibrators, plugs, even a remote-controlled toy he loves using on you in public. He’ll watch you squirm, completely innocent on the outside, while you beg for mercy in his ear.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
He’s the king of teasing. Gojo will edge you until you’re sobbing, fingers deep but refusing to let you cum until you beg properly. He whispers the filthiest things, licks you until you're right there—then stops, smirking. Pure evil.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
Loud. Moaning, groaning, breathy curses—Gojo lets it all out. He wants you to hear how good you’re making him feel. And he’ll talk through it, too: filthy praise, cocky comments, and shameless begging for more.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
He’s into recording your sex tapes. Nothing fancy, just his phone propped up somewhere. He loves rewatching them when he’s alone, especially the ones where you’re on top, riding him like you own him.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
Off the charts. Gojo is needy. He craves sex often, but it’s not just physical—he needs to feel you, to connect through touch, skin, heat. When he wants you, it consumes him. He’ll drop everything for you. Every time.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
He’s clingy afterward. He won’t sleep unless you’re curled up on his chest or spooning you tightly. He hums soft little sounds, kisses your shoulder, and whispers dumb shit until he finally passes out with a stupid smile on his face.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤSURPRISE PARTY TOUR: PERIOD CRAMPS * MATT STURNIOLO * BLURB
WARNINGS :: Period cramps.
Tumblr media
The theater was empty as it awaited the company of thousands of fans.
The huge red velvet curtains were still closed, hiding the stage that would, in just a few hours, be lit up with thousands of lights and the screaming of fans. The empty rows of seats stretched out in front of Y/N as she was curled up right in the middle of it - bottom row, hoodie on, a soft woven blanket pulled up to her chin like a shield.
Her fists clutched the edges of the blanket, knuckles pale. Not because it was cold, but because of the stupid period cramps that had been trying to knock her out since yesterday. Her lower stomach felt like it was being twisted, her body hot one second and shivery the next.
Still, she was there. Watching him.
Matt stood up on stage with Chris and Nick, all three of them moving around like excited kids, playing with the mics, cracking stupid jokes, and messing with the sound crew.
Y/N barely registered Chris doing some cringey announcer voice or Nick yelling at him to stop. Her eyes were locked on Matt.
Matt looked so good it physically hurt. Grey sweatpants hung loosely on his hips, the fabric soft and a little wrinkled from sleep. A white t-shirt barely clung to his frame, his hair all messy, curls a bit matted from the couch nap he’d taken in the green room, and his face puffy in that post-nap way that made him look like the softest thing alive.
And then, his eyes found hers.
From all the way on stage, Matt’s gaze settled right on her. And the second he locked in, that smile - the boyish, sleepy, slightly crooked one that always made her knees weak - stretched across his face.
He didn’t even try to hide how happy he looked to see her.
Y/N’s heart flipped so hard she felt like her whole body shifted a little.
She adjusted her blanket and huddled deeper into it, as if that would dull the pain curling in her stomach. She hated being like this, in pain and helpless. But more than anything, she didn’t wanna bother him. He had a whole show to do.
The sound guy finally gave the thumbs up.
"All good. You're clear to get ready." And just like that, Matt took a step away from the mic.
She tensed. Crap.
He was walking toward her.
She sat up straighter, the most delusional half-sit-up to look like she wasn’t dying. She pulled the blanket slightly lower, tried fixing her face in the most natural way possible - which mostly meant not looking like she was about to cry from cramps -, and tucked her hair behind her ear like that would help anything.
Matt cleared his throat as he dropped into the seat beside her, his whole body radiating warmth like a damn human heater.
His arm draped across the back of her chair, casual but possessive in that way that made her wanna melt. He leaned just close enough that she could smell that clean scent he always had - shampoo and something warm, like cotton and coconut.
She gave in. Shifted just a little and let herself fall into his side.
He didn’t even hesitate, his arm coming around her, locking her in without a word.
"Hey, angel." He said, voice low and soft like she was the only person in the world.
She didn’t answer at first. She was too busy pressing her face against his shoulder, the cotton of his t-shirt cool and grounding against her cheek.
"How y'feeling?" He asked, and she could hear the concern in his voice.
His free hand came up, and the back of his pointer finger grazed her cheek gently. She knew what he was doing, checking how warm she was. His brows knitted together for a second, lips pressing in a little.
She rolled her eyes just the tiniest bit.
"Amazing." She said, dry as hell.
He snorted.
"Yeah?" His smile cracked wide, but his eyes stayed gentle, scanning over her like he could see every ounce of pain. "You look amazing."
His voice dropped soft at the end of that sentence, and he pressed a kiss to her hairline, barely there but everything she needed. She sighed out, a little whimper of frustration getting caught in her throat as she nuzzled deeper into him.
He didn’t say anything for a moment. Just let her hide her face while his fingers laced through hers, his pinky ring and commitment ring cool against her skin. His thumb brushed over her hand, steady, comforting.
"You’re in pain." He mumbled eventually, more like a statement than a question.
She opened her eyes again, tearing them away from the stage where Chris was now fake interviewing Nick. She shook her head in disagreement, slow and stubborn.
Matt just looked at her.
"You are."
She sighed, head falling slightly as her fingers from her free hand clenched together in her lap.
He gave her shoulder a tiny shake, still holding onto her.
"Let’s go back to the bus, yeah? You can lay down in our bed."
She stared at him, torn. Her body was like, YES PLEASE GET ME OUT OF HERE. But her heart?
"But I wanted to watch the show..." She mumbled. "Wanted to hear your voice." The pout on her lips came out automatically.
Matt let out a soft laugh, standing up and pulling her with him gently.
"You listen to my voice every day, baby. You’ve watched four shows already."
She kept pouting, even as she let him help her to her feet.
He leaned down and pressed a kiss to her cheek.
"I’ll talk for hours when I get back. You want a personal podcast episode just for you?"
She snorted, finally giving in with a small nod.
Chris and Nick paused their mic play, and both gave them a look as they walked close to the stage. Eyes not teasing, just soft. Knowing. Chris gave her a wink, followed by Nick's soft smile.
Matt led her past the side of the stage and through the back entrance, hand never leaving hers.
The second she stepped into the bus, everything smelled like home. Warm. Familiar. The mix of cologne, perfume, laundry detergent, snacks, and that weird scent every bus had - but theirs, somehow, felt right.
He helped her to the bunk area, stopping at the little side table and pulling out her lil pink necessities bag. He placed it gently on the edge of Chris's bed above his, grabbing the small warm pillow she kept in there for cramps. It was one of those little plushie ones - always warm, no idea how.
Matt knelt in front of her and gently lifted her hoodie. His hand was warm as it placed the pillow on her stomach, adjusting it until it laid just right.
She watched him the whole time, her heart swelling at how careful he was.
He tugged the big shared blanket up over her, then placed Mr. Wrinkleton - their shared fake-fluff pug - beside her hip.
Matt leaned in close, hand cradling her face again, and kissed her forehead once more.
"Get some sleep, sweetheart." He whispered. "I’ll be back before you even miss me."
She hummed, eyelids already heavy, the pain a little dulled under his attention.
"I already miss you." She mumbled.
He laughed softly against her skin.
"You’re so dramatic."
PART ONE
Tumblr media
"So, are they gonna have beer at this party?" Jack asked as he followed Robby into Langdon's backyard.
Robby shoots him an unimpressed look. "It's a child's birthday party Jack."
"So, that's a 'yes'?"
Robby rolls his eyes as he steps into the backyard that was filled with music blasting and screaming children as they ran around the yard and climbed the bouncy castle the Langdon's rented. Parents were scattered around, talking to each other whilst keeping an eye on their children. The men dropped their gifts off at the designated gift table before they made their way over to Frank, who gave them a painful smile.
"I think I'd rather work a double than host another childs birthday party" Frank admits.
Jack nods agreement, despite the fact he did not have a child but regardless, it looked painful. As he looked around the bustling yard, Jack spied Cassie Mckay with her kid Harrison and Dana with her daughters who were older than the rest of the kids but seemed to be enjoying themselves.
As Robby and Langdon talked, Jack wandered off to the snack table, eyes laser focused on the bowl of chocolates. He was so focused on digging for his favourite he didn't clock the person approaching him until they were pressed against his side, breath tickling against his neck.
"They don't have any bounty bars do they?"
For a brief moment, Jack thought he was hallucinating, after all you had occupied a permanent place in his mind and he could not stop thinking about you but when he whipped his head to the side, you were really there, pressed up against him with a smirk on your lips.
"What the hell?" Jack stared open mouthed at you.
"Apparently, Caspian and Tanner Langdon are in the same class." You explain but your focus was on the bowl of chocolate,"I'm guessing you work with Frank?"
Jack nods, offering you a twix which you accept with a resigned shrug " Yeah, he works day shift."
Your eyes flicker up to the bright blue midday sky, a smile lifting your lips. "And did they force you to come on your day off or are you working tonight?"
"It's my day off, besides it's good to foster stronger relationships both in and out of the workspace" Jack parrots the words Robby had told him earlier that day, "Or so Robby says"
"Robby?" You question as the two of you left the snack table, heading towards the drink table.
"Michael Robinavitch but he prefers to go by Robby" He motions towards the slightly older man who was still with Frank.
"Is he a doctor too?" You ask, a teasing smile on your lips "And what do you like to go by? Or do you prefer me calling you Dr Abbot?"
"You call me Jack" He doesn't raise to your teasing words as he nods, cracking open a can or beer with a pleased smile.
"Are all your friends doctors, Jack?"
"No..." Jack takes a sip of beer, "Some are a couple of old military friends"
"Huh" You pick up a can of soda, "So all of your friends are just people you've worked with instead?"
Jack grins and follows you back to where you were before, settling in the chair beside you and it quickly becomes obvious why you've chosen this specific space—you had a clear view of Caspian, wincing whenever he played around too hard.
"He's gonna land himself back in hospital" Jack says, watching as the child throws himself around.
You grunt in annoyance and agreement, "Don't threaten him with a good time. He now thinks hospitals are great. He'll demand that you'll be his doctor though, he really likes you."
A smug grin works its way up Jack's face at the information, "Oh yeah?"
You turn to face Jack, "Yeah, I tried explaining that we only go to the hospital if we're hurt or injured, which of course he took it as, 'let's get hurt so we can see Dr. Abbot'".
Jack knocks his foot against yours, something that prompts a smile from you, "I guess that means we have to see each other more often then."
"I guess so," You're smiling.
Just then Caspian ran over, leaning against you as he tried to capture his breath and happily taking the bottle of water you offered. The young child had been wrapped up in having fun and then bugging you for snacks that he hadn't noticed the doctor that he liked so much right next to you.
You waited until he had gulped down a few mouthfuls of water and had caught his breath before you brought it up, "Hey, are you not going to stay hello to my friend?"
Caspian looks over at him with wide eyes and there's a brief moment before Caspian realises who he was and when he does, a smile so large takes over his face.
"Dr Jack!"
"Hey kid," Jack holds his fist out for a fistbump which Caspian eagerly does, "You can just call me Jack. I'm not your doctor anymore."
Caspian nods and he moves to speak again but a classmate of his calls his name and Caspian darts off, rushing off to play making you and Jack laugh.
Tumblr media
Robby makes his way to where Jack has tucked himself away in the corner of the yard, taking a breather from the party that had only just started to die down. 'Happy Birthday' had been sung, gifts had been opened, party bags had been handed out and now the kids were crashing from the busy day they had and parents were taking the opportunity to go back home, thanking and waving goodbye to the Langdon's as they left the yard.
Jack's eyes had hardly left you all day, even when you joined the women and he was with the men, they would constantly flicker over to you and of course, Robby hadn't missed it.
"So…who's the girl?" Robby asks, passing Jack another beer.
"She's not a girl, she's a woman in her thirties" Jack preemptively defends himself, "She came into the ED months ago with her younger brother."
"And you've exchanged numbers? Gone on a date?"
At Jack's silence Robby can't help the bark of laughter that escapes him, looking at his friend incredulously.
"After the life you have lived, the things you have experienced, you're scared of asking out a woman? Seriously?"
"I'm not scared" Jack quickly defended himself.
"Then," Robby took the beer out of his hand, "Go get her number before it's too late."
Jack knew he was right, he fumbled it last time and meeting again gave him a chance he thought had long gone.
Jack made his way over to you as you packed up your stuff, Caspian was slumped against your leg half asleep. You had already thanked the Langdon's for the great day and now you were contemplating how you were going to carry both Caspian and your bags back to the car when Jack appeared by your side.
"Need a hand?"
"Oh!" You give him a grateful smile. "Yes please, do you mind carrying him?"
Jack bent down and picked Caspian up effortlessly, the boy's arms quickly wrapping around his neck as Jack supported his body. He silently follows you as you say your goodbyes, pointedly ignoring the curious stares from Robby, Dana, Mckay and Langdon, knowing that when he returns to work he'll be the main topic of gossip.
He follows you to your car, settling Caspian in his car seat and watching as you strapped him in, double checking that everything was secured properly before you stepped back and closed the door quietly.
"Thank you again."
Jack steps closer to you, his head lowering so he can speak softly into your ear, "I talked myself out of it last time but I refuse to let anything stop me this time."
You tilt your head slightly closer to his, waiting for him to continue speaking.
"I want to take you out on a date. And another one after that if you'll let me." Jack 's gaze is unrelenting as he stares at you. "I'd also like your number as well."
You hum at his words and smile up at him, "You want a lot of things don't you Jack? It's a good thing I want those things too. Pass me your phone."
Jack unlocks and passes his phone to you, watching with an unwavering gaze as you tapped in your phone number and then drop calling yourself so that you had his number.
"I expect at least a phone call after your little speech" You joke as you pass back his phone.
"I'II see you soon"
"I hope you do" You wave at him before you enter your car, driving off moments later and Jack watches until your car disappears.
Tumblr media
Jack does contact you after the party, a message coming through your phone just as you finish tucking Caspian for the night. It was a simple text, just checking that you got home safe but once you reply, you can't stop and the two of you text all night until the early hours where you eventually drift off. You did briefly apologize at one point for keeping him up all night before he reminded you that he worked nights and therefore she wasn't keeping him up, rather he was keeping her up.
Scheduling a date however ends up being much more complicated. Between your regular nine-to-five, his twelve hour night shifts, and finding a good sitter for Caspian, finding a date where everything lined up was difficult but you managed and now on the evening of the very awaited date, you were sat in your room as you did the final touches of your makeup as Caspian became accounted with the babysitter downstairs.
You check your phone and realise you're rapidly approaching the time Jack had promised to pick you up and you knew that Jack was a punctual person, always turning up on time. You make your way downstairs and watch as Caspian gets to know the neighbouring teenager who had offered their babysitting services. It was the first time you had gone out by yourself since your parents had died and you got custody, so today was a big deal for the both of you.
The doorbell goes off and you hurry over to open it, smiling at Jack on your front step, a bouquet of flowers in his hand.
"Good evening" Jack steps forward and presses a kiss to your cheek before passing you the flowers with a shy smile.
You accept them with a happy hum and invite him inside, waving for him to follow you as you head to the kitchen to find a vase.
"Thank you for these" You thank him as you fill a vase with water and place the flowers in it, humming happily as you admire it on the kitchen island. "I don't think I've ever been given flowers by a date before."
"I assure you it won't be the last time you get flowers from me" Jack flirts, watching as your eyes light up at the meaning behind his words.
"You're promising me a second date before we've even started our first date? You're that confident?"
"That a problem?"
"Nope. I do like a confident man." You wink, before you grab his band, tugging him behind you as you leave the kitchen, "There's someone that really wants to see you before we leave."
"Yeah, I want to see him too. I got a little gift for him as well."
"Are you buttering him up or something?"
"Or something" Jack keeps his secrets close.
Caspian is ecstatic to see Jack again and becomes over the moon when Jack pulls out a hot wheels car for him, jumping into the man's arms as he chants 'thank you' over and over again.
You manage to pull Caspian off of Jack before you pull him into a hug, squishing him as you cover his face in kisses as you say good bye, promising him that you'll be home to tuck him in and after that you leave, waving at Caspian one last time before you close the door behind you with a heavy breath.
"You alright?" Jack asks as he guides you towards his truck, hand resting on the small of you back.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm excited." You reassure him, "I'm just still getting used to the whole being a parent thing and juggling my time and responsibilities along with caring for him."
"You're doing a great job-" Jack lets out a laugh at your disbelieving expression, "The kid loves you a lot. Seriously. Don't doubt yourself."
Jack steps forward to open the passenger door to his truck and helps you step up into it, pausing when your hand rests on his arm, thanking him for his kind words which he responds with a smile and a squeeze to your thigh before stepping back, closing the door and making his way to the driver's seat.
Tumblr media
"Oh I love Indian food," You hum happily, thanking the server as he guided you to your seats and passed menus to the both of you.
 "I found this place shortly after I moved to Pittsburgh" Jack tells you, "A hidden gem, one of my favourite places in the city."
You peer at him over the menu, "Then I trust you to order what we're eating tonight."
Jack stared back with raised brows, "For the both of us?"
"Yup!" You nod, "You up for the challenge?"
Jack accepts the challenger with ease, never one to back down from one.
"How's your spice tolerance?"
"High…I love a little spice."
Jack knocks it out of the park and orders dishes that you absolutely fall in love with, making him promise to bring you back another time which he agrees to with an easy smile.
After dinner, which of course Jack pays for without question, you decide to take a walk, your hands intertwining easily as you stroll through the streets together with Jack pointing out the restaurants he'll take you to on future dates. You end up finding a coffee shop, settling in a booth with a decaf tea for you and a regular coffee for him.
"I keep thanking you for tonight but this has been a really great day, I've enjoyed a lot" You tell him around sips of your tea.
"I'm just sorry for not getting your number all those months ago"
"Well you have plenty of time to make up for those lost months" You tease, "I don't doubt you will make the most of it."
"Never again," Jack promises.
Tumblr media
Jack pulled to a stop in front of your house, putting the car in park before he turned to face you to find you already staring at him, a soft smile on your lips.
"You see something you like?"
You hum, eyes tracing over his face taking notes of his deep eyes, greying hair and curls. "Yeah, I see something I like alot."
With quick succession you unbuckle your seatbelt and lean across the console, your hands pulling him into a soft, almost shy kiss that is almost immediately deepened by Jack. His own belt comes off as he leans further into you, his hands framing your face as his kisses become deeper and more intense.
You pull away to catch your breath, laughing at the remnants of your lipgloss smeared around his mouth.
"Cherry?" Jack hums as he licks his lips.
"Uh-huh" You wipe the leftover lipgloss that was on his face with your sleeve, "You like?"
Jack leans forward, his lips brushing against yours, "I'm not sure, I need another taste to be sure."
You kiss again, minutes drifting by as you each get lost in the sensation of each other's lips until you pull away, giggling at Jack's huff of disappointment.
"I know," You coo at him, "But I do have to go home,"
Jack is silent for a moment, keeping eye contact with you until he sits back up straight, "Okay, I'll walk you to your door."
He of course sneaks in one last kiss before you slip your key into the front door and unlock it, alerting the occupants of your return. Caspian's eyes are heavy and his footsteps slow as he greets you at the door and he doesn't even perk up at the sight of Jack, it's obvious that he was delaying his sleep to wait for you.
You quickly fish out the cash to pay for the baby sitter and thank her, your eyes not leaving her until she was safely in her house across the street. Then  you crouch down in front of Caspian, running your thumbs over his chubby cheeks before you press a kiss to each cheek.
"Why don't you go up to bed and I'll be there in a few minutes okay?"
Caspian nods before heading off, only stopping to wish a 'nightnight' to Jack who wishes him the same before he disappears up the stairs.
Jack smiles when you pull him into a hug, resting his chin on your head as you two stay like that for a moment before pulling away.
"Tonight was lovely" You tell him, grabbing his hand and intertwining your fingers, "I can't wait for the next one."
"Me either." Jack tugs you towards him and pulls you into a kiss that leaves you breathless.
"Goodnight doll," Jack grins at you before he walks back to his car.
"Goodnight!" You call after him, "Text me when you get home!"
Jack flashes you a thumbs up before climbs into his truck, driving off shortly after.
LaDS men when you get flowers from someone else
pairings: Sylus, Rafayel, Xavier, Caleb, Zayne x F!Reader(separate)
content: jealousy, fluff, caleb and xavier are a teensy bit insane, charlie taking another L
Tumblr media
Sylus
You two decided to spend the weekend at your apartment, he obviously wouldn’t be caught dead showing up empty handed.
As you open the door, the first thing you see is a beautifully arranged bouquet of camellias and carnations. The second is the smug grin on your boyfriend’s face, which is wiped right off as soon as he steps into your living room and notices the pathetically small bouquet you had already hosted in a vase.
“Kitten, was your budget for those flowers chump change and a dream? You should’ve known, I’d bring you a little something.”
Once you tell him, that those were a gift from a co-worker for helping him out, his demeanour shifts slightly, unnoticeable to the untrained eye. Luckily, you were the one person who could see right through him.
Not like that mattered, when he went to grab his phone before you could even say anything. You see him tap around a little before raising it to his ear, speaking into the device.
“Yeah, I want them all delivered.”
You look at him with furrowed brows and he finally went back to paying attention to you. A sharp smile makes its way to his face.
