Choose a transformation to permanently alter your body and remove your humanity.

1: get infected with lycanthrope (being bitten is the easiest way, but the curse can also be passed on through blood transfusions, or other bodily fluids). You'll be able to turn into a wolf any night when the moon shines, and you'll be compelled to when the moon is full. The other werewolves are likely to accept you into their community under most circumstances.

2: enter a local ufo to be turned into a cyborg. The visitors are dying to find a human who'll let you do this to them, and you might just be the one. Parts of your body will be replaced with strange and unknowable technology, thousands of years more advanced than what your backwater planet has. Who knows what you'll become, but it certainly won't be human.

3: allow a demon to possess you. While this sounds bad at first, most demons aren't actually sentient beings, but just semi sentient balls emotions. When they possess you it'll still be your mind and personality, just enhanced with the demon's emotions and desires, given its abilities. You'll also probably start looking more like what people consider a demon to look like after awhile, weather that be a body with horns and scales like the classic devil look, or something more animalistic, or even something more eldrich.

4: let the faeries play with you. This is a risky one but they're looking to be entertained by a cute little human to do things to. Who knows what they'll do to you, but we can be quite certain it'll be something very very interesting.

5: permanently psychically bond to a wyvern through the dreaming. For generations humans have done this to become wyvern riders, though rider is an odd term as your minds will be linked, you'll be able to know what it's feeling as well as it's sensations, and possibly even be able to control it directly with enough time, as easily as you'd control your own body. Though the wyvern and dreaming may effect you to, you'll likely become more creative and have more vivid dreams, at the cost of your ability to fit in with much of human society. Your body will also likely become more youthful, slender and androgynous, and may even take on wyvern like traits like slit pupils or sharp teeth.

6: permanently hybridize yourself with an animal of your choice. It's useally done with mammals for compatibility reasons, but it might work with anything. This is a slow process, involving weekly injections of Phlebotinum, and you'll get more and more like the animal you choose over the course of many months