“I don’t mind you leaving these, to put it bluntly, sad flowers here. They’ll make all the bouquets i’m getting you stand out even more.”
The unimpressed stare you give him, clearly doesn’t phase him, as he just walks into your bedroom, pulling you along.
“You deserve only the best, the biggest and the grandest. For everything.”
“You’re almost winning me over, Sy. But shouldn’t we wait until those poor florists actually deliver whatever ridiculous amount of flowers you ordered?”
At that, Sylus pulled you closer, nuzzling his face into your hair,
“The flowers will be fine waiting outside of your door. It’ll also be a nice way to send a message to everyone living in this apartment complex. Now, how about a lesson in why you shouldn’t accept flowers from other men?”
You sigh first, suddenly going rigid as a realisation hits you,
“I don’t have enough vases. Or even space for more flowers!”
Being the last thing you mumbled before your bedroom door closed with a ‘click’.
Rafayel
You two were out running some errands together, grabbing art supplies for him, groceries and what-not.
Linkon City was as lively as ever, a melting pot for diverse people. You and Rafayel held hands, pushing through the crowd.
Rafayel was about to pull you into another store, when you’re stopped by a man.
He’s holding a small bouquet of red roses and smiles at you, not looking at Rafayel,
“Hi, miss. We’re giving out free flowers today, these are for you.”
You feel Rafayel squeeze your hand and you know he’s glaring without even looking at him,
“Oh, thank you but I don’t-“
The man practically shoves the flowers into your free hand,
“I insist. Have a good day!”
And with that, he turns and leaves you standing there holding the small bouquet.
A hum leaves your throat, shrugging and leaning in to smell the flowers, before you’re stopped by your boyfriend.
“Why would you accept these ugly flowers? There’s no artistic flair, just basic roses and their stems aren’t even cut evenly! Honestly, It’s like he’s trying to harass my girlfriend by making her look at something so hideous. Besides, you have a rich boyfriend capable of making you a wayyy better bouquet standing right here.”
You narrow your eyes at him, lips curling upwards, leaning closer to him,
“Don’t tell me you’re jealous.”
Rafayel’s eyes widened at that, mouth falling open slightly,
“These are clearly just for a campaign, he’s just working. I wouldn’t have accepted them otherwise, don’t worry.”
Your boyfriend jutted out his lower lip, taking the bouquet out of your hand. He made the flowers go up in flames and before you could react he pulled you towards the nearest flower shop.
“Doesn’t matter. My girlfriend deserves flowers as pretty as her. I’m arranging this bouquet myself and it’ll be the prettiest you’ve ever seen!”
You playfully roll your eyes at his antics but you couldn’t help but appreciate his effort. So, you let him pull you along.
Xavier
It was date night and you and Xavier decided to go to your usual hotpot place. You were waiting outside of your apartment building for him, as he went to grab his wallet that he had forgotten at his place.
You were leaning against the gate, when a familiar voice suddenly called out to you,
“Oh, hey! I haven’t seen you in a while.”
Charlie walked up to you, you flashed him a little smile as you noticed the flowers he was holding.
“Someone brought me these at the bakery today! They look nice, don’t you think?”
You nodded curtly, not wanting to talk to him for too long, knowing Xavier might see.
Not taking the hint, Charlie’s face lit up, an idea flashing through his mind, not having learned anything from your last interaction.
“Hey, why don’t you take them? I don’t really have a place for them anyway.”
Not waiting for your reply, he pushed the bouquet towards you. Hesitantly, you take them,
“I don’t think this is a good idea-“
He waved you off and went to walk inside.
You stared at the flowers, biting your lips, thinking of what to do before Xavier returned.
You knew it was too late once you noticed the streetlights flickering and an ominous presence manifesting behind you.
“Throw them away.”
You quickly straightened your posture, turning around with a teasing smile,
“Hey there, Xav.”
“Throw them away.”
He repeated in a serious tone.
A sigh left you,
“I was planning on doing that anyway. Don’t you think it’d be a waste though?”
Xavier shook his head, a stern expression on his usually neutral face.
“Doesn’t matter, they’re ugly anyway. Besides, who gives away a gift they received? He’s got no shame.”
You raised an eyebrow at him,
“Why didn’t you come out earlier, if you were here already?”
He came closer, taking the flowers out of your grasp, not answering. He teleported over to the dumpsters, throwing the flowers in.
“I’ll get you prettier ones. Ones that actually mean something.”
You met him halfway and grabbed his hand,
“Alright. But let’s get going, before we miss our reservation.”
Xavier’s expression finally softened, a small smile making its way to his face as he looked at you.
You two started walking, you started talking to him about your day and he listened, nodding along.
Luckily, you didn’t notice how the entire buildings lights suddenly went out. He was gonna deal with that evil baker later.
Caleb
Caleb just got done cooking, when he finally heard a knock on his door.
You had finally gotten some days off after a gruelling week filled with missions back to back and you were staying with him in Skyhaven.
He was planning on helping you relax the entire time you were going to be with him. He would cook for you, take you wherever you wanted to go and monopolise your attention.
The brunet happily opened the door, immediately greeting you with a hug,
“Pipsqueak, I gave you the key to my place for a reason. You don’t have to knock.”
You giggled at him, walking inside and taking your shoes off with one hand.
That’s when he noticed the flowers you were holding, he cocked his head, not saying anything.
“Oh, a friend of mine gave these to me right before I left! Do you have a vase we could put them in?”
Caleb’s brows furrowed, his eyes darkening slightly.
“What was the occasion? These aren’t even your favourite flowers. Would expect them to be thoughtful, when pulling off a gesture like this.”
You looked at him, amused.
“Caleb, they’re just flowers. From someone who’s just a friend.”
He walked into the living room with you, looking at the bouquet like it personally offended him.
“Well, seems like we’ll have to take the bouquet apart, pipsqueak. Your friend put iris and chrysanthemums together. Vastly different vase life, would be bad if we put them together. Might as well throw them out, honestly. I’ll get you flowers that actually survive together.”
He didn’t miss the scepticism on your face as you put the bouquet on the coffee table. You walked over to him, wrapping your arms around his neck.
“Caleb, honey, you don’t need to let it out on the flowers, they’re innocent. My friend was just trying to be nice but if they bother you, we can throw them away.”
His hands found your waist, as he looked at you with those eyes, resembling a kicked puppy.
“But if you like them…”
You shook your head,
“They’re just flowers. You can just get me some. Or even better, I’ll bring you some next time!”
His face lit up again, pressing your foreheads together,
“You don’t need to bring me flowers, pips. That’s my job! Besides, I actually know which flowers you like, I’d never just carelessly put a bouquet together.”
You looked up at him through your lashes, realising what he was pulling,
“Caleb, you-“
He picked you up and brought you over to the kitchen, putting you down on the counter.
“Too late, you already agreed.”
He winked at you, and you noticed something fly out the window through your peripheral vision.
“Now, let’s eat and after that I’ll take you out shopping. We’ll pick up some flowers on the way.”
Zayne
Zayne was just finishing up the last of his work at the hospital, when he received a text from you,
“ahhh i just saw them, love the flowers zaynie! thank you so much”
He stared at his phone in confusion, trying to think of a response,
“What are you talking about, love?”
You sent him a picture of a bouquet of amaryllis, followed up by a text,
“they’re so pretty! they were just delivered, thank u<3”
His fingers twitched, as he left his office, making his way to his car.
“Leave them on the table. I’ll be home soon.”
With that, he put his phone away and got in his car.
-
You were slightly confused at Zayne’s last text but did as he said.
Once you heard keys turn in the lock, you quickly walked over to the door to welcome your boyfriend.
The door pushed open and your boyfriend walked inside, you noticed his bag wasn’t the only thing he was holding.
He presented you with a bouquet of your favourite flowers, before he even took off his coat.
“…welcome back, dear.”
The confusion in your voice evident, still accepting the flowers gratefully.
Zayne quietly took off his shoes and hung up his coat, pressing a kiss to your temple before walking into the kitchen.
“These flowers…”
He picked them off the table and glanced at them.
“They were delivered, yes? Did a note come with them?”
You went to stand next to him, holding the bouquet he just brought you,
“Nope. I’ll take it, those aren’t from you?”
He let out an affirmative hum,
“What do you say, we gift these to the elderly lady next door? And you find a vase for the ones I got you.”
“Sounds good! Just… who do you think sent these?”
His gaze met yours and his eyes lit up with affection for you.
“I’m not sure but I intent to find out. I can’t just stand by and watch as someone tries to make the woman I love swoon.”
You chuckled at that, switching to holding the bouquet he got you with one hand, caressing his face with your other,
“No one besides you could ever make me swoon, Zayne.”
He leaned into your touch, closing his eyes,
“I know. Still, I won’t let this slide. I want you to be happy over things that are actually from me.”
At that, you press a sweet kiss to his lips. He was just so lovely.
thinking about being between frank and matt, caught up in their conflicting personalities and the dynamic that comes with it.
matt is so mean, such a tease. he’s constantly playing with you, riling you up just to deny you. he loves how you squirm, how you pout up at him when he tells you no. you’ll beg and beg and he’ll eventually give in, but only after you work for it.
“awh, sweetheart, you think you’re gonna cum tonight? you’re gonna have to convince me if you want that.”
frank is the opposite. he’s such a giver and his soft spot for you is way too big to keep you wanting for anything. you say the word and he’s giving you whatever you want until you can’t take it anymore. you’re his good girl and he can’t resist the way you bat your eyelashes and say his name in that tone. he’s weak when it comes to you.
“ya look so sweet sucking my thumb like this, baby. such a good girl for me.”
or maybe matt is the softie, giving in to your every desire. you want to go out to dinner? reservations are at eight. you want a new pair of shoes? a shiny pair of red bottoms are waiting for you on your bed. you want matt to eat you out? he’ll lay between your thighs and pleasure you until his jaw aches.
“when i get home, i want you wearing that new set i bought you. get that toy out too, your favorite one.”
maybe frank is the strict disciplinarian who will put you over his knee if you get a bit too mouthy with them. he’ll grip your jaw and make you look him in the eye when you misbehave. you hate it when you get in trouble with frank.
“who’re you talkin’ to like that, huh? cause you sure as shit don’t talk back to me like that.”
they bicker back and forth on the best way to treat their girl. matt and frank will never see eye to eye on anything, especially when it comes to you.
friendship group jungkook x y/n
fluff, angst, filthy smut
10k<
——
having a big friendship group was something that most people couldn’t understand. the dynamics between each and every person were important, like a well oiled machine that churned out a mixture of jokes and joy.
you had been friends with namjoon and yoongi for years, meeting taehyung, yejin and jin in your first year of university. yoongi introduced hoseok, who in turn introduced jimin, who of course, introduced jungkook.
you were incredibly close to them all, with the exception of the bambi eyed boy, who for some reason, you just couldn’t crack. it wasn’t that you didn’t get along, on the contrary - you were the most alike and he was always extremely kind towards you. it had been years and years since you first met, and you were able to have small conversations but there was an air of tension that followed you both that neither of you understood. well, you pretended not to anyway.
it was a secret to no one, except jungkook, that you were head over heels in love with him. yoongi would groan every time he’d see the starry look in your eyes once the conversation shifted towards the younger man, with yejin and jimin giggling like their lives depended on it.
“you should just get married and leave the rest of us to finally recover from your rambles.” he grumbled, once, laid out on your sofa with biscuit crumbs on his chest.
you rolled your eyes at him, frowning. “shut up yoongi, that would require him to actually like me back.”
he groaned so loudly that you found yourself grabbing the nearest pillow and plowing it into his face. “god, you’re both such idiots.” he muttered with a shake of his head.
———
jungkook had an aura around him that most described as electrifying. he knew he could walk into any room and make a friend, or have eyes stay on him for the duration of the night - he knew he had presence and it was something he enjoyed.
one thing he didn’t know, however, was how to tell the girl he had been in love with for multiple years, his feelings. add the fact that she was also in his friendship group, he knew he was utterly hopeless.
years of knowing and seeing one another weekly, but he still struggled to hold a 10 minute conversation between you both. between stuttering words and clenched jaws - he could speak to everyone else in the room as though it was a god given talent, but you? for you, he was hopeless.
every girlfriend, every fling and every message in his inbox was a way to rid himself of you, but you plagued his thoughts and every inch of his desires.
———
“right, why are you saying this to me again?” jin questioned as he cooked.
the entire group were at namjoon’s house to celebrate his new promotion, with bottles of wine sitting in the fridge and laughter heartily coming from the living room.
“jin, please.” jungkook groaned, leaning on the counter beside him. “yoongi won’t listen to me anymore. says i talk too much.
jin looked straight at him. “you do.”
“what? this is the first time i’m opening up about this to you.”
jin looked over again, more pointed. “first time this week.”
jungkook groaned once more, overgrown pout on his face as he rubbed over his eyes.
“listen.” jin began. “you can walk, or in your case run, in circles all you want. why can’t you just be honest with her, tell her how you feel?”
“i can’t even have a conversation with her without feeling like i’m going to pass out.”
yejin walked into the kitchen, hair messy and lipstick smudged from the wine she had been drinking. her eyes fell on the pout on jungkook’s face before giggling.
“let me guess, yoongi won’t let you confess to him anymore, now you’re terrorising jin?”
“bingo.” the older man grinned.
jungkook frowned. “is this just a running gag, now?”
“hard to feel sorry for you when you’re the reason for your own problems, kook.” yejin slid next to jin, moaning over the scent of multiple little dishes. “i mean, have you tried asking her out? even platonically? have you guys ever purposefully been alone with each other?”
jungkook’s frown deepened, he hated being friends with intellectuals. stupid yejin, stupid namjoon, jin and yoongi. the rest weren’t to be trusted with this knowledge; they’d blab to you in a heartbeat. little did you know, you had taken them for yourself. they were yours informants, sworn to secrecy.
“well, i guess not but…i don’t think she’d be entirely comfortable with just me.” he confessed. “she gets shy and quiet when i speak to her. she doesn’t laugh or joke the same as when she’s with all of us.”
the two looked over at the tall boy, eyes brows furrowed. they then turned to look at one another, both shaking their head. “god, why did you curse us with idiots for friends.” yejin grumbled, allowing jin to feed her ahead of everyone.
“you guys are mean.” jungkook grumbled. “at least yoongi pretends to be nice at first.”
with a roll of jin’s eyes, he handed him a few plates before shoo’ing him away, yejin following with her hands full. in the living room, you were stood by the tv, glass in hand, giggling away as you watched yoongi and taehyung battle it out on mario cart. the former was grunting and yelling, uncharacteristically, whilst the latter grinned wide as he won another round.
“you’re getting old.” tae smirked.
yoongi gave him a glare, before standing up to help yejin put her plates down. “you don’t get hit enough for my liking.”
the wine was beginning to make your brain hazy, and you felt slightly tipsy. it was no secret that you were the lightweight of the group, which was why you were on a strict one glass policy whenever you were with your group.
the living room table was set, adorned with finger food and a bowl of larger dishes, everyone tucking in. jungkook took a seat on the coach on the left, leaving a space beside him before his eyes flickered up to you, hovering over the table behind hobi, waiting to be given a plate. his eyes stayed trained to your face, a reddish flush evident on your cheeks that made his heart beat painfully. fuck, you were so pretty.
“okay. this weekend, what are we doing?” yejin clapped, as you began filling your plate. “you know i love pigging out with you guys, but we should celebrate joonie properly. you’ve really been waiting for this for so long.”
the dimpled boy grinned, blushing slightly. “i’m happy to do whatever, this is enough for me.”
“boring.” jimin groaned, shaking his head. “we need to go out.”
your eyes brushed over the seating arrangement, noticing the only free spot was between yejin and jungkook, the latter already staring up at you with too large eyes and parted lips. you wanted to scream, the little girl in you clawing her way through your body at the thought of sitting next to your crush.
with a tinge in your cheeks, you made your way over, wobbling slightly as you began to sit down. jungkook’s reflexes were fast, one hand on your thigh and the other taking control of your wine, letting you sit down comfortably.
his touch didn’t register with your brain immediately, but once you sat down and looked, noticing his hand remaining on your thigh whilst he looked up to join in on the conversation with the others, your brain began to short circuit. he was touching you. his hand. on your thigh. touching.
you had never noticed how big his hands were until now, your eyes flickering over every inch and knuckle, core clenching and mouth watering. you wanted him in a way that was neither healthy nor acceptable, but right now, who could blame you?
jungkook wasn’t fairing any better. his heart was beating so loudly, he swore he could feel it in his throat. he hadn’t even thought before touching you, it felt like second nature and once his hand found home on your thigh, he simply couldn’t bring himself to pull away.
you both sat, tense and head swirling, his hand firmly where it belonged.
“what do you think y/n, you down?” yejin murmured next to her, bumping her shoulder.
“down..” you cleared your throat, fixing your position. “down for what, sorry?”
her eyes flickered down, before meeting your gaze with an all knowing smirk. “the new club downtown on saturday.”
“isn’t it kinda expensive? i hear the drinks are pricey.” you cringed.
jimin scoffed. “with a face like yours, you won’t be spending a penny, don’t you worry.”
you exchanged giggles, the group going back to exchanging conversations as you all drank. the wine was getting to you, so much so, you hardly noticed jungkook’s hand flexing on your thigh, gripping tighter and higher.
——
saturday had finally come and you went all out. everyone was dressed nicely, excited to go christen a new club, the electricity palpable and running through you. you knew you looked good tonight, you had gone the extra mile - sleek hair and dress both tight and perhaps too short. your heels made your legs look longer than usual and your makeup sultry - you had one single goal tonight. jungkook.
you were sick of this cat and mouse game. you liked him. maybe a lot more than like, but regardless, you were going to get a few shots in you, tell him how you feel whilst you felt confident, and then get black out drunk so you wouldn’t remember it tomorrow. solid plan.
unfortunately, said plan meant nothing once your eyes fell on him.
broad shoulders and piercings catching the light of the club, drink in hand as his t shirt stretched across his chest. every plan, thought and idea fluttered away from your head, leaving a hollow echo chamber in which all you could hear was a repeat of his name.
he turned to look around, noticing you walking towards the group with hugs and greetings. he blinked once or twice, before turning around and openly groaning. fuck.
“yeah, yeah. pack it up lover boy.” yoongi scoffed, before you walked over to give him a hug too.
jungkook spun again, meeting your gaze as you shyly reached over to hug him as per usual. he never let you get far, always closing the distance himself and wrapping his arms around you as he held you tightly.
“hm. you smell good.” he murmured next to your ear, leaving a shiver down your spine.
“is that it?” you cheekily asked, eyebrow raised.
he smirked wide and broad. “you look good. better than good.”
you grinned up at him before letting him go. he, however, let his arm rest loosely around your waist as you turned to the group, gushing with yejin about how good she looked. you tried to ignore how badly your heart was thumping, he was never this bold - sure he could be touchy but that was jungkook, he practically resided on namjoon’s lap. this felt different, but you couldn’t bare yourself to get your hopes up.
his eyes flickered downwards, observing you and wracking over your body. you looked better than ever, and it both excited and angered him. he knew he’d have to have his wits about him tonight, if a man even approached you, he was sure he’d combust.
“okay, drinks!” taehyung exclaimed over the music, clapping his hands.
you and yejin took a seat at the table whilst the boys filtered down to the bar, the loss of jungkook’s arm both palpable and healing to your racing brain.
your eyes travelled to across the club, where your boys stood, jungkook ignoring evident glances and women sauntering over to him. you couldn’t help the grimace.
“you’re too pretty to frown.” yejin cooed, moving your chin so you were facing her. “especially over a boy.”
you blushed. “wish he wasn’t so handsome, can’t believe everyone sees what i see.”
“ah,” she grinned wickedly. “funny. you’ve had guys trailing you and watching you from the second you walked in, and believe me, he’s not happy.”
your eyes widened at her comment, eyes flickering to jungkook again, who’s gaze was already on you. you broke the contact, embarrassed before turning to her properly.
“enough jungkook talk, what’s on the agenda tonight? what is yeji doing?” you asked, hands in hers.
“i’m not leaving empty handed.” she wiggled her eyebrows, causing a fit of laughter that remained as the boys came back, looking at you both inquisitively.
yoongi reached over to hand you your drink, to which you thanked him gently, sipping slowly.
you felt the seat beside you dip, focused on your conversation with the boy and girl beside you, until you felt a warm hand press against your bare thigh. yejin and yoongi continued, unaware, as your head turned to face the tatted boy beside you, who drank his drink as though this was the most casual thing he had ever done. the thump in his chest argued otherwise.
you were sure your cheeks were flaming red, and your thigh began to tremble beneath his touch. you wanted him to go higher whilst also let go, you were sure your brain would wither away soon with how hazy you felt.
“like your drink?” he asked, suddenly getting closer to you so you could hear him over the music.
“mm, fruity.” you nodded, eyes never leaving his.
he grinned. “hm.” his hand flexed on your thigh. “have i told you how good you look, tonight?”
“only once.” you guys were flirting. the little girl inside your body was screaming so loudly.
he tutted, shaking his head as his grip tightened. “my bad, baby. you look stunning.” he whispered intimately into your ear. “love this little dress, new hm? would have remembered if you’d worn it before.”
all you could do is nod, as he pulled away slightly from your ear, your faces much too close to be deemed appropriate. just a little closer, he thought, eyes flickering down to your lips. just a little curve to your head and he’d take care of your tiny pout, he was sure.
before you could continue, however. “y/nnie, come on.” jimin shouted, from across the booth as he got up, forcing you to yank away from jungkook with wide eyes and parted lips. your eyes looked up to the blonde haired boy, a smirk on his face. “time to dance.”
“jimin i’m not tipsy enough.” you groaned.
“take this shot.” namjoon pushed the drink over to you, yejin giggling beside you.
you picked it up, hands still shaky, and tipped it back, grimacing deeply whilst everyone laughed and whooped around you. you shook your head quickly, as to rid yourself of the taste, before he grabbed your arm, pulling you up from your seat and guiding you down. you grabbed yejin on the way, who waved excitedly at the rest of the boys, shouting something about actually having fun.
it wasn’t long until you guys were dancing away, giggling loudly and twirling with one another. jimin was the life of your group, whilst yejin was the soul - if you ever wanted to have fun, it had to involve the pair who only ever seeked out joy.
the alcohol was already rushing to your head, leaving you a tipsy mess. being the worlds biggest lightweight never helped when you wanted to get drunk because you knew in two drinks, you were completely finished, but it was always nice to get a buzz whilst you were out.
hobi and jin soon joined, with the former’s arms around you as you danced and sang together, fits of giggles being shared.
“i don’t think i’m going to survive tomorrow, my heads already so gone.” you shouted over at him, music thumping.
“yeah, me neither - your little boyfriend is about to kill me with his stare.” he giggled louder, throwing his head back.
your eyebrows furrowed before turning your head to the side, catching jungkook’s heavy gaze.
eyebrows furrowed and a dark expression on his face, you could see the clench of his jaw and it made your core whine. he was so pretty despite being evidently bothered. the thought, the idea, that he would be this way over hobi dancing with you sent a million electricity volts through your body, your eyes never leaving his.
“we spoil him too much, now we can’t even dance with you without him planning our murder.”
you broke eye contact, looking at hobi with an excited thrill. “i want him so bad.” you groaned quietly, head falling to his shoulder.
“believe me. you could have him.”
——
the night was going strong, and you had slowed down with the drinks and paced yourself appropriately to match your friends. taehyung wanted to smoke outside, so you accompanied him.
you and jungkook had been playing a fine line all night, dancing around the tension, eye contact and fleeting touches but never anything more. it was driving you insane, you knew that maybe he wanted you in some way but if it wasn’t the way you wanted, then you couldn’t have him. you wouldn’t be able to move on and it wasn’t fair.
you both stood outside, taehyung taking out a cigarette whilst the wind nipped at your too warm skin, offering some calm to the night.
“fuck. forgot my lighter, i’ll be two seconds alright?” he groaned with a tip of his head making you nod, resting your head against the wall of the smoking shelter.
you watched him retreat, closing your eyes for a few moments before you heard a shuffling of feet behind you. your eyebrows furrowed, thinking nothing of it until a large hand gripped your hip, twirling you around to face them.
your eyes widened and your jaw dropped. why was he here? how could he be here? touching you so casually and without thought; hand bruising your hip with every passing second as he approached you with nothing but clear disrespect.
“missed me?” jaehyun, your ex, grinned down at you, lowering his head to meet your height.
your ex of two years, who had terrorised you to an inch of your life stood before you, hands on your body as though it was his every right. your relationship with him had been turbulent to say the least.
it had started once you decided you couldn’t see jungkook kissing another girl at a random party, you felt sick and you’d had enough, you were finally moving on from the schoolgirl crush you had on him. you met jaehyun and he was seemingly perfect at ridding you of jungkook’s lasting touch on your heart, until he suddenly wasn’t.
he’d get angry whenever you went out with your friends, despite knowing them and understanding the years long dynamic you all shared. the mere mention of namjoon, hoseok and jimin were enough to drive him into a rage that left you shaking all night, only for him to appear the next morning with flowers and empty promises that it would never happen again.
you’d once mentioned jungkook in a passing, harmless comment and had to nurse your face for the next two weeks as payment. he was violent regarding any man, but it was the bright eyed boy that set him off the most.
it only escalated, but by that point, you felt entirely trapped. it wasn’t until yejin had come over after months of silence on your part, and broke down at the sight of you. you’d never forget the way she wailed whilst examining the bruises on your arms and chest, holding you like a baby before packing your bags and taking you from your shared apartment with him.
you don’t remember what happened after that, it was traumatic and it had taken a year of therapy to even consider unpacking it properly. you remembered being sat with the boys, yejin holding you tight whilst they all promised to keep you safe. you’d spend a night at each of their homes in rotation for months and months, at the fear of night terrors and something worse.
the nights you’d stay with jungkook were the calmest, the scent of him imbedded deep into his home enough to lull you to sleep as he snored in the living room. your friends had supported you to an inch of your life, built up your confidence and protected you. you were no longer the meek girl jaehyun had forced you to be, you stood straight and you spoke clearly - but the sight of him; the feel of him, broke you out of it immediately.
“get off of me.” you shakily whispered, hand grabbing the hand on your hip and pushing it away with all your might, forcing yourself to step away. “you don’t get to touch me.”
his eyes darkened, the patronising grin falling from his face immediately. “you know, i thought i taught you better than that. made sure not to let you talk back, remember?”
his words made you flinch, clearly referring to the times he would plow a fist into you if you ever spoke up even remotely. you began inching backwards, throat bobbing and hands shaking.
“and that dress? so short, it’s like you’re begging for my attention. two years later and still acting like a slut, y/n?” his face contorted, as though even looking at you made him angry. “used to be such a good girl. used to fucking listen.”
“don’t speak to me. you’re..you’re not allowed to come near me.” you wheezed out as your hands shook and your stomach twisted, the horrible feeling of anxiety and fear beginning to take over you. yejin had helped you file a restraining order. he wasn’t allowed to do this to you.
“yeah? and who’s going to fucking stop me.” he growled, hand grabbing your arm tightly making you welp whilst his other pulled you forward to his chest. “fucking bitch. i’ll take you home, hm? teach you a lesson, teach you what you should have remembered.”
you couldn’t breathe. couldn’t think. eyes closing and body shaking. his hand began gripping your face tightly, spouting abuse at you as your brain completely slipped away, shutting yourself down as trauma gripped the edges like a vice.
suddenly, you felt his touch completely leave you, forcing you to open them up again to find jaehyun on the floor, jungkook pounding his fists into his face. you could see taehyung shouting something, namjoon pulling you away and hobi running back inside where the others remained, no doubt to bring them to you.
you couldn’t think, your brain disassociating as your body trembled, prints of jaehyun’s hands all over your body. were you crying? tears were streaming down your face and you weren’t even aware, trembling as namjoon took you to a quiet corner, worried beyond belief.
taehyung had rushed back to their table to get a lighter, when namjoon, hobi and himself agreed to step out too, needing a smoke and fresh air. within moments of being outside, his eyes had widened at the sight of your abusive ex attacking you. he’d never get used to the look of fear in your face that felt so constant years ago, but seeing it back was enough to make him see red.
he wasn’t thinking, grabbing the man and plowing his fists into his face, watching him fall back. he couldn’t stop even if he wanted to, only doing so once both yoongi and jimin had managed to get him off, watching as jaehyun scurried away as fast as he could, despite bleeding heavily from his face.
turning around, seeing you sat with your eyes unmoving and tears streaming, he wanted to chase the fucker and do it again. his baby, his girl - how could he do this to you? how could he look at you and not see anything other than stars and moon?
“y/nnie, can you hear me?” he cooed as yejin sobbed beside you, holding you tightly. the boys were all a nervous wreck, yoongi shaking angrily and the others trying to regain your attention.
after a few moments, your eyes began to focus. you met jungkook’s gaze first, your gaze flickering over him in a momentary lapse of confusion. “he’s gone, y/n. jungkook took care of it.” taehyung sniffled, crouched beside you.
a moment of silence was shared between you, the sounds of both yejin and tae filtering the air as the others ran their hands through their hair nervously.
“promise?” you asked, voice breaking making the tatted boy almost whine in sadness. “promise you, he won’t bother you again.”
you simply nodded. you hadn’t noticed how hard you were crying, with tears ruining your perfectly applied makeup and your chest heaving in what could only be fear. “i’m sorry joonie, was supposed to be your night.” you choked out.
the taller boy tutted over at you, pressing a kiss to your head. “don’t be silly, y/nnie.” he shook his head. “jungkook, why don’t you take her home? stay with her, yeah? think she’ll feel the best with you there.”
you hardly registered what was happening, feeling jungkook’s hands taking hold of yours as he helped you up. everyone took turns holding you for a second or two, ensuring personally that you were okay. yejin pressed kisses to your cheek through her own tears, promising you that you were safe and that nothing else would happen before crying further into jin’s chest. jungkook watched, almost helplessly as he waited for the uber to arrive, yoongi patting him on the back. it wasn’t long until he received the notification on his phone.
he looked at you now, as you sniffled and walked back over to him, his arms wrapping around you protectively as you all bid your goodbyes. you slid into the uber first, his arms cradling you as you shuffled into his shoulder, breathing in the same familiar scent that would soothe you.
after a while of silence, your eyebrows furrowed, taking in your surroundings. “this isn’t the way to my house.”
he looked down at you, your little hand on his. he pondered before holding it up to his mouth, pressing a little kiss to your fingers. “i know baby. taking you to mine.”
your heart was thumping again, watching him as he caressed your hands, kissing each fingertip so gently you wondered if he was kissing them at all. an act so intimate you wondered what it meant.
it wasn’t long until you arrived, mourning the loss of warmth jungkook’s body provided as he pulled you out gently, taking you inside.
you’d been here a million times before but you never tired of how warm it felt, how much it resembled each bit of him. you pulled off your heels, your height dropping significantly before shuffling to the bathroom, intent on taking your makeup off immediately.
the joys of having two skincare obsessed women in the group meant yejin and yourself kept these boys stocked, considering sleepovers were a norm. jungkook let you take your time, no words exchanged as he grabbed you a t shirt from his wardrobe, knowing how much you liked sleeping in them.
“kookie, can i shower?” you asked, quietly as you peeked your head out the bathroom.
“course you can, i got you the rose body wash that you like the other day too.” he grinned over at you, hands roaming his hair. he handed over the oversized tee you loved so much, heart skipping a beat as you gave him a soft smile. “you’re the best.” you muttered back, hearing a little chuckle from him.
you watched as he rummaged through the kitchen cabinets before closing the door, your eyes screwed shut for a moment. so much had happened tonight, from feeling utterly helpless one second to so safe and warm in jungkook’s presence.
you showered relatively quickly, wanting no more than to sink into the plush mattress of his bed. “you hungry?” he asked once you came out, having showered himself in his other bathroom, dressed in a similar t shirt and plaid bottoms. he looked so cute.
“no, i’m okay.” he looked over with a small double take, drinking you in, soft skin and barely hidden legs. god, you drove him insane.
he nodded. “okay, wanna head to bed? it’s been a long night for you.” you shuffled in your spot before nodding.
he’d usually sleep on his couch whenever you were round, considering it was quite large and comfortable - of course, he didn’t want to intrude either. he had too much respect for you to ever think about imposing.
“will you..will you stay with me? tonight?” you whispered quietly, looking down as you asked.
he didn’t reply, simply began walking over to you and gently taking your hands in his, littering your smaller fingers with kisses like he did in the uber. your breath hitched as you met his gaze, watching as he nodded before leading you over to his bedroom, hand clasped over yours.
you let yourself be pulled by him, watching as he rounded the bed, knowing you preferred the side closest to the window, before getting in; watching you do the same. you both snuggled into the warmth of his covers, a groan leaving your lips.
he turned to look at you, as you did the same. he couldn’t handle how cute you looked, fresh faced and cuddled into his pillow. he wanted to protect you forever, have you sheltered from anything that didn’t wish even a semblance of joy.
“i’m sorry you got hurt, kookie.” you whispered, the little pout he loved so much forming. “i had no idea he was there and i just froze..i don’t know.”
he cooed at you, inching closer before slowly pulling you in by your waist so the space between you had disappeared. your hands moved to his chest without thinking, the urge coming naturally.
“don’t apologise, y/n. should have killed him for how he was speaking to you, i’m so sorry he did that.” his eyes shut tightly for a second, as though the memory pained him. “he’ll get what’s coming to him, i’ll make sure of it.”
you looked away, eyes falling to his neck and the rise and fall of his chest. “how do you feel?” he asked.
his hands moved to cup your face. you were both inching closer and closer without even realising it. “scared, honestly. i’ve been doing so good and now he’s reappeared.” you all but whimpered. “just wanna forget.”
“yeah?” he whispered, lifting your chin again to look at him, his forehead gently pressing against yours. “want me to help you forget, pretty girl?”
“please.” you nodded slowly, your eyes flickering to his lips whilst he did the same, the two of you dancing around the tension but tonight was enough.
he looked between your lips and eyes once more, before brushing his nose against yours. you tilted upwards before you felt a faint brush of his lips.
he pulled away, only slightly, looking at the way your eyes fluttered close, all resolve fluttering away from him before he properly pressed his lips to yours again.
kissing jungkook felt like coming home. consisting of passion and years of yearning, feeling like it had finally come to an end. all compiled into this single moment.
you pulled him closer, mouths interlocking as you shared a sweet embrace, his arms wrapping around your entire body before you began pulling away. the kiss was only brief, but its impact left you reeling.
“fuck.” he whispered. your eyes remained shut for a moment longer, opening them up to find a look of hope pulling at his fingers. “i’m going to kiss you again, okay y/n? but before i do that, we need to talk.”
you nodded, eyes focused on his lips before meeting his gaze. “okay. you go first.”
he nervously laughed, sitting up slightly and giving him a moment to get his bearings. he opened his mouth a few times, before closing it, unsure of where to start. “sorry, just hard you know? telling the girl you’re in love with that..you’re in love with her.” he rambled, scratching the back of his neck.
you could have sworn that the earth stopped spinning. you looked up at him, sitting up a little too fast, causing him to stop his rambled muttering before raising his eyebrows.
“what did you just say?” you all but whispered, eyes wide.
his mouth was gaping now, confusion littered on his face as though to question what had he actually said. once it dawned on him, his eyes matched the size of yours.
“oh…i mean i guess i said it. i..i get it if you don’t feel the same, i don’t want you to feel like you have to return the same feelings, you know?” he began again, this time much faster, the two of you completely sat up in bed. “but like can you blame me? loved you second i met you, y’know? always wanted to tell you but just get so shy around you, and you’re so pretty makes my brain shut down..”
whatever you had done in a past life, god bless. you were sure you would thank every god and every goddess for this very moment, your hands shaking as you grabbed his face, yanking it towards you and pressing your lips to his.
jungkook’s breath faltered for a second before realising what was happening. he wrapped his hands over your hips, careful not to touch the bruised skin your ex had caused, pulling you onto his lap immediately.
this kiss was unlike the other. though it shared the same passion and tension, this felt like a promise and declaration of love - a certainty that had waited to be confirmed for what felt like eons.
your mouths moved in unison, your fingers gripping into his hair as he brought you closer. he groaned into your mouth, your tongues moving together whilst you both pushed and pulled, yearning for more whilst every emotion ran through you. the feel of his piercing against your mouth felt cool; an odd feeling at first touch but quickly becoming something your brain felt addicted to.
he pulled away slowly for breath, eyebrows furrowed and jaw clenching as he looked directly at you, nudging his nose with yours. “is that your way of telling me you like me?”
“i love you, you idiot.” you whispered back at him, the both of you resorting to pecks. “loved you for so long, can’t believe you haven’t told me until day.” he grinned at this, nudging your nose once more.
“yeah, you didn’t either.”
you rolled your eyes, playing with his hair from behind. “does this mean we can kiss all the time?” you asked, pecking him whilst excitedly bouncing in his lap.
he groaned loudly, hands flying to grab your waist carefully as you smothered his faces in excited kisses. “yeah, won’t ever keep my hands off of you again.”
jungkook, although elated, was fighting the demons that were currently erupting through his chest. you, in no more than his shirt and your underwear, bouncing in his lap, conveniently over his crotch where he was already fighting his growing hard on.
“fuck, y/n.” he groaned again, holding you down a little firmer, unaware that the action was now directly pushing your own core directly to his crotch. you let out a little noise, half moan half whimper; eyes connecting.
neither of you dared to move. the last thing he wanted to do was make you feel uncomfortable, especially after the night you had which is shy he began to pull you up, to rest you on your side of the bed again.
only, you placed your hands on his shoulders, pressing your core against his bulge firmly before rolling your hips experimentally. you couldn’t help the moan that left you, a noise leaving his lips that rivalled it.
“still…still wanna forget kookie, you’ll do that for me?” you asked, unable to stop your hips from moving in circles, not when it felt so good.
he nodded, as though in a trance, guiding your hips as he shuddered against you. “don’t want you to feel like i’m taking advantage, baby, you’ve had such a long night.” he whispered, though your actions never faltered.
sweet, sweet boy. you couldn’t believe this was happening, the man of your dreams, both your heart and brain no longer at odds but instead connected finally in matrimony. “wanted you for so long.” you breathed out with a shake of your head.
this was beyond anything he could imagine. with direct confirmation from you, he captured your lips once more, hands planted firmly on your waist as he dragged you up and down his clothed cock. you shared moans, quiet and unsure at first before you found yourself matching his movement, the two of you closer than ever in a way you had Both only dreamt of.
“fuck. we have to stop, or i’ll cum.” jungkook whined as he pulled away from your lips, arms entirely wrapping around your body as if to stop you, closing his eyes tightly. “and i plan to impress you, so..”
you panted, with both a slight nod and slight giggle before whimpering at the loss of pleasure. this only lasted a few more seconds before suddenly, you found yourself flipped, a squeal leaving you. jungkook hovered over you, peeling his shirt from his body before swooping down to catch your lips again.
you couldn’t help your wandering hands, fingers twitching over his naked chest. you had seen him shirtless before, notably when you had all gone to the beach, but the memory was seared into the crevice of your mind. feeling his skin so intimately was completely different.
your lips moved in unison before he broke away, whining at his own action as he pulled his t-shirt you wore. he looked at you for approval, to which you nodded before he pulled it up over your head.
jungkook groaned, loudly. the sight of your bare breasts were enough for him to go clinically insane, but the way you were looking up at him, eyes big and lips bruised. you would be the end of him.
“fuck, look at you. so pretty.” he reached for one of your breasts, listening to the quickening of your breath as he wrapped his mouth around one. biting, teasing and licking, he proceeded to leave honeyed marks on your skin, whilst your moans and squeaks egged him on.
he moved to your other, making sure to physically leave his claim over them with hickeys adorning your body. “need you, kook.” you whined, impatient.
the side of his mouth flickered up at the sound of your impatience, and as much as he wanted to ruin you immediately, he had waited too long for this to just end up rushing.
“need to prep you first, hm? gonna be patient for me?” he cooed as his hands continued cupping your breasts. you nodded, eagerly, hands locking into his hair as he gave them one last kiss before easing down your body, trailing kisses from your stomach to your hips. he kissed over the bruised skin jaehyun had caused, making your heart clench for a moment.
the boy you loved, with wild eyes and bruised lips, searing love into every crevice of skin he could reach, ridding you of the pain that disgusting man had placed on you. he was freeing you with every touch, with every promise hidden behind passionate touches, you felt so safe.
he parted your legs, eyes flickering up to meet yours. he grabbed the hem of your underwear, sliding it down so that he was met with your core, a noise of pure defeat leaving him at the sight of you. wet and clenching for him, yearning for his touch just as much as he yearned to taste you. “all for me, baby?”
you nodded, as he parted your legs further despite how suddenly shy you felt. he dipped his head, planting a chaste kiss to your clit, watching as your body jolted. with a smirk, he dove in.
he couldn’t help the noises that were leaving him as he sucked and licked, intoxicated by your taste. “taste so good, y/n.” he’d moan in between your legs. “could die here.” he’d add. “addicted to you.” he’d all but growl.
you couldn’t help the moans, you’d never felt like this before. sure you’d been eaten out before, but never by a man who acted like this was his last starving meal. jungkook hoisted your legs wider, as your hips lifted, your hands tight against his scalp.
“need to stretch you, fuck. need to make sure i fit, hm?” he teased, eyes connecting with yours as one of his tatted fingers teased your entrance whilst sucking on your clit. you hated the thought of any woman before you in his life, but you thanked every higher power above that he knew what he was doing, feeling your high in your stomach already.
he instered a finger, pumping at a pace that had your toes curling. the whines that were leaving you made him dizzy, he wanted more. it wasn’t long before he inserted another, beginning to thrust them in unison whilst you chanted his name.
he groaned at the sight of you lifting your hips, desperate to reach your high. he had no idea he was grinding into the bed, chasing a high of his own as he watched you quiver and moan. “so tight, y/n, can’t wait to feel you on my cock. hm? won’t be able to think once you’re being fucked right, baby.”
you nodded, head empty and hands shaking. “w-want it, kookie, want it so bad.”
his fingers quickened, getting rougher and going harder as he sucked on your clit. he could feel you getting restless, knew you were on the edge from the way you were pushing his head closer without even realising. he could feel his sick obsession in his brain growing rapidly knowing you wanted him just as much, it felt like nothing else mattered than making you good.
“jungkook.” you let out a high pitched squeal, feeling your high rapidly approaching before your legs began to shake, and hips began to raise. your high ran through you like a shot of electricity, as your moans grew higher, his fingers pumped faster and his hand pressed down onto your stomach, forcing you to feel every inch of your orgasm.
he parted from you after you began quivering from overstimulation, plopping his fingers into his mouth to memorise your addicting taste. he hovered over you once more, the tent in his bottoms too large for you to ignore.
“i hate that you’re so good at that.” you panted, unable to meet his eyes as your focused on his bulge. he smirked, watching you, placing your smaller hand onto it so you could feel him fully. “i’m all yours now baby. gonna eat you out every chance you give me.”
your eyes met, a shared grin forming between you both before you pulled him in sharply for a kiss. hot and heavy, you could taste yourself on him which drove you insane - you reached for his pyjama bottoms, pushing them down almost desperately.
parting from him, with hooded eyes, you looked down at his cock. so big and thick, prettier than any you’d ever seen before you let out the cutest moan. he swore he could die happy. “how are you this perfect, and you have a pretty dick?”
“are you trying to inflate my ego? it’s working. i’ll get that tatted on my chest, don’t play.”
you giggled up at him before pumping him, both hands moving up and down as you sighed. “want you inside me, kookie.” you peered up. “don’t make me wait anymore.”
he pressed one last kiss to you, groaning at the feel of your hands around his already sensitive member. he parted your legs, one peek at your messy core enough to drive him insane before he began rubbing the head over you.
“don’t think you’ll fit.” you whimpered, the feel of him all encompassing.
“i’ll make it fit, was born for you baby.” jungkook promised, as he began pushing his cock in, your core instantly clenching around him. he began slowly, until he was fully inside, pelvis to pelvis, eyes fluttering shut.
you’d never felt so full in your life, the stretch both delicious and overwhelming. your fingers clawed at his large biceps, whimpers and quivers filling in the air as he held you tightly, whispering sweet nothings about how good you were for him, how incredible you felt. once you gave him the green light, he began thrusting.
he couldn’t believe this is what he was missing out on. he couldn’t believe how tightly and warmly you felt around him, felt like he was finally coming home.
his hips snapped against yours slowly, letting you feel every inch as your moans got louder and louder. “faster, kook.” you begged, though you knew you never had to, he’d give you the world.
“fuck, fuck, fuck.” he chanted, his pace changing as he began to thrust faster per your request, pressing his head against yours. “feel so good, my y/n, my girl.”
you clenched around him over his words making him airily chuckle, thrusting harder at that. “yeah, like that? like me calling you my girl?”
“yeah, wanna be yours jungkook.” you whimpered back, legs reaching up to wrap around his waist as he began to thrust deeper.
the sound of skin slapping against skin filled the air and he knew his neighbours would be furious tomorrow, but could hardly begin to care. “you are, hm? was always my girl, you’re all mine and i’m all yours.” he promised, biceps flexing beside your face. “won’t ever let you go.”
you mewled loudly, hands finding home in his hair as you pulled against the strands. “feel so full.”
“yeah? pussy loves it baby, loves taking it.” he growled back, head hiding in your neck, leaving hickeys.
you could already feel your high approaching, but you couldn’t bare for this to end yet, lightly pushing his chest. he immediately pulled himself up and stopped thrusting, looking down at you with furrowed eyes. “wanna ride you.” you whimpered to which he threw his head back in what could only be a pathetic groan.
“you’re going to kill me, y/n.”
soon, your positions had changed and you were slipping him back inside, the two of you moaning loudly at the feel of one another in such a deeply intimate way. he felt so much bigger like this, and the feeling of fullness for you and your heat for him were enough to drive you mad.
he watched as you began to bounce, body contorting at the feeling of pleasure running through you. this was the hottest sight he had ever seen, your hands pressed against his chest to stabilise yourself.
“fuck yourself on my cock, that’s it.” he cooed, hands grabbing onto your ass before landing a harsh spank, to which you mewled and rode faster. you had no idea to what extent you were driving him crazy.
he watched as you rose, hands now held behind yourself as you practically used him to get off. the sight was severed into his brain forever, with his fingers rubbing your clit to bring you closer to your high. “already so close, feels too good.” you moaned.
music to his ears, jungkook thought. you were getting tighter and tighter, no doubt nearing your second high but he couldn’t bring himself to lay back anymore. he grabbed your ass again, before bouncing you up and down himself, your moans getting expeditiously louder.
“jungkook!” you squealed, feeling his cock fuck you in a way no one had ever managed to. you were addicted, you had no idea how you were ever suppose to live again after this, after experiencing heaven.
“fuck baby, can feel you getting close hm? wanna cum with me, wanna cum on my cock?” he cooed at you, switching your positions again. you were now on your side, one leg on his shoulder whilst he hovered over you, pounding roughly whilst rubbing your clit.
you chanted yes over and over, his free hand holding your own as he could feel his own high approaching. with the final rub to your clit, your breath stitched as your orgasm rushed through every inch of you, shaking your body beneath him.
the sight alone was enough to bring him to his own high, giving you one last sloppy thrust before cumming, his fingers on your clit not letting up as he chased you through your high, your moans twisting into one another.
his fingers fell, alongside your leg on his shoulder leaving you both a shuddering mess. he immediately found home, his forehead touching yours whilst your breaths mingled, panting at one another.
you spent a few minutes just like that, getting your bearings before he slowly pulled out, groaning at the sight of his cum trailing out of you.
“you okay, did i go too hard?” he cooed at you, his hands reaching for your face as he planted sweet kisses over your cheeks.
“felt so good, kookie. felt perfect.” you whispered back, wrapping your arms around his neck immediately, pulling him down to properly meet you beside him.
he could hardly believe it. the love of his life, cuddling into him after a session of pure passion and lust. he was addicted to you; sure that no other drug would be as potent as you. completely ruined from the inside out.
you both stayed silent for a while, simply caressing and kissing each other. it felt so pure, so right that you felt ashamed knowing you hadn’t told him your feelings earlier. you had long forgotten everything that happened that night, your brain totally encompassed by the thought of him.
“i’m never going to live down the fact i should have confessed to you earlier.” he frowned at you. “we wasted so much time.”
to this, you giggled, holding him close. “we were idiots, but i guess this means we have to make up for it, right?”
jungkook grinned widely at your words, taking your hand in his and lightly kissing your fingertips. “firstly,” he began, sitting up slightly so that you could look at him properly. “i love you, love you so much i can’t breathe when i look at you.”
you took him in, a bashful smile forming. “secondly, know i didn’t properly ask but this makes you my girlfriend, right?” he asked, smiling wider as he watched you nod excitedly with a squeak. “not for long though, i’ll put a pretty ring on that finger in no time.”
your mouth fell open at his words, eyes widening. “jungkook, you can’t say that!” you giggled, evidently very giddy at his words. say more, your heart screamed.
“please, i’ve learnt my lesson y/n. not wasting any more time.” he teased back, the two of you embracing and sharing a sweet kiss.
this was everything you both had wanted and more, spending the rest of the night talking, embracing and perhaps dabbling in other pleasurable activities. soon, you both fell asleep, wrapped in each other’s arms. home, at last.
——
“you owe me like 50.” namjoon grinned widely at jimin.
the group had walked into jungkook’s apartment, each bringing breakfast assortments and flowers for you to make sure you were alright. they had been so worried last night that they’d gone straight home, each of them unsure of what to do but all understanding that the safest place for you to be was with jungkook.
when jin had seen yoongi and examined the redness of his knuckles, he couldn’t help but grin, knowing full well the boy had probably paid jaehyun a little visit sometime in the night. neither party said anything, but an understanding was shared. you were the youngest of the group, and of course, they were incredibly protective.
what they didn’t, expect, however was to see you cuddled up in jungkook’s arms, the two of you snoring away, evidently naked considering the duvet was hardly doing anything for modesty. upon sight of this, they all silently cheered, filtering out into the living room.
“no way, you ALL owe me 80, i said they’d fuck, you guys just said they’d confess.” yejin chimed in with a grumble, prodding a figure into the taller man’s chest.
hobi couldn’t help his giggles as he began unpacking breakfast. “whatever, can we all just be glad that this ordeal is finally over?”
taehyung nodded. “no more y/n pining.”
“no more jungkook whining.” jin added.
“no more will they, won’t they.” namjoon grinned, grabbing a seat at jungkook’s kitchen table.
“no more does she lo-“ yejin began, before shutting her mouth immediately. all eyes furrowed, including hers, straining their ears to hear the sudden noises forming in the bedroom as their heads snapped, looking over.
a moan filtered out into the air to which everyone groaned, realising what had instead replaced it. “pack it up, lovebirds.” jin shouted loudly. “breakfast on the table in 5, i expect you out and showered.”
you’re sunk into the couch, legs tucked under the plush throw you’ve had since forever, the one satoru swears smells like your shampoo. the TV’s glow bathes the living room in soft blues, your favorite show’s theme song chiming through the speakers.
you’re halfway through a bowl of popcorn, kernels scattered on your lap, determined to actually watch this episode without your husband derailing you. it’s your comfort rewatch, the one you’ve seen enough times to recite the lines, but it still hits every time. you’re mid-bite when you feel him—satoru, your personal chaos agent, already sprawled across your lap like a cat who’s never heard of personal space.
his head’s nestled against your stomach, white hair a mess from where he’s been nuzzling into you, and you can feel the warmth of his breath through your—his—t-shirt, the one you stole years ago and never gave back. it’s loose, slipping off one shoulder, and his fingers are already sneaking under the hem, tracing lazy circles on your skin.
“baby,” he whines, voice low and syrupy, lips brushing just under your ribs, “you’ve seen this episode a million times. i haven’t been in your mouth once today.”
you don’t look at him, eyes glued to the screen, though you’re barely processing the dialogue. “you said you wanted to cuddle,” you mutter, popping another kernel in your mouth, trying to sound unbothered. your heart’s already picking up, traitorously aware of how his touch sparks heat under your skin.
“i am cuddling,” he insists, shifting so his body presses closer, one muscled thigh sliding between your legs, nudging them apart. you can feel the denim of his jeans through your thin shorts, rough against your inner thighs, and the warmth pooling low in your belly betrays you.
“just, y’know, with benefits.” he adds, his lips curling into a grin you don’t need to see, and he nips at the soft skin above your waistband, making you jolt.
“satoru,” you warn, but it’s weak, half-hearted, and he knows it. his hand slips higher under your shirt, fingers grazing the underside of your breast, thumb brushing just shy of where you want it. you shift, trying to focus on the TV, but he’s relentless, mouthing at your stomach now, slow, wet kisses that leave your skin tingling. “i’m watching.”
“watch, then,” he murmurs, voice a low rumble against your hip. he tugs your shorts down an inch, just enough to expose the lacy edge of your panties, and his lips find the sensitive spot right above. “don’t miss the good part, sweetheart.” his tone’s teasing, but there’s an edge to it, a hunger that makes your breath hitch.
he pulls you forward, guiding you to straddle his thigh, the sudden pressure of his leg against your core making you gasp. your hands grip the couch cushions, popcorn bowl tipping precariously, but he steadies it with a chuckle. “careful, baby. don’t waste snacks.”
his hand’s between your legs now, fingers brushing over your panties, slow and deliberate, feeling how you’re already soaking through. “fuck,” he breathes, almost to himself, eyes glinting up at you, blue and predatory in the TV’S light. “you’re this wet and still pretending you care about your show?”
he presses harder, circling your clit through the fabric, and you bite your lip, trying to stifle a moan. the characters on screen are arguing, but it’s just noise now, drowned out by the thump of your pulse.
“shh,” he whispers, when a soft whimper escapes you, his free hand tugging the throw blanket over your lap. “can’t hear the dialogue.” he’s mocking you, smirking as he slips his fingers under your panties, grazing your slick folds.
you’re grinding against his thigh without meaning to, the friction of denim and his deliberate touches pushing you closer to the edge. every time you get too loud—a gasped “satoru”or a shaky moan—he leans up, kissing you sloppy to muffle the sound, tongue sweeping into your mouth like he’s claiming it.
“quiet, baby,” he teases, pulling back to nip your bottom lip. “you’re drownin’ out the plot.”
you’re a mess already, shorts bunched around your thighs, panties pushed to the side, and he’s barely touched you. the blanket’s slipping, and he grabs it, draping it over your shoulders with a grin.
“perfect,” he says, voice dripping with smug satisfaction. “you love this thing, don’t you? let’s put it to good use.” he shoves it against your mouth, pressing it there as he slides two fingers inside you, curling them deep. your muffled cry vibrates into the fabric, and he laughs, low and filthy. “fits, doesn’t it? you and your cozy shit.”
you’re trembling, thighs shaking as he works you, his thigh still pressed against you, encouraging the desperate roll of your hips. the TV’S forgotten, just a blur of colors and sounds, but he’s not done playing.
“eyes on the screen,” he orders, free hand gripping your chin to turn your head. “this is your favorite part, right? where they confess or whatever?” you can’t answer, too lost in the stretch of his fingers, the way he’s dragging you toward release. your moans are louder now, barely stifled by the blanket, and he pulls it away, tossing it aside. “fuck it,” he growls, “i wanna hear you.”
he’s bored of teasing, you can tell, because he’s moving fast now, yanking your shorts and panties down completely, leaving them tangled around one ankle.
“over the table,” he says, voice rough, and before you can process, he’s got you bent over the coffee table, popcorn bowl knocked to the floor, kernels crunching under his feet. your hands brace against the wood, cool against your flushed skin, and he’s behind you, jeans unzipped, pressing into you in one slow, deep thrust that makes you sob.
“fuck, baby,” he groans, hands gripping your hips so hard you’ll bruise. “you feel so good.” the table creaks with every snap of his hips, the tv still blaring behind you, your favorite character’s voice a mocking backdrop to the way he’s ruining you. he leans forward, chest against your back, and grabs your chin again, forcing you to look at the screen. “don’t tap out now,” he pants, thrusting harder, “this is your comfort episode, right?”
you’re crying now, tears of pleasure and overwhelm streaking your cheeks, your body shaking as he drives you toward the edge. every thrust is deliberate, hitting that spot that makes you see stars, and his voice is a constant stream of filth “love how you take me,” “you’re so fuckin’ pretty like this,” “gonna make you come so hard you forget this stupid show.”
you’re incoherent, babbling his name, nails scratching at the table as your orgasm hits, a white-hot wave that leaves you trembling, clenching around him.
he’s not far behind, groaning your name as he spills inside you, his thrusts slowing but not stopping, drawing out every last shudder from you. when he finally pulls out, you’re a wreck, collapsing against the table, panties still dangling off one ankle, tears smudging your mascara. he’s laughing, breathless, pulling you back onto the couch and into his lap, the throw blanket draped over you both like nothing happened.
“c’mere,” he murmurs, softer now, kissing your temple as he grabs the remote. he rewinds the episode, smirking as he feeds you a piece of popcorn and you’re too blissed out to do anything else but chew.
“guess we both got our favorites tonight,” he says, voice smug but warm, his arm tight around you. your legs are still shaking, and you nuzzle into his chest, the theme song starting again as you mumble something about hating him. he just laughs, kissing your hair, and you know you’re in for it all over again tomorrow.
IN THE BED.ᐟ
you’re drifting in that hazy space between sleep and waking, the kind where the world feels soft and warm, like you’re cocooned in a dream you don’t want to leave. the sheets are tangled around your legs, your tank top rucked up from tossing in the night, and you’re vaguely aware of the faint morning light slipping through the curtains.
but then you feel it—satoru’s weight shifting behind you, the mattress dipping as he presses closer, his bare chest warm against your back. his breath ghosts over your neck, slow and deliberate, and you know he’s been awake for a while, just waiting for you to stir.
his arm’s already slung over your waist, fingers splaying across your stomach, possessive but gentle, like he’s anchoring you to him. you feel him, hard and insistent, grinding lazily between your thighs, the thin fabric of your panties doing nothing to dull the heat. “mm,” he hums, lips brushing the shell of your ear, voice thick with sleep and something hungrier.
“good morning, wife.” his words are soft, but there’s that edge to them, the one that makes your heart stutter even half-asleep.
you groan, burrowing your face into the pillow, the cool cotton a brief escape from his intensity. “satoru, it’s too early,” you mumble, voice muffled, though you’re already shifting back against him, instinctive, your body betraying your weak protest.
he only chuckles low, vibrating against your spine, and he presses a kiss to the nape of your neck, slow and wet, his tongue flicking out to taste your skin.
“never too early for you, angel,” he murmurs, his hand sliding under your tank top, fingers tracing the curve of your waist, then higher, cupping your breast with a reverence that feels almost too sweet for him. his thumb grazes your nipple, teasing it to a peak, and you suck in a breath, eyes fluttering open despite yourself.
“been dreamin’ about you,” he says, kissing down your shoulder now, each press of his lips a deliberate worship. “couldn’t help myself.”
“you’re so creepy,” you mutter, but there’s no heat in it, just a sleepy laugh as you turn your head to peek at him.
he’s already staring, blue eyes soft and molten in the dim light, his white hair a tousled halo against the pillow. he’s grinning, that lovesick, idiot grin that makes your chest ache, and you can’t help but reach back, fingers tangling in his hair. “watching me sleep again?”
“guilty,” he admits, not even pretending to be ashamed. he shifts, propping himself up on one elbow so he can lean over you, kissing the corner of your mouth, then your cheek, then the tip of your nose. “you’re so fuckin’ beautiful. thank you for marryin’ me.” his voice cracks a little, like he means it too much, and you’re torn between rolling your eyes and melting completely.
“sappy idiot,” you whisper, but you’re smiling, pulling him closer until his lips find yours, soft and unhurried, all morning haze and warmth. t
he kiss deepens, his tongue slipping against yours, and you feel his hand slide lower, tugging your panties down just enough to press his fingers between your thighs. you gasp into his mouth, and he swallows it, murmuring, “shh, let me say good morning properly.”
it’s slow at first, all lazy touches and quiet gasps, his fingers circling your clit with a patience that’s rare for him. you’re still half-draped in sleep, your moans muffled against the pillow as he works you open, his lips trailing down your spine, leaving a constellation of hickeys where your neck meets your shoulder.
“mine,” he whispers, over and over, like a prayer, each word punctuated by a kiss, a nip, a mark that says you’re his. you’re soaking now, hips rocking against his hand, and he groans, low and needy, grinding harder against your thigh.
“satoru,” you breathe, voice shaky, and he hums, pleased, flipping you onto your back with a gentleness that makes your heart flip. you blink up at him, and he’s a vision—hair messy, eyes glowing with something too tender, too raw.
“wanna see your face, angel,” he says, grinning as he leans down, kissing your forehead, then your eyelids, then your lips again, like he can’t get enough. his fingers are still moving, slow and deliberate, and you’re trembling, legs spreading wider to give him more.
he pulls back just enough to tug your panties off completely, tossing them somewhere in the sheets, and you’re bare beneath him, tank top pushed up to expose your stomach. he kisses lower, lips grazing your navel, then the soft skin just above your core, his tongue tracing the outline of your ring finger where your wedding band glints in the light.
“fuck, i love this,” he murmurs, sucking gently on the digit, his eyes locked on yours. “love you.”
you’re a mess already, whining when he settles between your thighs, his breath hot against your slick folds. he doesn’t tease for once, just dives in, tongue lapping at you like he’s starving, and you cry out, hands fisting in his hair.
he’s relentless, sucking and licking until you’re bucking against his face, and he’s moaning like he’s the one getting off, his fingers digging into your thighs to keep you still.
“taste so good,” he pants, pulling back just to spit on you, watching it drip before diving back in, and you’re sobbing, the pleasure too much, too perfect.
when you’re close, he crawls back up, kissing you sloppy so you taste yourself on his tongue, and you feel him nudge against you, hard and leaking. “ready, baby?” he whispers, forehead pressed to yours, and you nod, breathless, wrapping your legs around his waist.
he slides in slow, inch by inch, and you both groan, the stretch so good it makes your toes curl. he’s deep, filling you completely, and he stills, just for a moment, letting you adjust, his lips brushing yours.
“love you,” he says again, thrusting slow and deep, his hand finding yours, fingers interlacing. your ring glints between your joined hands, and he kisses it, then you, his eyes never leaving yours. it’s intense, the kind of eye contact that strips you bare, and you’re both pathetic, gasping messes, your nails digging into his back as he moves. “you’re so perfect,” he murmurs, voice breaking, “my wife, my everything.”
you’re coming before you realize it, a slow, rolling wave that has you clinging to him, sobbing his name, and he’s right behind you, groaning into your neck as he spills inside, his thrusts stuttering. e
he doesn’t pull out, just stays there, buried deep, his weight grounding you as you both catch your breath.
he nuzzles into your hair, rubbing slow circles on your back, and murmurs, “five more minutes. need to be home a little longer.”
you hum, content, your head on his chest, his heartbeat steady under your cheek. the sheets are a mess, your tank top’s somewhere around your collarbone, and you can feel him softening inside you, but neither of you moves. he’s drawing lazy patterns on your hip, whispering how much he loves being married to you, and you’re grinning, too in love to care about the morning chill or the fact that you’ll need to wash these sheets later.
“you’re such an idiot,” you mumble, kissing his chest, and he laughs, soft and warm, pulling you closer like he’ll never let go.
ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER.ᐟ
you’re in the zone, apron tied loosely around your waist, the kitchen alive with the hum of your favorite pop playlist—satoru’s insistence that it’s “our jam” still makes you laugh. flour dusts your hands, the air sweet with vanilla and sugar as you whisk pancake batter, the morning light streaming through the window.
you’re flipping a pancake, singing off-key to some cheesy chorus, when you feel him—satoru, your walking disaster, sneaking up behind you. his arms snake around your waist, firm chest pressing against your back, and his chin rests on your shoulder, breath hot against your neck.
“baby,” he purrs, voice low and playful, lips grazing your ear, “you’re too sexy in this apron. makes me wanna eat you instead.” his hands slide under the fabric, fingers teasing the hem of your shorts, and you feel him, already hard, grinding subtly against your ass.
you snort, not turning around, focusing on the skillet. “you ate an hour ago,” you say, voice steady despite the heat creeping up your spine. you flip the pancake, the sizzle masking the hitch in your breath as his fingers dip just under your waistband, tracing the skin there.
“not talkin’ about food,” he murmurs, licking a smear of batter off your cheek, slow and deliberate, his tongue warm and teasing.
you swat at him with the spatula, half-laughing, but it’s shaky, your body already betraying you. “satoru, i’m cooking!” you protest, but he’s undeterred, hands slipping lower, tugging your shorts down an inch to expose the lacy edge of your panties.
“fuck the pancakes,” he says, grabbing the whipped cream can from the fridge, shaking it with a flourish. “gonna taste-test my favorite dessert.” he sprays a messy heart on your inner thigh, the cold cream making you gasp, and you laugh, shoving at his chest, but it turns into a moan as he leans down, licking it clean, his tongue slow and filthy, eyes locked on yours.
“and i’m starvin’,” he whines, dramatic as ever, but there’s a growl beneath it, hungry and raw. before you can argue, he’s lifting you onto the counter, effortless, like you weigh nothing. the mixing bowl wobbles, batter sloshing, and you grip his shoulders, flour-covered hands leaving white prints on his black t-shirt.
“satoru, the pancakes—” you start, but he’s already between your legs, spreading them with a nudge of his hips, his grin wicked.
“satoru, you’re wasting it!” you scold, but your voice cracks, your hands tangling in his hair as he nips at the sensitive skin.
“waste?” he scoffs, pulling back to lick a stripe of batter off your finger, sucking it into his mouth with a low groan. “this is art.” he tugs your shorts and panties to the side, not even bothering to pull them off, and dives in, mouth hot and relentless against your core.
you cry out, head tipping back, the counter hard under you as you grip the edge, knocking over a measuring cup. flour scatters across the surface, and he’s moaning into you, like he’s the one getting off, his tongue circling your clit with a precision that makes your thighs shake.
“fuck, you taste better than anything,” he pants, pulling back just to spit on you, watching it drip before diving back in, his fingers joining now, two sliding inside you, curling deep. you’re a mess, gasping his name, your apron bunched around your waist, flour smudged on your thighs where his hands grip you.
he grabs the whipped cream again, spraying a dollop right above your clit, and licks it off with a filthy moan, the cold cream and his warm tongue a dizzying contrast that has you bucking against his face.
you’re close already, the pleasure sharp and overwhelming, but he’s not done playing. he stands, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, and grabs a spoonful of batter from the bowl, smearing it across your collarbone. “messy girl,” he teases, leaning in to lick it off, his teeth grazing your skin.
you’re whining, desperate, pulling at his shirt, and he finally gives in, unzipping his jeans and pushing inside you in one swift thrust, the stretch making you sob. the spatula clatters to the floor, and you’re clutching his shoulders, nails digging in as he moves, fast and deep, the counter creaking under you.
“mm, let’s make every mornin’ cream-filled,” he groans, licking more batter off your neck, his thrusts relentless, knocking measuring spoons and a bag of sugar to the floor. you’re incoherent, babbling his name, your legs wrapped around his waist as he drives you higher.
“so fuckin’ pretty like this,” he murmurs, grabbing your hand, sucking the flour off your fingers as he fucks you, his other hand circling your clit until you’re screaming, the orgasm hitting hard, your body shaking, clenching around him.
he’s right behind you, groaning your name as he spills inside, his thrusts slowing but not stopping, drawing out every last shudder. the oven beeps, shrill and insistent, but neither of you cares, too caught up in the messy, blissful aftermath.
you’re panting, slumped against him, the counter sticky with flour, cream, and batter, your apron a crumpled mess. he’s laughing, breathless, kissing you sloppy, his hands still roaming like he can’t stop touching you.
“fair trade,” he says, eyeing the skillet where the pancakes are charred to a crisp. you smack his chest, breathless, muttering, “you’re cleaning this.” he just grins, licking a stray bit of whipped cream off your neck, and says, “worth it.” you’re both giggling, feeding each other burnt pancake scraps, flour still smudged on his cheek, and you know the kitchen’s a disaster, but your marriage is thriving, sticky and sweet as the mess you’ve made.
ON THE STAIRS.ᐟ
you’re halfway up the stairs, each step creaking under your furious pace, the crumpled receipt in your hand like a smoking gun. “satoru, three hundred dollars on towels?” you snap, whirling around to glare at him, your voice echoing in the narrow stairwell. “towels? we have lights! electricity! a mortgage to pay!”
he’s trailing behind, hands stuffed in his sweatpants pockets, looking infuriatingly unbothered. his white hair catches the dim glow of the hallway light, and that stupid, lopsided grin is already curling his lips.
“they’re plush, baby,” he says, shrugging like he didn’t just blow a small fortune. “like you. thought it’d be romantic.” his blue eyes glint, teasing, and you can tell he’s not taking this seriously, which only makes your blood boil more.
“romantic?” you hiss, gripping the banister so hard your knuckles whiten. “we could’ve bought a new couch! or, i don’t know, groceries for a month?” you wave the receipt in his face, and he has the audacity to lean forward, squinting at it like it’s a museum exhibit. “you’re impossible!”
he steps closer, one stair below you, towering over you despite the height difference. “c’mon, sweetheart,” he drawls, voice dropping low, “you married a brat. you knew what you were gettin’ into.” his hand darts out, grabbing your ankle, and before you can react, he tugs you down a step, making you stumble into him.
“satoru!” you squeal, clutching his shoulders to keep from falling, the receipt fluttering to the floor.
“what?” he says, all mock innocence, but his hands are already sliding up your calves, rough and warm, stopping just under the hem of your shirt. “you’re cute when you’re mad.” he’s grinning now, full-on, and you want to smack him, but his chest is pressed against yours, and you can feel his heartbeat, steady and maddeningly calm.
“come here and spank me about it, then,” he murmurs, leaning in, lips brushing your jaw.
“you’re not gettin’ outta this,” you mutter, but your resolve’s crumbling, his breath hot against your skin as he kisses down your neck, slow and deliberate. your hands betray you, tangling in his hair, and he hums, pleased, nipping at your collarbone. “i’m serious, satoru—”
“so am i,” he growls, and suddenly he’s kissing you, hard and sloppy, backing you up against the railing until it digs into your spine. the stairwell’s narrow, the steps uneven under your feet, but he’s got you pinned, one hand hiking up your shirt, the other tugging your panties down just enough to bare you. “let’s see how mad you really are,” he says, pulling back to smirk, his fingers brushing between your thighs, finding you already wet. “oh, baby, really mad, huh?”
you groan, half in frustration, half in need, and he takes that as permission, lifting your leg to hook it over the next step up, the angle opening you to him. “satoru, we’re on the stairs,” you hiss, but it’s weak, your nails digging into his shoulders as he fumbles with his sweatpants, freeing himself. he’s hard, leaking, and when he presses against you, you both moan, the sound echoing in the tight space.
“fuck, you’re so perfect,” he groans, pushing in deep, one rough thrust that makes you cry out, your head tipping back against the wall.
the railing’s creaking, the stairs shifting under his weight, but he’s relentless, fast and feral, each snap of his hips driving you higher. “say you forgive me,” he growls, biting your neck, his teeth sharp enough to leave a mark. you’re sobbing, swearing at him—“you’re such an idiot”—but your body’s begging for more, hips rocking to meet his.
“never,” you gasp, but it’s a lie, and he knows it, laughing breathlessly as he sucks on your fingers, moaning around them like they’re candy.
“fuck, you’re so wet,” he pants, his pace brutal, the sound of skin on skin loud enough to drown out your protests. you claw at his back, still muttering about the towels, but it’s incoherent now, lost in the haze of him filling you, stretching you, owning you.
when you come, it’s with a scream, your body shaking, clenching around him so tight he curses, his thrusts stuttering as he follows, spilling inside you with a groaned “fuck, baby.”
you’re trembling, barely holding onto the railing, and he’s not done, his fingers slipping between your legs again, circling your oversensitive clit. “still mad?” he murmurs, smirking, and you hiss, “yes,” but your voice breaks, your legs wobbling as he keeps teasing, pushing you toward another edge.
“liar,” he laughs, kissing you soft now, a contrast to the chaos of before. you’re a wreck, panties tangled around one ankle, shirt rucked up, and he’s still grinning, like he’s won the lottery.
you try to step up, legs shaky, but you stumble, and he catches you, scooping you up bridal-style. “told you the towela were worth it,” he says, carrying you toward the bedroom.
you smack his chest, muttering about the mess on the stairs, but he just kisses your forehead, tossing you onto the bed with a, “round two for the towel tax?”
you’re too spent to argue, pulling him down for more, the receipt forgotten on the stairwell floor, your marriage as chaotic and perfect as ever.
Hey. Hey if you find a local transbian who looks a little caged in the eyes it's because she is. No no not like that but... She's holding back. Yeah see how she keeps stretching and popping joints? She's not built for skin and bone, it just doesn't *fit*. Now, she's gonna think it's fine and that's normal. A lot of us get conditioned to think we need to do certain things and occupy certain roles around other people yadda yadda but listen. This is so important. Life or death even. Check her teeth. Does she show them willingly? Does she watch you out of the corner of her eye without turning her head? Can she never sit still? Thought so. Crawl into her soul - yeah if you don't know how to do that they've got books at the library - anyway get in there. There's chains right? So many chains and bars and shackles? Thought so... Listen you've gotta break them. They're usually not that hard to, just the right poke and they'll disintegrate I mean she's been pulling against them all her life they're probably not in the best condition. Now two things are going to happen really quickly. You're going to look her in the eyes, hold her face in your hands, and tell her - from your fucking chest - "That's okay, you're okay. You don't have to be a person if you don't want to be." She may shudder, might sob, but sometime soon those teeth she was so proud of are going right through your skin. Let them. She hasn't eaten in so long.
Hi! I’m a big fan of your art and work over all
I’ve been wondering, since I’ve seen you give your thoughts on some other dragons, what are your thoughts on Clay?
Tumblr media
On Clay...
Clay. I’ve talked about him for a bit in a previous post somewhere. He is the first protagonist in the entire series and thus serves as our introduction into this world. While he enters the story with his own emotional baggage, he pretty much resolves all of that within the first book and mellows out from then on, fading into the background as a quiet support character.
Because of that it is maybe easy to dismiss Clay as that big guy who talks about food a lot and doesn’t do much else. But I do think he’s a bit more complex than that and is a well-rounded character with things going on in his own right.
CW: Discussion of physical abuse.
Tumblr media
Formative Years
Clays early years were molded heavily by his belief that he almost killed Tsunami while she was hatching. He believed this because his guardians, mostly Kestrel, insisted this is what happened. Of course at the end of the first book we learn that this wasn’t the case and that they were just misinformed about how Mudwings work.
To us, this may all seem absolutely ridiculous. We look at Clay and see this obvious gentle giant without a malicious bone in his body angsting about being a blood-crazed monster. But for Clay himself, this was a very real, very horrifying situation. Suspend your disbelief for a moment. His entire childhood was marred by the crushing guilt of almost having murdered his surrogate sister at birth, and he couldn’t remember why he did it. He understood nothing about this situation, and didn’t know if this secret violent side could even resurface one day. Basic things like going to sleep would become terrifying; he may have laid awake, wondering whether his body might act on its own as soon as he fell unconscious. Just like back then, when it acted before he could even form coherent thoughts. The fear of losing control to the monster and waking up on top of a loved one’s mangled body was always there.
This perception of himself as a violent killer was at odds with his social nature as a Mudwing. He loved his surrogate siblings with the same intensity that any Mudwing would love their own, and thus he hated the part of himself that threatened them. As a direct response to this dissonant view, Clay developed a desire to protect them. If he willed himself to shield them from getting hurt with all of his strength, he would never be able to harm them again. This was his way of coping with the fear.
It is pretty apparent from the text that at least Kestrel was physically abusive towards them. Dune was possibly too, Webs I don’t think so, but he also didn’t do anything to stop it. As Clay grew older I think he began to recognize the patterns. He would start deliberately acting in ways so that most of Kestrel’s ire would be redirected towards himself instead of the others. This is why all the Dragonets of Destiny have such deep respect for Clay; they remember him always standing between them and Kestrel, even as he ended up with more and more scars for it.
Luckily, he is able to reconnect with his Mudwing heritage at the end of book 1 and learns that he never was that blood-crazed murderer the guardians insisted he was. But even so, the scars and memories would never fully fade, and he’d never lose sight of the need to protect his loved ones.
Personality and Interests
Clay’s love of food and eating is well-established, to the point where it sometimes seems like it is his only character trait from book 2 onwards. This is normal; he’s got a big body and I assume the self-regenerative properties inherent to Mudwings burn a lot of calories, so he needs to eat a lot to refuel them. I think there’s a bit more to him still though.
Clay is at his happiest when he can either prevent someone else’s pain, or take it away. Conversely he becomes distressed when he sees someone suffering. I believe he is incredibly earnest and built close to water. He cries easily, though never in response to his own pain or suffering. He feels positive emotions very strongly and can get overwhelmed that way, especially when he sees his loved ones happy. When he cries, he does so openly and without shame. It is very unsatisfying to tease him because he will usually just take what people say to him at face value and thus make them feel bad.
He’s also very physically affectionate and huggy.
People who meet Clay often get the impression that he is book dumb, or just stupid in general. This is not the case, as Clay does have a capacity for learning even complex subject matter. I just think he struggles with subjects he can’t see a practical application for, or aren’t relevant to things he wants to do. He has little interest in memorizing ancient figures or learning how to measure the sides of a triangle
When Glory fights Deathbringer in book 3, she makes mention of a “dragon anatomy class” which I assume was taught by Webs. Clay, as much as he struggled with history and numbers, excelled at this particular class because its insight could be used to keep people safe. As such, whenever the need for it arises, Clay is usually quick to act as the group’s primary healer/medical advisor.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Excerpts from WoF graphic novels 2 and 3, censored for blood.)
This notion is further supported by the fact that, once they all become teachers at the Jade Mountain Academy, Clay is the one to lead an anatomy class, just like the one he attended before.
In conclusion
Clay is pretty much everyone’s big brother. While he isn’t as eccentric and colorful as the people he is surrounded by, his earnestness and general benevolence make him the backbone of the Dragonets of Destiny. Whenever anyone has a deeply-rooted, serious problem they are hesitant to bring up with others, Clay will usually be the first person considered as a confidant. Tsunami and Starflight know he would never judge or shame them no matter how ridiculous the thing they approach him with. Glory trusts him with her emotions whenever her stoic facade cracks. And Sunny has an incredibly strong bond with him.
I think that makes him pretty cool, even if he doesn’t really have much to do anymore once he overcomes his personal demons. I’m happy that he gets to be happy in the end.
The words come out before you can stop them.
“Do you think I could get Jake to fall for me?”
Your friends stare at you like you just confessed to having a crush on the cafeteria salad bar.
“Jake Sim?” Min gapes. “The guy who thanked the printer for working?” Jisoo raises a brow. “His Instagram only has twelve followers. Twelve. One of them is his dog’s account.” You try not to laugh. “Okay, but he’s kind of… sweet?” Min scoffs. “He wears socks with sandals.” You shrug. “Maybe I like that.” You don’t tell them that two nights ago, Jake had you bent over your tiny dorm desk, fingers tangled in your hair, voice low and smug in your ear while you struggled to stay quiet. Because no one would believe you.
Not when the Jake they know fumbles over his words in group projects and blushes when people look at him too long.
But you’ve seen the other side. The one who locks his door with a click and flips like a switch. You see him again the next day in class, right on time as always. Same oversized hoodie, same messy hair. He sits two rows behind you and doesn’t say a word.
You don’t look at him. Not really. But you feel him watching you. The weight of his stare pressed between your shoulder blades. Like he knows exactly what you’re thinking about. Then, when you stand to leave, he brushes past you. Just a little too close. His fingers graze the small of your back—light, subtle, hidden. But it sends heat shooting down your spine. You catch up to him by the vending machines, just outside the library. He’s pretending to debate between orange juice and sparkling water.
You stop beside him. “Healthy choices.” Jake doesn’t look at you. “You wore that lip gloss again.” Your lips curve. “Maybe I like the flavor.” He reaches forward, selects a drink without thinking, and pays. His voice drops, just loud enough for you to hear. “I like it better off my tongue.” Your breath hitches. A pair of students walk past, one of them waving vaguely in Jake’s direction. He nods back with that usual shy smile, all harmless and mild-mannered.
The second they’re gone, his hand brushes against yours, fingers curling briefly around yours before letting go. You’re not sure your heart knows how to keep a steady rhythm around him anymore.
You didn’t know when it started—maybe it was the way Jake always sat in the back of class, quiet and unassuming. Or the fact that, every time you glanced at him, he never seemed to notice. He’d scribble in his notebook, the only sound in the room his pencil moving across the paper. You thought he was weird at first. Too quiet. Too in the background. The kind of person everyone else ignored. But there was something about him you couldn’t shake. The way his glasses would slide down his nose when he concentrated, or how he always wore the same hoodie, despite the weather.
The first time you spoke to him was after class. Your notes were mixed up, and you needed help with something—so you took a deep breath, made your way to him, and asked.
He looked up, startled. His cheeks went pink, and he mumbled something about being “kind of bad at explaining things,” but he agreed to help. That’s how it started. He was awkward. Shy. And he was perfect. You thought about him more than you should have, even as your friends teased you about how he was “just a soft loser” or “too quiet to ever be interesting.” But something about the way he treated you—how he never rushed you, never pushed, always listened—had you intrigued.
Then, the texts started coming. Small things at first—like a picture of a puppy he saw that reminded him of you. Or a random meme about books you both liked. They came at odd times, too. Late at night. In the middle of the day. And you found yourself looking forward to them, even though you knew he wasn’t exactly the “popular” guy at school.
One night, after a study session that stretched long into the evening, you both found yourselves alone in the library. It was just the two of you, the quiet hum of fluorescent lights above, the scent of paper and coffee between you. He looked at you like he wanted to say something, but he never did. Instead, he helped you pack up your things, careful not to touch you too much, but his fingers brushed yours when he handed you your coat. You thought you imagined it, the little spark that shot through your hand, but the way his eyes flicked to yours said otherwise.
“Uh, good night,” he mumbled, voice hushed. You smiled, feeling your heartbeat in your throat. “Good night, Jake.” You didn’t know it then, but that would be the night it all started to shift.
The next few weeks were a blur of fleeting glances, stolen moments. You’d catch him looking at you in class, only for him to quickly look away. Sometimes, he’d find reasons to walk the same path as you, his steps light, as if testing the water between you. And each time, the air between you would grow heavier, electric, like something unsaid was hanging in the space between your words. It wasn’t until one rainy afternoon that things finally tipped over the edge. You were on your way to the library when you spotted him standing under the awning of a building, looking at his phone. His hoodie was pulled up over his head, and he seemed to be oblivious to the fact that the rain was starting to soak through the sleeves.
“Jake!” you called out, jogging over to him. “You’re gonna get soaked.” He looked up in surprise. “Oh, uh… I was just trying to figure out when the rain’s supposed to stop.” He smiled sheepishly. “I should’ve checked the forecast before heading out.” You shook your head, already pulling your umbrella out. “Come on. You’re coming with me.”
He blinked. “What?”
“You’re not standing out here getting drenched. You’re walking me to the library.”
He hesitated, then smiled, a soft, shy grin. “Okay.”
You shared the umbrella, walking side by side. The world outside was blurred by the rain, everything muted except for the sound of your shoes on the pavement and the occasional brush of his elbow against yours. It felt casual, but something about it—something about him—made your heart race in a way you couldn’t explain.
When you reached the library, you both stood under the awning for a second, the warmth of the building just inside. You were both still close, the air between you thick with unspoken things.
And that was when it happened.
Without saying a word, Jake leaned in just enough to let his breath ghost against your ear, sending a shiver down your spine. “If I walked you to class every day, would you still act like I’m invisible?” he whispered.
Your heart skipped, and you didn’t know how to respond. You didn’t know what to say, or what he was really offering. But you knew, in that moment, everything between you had shifted.
And you weren’t sure you were ready for it.
But you wanted to be.
You’d never seen Jake without his glasses.
The guy everyone knew—shy, reserved, a little awkward—was always framed by those round lenses. It was part of his quiet charm, the way they softened his features, how he hid behind them like a shield. No one really saw the guy underneath, the guy who barely made waves, who faded into the background of every class.
Until today.
You hadn’t expected this when you got the text. “Roommate’s out. You wanna come over?”
It wasn’t anything crazy. It could be a quiet hangout, maybe some late-night studying. But there was a strange feeling building in your stomach, something telling you that tonight might be different.
When you knocked on Jake’s door, you barely had time to brace yourself before it swung open.
And there he was.
Jake, standing there, no glasses. He was wearing contacts, and the difference hit you immediately. His eyes, normally hidden behind lenses, were now wide open, sharp, clear. They looked darker somehow, and for the first time, you saw something in them that wasn’t there before. Confidence. A kind of intensity that threw you off guard.
“Hey,” he greeted, his voice smooth, low—nothing like the awkward, stuttering Jake you were used to.
“Hi,” you replied, unsure of what to say, suddenly aware of how close he was standing.
Jake stepped aside, letting you into the room. You took a quick look around—same dorm, but the vibe was different. The room was tidier than you expected, clean, almost meticulous. No clutter, no random piles of clothes or books. It felt… like a space where Jake had control, where things were on his terms.
“You can sit wherever,” Jake said, leaning back against the wall, arms crossed. His posture was relaxed, but there was an edge to it now, something about the way he stood that was different from the usual quiet guy you saw on campus.
You sat on the edge of his bed, but you didn’t know where to look. His eyes were still on you, and the way he watched you made the air between you feel thick, charged.
He took his time, like he wasn’t in any rush. “You didn’t expect this, did you?” Jake’s voice was quieter now, almost like he was daring you to admit it.
You shifted slightly, trying to act casual, but it was hard. “No. I didn’t think you’d be like this.”
He smiled, but it wasn’t the kind of shy, soft smile you were used to. It was different. “Like what?”
You hesitated, but then shrugged. “I don’t know. More… sure of yourself. Less… nervous.”
Jake raised an eyebrow, and there was a flash of something dark in his eyes. “You think I’m nervous?”
You nodded slowly, testing him. “Yeah. I mean, you’ve always been… kind of quiet.”
Jake took a step closer, his expression unreadable now, a small smirk tugging at his lips. “I’m not shy. Just don’t feel the need to put on a show for anyone. And I don’t think you’re stupid enough to believe I’m some clueless guy.”
You stayed silent, suddenly aware of how close he was now, how his presence filled up the space between you.
He was different tonight. No hesitation. No awkward stutter. Just… Jake. But the version of him that you never saw—sharp, self-assured, and unbothered by anything or anyone around him.
“Want to see how different I am?” he asked, his voice lowering, the question hanging in the air.
You barely had time to process before his fingers brushed your arm, the simple touch making your heart race. And just like that, you realized you weren’t ready for the change that was happening between you—but you were already in too deep to turn back.
You weren’t sure what you expected when you agreed to come over, but it wasn’t this.
Jake leaned against the wall in front of you, and for the first time, you felt a shift in the way he held himself, like there was something between you that wasn’t there before. His gaze didn’t flicker away from yours, and his posture was different. He was comfortable—too comfortable, and it made the room feel smaller, hotter.
You opened your mouth to say something, but Jake beat you to it, his voice low and steady. “You don’t look at me the same way you used to.”
Your chest tightened. “What do you mean?”
His smirk deepened. “You’re looking at me like you’re seeing me for the first time. Like I’m not just the quiet guy in the back of class.”
You tried to ignore the way his words made your pulse pick up speed. He was right, and it unsettled you more than you wanted to admit. The Jake you knew was always reserved, always hiding behind his quiet act. But the Jake in front of you now? He was different. More sure of himself. More… commanding.
Before you could find the right words, Jake pushed off the wall and closed the distance between you. He didn’t touch you at first, but you could feel the heat coming off him. You took a shallow breath, the air between you thick with tension.
“Are you nervous?” he asked, his eyes narrowing slightly.
You shook your head, but you could feel the unease building in your stomach, creeping up your chest. It wasn’t nerves—it was something else. Something new. Something dangerous.
He seemed to sense it, that tiny shift in your energy, and it made him lean in closer. “You can admit it,” he whispered. “I won’t bite.”
Your lips parted slightly at the sound of his voice, thick and low. There was nothing innocent about him now. You could see it clearly. This wasn’t the guy who stumbled over his words or blushed at the slightest attention. This was a version of Jake you hadn’t been prepared for.
And now that you were seeing him—really seeing him—you weren’t sure you wanted to turn away.
Jake’s hand came up to touch your chin, his thumb brushing over your skin with purpose. He tilted your head slightly, studying you like you were a puzzle he was dying to solve. His touch was slow, deliberate, and it made every nerve in your body stand on edge.
“Do you like this?” he asked softly, his thumb tracing along your jawline. “Do you like seeing me like this?”
You didn’t answer right away. Instead, you found yourself staring at him, watching how his eyes flickered with something darker, something that made your heart race in a way you couldn’t quite explain.
“I don’t know,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper.
Jake’s smirk only grew, and before you could react, he leaned in and kissed you.
It wasn’t a soft kiss, the kind you were used to. It wasn’t gentle or cautious. No, this was different. This was hungry. It was messy. He kissed you like he’d been waiting for this moment, like he couldn’t wait any longer. His hand slid to the back of your neck, pulling you closer, his lips parting against yours as if he was trying to steal every breath from your lungs.
You let him. You let him pull you in, let him show you what he was capable of when there was no one around to see it.
When he pulled away, just enough to let you catch your breath, his eyes never left yours. There was something predatory in his gaze now, something that made your pulse race.
“You’ve been looking at me for a while,” Jake murmured, his breath warm against your lips. “You never thought I could be like this, did you?”
You swallowed hard, your mind scrambling for something to say, but all that came out was a shaky breath.
Jake smiled, that same smirk playing at the corner of his mouth. “I’ll show you just how different I can be.”
And that was when you realized—there was no going back now.
Jake’s lips hovered just inches from yours, his breath mixing with yours, the tension in the air making every nerve in your body feel alive. His eyes were locked onto yours, and you could see the way he was waiting for you—waiting for you to decide how far you wanted to go, how far you were willing to let things shift.
You had never seen him like this. The quiet guy you knew had been replaced by someone far more confident, far more intense. His hand was still resting at the back of your neck, and the way his thumb traced small circles against your skin sent a shiver down your spine.
He didn’t kiss you again right away. Instead, he tilted his head slightly, studying you, watching for any sign of hesitation, any sign that you weren’t ready. His thumb grazed your jaw again, this time a little firmer, almost as if he was marking his territory, making sure you knew he was in control now.
And then, without warning, he pressed his lips against yours again—but this time, the kiss was slower. It was deeper, more deliberate, as if he was savoring it. His other hand slid to your waist, pulling you closer until you could feel the heat of his body against yours.
You tried to breathe, but it was hard. It felt like the world was closing in around you, leaving only the two of you in that small, charged space. You couldn’t focus on anything except the way his lips moved against yours, the way his hands shifted, each touch sparking a new wave of heat in your body.
He pulled away just enough to speak, his voice low, gravelly. “I told you… I’m not the guy you thought I was.”
You nodded, your throat tight, your chest rising and falling with shallow breaths. You could barely process what was happening. Everything about this felt different, so different from anything you’d imagined. The shy, awkward Jake had been replaced by someone who wasn’t afraid to take what he wanted.
His lips trailed down to your neck, and the soft press of his mouth against your skin made your breath catch in your throat. He moved slowly, deliberately, his hands never straying far from you. The warmth of his touch spread through you, and you felt your body responding in ways you hadn’t expected.
“Jake,” you breathed, your voice barely a whisper as his lips traced along your collarbone.
He pulled back just enough to look at you, his eyes dark with something primal. “Tell me what you want baby?” His voice was barely audible, but it cut through the fog in your mind.
You didn’t know how to answer, not with words. You had never been this close to him, not like this, not with the air crackling between you like it was about to catch fire. The way the pet name slipped so easily from his mouth made your pussy clench around nothing. But the look in his eyes, the intensity of his gaze, made something stir inside you.
Without thinking, you leaned in again, your lips pressing against his. This time, there was no hesitation. You kissed him back, a little harder this time, both groaning into the kiss as if you were trying to prove something—prove that you were ready for whatever came next.
Jake didn’t pull away. Instead, his hands slid lower, around your waist, pulling you even closer. You felt the heat of his body against yours, his chest rising and falling with each breath. His hands were firm, confident as they explored the curve of your back, the tension in your muscles, the way your body responded to him.
Every inch of space between you seemed to vanish, and soon there was nothing but the heat, the closeness, and the feeling of his hands on your skin.
For the first time, you weren’t sure if you were in control anymore—or if you ever had been.
Jake pulled away from the kiss, his breath ragged as he looked at you with that same intense gaze. There was something in his eyes—an unspoken challenge, a promise of something you couldn’t quite yet name. You could feel the tension building, heavy in the air between you, thickening with each second that passed.
He reached up slowly, his fingers brushing the collar of his shirt, and your heart skipped a beat as he pulled it over his head, revealing the smooth skin of his chest. The movement was casual, effortless, like he’d done it a thousand times before. His muscles shifted under his skin, the soft light of the room catching the contours of his body, and it was like everything about him felt real now—far more than you ever thought.
You couldn’t help but stare, your gaze tracing over the way his chest rose and fell with each breath. There was no trace of the shy, reserved guy from before. Instead, he stood there—bare, exposed—looking at you with a calm confidence that made your pulse race.
Jake didn’t say anything. He didn’t need to. His eyes spoke volumes as they flickered to yours, waiting for you to respond, to make the next move.
Your breath hitched in your throat as you took in the sight of him, suddenly feeling a shift, a hunger building within you that mirrored his own. It was a quiet power, a tension you could feel in your very bones.
Jake’s eyes never left yours as you stood there, frozen for a moment. The air felt thick, charged, as if time had slowed down, and the weight of his gaze made everything around you fade into the background.
He stepped toward you, his chest still bare, his body moving with a kind of fluid confidence that made your pulse spike. Each step he took seemed to make the space between you shrink, until you were once again within inches of him. He didn’t rush. His movements were slow, deliberate, as if he were savoring every moment.
“Do you want this?” he asked, his voice low, steady. The question hung in the air, but there was no hesitation in his tone—only the calm certainty of someone who knew exactly what they wanted.
Your throat tightened, and you nodded, though words seemed impossible to find. The only sound in the room was the quickening rhythm of your breath, mingling with his.
Jake’s hand reached for the hem of your shirt, his fingers grazing your skin as he lifted it, gently pulling it over your head. You let him, your heart pounding in your chest, your skin heating under his touch. He didn’t rush, his hands tracing the curves of your body with careful attention, like he was memorizing every inch of you.
When your shirt finally joined his on the floor, he stepped back slightly to take you in, his gaze sweeping over your exposed skin. His eyes darkened further, a look of quiet admiration in them, but there was something else there too—something predatory, possessive.
“Fuck, you’re perfect,” he murmured, his voice rougher now, the words low but full of meaning.
You could barely process what was happening, but the way he said it—like he was claiming you, and yet somehow honoring you at the same time—made your chest tighten. His hands were at your waist now, pulling you closer again, and his lips found the curve of your neck. He kissed you there softly, his mouth warm against your skin, sending a shiver down your spine.
As he kissed you, his hands moved lower, slowly, deliberately, until he was holding you, guiding you gently toward his bed. There was no rush, no urgency—just the feel of his strong hands, the weight of his body against yours, and the soft pressure of his lips as they trailed down to your collarbone.
Jake was taking his time, savoring the moments. He wanted you—he was showing you that much, but he was also letting you see a side of him that no one else got to experience.
And as he lowered you onto the bed, his lips never leaving your skin, you felt a kind of surrender that you couldn’t explain. He was confident, sure of every move he made. But so were you.
This was new. You were new.
Jake’s lips found the delicate curve of your neck, and you inhaled sharply as a wave of warmth flooded your body. His kisses were slow, teasing, each one leaving a faint, tingling trail on your skin. You could feel his breath against you, warm and steady, as he placed soft, lingering kisses along the sensitive spot beneath your ear.
His hands, still resting on your waist, tightened their grip slightly, pulling you closer to him. Every movement was deliberate, purposeful, as if he was in no rush to get anywhere, wanting to savor every moment.
“You’re such a good girl,” Jake murmured against your skin, his voice low and rough. The words sent a shiver down your spine, stirring something deep inside you. His praise, soft yet commanding, made your heart race even faster, the air between you growing thick with desire.
You couldn’t help the soft gasp that escaped your lips, your body reacting to the way his voice made you feel—like you were exactly where you needed to be, like you were his.
Jake smiled against your neck, the words lingering in the air. “So good for me,” he whispered, his lips brushing the spot again. You could feel the confidence in his words, the way he was claiming the moment, claiming you. The heat that had been building between you both was undeniable now, and you knew, without a doubt, that this was no longer the shy, quiet guy from school.
This was Jake. The Jake who knew exactly what he wanted—and wasn’t afraid to take it.
The room felt smaller now, even with the space around you. The air was thick with a quiet tension, a sense of something inevitable hanging between you two. Jake was no longer standing across from you, maintaining that careful distance. He was close—too close—and it was clear that neither of you wanted to back away.
You could feel the pull of him, an invisible force that seemed to draw you in, making it impossible to ignore the heat that had been simmering between you both. You’d known this feeling, this desire, had been building for weeks. But now it was no longer just something you could push aside, something you could pretend wasn’t there.
“Do you trust me?” Jake’s voice was soft, but there was a weight to it, a seriousness that sent a ripple of excitement through you. He was close now, his chest nearly brushing yours, and the way he spoke made it clear he wasn’t just asking out of curiosity.
You nodded, unable to find your voice for a moment, the words lost in the heat of the moment. Jake smiled—genuine, a little wicked—and his hand reached out to guide you toward the desk.
The desk that had become a symbol of something you didn’t even fully understand yet. He placed his hands on your hips, his touch firm but not rough, leading you with careful, deliberate steps. Your breath caught in your throat as you felt the edge of the desk against the back of your knees.
He stopped, his lips grazing the side of your neck as he whispered, “Stay still for me baby.”
There was an undeniable force in the way he held you, a promise in his words. Your pulse raced as your hands rested against the cool surface of the desk. The room was suddenly quieter, the sounds of your breaths louder than anything else.
Jake stood behind you, his chest pressed against your back. You could feel the heat radiating from him, the way his breath ghosted over your neck, sending a shiver down your spine. There was a certain thrill in knowing that he was completely in control, that he was in charge.
His hands moved with purpose, sliding from your hips up your sides, lingering over the curve of your waist, tracing slow circles over your ribs. You wanted to press back against him, to feel the weight of him against you, but something kept you still, some tiny shred of self-control.
Jake's hands moved higher, fingers trailing over your collarbone, and you couldn't help the soft gasp that escaped your lips. His touch was firm, possessive, leaving a trail of fire in its wake. You wanted to arch into him, to feel the weight of his body against yours, but you kept your hips planted against the desk, fighting the urge.
Jake's lips traced a path down your neck, and you could feel the smile on his face as he spoke, his voice low and rough. "You're doing so well for me," he murmured.
The words slipped out before you could stop them, your voice shaky and desperate, "I need to feel you-need your cock."
You could feel him smirk against your skin, his hands tracing slow, teasing circles over your hips. "You that desperate, you slut?" he scoffed, his words like a taunt, a challenge.
Jake's words sent heat coursing through your veins, the sound of your own whimpering catching you off guard. It was a sound of desperation, of need, and it betrayed a vulnerability you hadn't meant to show.
But he heard it. Of course he did. He was so close to you, his body pressed against yours, and there were no more secrets between you.
You could feel the anticipation building, the air around you thick with tension. Jake's hands moved with purpose, tugging at your skirt, and it came down in a swift motion, pooling around your ankles. He took a step back, giving you space, and for a moment, you were left standing in just your underwear.
Jake's eyes darkened as he watched you, the desire in his gaze unmistakable. He moved closer again, crowding you against the desk, and you could feel the heat radiating off his bare skin, the way it made your skin prickle with anticipation.
You looked back to see Jake stroking his already leaking cock, letting out a low groan in the process. You could feel a smirk form on his lips as he shoves your panties aside. “Jesus yn, you’re dripping.” His words brought a throbbing sensation to your pussy, a desperate whimper leaving your mouth. “Jake…please,” you begged. “I need to feel you.” The heat in your body was almost unbearable now, your words little more than a ragged breath as you plead with him, "Fuck, Jake." It was like all the thoughts had slipped away from you, replaced by a pulsing need.
Jake didn't hesitate. He was still gripping your hip with one hand, his other wrapping around your waist as he pulled you back against him. There was no more waiting, no more teasing. He was hard and ready, and you could feel it pressed against you, and you were slick and wanting, and you couldn't take it any longer.
With a low, guttural groan, Jake slammed his cock inside your soaked cunt in one motion, causing you both to let out the filthiest sound.
“fuck, look at you,” jake groaned quietly, fingers spreading your ass apart. “such a filthy little thing, huh? letting me use that pussy mouth like it’s all you’re good for.”
his hand is tangled in your hair now, not tugging—just resting there, warm and heavy, like a crown you’ve earned. you try to stay quiet, knowing that the building has thin walls, spit pooling and dripping down your chin as your rhythm falters under the weight of his words. “Jake, it feels go good—“
“quiet,” he snaps softly, and your lashes flutter as you obey.
good. obedient. ruined.
“that’s it, baby. show me how good you are at taking my cock,” he says, voice almost tender if not for the filth of it. “can’t even breathe right, but you don’t care, do you? you love it too much. love being my perfect little toy.”
you whimper around him, and it makes his hips stutter. his thighs tense.
his control cracks just a little.
“god, you’re so good for me. fuck, baby—so fucking perfect.”
he grits his teeth, hand tightening just slightly in your hair. “no one else gets to see you like this. no one else can. only me.”
your jaw aches. your throat burns. but still, you don’t stop. “this pussy is made for me,” he continued, throwing his head back. “Fucking made for me yn.”
Jake was losing control, his words coming out in sharp breaths. He'd never spoken to you like this before, never so openly, so shamelessly filthy. Your mind was reeling, the sensations overwhelming as he took what he wanted from you, his words only fueling your own desire.
“J-Jake- too much.” you whisper cry to him. He giggles a bit, only looking at you the whole time. “And you love it.” he grabs onto your waist gently.
You help fuck yourself on him a bit faster and he lets out a groan. “You’re so tight around me.. y/n..” he thinks he hasn’t stretched you out enough beforehand. “We can.. do it..” you say, already out of breath.
You spread your legs a bit more, releasing a bit of tension on him. You succeed taking on his big cock, whilst using his shoulders as handles. “You’re taking it so good..” he whispers. You go faster at his praises.
He’s been stretching you out for a while now, and it definitely got easier over time. The slight discomfort turned into satisfying pleasure for you. His swollen tip hits your g-spot every single time, making you want to cum right there. However, he’s been wanting to finish ever since you started. You feel so good wrapped around him he’s surprised he hasn’t let out any further moan yet.
His hips move faster again, getting closer to cumming again. Your puffy cunt is crying at this point, while you let out a slight moan with every thrust. You keep going for a bit before, before rolling your eyes back to cum. “I’m— gonna… I… oh m… Jake..” you struggle.
You don’t get to say anything—your body gives out before your voice can even catch up. Your thighs tremble around him, and you’re a mess in his lap, clinging to him like he’s the only thing grounding you. The sound you let out is raw, louder than before, and Jake just leans back in his chair, watching you fall apart with that smug, wrecked grin of his.
His hands tighten around your waist, keeping you moving even as your body begs for mercy. He’s not letting go—not yet.
“You’re not done,” he mutters low against your throat, lips brushing your skin. “Not until I say so.”
You try to respond, but it’s all heat and haze now. Your chest presses against his as your head drops to his shoulder, and he doesn’t stop—he guides you through every slow grind, every twitch of your body that draws another gasp from your lips. His voice is rough, breathless, right in your ear.
Then his body jerks beneath you, and the way he holds you after—tight, possessive—tells you everything you need to know. His hand slides up your back as you both sit there, the room thick with the aftermath, your bodies still tangled.
You think it’s over. You think maybe now he’ll let you breathe.
But then his grip shifts, and he pulls you right back down onto him, your body jolting at the sudden contact.
A gasp leaves you, and his laugh—low and dangerous—rumbles against your collarbone. “Still so sensitive,” he teases, brushing your hair back as he presses a kiss just below your ear. “Thought you could handle me.”
Your arms drape around his neck again, head buried against his skin, and all you can do is hold on. You kiss the sweat-slicked curve of his jaw, trying to catch your breath while he stays buried deep, unmoving, content to just keep you there—full, overwhelmed, and completely his.
And with one hand still steady on your hip, Jake casually slides his chair back toward his desk, like it’s just another night—like you’re not still trembling on top of him.
Just before he grabs his headset, he whispers, “You should hear yourself.”
By the time you got back to class Monday morning, it was like nothing had ever happened. Or at least, that’s how Jake made it seem.
There he was, slouched in his usual seat at the back of the lecture hall, hoodie half-zipped, glasses perched slightly crooked on the bridge of his nose. He was typing away at his laptop like he hadn’t just had you moaning his name into the crook of his neck two nights ago, skin flushed, bodies tangled.
He glanced up as you walked in. His eyes found yours for a second too long—and then he looked away, pretending to be distracted by something on his screen. You swore you saw the corner of his mouth twitch, like he was fighting a smile.
You took your seat a few rows ahead of him, and a minute later, you felt the faintest buzzin your pocket.
“I had fun.”
You turned around. He was staring at his laptop like he hadn’t just texted you that. Like he hadn’t just ruined you on that same voice he used to answer class questions with a stutter.
Jake was still quiet in public, still awkward. He still pushed up his glasses too often and knocked over his water bottle when reaching for his pen. But now, there was a glint in his eyes every time he looked at you. A silent smugness. A private joke only the two of you knew the punchline to.
And when your professor called on him to answer a question, and he stumbled over the words “data structure,” turning slightly pink, you thought—no one else in this room had a clue. No one knew that he’d whispered “stay still for me” against your skin like a command. That the same clumsy guy blushing in front of the class had told you with a dark smirk, “such a good girl, you took me so well.”
You looked over your shoulder again. Jake met your eyes, and this time, he didn’t look away. Just popped a piece of gum into his mouth, chewing slow, gaze steady. And then he winked.
You almost dropped your pen.
You tried to keep it to yourself—you really did. But your friends had spent the last ten minutes at your table giggling over Jake like he was some weird cryptid.
“I checked his Instagram again,” Yuna said, sipping her iced coffee. “He lost a follower. And he posted a blurry picture of a squirrel once.”
“Do you think he even knows how to use Instagram?” Soojin added, snorting. “He gives off ‘my mom made this account for me’ energy.”
You bit your lip, trying not to smile too hard.
“What?” Yuna asked, eyes narrowing at you. “Why are you smiling like that? Don’t tell me you actually think he’s hot.”
“I don’t think he’s hot,” you said slowly, stirring your drink.
They leaned in.
You sighed, leaning back in your seat, glancing over your shoulder out of habit.
“Okay,” you whispered. “This doesn’t leave this table.”
Yuna and Soojin practically vibrated with anticipation.
“I went to his dorm,” you started, voice low. “A few nights ago. His roommate was gone. And he wasn’t wearing glasses. He had contacts in. And he—” you hesitated, heartbeat picking up. “He was acting completely differnt. And we kinda.. you know.”
Yuna let out a dramatic gasp. “No way.”
Soojin cackled. “Shut up. Jake? Jake Sim and y/n fucked?”
You nodded slowly, lips twitching.
“And?” Yuna prompted. “And? What, did he trip over his desk accidentally slip his dick into you?”
You hesitated. “We, uh… no…”
Both of their jaws dropped—and then they burst into laughter.
“No, no, you’re joking,” Soojin said, leaning into Yuna for support. “Jake? Jake had you—what, bent over his gaming chair while his twelve Instagram followers cheered him on?”
“I’m serious,” you said, laughing despite yourself. “He’s not—he’s not how you think he is. Not when we’re alone.”
“Okay, now you’re just making it sound like he’s Batman,” Yuna snorted. “By day, he’s a bio major with a screen protector on his calculator. By night—”
“Hey.” A voice cut in behind you.
You froze.
Yuna’s eyes widened.
Soojin slapped a hand over her mouth.
You turned your head slowly—Jake was standing there, tray in hand, his expression unreadable. His glasses were on, hoodie loose, hair a little messy like he’d just rolled out of bed.
“Hi,” he said, voice calm, like he hadn’t just caught you mid-confession.
You blinked up at him. “Jake.”
He looked at your friends, then back at you. “You forgot your charger last night.”
He placed it next to your drink, eyes flicking down to your hand for half a second.
“Thanks,” you said, voice quiet.
Jake gave you a lazy smile—barely there, but you knew it. You knew that look now. He turned, walked away like nothing happened, headphones already around his neck.
You turned back to your friends.
Their mouths were hanging open.
“…You’re not joking,” Yuna said flatly.
“I told you,” you whispered, trying—and failing—to hide the grin pulling at your lips.
Your friends were still frozen, processing, as Jake walked off toward the other end of the café like he hadn’t just detonated a bomb and left you to deal with the aftermath. He didn’t look back, but the slow, smug drag of his steps made it very clear—he knew exactly what he was doing.
“I…” Yuna blinked. “Was that your charger?”
You nodded, sipping your drink to hide your smirk.
Soojin finally found her voice. “Did he say last night?”
You nodded again, this time a little slower.
Both of them let out the most synchronized gasps you’d ever heard in your life.
“Girl,” Yuna whispered, leaning across the table like she was afraid someone would overhear, “what the hell is going on? That’s not even—Jake? Like, Jake Sim? He’s—he’s a meme. We literally made a Bingo card of the number of times he trips in the hallway!”
“Yeah,” you said, unable to stop the warmth in your cheeks. “And apparently, he’s also capable of blowing my back out while explaining the difference between RAM and ROM.”
Soojin shrieked. “Stop!”
You were laughing now, the kind that bubbles up and won’t stop. It was ridiculous. All of it. And yet, every time you thought about the way he kissed you—like he knew what he was doing, like he’d been waiting for the right moment to show you—you felt your knees threaten to give out.
“Okay,” Yuna said, gripping your arm. “So, wait. Is he, like… your boyfriend now? Or is this just an elite phase?”
You opened your mouth—then closed it again.
You hadn’t even thought that far.
Jake hadn’t said anything official. No labels. No talks. Just quiet texts. A stolen charger. A wink in lecture. And the memory of him whispering in your ear, voice low and breathless, like you were the only thing in the world that mattered.
“I don’t know,” you admitted honestly. “But I don’t think this is just a one-time thing.”
At that exact moment, your phone buzzed again.
“also, I meant every word I said to you”
Your head snapped up. Across the room, Jake was seated with his laptop open, headset slung around his neck, biting into a sandwich like the most innocent man alive.
Your stomach flipped.
This menace. This liar. This actor.
Your thumbs hovered over the screen, a mix of embarrassment and fondness curling in your chest.
“you’re actually evil”
“i hate you”
“i hate that i don’t hate you”
A beat passed.
“you’re cute when you fluster. wanna come over after chem?”
Your friends didn’t even need to ask who you were texting. They saw your face and groaned in unison.
And for once, you didn’t even deny it.
Jake was a master of the double life. You didn’t know how he did it, but it was like he could flip a switch whenever he stepped foot in the hallways of the university.
In class? A complete disaster.
The shy, bumbling guy you’d always seen—his glasses slipping down his nose, tripping over his own feet as he made his way to his desk. He’d stammer when he spoke to the professor, barely making eye contact with anyone, and was always the first to look down at his phone when group discussions came up. The Jake everyone saw was awkward, quiet, and somehow endearing in his nerdy way. The one who sat by himself in the cafeteria, fiddling with his notebook, hoping no one would notice him.
And yet, you knew. You knew there was something more beneath that awkward exterior. Something darker, something confident. You’d seen it for yourself, just two nights ago. The quiet guy who barely spoke a word in class had turned into a completely different person behind closed doors.
But here, in the hallway, between classes, you wouldn’t have been able to guess that same Jake was the one who had you shivering under his touch, whispering praises into your ear like he owned you.
You were walking past his usual spot in the library when you caught him fumbling with a stack of books, his face scrunched up in concentration. He didn’t notice you at first, too focused on his task. But when he looked up, the usual blush crept up his neck, and his mouth opened, but no words came out.
“Hi,” you said casually, a teasing grin tugging at the corner of your mouth. “You need help with those?”
He gave a nervous laugh, adjusting his glasses and dropping the books onto the table like his hands suddenly didn’t know how to hold them anymore. “Uh, yeah, no, I—um, I got it. Thanks, though.”
You could barely contain your laughter. Here he was, this guy who had literally whispered praises in your ear only days ago, looking like a total mess in front of you. He couldn’t even manage eye contact without turning an embarrassing shade of pink.
“So,” you said, leaning against the bookshelf beside him, your arms casually crossed. “You been doing any more squirrel photography lately?”
Jake froze, his face flushing deeper. “Uh, n-no,” he stammered, grabbing his books a little too quickly. “I— I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
It was like watching a completely different person. Gone was the guy who had held you close, kissed you with authority. Gone was the guy who made you forget everything when his lips were on your neck. Now, he was just a bumbling mess, avoiding your eyes, looking everywhere but at you.
“You’re so weird,” you teased lightly. “You know, I’ve been wondering… is it really the glasses, or is it the awkwardness? Which one is the real you?”
Jake opened his mouth to respond, but no words came out. He just looked at you, a mixture of embarrassment and—was that a hint of guilt? Like he had a secret he didn’t want anyone to know.
“Never mind,” you said with a smirk, walking away from him. “Keep up the good work, loser.”
You could feel him watching you, probably frozen in place, but you didn’t care. It was almost unbelievable how different he could act when it was just the two of you alone in a room. The guy who couldn’t make it through a simple conversation in public had turned into the man who made you forget your own name when he had his hands on you.
But for now, all you could do was shake your head and laugh, marveling at how Jake was pulling off his double life—completely clueless and completely in control, all at once.
The cafeteria went silent the moment you walked past your usual table and headed straight for his.
Jake was sitting alone, as usual—tray of barely-touched food in front of him, glasses sliding down the bridge of his nose, hoodie sleeves pulled over his hands like he was trying to disappear into himself. He was hunched over his phone, earbuds in, completely unaware of the social earthquake that was about to hit.
You plopped down across from him without warning.
His head snapped up. He blinked, startled. “Wh—uh… hey?”
Conversations around you dipped, and you could feel the whispers starting. Not subtle ones either. Real, full-body turns. Eyes darting. Forks pausing mid-air. People whispering you’re joking, is that Y/N? and she’s sitting with him?
You just smiled, opening your drink like this was the most normal thing in the world. “Relax,” you said, lowering your voice and leaning forward just a little. “You’re acting like I just declared war on the entire social order.”
He pushed his glasses up and blinked a few times. “You… you don’t usually—uh, sit here.”
“Nope,” you said, popping the ‘p’. “But today I felt like sitting with my favorite academic weapon slash secret menace.”
Jake choked on his water.
You grinned. “Also, I think I’ve figured you out.”
He swallowed hard. “F-Figured me out?”
“Yup.” You tilted your head at him, keeping your voice low and teasing. “I think your glasses are what activate your awkward personality. Like a switch. You wear them? Jake the human embodiment of a shy turtle. You take them off? Boom. Total menace.”
His ears turned pink. He scratched the back of his neck, trying to look casual but failing completely. “They’re prescription…”
“And yet they’re also your disguise,” you smirked.
Around you, the buzz of conversation slowly picked back up. Everyone was still sneaking glances, but they were getting bored now that you weren’t making out on the table or confessing your love with a boombox overhead. One by one, people returned to their own lunches.
And that’s when he looked up at you—and really looked.
The second your audience was gone, the timid act melted off his face like it had never existed. His back straightened. His expression shifted, eyes sharpening just a little, mouth tugging into that familiar slow smirk that made your stomach flip.
“You like the glasses?” he asked, voice lower now, smooth and lazy.
You blinked, caught off guard by the sudden switch.
He leaned forward on his elbows, gaze steady and annoyingly smug. “You think that’s what keeps me from bending you over this table right now?”
You nearly choked on your drink.
“There’s the menace,” you muttered, eyes narrowing as your pulse spiked.
Jake smiled like he’d just won something. “You came to my table, remember?”
“And now I’m questioning everything.”
He laughed under his breath, picking up a fry from his tray and tossing it into his mouth like he had all the time in the world.
“Too late,” he said, chewing. “You already made your choice. Better hope no one figures out what I look like without the glasses.”
You narrowed your eyes at him. “Are you threatening me?”
He grinned. “I’m warning you.”
And just like that, he went back to sipping his water, glasses slipping again, hoodie sleeves pulled over his hands. Back to harmless, quiet Jake.
But you knew better now.
So did he.
You were two seconds away from dragging Jake by the collar.
He sat stiffly next to you on the couch, surrounded by your friends, looking like someone who’d just been dropped into a completely foreign dimension. His hoodie was zipped all the way up to his neck, hands tucked into his sleeves, legs pressed together like he was trying to take up the least amount of space possible.
Your friends were trying. God bless them, they were.
“So, Jake,” Yuna said, passing him a slice of pizza. “What are you majoring in again?”
Jake blinked. “Um. Bio.”
Silence.
Soojin tried to jump in. “Cool! Are you doing like, pre-med or something?”
Jake stared at the pizza in his lap like it personally offended him. “No.”
You gave him a sharp elbow to the ribs. He flinched. “I, uh… I just like cells.”
More silence.
You shot him a look.
Jake gave a weak smile. “Cells are nice.”
You excused yourself to the kitchen before your soul could physically leave your body from secondhand embarrassment. Jake followed, like a lost puppy—but once the two of you were out of earshot, you whirled on him.
“Are you serious right now?”
Jake blinked innocently. “What?”
“You’re acting like a scared freshman at their first club meeting. Can you just…” You groaned, tugging him by the sleeve. “Be normal. Be you. The you that had me on my knees last weekend.”
Jake raised an eyebrow, smirking. “You want me to flirt with your friends?”
You narrowed your eyes. “I want you to act like you’re not a socially-anxious squirrel.”
He leaned against the counter with a little too much confidence now. “Babe, I already got what I wanted. I don’t need to charm your friends.”
You stepped closer, lowering your voice. “If you keep acting like a brick wall, I swear to god I’m not giving you head again.”
Jake blinked.
Then he straightened.
“You wouldn’t.”
You raised an eyebrow. “Try me.”
There was a moment of silence. He stared at you like you’d just ripped the moon from the sky and thrown it in his face.
And then—he sighed dramatically. “Fine.”
You watched him walk back into the living room, a defeated slump in his shoulders. But right before he sat down again, he glanced back at you and mouthed, rude.
You just smiled sweetly.
You watched him march right back into the living room like a man on a mission. No hoodie shielding his face, no sleeves hiding his hands—Jake dropped onto the couch next to Yuna like he belonged there. Like he hadn’t just been threatening to pretend he didn’t know the English language five minutes ago.
“So,” he said casually, draping one arm along the back of the couch. “Y/N tells me you guys stalked my Instagram.”
Your head snapped up.
Yuna blinked, caught. “W-What?”
Jake smirked. “Twelve followers and still managed to bag your friend. Pretty impressive, right?”
Your jaw dropped.
Soojin choked on her drink.
Yuna looked like she’d just short-circuited.
“I mean, I don’t post thirst traps or anything,” Jake continued, tone light but clearly enjoying himself. “Y/n says I should.”
You were frozen. You hadn’t even known he could talk in complete sentences around your friends, let alone roast them.
He glanced at you mid-sentence, lips twitching. “What? You said be normal.”
“This is not what I meant by normal,” you hissed under your breath.
Jake only smiled wider.
“I mean,” he said louder now, eyes gleaming, “Y/N didn’t really stand a chance. She was obsessed with me from the moment she saw me trip over a recycling bin.”
You stared at him, half-horrified, half-impressed. The duality of this man was actually insane.
“You’re the worst,” you muttered, but your voice was shaking with barely contained laughter.
He leaned back on the couch, one leg crossed over the other like he’d been doing this all his life. “I prefer ‘underrated.’”
Soojin blinked at you, stunned. “Is this the same Jake?”
“Sadly,” you deadpanned.
Jake stretched his arms overhead, smirking like he’d just won something. “Told you. Glasses on—loser. Glasses off?” He looked at you over the rim of his drink. “Problem.”
You rolled your eyes, but you were smiling.
Because he was right.
The conversation shifted, but Jake didn’t shrink back like he normally would. In fact, he leaned in. Tossed out a few sarcastic remarks, made a joke about the weird guy in your chem lecture, and even stole a fry off Yuna’s plate like he’d known her for years.
You sat there stunned, barely able to process the whiplash of it all.
At one point, Soojin gave you a look—eyebrows raised, lips parted like girl…—and you just blinked back, equally bewildered.
Jake caught the exchange, of course. He always did. He leaned over toward you, his voice dropping low, just for you to hear.
“Still mad at me?” he murmured, his lips brushing the shell of your ear.
You didn’t look at him. “You’re skating on very thin ice.”
He chuckled softly. “You threatening me again?”
You smirked, finally glancing at him out of the corner of your eye. “I don’t threaten, Jake. I warn.”
That seemed to only encourage him. “You know I love when you talk like that.”
You elbowed him under the table, but he didn’t even flinch—just grinned like the menace he was.
Eventually, your friends began packing up their things, saying goodbye, and heading out one by one. Jake stayed close beside you, still riding the high of finally breaking his “awkward loner” act in public.
As the room cleared, he bumped your shoulder lightly. “So… did I do good?”
You stared at him. “You did too good.”
He raised a brow, amused. “Jealous?”
“No,” you scoffed, gathering your stuff. “More like terrified of the monster I just unleashed.”
Jake slung his bag over his shoulder, his grin never fading. “Told you. You’re the one who wanted me to be social. You made this happen.”
You paused at the doorway, giving him a long look. “You’re still not getting head tonight.”
He laughed, following close behind you. “Liar.”
God help you—he was right again.
Jake walked you back to your dorm with a bounce in his step, like he hadn’t just caused a minor social earthquake in your friend group. You kept glancing over at him, trying to find even a trace of the shy, fumbling version of him your friends had always known—but nope. Gone. Completely replaced by this smug, way-too-proud-of-himself creature strutting beside you like he’d just won an Oscar.
“You seriously said ‘bagged your friend,’” you muttered, shaking your head.
Jake shrugged, completely unapologetic. “I was being honest.”
“You’re impossible.”
He smirked, leaning closer so his shoulder bumped yours. “But you love me anyway.”
Your heart did a weird little skip, but you masked it with a scoff. “Mm, debatable.”
He laughed, but you could tell he noticed the way your ears flushed. Jake always noticed. Which made it all the more dangerous when he decided to push.
“You sure?” he said lowly, glancing at you sideways. “Because if I remember correctly, few nights ago you were practically begging—”
You slapped a hand over his mouth before he could finish. “Don’t you dare say that sentence out loud.”
Jake’s laughter vibrated against your palm, and he licked it just to be annoying.
“Jake!”
“What?” he said, completely unbothered, mouth curling into that damn smile again. “I’m just saying, you seemed pretty in love with me when you were—”
“I swear to god, I won’t let you cum tonight.”
He grinned. “Still wouldn’t change what happened on my desk.”
You groaned, unlocking your door and stepping inside, not even bothering to push him out. He followed like he lived there, already dropping his bag on your floor and toeing off his shoes.
“I can’t believe I’m saying this,” you muttered, tossing your jacket on the chair, “but I kinda miss socially awkward Jake.”
Jake leaned against your desk—the very one he had completely ruined you on—crossing his arms with a smug tilt of his head.
“I’ll bring him back next time we’re around your friends,” he said sweetly. “Wouldn’t want to scare anyone.”
You narrowed your eyes. “You’re the worst.”
He took a slow step toward you. “And yet…”
You backed up until the backs of your knees hit your bed. Jake caged you in without touching you, just that cocky little smirk inches from your mouth.
“…you keep letting me in.”
Your breath hitched.
You hated how right he was.
He didn’t even have to touch you—just standing there, close enough to fog up your brain, was enough to make your breath catch. That same smug little smirk tugged at the corner of his lips like he knew. (And he did. He always did.)
You crossed your arms, trying to look unaffected. “We’re not doing anything tonight.”
Jake tilted his head, feigning innocence. “Didn’t say we were.”
“You were thinking it.”
He grinned. “Can’t a guy hang out with his girlfriend without being accused of crimes?”
You blinked. “Your what?”
Jake froze for half a second—just enough to catch it—then played it off with a shrug, looking entirely too casual. “You. My girlfriend.”
“Jake,” you said slowly, “we haven’t even been on a date yet.”
He raised an eyebrow. “Okay, and?”
You stared at him.
He held your gaze, deadpan. “We’ve had sex on your desk.”
Your mouth opened, then shut again. He just kept going.
“I’ve had my tongue in you. Multiple times. You think a coffee date is gonna make it moreofficial?”
You smacked his shoulder, cheeks burning. “You’re insane.”
Jake smiled, wrapping his arms loosely around your waist. “You’re stuck with me now. Might as well give me the title.”
You rolled your eyes, but your hands found the hem of his hoodie anyway, fingers curling there.
“This better not mean I have to start posting you on my story.”
“Oh no,” he teased. “Anything but that.”
You sighed. “Fine. One date. But you’re planning it.”
Jake smirked, already way too pleased with himself. “Good. I was gonna make you fall in love with me anyway.”
It became… a problem.
First it was your friends catching you two making out in the library stacks. Then it was the quad. Then the empty art building stairwell. At one point, Yuna dramatically threatened to carry a spray bottle in her bag just to spritz you both like misbehaving cats.
You tried to tone it down. Really. But Jake had this stupid, unfair ability to get under your skin with just one look. One whisper. One brush of his hand against your lower back when no one was watching.
And then there was the incident. The one no one dared to speak about—but everyone knew.
You’d followed Jake into the men’s washroom between lectures, heart pounding, brain nowhere near your upcoming lab. One minute you were teasing him red, leaking tip with minor kitty licks, the next—A very unfortunate and traumatized TA walked in at the exact wrong time.
To this day, you’re not sure who was more horrified: you, Jake, or the TA who immediately did a full 180 and walked straight back out without a word.
Jake couldn’t stop laughing. You couldn’t show your face in that building for a week.
Now every time you pass that hallway, he leans in with a whisper and a smug, “Wanna relive the glory days?”
You elbow him. Hard. But your ears still burn.
Because the worst part? You absolutely do.
You hadn’t even had a chance to settle into the cozy atmosphere of a movie night with Jake, Sunghoon, and Sunoo before everything went to hell.
It was supposed to be a simple night. You, Jake, and his friends, chilling on the couch, watching some random movie Sunghoon picked out after a few too many awkward silences. You’d been mentally preparing yourself for this, maybe even looking forward to getting to know his friends better. You’d heard so much about them, and Sunoo had been sending you memes for weeks now, always so sweet and teasing.
But instead of a normal movie night, you ended up on Jake’s lap with your lips pressed to his, unable to hold back as he slipped his hands beneath your hoodie. Your fingers were tangled in his hair, and you completely forgot about the stupid film Sunghoon had started. All that mattered was the heat building between you and Jake, the sound of his breath against your mouth, the way he was slowly getting bolder, moving his lips to your neck—
And then, the unmistakable sound of a throat clearing from across the room.
You froze, eyes widening, and pulled back from Jake just as Sunghoon and Sunoo exchanged awkward glances.
“Well,” Sunghoon said, adjusting his glasses with a little too much casualness, “This is… an interesting way to start a movie night.”
You sat up quickly, heart racing. “We—uh, we weren’t—”
Sunoo cut you off with a laugh that had a slightly knowing edge to it. “Don’t worry, I’ve seen worse. But wow, didn’t think I’d be walking in on this so soon.”
You could feel your face heating up, but Jake, the menace, only smirked, his arm still casually draped around you. “I was just showing her how comfortable the couch is. Isn’t it nice, babe?”
Sunghoon raised an eyebrow at that, glancing between you two. “Comfortable, huh? Good to know.”
Sunoo chuckled. “I guess I’m glad we finally got a front-row seat to Jake’s ‘split personality.’” His voice dropped to an exaggerated whisper, adding, “Who knew the shy, awkward guy could get so… intense.”
You looked at Jake, whose eyes were practically glowing with mischief. You knew exactly what that meant.
“I told you guys,” Jake said, sliding his fingers through your hair, his voice low and smooth. “She’s got me wrapped around her finger. Not just with the whole ‘studious boyfriend’ act.”
Sunghoon chuckled and shook his head. “I’m just here for the popcorn, but whatever you guys are doing, you’re definitely ruining the vibe of the movie.”
You swore you could feel the heat radiating from your face, but Jake was entirely too smug, his hand never leaving your waist. “Movie’s overrated anyway,” he said with a wink. “Better company right here.”
The tension in the room was palpable, but somehow, you knew this was just the beginning. Jake wasn’t about to stop teasing you in front of his friends, and now they definitely knew what he was like when he wasn’t playing the quiet, shy guy.
It had been exactly one month since you and Jake made things official, and somewhere along the way, he had somehow charmed all your friends.
Yuna, especially.
What started off as teasing glances and snarky comments turned into him greeting her with “What’s up, my other girl?” in front of literally everyone—like it was the most normal thing in the world.
You’d laughed the first time. Sort of.
The second time, your smile was tight.
By the third, you didn’t even look at him. Just turned around, grabbed your bag, and left without a word. The silence that followed was deafening.
He texted. Called. Showed up at your dorm with snacks, guilty puppy-dog eyes, and one of your hoodies you’d accidentally left at his place.
You didn’t budge.
Not when he spammed you with voice memos or when he got Sunoo to send you dramatic apologies on his behalf. Not even when Yuna told you that Jake had asked herhow to fix it, which was ironic in the most painful way possible.
A week passed. You were starting to miss him—his touch, his stupid jokes, the way he looked at you like you hung stars in his sky—but you were petty, and prideful, and notabout to forgive him over something as dumb as a nickname that made your stomach twist.
But Jake knew you. And Jake never lost.
The night you finally gave in, he showed up to your dorm without a word, eyes dark, hands careful. He didn’t ask if he could stay. Just got down on his knees, pulled you to the edge of the bed, and showed you how sorry he was.
You didn’t even realize your fingers were tangled in his hair, hips shaking as he flicked your clit around with his tongue, breath caught somewhere between a moan and a sob.
By the time he looked up, lips swollen, pupils blown wide, your legs were trembling and you couldn’t remember what planet you were on.
“Still mad at me?” he asked, voice hoarse, a little smug, but mostly sincere.
You tried to speak, failed. All you could do was blink down at him.
He kissed the inside of your thigh. “Good. Because you’re my only girl.”
And yeah—he won. Again.
The next morning, Jake acted like nothing happened.
He was sprawled across your tiny dorm bed, hair a mess, hoodie half-off his shoulder, munching on the cereal you kept strictly for late-night study stress. Like he hadn’t just given you an out-of-body experience twelve hours ago.
You stood at the mirror brushing your hair, shooting him a look through the reflection. “You’re really just gonna sit there like you didn’t have me literally sobbing last night?”
Jake grinned around a spoonful of cereal. “I figured you forgave me when you couldn’t feel your legs after.”
You tossed a hair tie at him. He dodged, laughing.
“You’re lucky I didn’t call you a cab,” you said, turning back around.
“I am lucky,” he said, voice lower now, more serious, “but not just for that.”
You paused. Met his eyes.
Jake set the bowl aside and stood up, crossing the room to wrap his arms around your waist from behind. His chin rested on your shoulder, voice soft. “I’m sorry for the Yuna thing. I thought I was being funny. I didn’t realize it hurt you.”
You didn’t respond right away. He held you tighter.
“You know I only want you, right?”
You nodded, finally. “You’re still an idiot.”
“Yeah,” he whispered, pressing a kiss to your shoulder. “But I’m your idiot.”
You rolled your eyes, but leaned into him anyway, the tension finally melting.
Later that day, Yuna raised an eyebrow as you walked into the café together, hand-in-hand with Jake.
“Back from the dead?” she teased.
Jake smirked. “Had to perform a little resurrection.”
You buried your face in your drink. Yuna just laughed.
“Oh god,” she muttered. “Don’t tell me it was head.”
Jake shot her a look. “Mind-blowing head.”
You choked.
“Please stop speaking,” you begged.
Jake just kissed your cheek and pulled you closer.
You really were doomed.
You’d completely forgotten your parents were in town until you got the text while Jake was still whispering absolute filth into your ear in the café line.
[Mom]: Just landed. So excited to see you, sweetie! Brunch tomorrow? Bring your boyfriend!
You choked on your iced americano so violently Jake had to pat your back.
“Everything okay?” he asked, smirking like he already knew it wasn’t.
You turned your phone around to show him the message.
He blinked. “Wait. Tomorrow?”
“Tomorrow.”
“Like—your parents tomorrow?”
“Yes, Jake. My parents. Brunch. You. Me. And them.”
He stared at you for a full three seconds, then grinned. “I’ve already got the button-up shirt in mind.”
You narrowed your eyes. “You’re way too calm about this.”
“I’m amazing with parents.”
“You’re amazing at pretending to be someone’s quiet, innocent boyfriend. That’s not the same.”
Jake leaned in, resting his chin on your shoulder. “Don’t worry, baby. They’ll love me.”
“You’re gonna wear your glasses, right?”
“Obviously.”
“Act like you’ve never touched me.”
“Sweetheart, I’ll act like I don’t even know what a woman is.”
You snorted, already stressed. “This is going to be a disaster.”
Jake pressed a kiss to your cheek. “Nah. I’m gonna charm them. Just like I charmed you.”
You turned to give him a look. “You charmed me by blowing my back out in a library storage room, Jake.”
“Exactly,” he said, way too proud.
You groaned.
Tomorrow could not come fast—or end—soon enough.
The next morning, Jake showed up ten minutes early to your dorm, looking like he’d walked straight out of a K-drama.
Crisp white button-up, hair brushed neatly off his forehead, his glasses perfectly in place—he even brought your mom’s favorite pastries, like he’d been studying your family’s group chat for weeks.
“You look…” You blinked, slowly dragging your gaze down his outfit. “So well-behaved.”
Jake smirked, tucking the pastry box under one arm and reaching for your hand. “Don’t worry. I left the demon version of me in your sheets.”
You nearly tripped on the way out the door.
Your parents were already waiting at the little brunch spot downtown, and as soon as your mom saw you, she lit up—then caught sight of Jake behind you and blinked like she was seeing a puppy dressed in a tuxedo.
“This is Jake?” she asked, already halfway through hugging him. “You’re even cuter than she said!”
Jake laughed, soft and shy, adjusting his glasses. “Thank you, ma’am. It’s really nice to meet you.”
You sat stiffly across from them, fully prepared for the absolute chaos that was surely coming, but Jake? He played the role like he’d been training for it all his life.
He complimented your mom’s earrings. Asked your dad smart, boring questions about work. Even waited until you were done speaking before cutting into his food.
It was unsettling.
“Jake’s in my organic chem lecture,” you said at one point, trying to keep the conversation neutral.
“Oh, is he any good?” your dad asked.
Jake smiled bashfully. “She usually tutors me, actually. I’m a bit hopeless when it comes to chemistry.”
You almost choked on your orange juice.
Your mom beamed. “I love that. I always told her she’d be such a good teacher.”
Jake nodded sincerely, resting his hand on your knee under the table, subtle and grounding. “She’s been teaching me a lot.”
Your stomach flipped for a very different reason.
By the end of brunch, your mom was begging him to come over for dinner “next time we visit,” and your dad gave him a shoulder pat like he’d just been accepted into the family.
As soon as you were out of earshot, walking back toward campus, you smacked his arm. “You manipulative little bitch!”
Jake grinned, holding up the box of leftover pastries like a trophy. “They love me.”
“You were lying through your teeth!”
Jake shrugged. “It’s not lying if I really do think you’re amazing at teaching me things. Like patience. Self-control.”
You narrowed your eyes. “You’re a menace.”
“And yet,” he said, stepping in close, voice low in your ear, “your mom just called me boyfriend material.”
You shoved him. “You are never seeing my parents again.”
“Sure, baby. You tell yourself that.”
And yeah, fine—he was boyfriend material. Just not the kind your parents had any idea about.
That night, you laid in bed scrolling through your messages while Jake sat cross-legged at the foot, shamelessly eating the last of the leftover pastries your mom had insisted he take.
Your phone buzzed again.
[Mom]: He’s adorable. Polite, smart, and that accent?? Keeper.
You rolled your eyes so hard your soul almost left your body.
Jake leaned over your shoulder. “What’d she say now?”
You turned the screen toward him. He read it, then bit into a croissant like he’d just won a championship.
“I am polite. And smart. And my voice is sexy, apparently.”
You deadpanned. “You’re a literal demon. With glasses.”
Jake leaned down and nuzzled against your neck with the fakest innocence he could muster. “You weren’t saying that when I was—”
You slapped a hand over his mouth. “No. My mom said ‘keeper.’ Don’t make me reevaluate.”
He laughed into your palm, biting it lightly before you yanked it back. He flopped onto the bed beside you, stretching out with a satisfied sigh like he’d just wrapped up a performance of a lifetime.
“I could get used to this,” he murmured, eyes half-lidded. “Winning over your friends, seducing your parents…”
“Manipulating the entire population,” you muttered.
Jake turned his head, smirking. “But only for you.”
You tried not to melt. You really did. But then he pulled you down beside him, arm wrapping around your waist, pulling you into the warm curve of his body.
“You know,” he whispered, voice dropping back into that cocky, devastating register, “your parents think I’m this sweet, respectful, glasses-wearing boyfriend who can’t even pass chem without your help.”
You blinked up at him, breath catching.
He leaned in, lips brushing your ear. “And they’ll never know what their daughter sounds like when she’s underneath me, begging.”
You slapped his chest with a muffled laugh, face buried in his shirt. “You’re the worst.”
Jake just grinned against your temple.
“I’m yours.”
The next morning, Jake was already pulling on his hoodie, his bags—stuffed with random clothes, books, and a few things that had slowly found their way into your dorm—strewn across your floor.
You sat up in bed, the lingering warmth of his body beside you still making your heart flutter. It had become a regular thing now—Jake staying over, bringing more of his things each time, settling into a routine that felt strangely comfortable. It was a mixture of affection and chaos, and you loved every minute of it.
“You should’ve just left your stuff here last night,” you teased, pulling the blanket tighter around yourself. “Could’ve saved us the trouble.”
Jake smirked, looking up from rummaging through his backpack. “Don’t want to seem too comfortable too soon, babe. You know, I’ve still got that mysterious ‘bad boy’ act to keep up.”
You rolled your eyes. “Uh-huh. Sure. That’s what you’re going for.”
He shot you a wink, tossing a hoodie at you. “Anyway, can’t let the world see the ‘good boy’ too much, can I?”
He was back to his cocky self, the guy who showed up to school acting like the confident, teasing Jake you had come to know, and honestly, you couldn’t help but smile at how effortlessly he flipped between his personas.
You both left the dorm and started the walk to campus, his hand in yours, the usual mix of comfortable silence and random teasing that filled your daily routines.
Just as you were about to walk up the steps to your building, Jake, always the graceful disaster, tripped on the stairs and sent his coffee flying across the sidewalk.
“Are you serious?” you asked, blinking in disbelief.
Jake stood there for a second, coffee splattered all over his hoodie and the ground beneath him, looking utterly stunned. “You’ve got to be kidding me.”
You couldn’t stop laughing. “Every time. I swear to god, you’re like a walking disaster.”
Jake turned to you, the faintest blush coloring his cheeks as he scratched the back of his neck, trying to play it off. “I meant to do that. Just making sure everyone’s paying attention.”
“Yeah, you definitely got their attention, Jake,” you teased. “Don’t worry, I’m sure everyone saw your epic performance.”
He shot you a grin, wiping at his clothes like it would make a difference. “I’m not a loser. I’m just… trying to get a reaction.”
“And you definitely got one,” you snorted, taking his hand and leading him inside.
Even though he tried to play it off as cool, the truth was, you were starting to see a side of Jake that was a little more… normal than you first expected.
And as ridiculous as the whole thing was, there was something about it—the balance of confident teasing and hilarious clumsiness—that felt right.
At least, for you and him, it did.
You nudged him with your elbow. “You gonna be okay, or do I need to get you another one before you wither away in front of me?”
Jake groaned dramatically. “I needed that caffeine. My whole personality relies on it.”
You laughed as you pushed open the lecture hall doors. “Your personality is currently soaked into your hoodie.”
Unfortunately for Jake, your shared class had already started to fill up. A few people looked up as you both walked in—him with wet coffee splatter down his front, you trying not to laugh loud enough for the whole room to hear.
“Is that Jake Sim?” someone whispered behind you.
You heard a snort. “Why does he look like someone’s intern who just got fired?”
Jake sat down beside you with a huff, dropping his bag and whispering, “This is the most humbling morning of my life.”
You rached over, wiped a little splatter off his sleeve, and leaned close. “You’re lucky you’re cute.”
He blinked at you, caught off guard. “Wait. You think I’m cute even like this?”
You grinned. “I think you’re cute especially like this.”
Jake slumped in his chair, defeated but amused. “I’m literally a walking split personality. Demon boyfriend at night, clumsy nerd by morning. This isn’t sustainable.”
“You say that like I’m not completely obsessed with both versions.”
He paused, looking at you with that soft, wide-eyed gaze he got when you caught him off guard.
“Yeah?” he said, quieter this time.
You nodded, bumping your knee against his. “Yeah.”
Jake smiled down at his ruined coffee cup.
“Still not over the fact I tripped in front of like thirty people though,” he muttered, and you snorted so loud the row in front of you turned around.
At least now, everyone knew—Jake Sim might’ve been a quiet loser to the rest of the campus, but to you?
He was everything.
Who is your favourite companion?
Tumblr media
TOURNAMENT MASTERPOST
Propaganda
Clara Oswald
No one is doing it like Clara Oswald. She’s bisexual, she’s a control freak, she’s made out with Jane Austen, she was the Doctor (and she was good at it). She looks like the normal one any time she’s standing next to twelve, but when you see her interact with humans on her own you realize how bad she is at acting like a normal person. Steven Moffat once said she’s what the Doctor would be like if they were a 20 something human woman stuck on earth. She is such an incredible enigma of compassion and bravery and ego. If she doesn’t make it to at least the top five then what are we even doing here. (@tardis-technician )
Jamie McCrimmon
He's the longest running companion (113 episodes!), the original companion with romantic tension with the Doctor, loyal as can be, on the same footing with the doctor despite being an 18th century highlander, he wears a kilt in space, and he was so devoted to the Doctor that he had to be forced away and have his memory erased, and the Doctor had to be grounded, for his run to end. Also really just watch a video of them they're so gay
What can I even say. It's Jamie Mccrimmon. He never would have chosen to leave the doctor, he's the doctor's most loyal companion. He's so Scottish and I love it! Always wears his kilt, gets excited when he hears bagpipe music and sees the Scottish Highlands on the Tardis screen, speaks Gàidhlig, what's not to love. (@gothicacetheatrekid )
Jamie is the longest running companion in all of Doctor Who. He is arguably the doctor’s first best friend and has been haunting the narrative ever since his departure in 1969 (even in 2024 “Boom” he is referenced!! The 10th doctor uses his name in s2e2, and the doctor-turned-master in s13 plays the skyeboat song, which only became a huge part of Doctor who because of Jamie, who was a Jacobite! Several classic doctors meet/reference Jamie in tv and extended universe media, and if you’re an I, TARDIS fan you’ll find Jamie’s entry is the only one where it’s explicitly referenced that Doctor - and the TARDIS! - loved him). He is a very complex character, who might be dismissed but is much more intelligent than he is given credit for. He’s brave and kind. He has a huge fan theory that gained enough traction to become canon through tv stories and audios - “s6b” - in which he works with the Doctor under time lord supervision. He came into the show at its most crucial watershed, the first regeneration, and impacted so much of what we consider core to doctor who today through his friendship with the second doctor. He’s a companion from the past who is quick to learn and adapt, and was the first companion who wanted to join the tardis AND never wanted to leave, until he was forcibly removed. Jamie was with the doctor for pretty much his whole second body, and Doctor who would not be what it is today without Jamie.
I've finally figured out an argument that convinces coding tech-bros that AI art is bad.
Got into a discussion today (actually a discussion, we were both very reasonable and calm even through I felt like committing violence) with a tech-bro-coded lady who claimed that people use AI in coding all the time so she didn't see why it mattered if people used AI in art.
Obviously I repressed the surge of violence because that would accomplish nothing. Plus, this lady is very articulate, the type who makes claims and you sit there thinking no that's wrong it must be but she said it so well you're kind of just waffling going but, no, wait-- so I knew I had to get this right if I was gonna come out of this unscathed.
The usual arguments about it being about the soul of it and creation fell flat, in fact she was adamant that anyone who believed that was in fact looking down at coding as an art form as she insisted it is. Which, sure, you can totally express yourself through coding. There's a lot more nuance as to the differences but clearly I was not going to win this one.
The other people I was with (literally 8 people anti-ai against her, but you can't change the mind of someone who doesn't want to listen and she just kept accusing us of devaluing coding as an art) took over for I kid you not 15 minutes while I tried desperately to come up with a clear and articulate way to explain the difference to her. They tried so many reasonable arguments, coding being for a function ("what, art doesn't serve a function?") coding being many discrete building blocks that you put together differently, and the AI simply provides the blocks and you put it together yourself ("isn't that what prompt building is") that it's bad for the environment ("but not if it's used for capitalism, hm?" "Yeah literally that's how capitalism works it doesn't care about the environment" she didn't like that response)
But I finally got it.
And the answer is: It's not about what you do, it's about what you claim to be.
Imagine that someone asks an AI to write a code and, by some miracle, it works perfectly without them having to tweak it---which is great because they couldn't tell you what a single solitary thing in that code means.
Now imagine this person, with their code that they don't know how it works, goes and applies to be a coder somewhere, presenting this AI code as proof that they're qualified.
Should they be hired?
She was horrified, of course. Of course they shouldn't be. They're not qualified. They can't actually code, and even if by some miracle they did have an AI successfully write a flawless code for every issue they came across that wouldn't be their code, you could hire any shmuck on the street to do that, no reason to pay someone like they're creating something.
When actual engineers use AI what they do is get some kind of base, which they then go though and check for problems and then if they find any they fix them, and add on to the base code with their own knowledge instead of just trying different prompt after prompt until they randomly come across one that works.
People who generate code like this don't usually call themselves engineers. They're people who needed a bit of code and didn't have the knowledge to generate it, and so used a resource.
And there you go. There are people who have none of the skills of artists, they don't practice, they don't create for themselves. When they feed the prompt to the AI they then don't just use the resulting image as a reference point for their own personal masterpiece, and if they don't like it they don't have the skills to change it---they simply try another prompt, and do that until they get something they like.
These people are calling themselves artists.
Not only that, these people are bringing the AI generated thing to interviews, and they are getting hired, leaving people who slave over their craft out of the job.
And that is the difference, for the tech bros who think AI art isn't a big deal.
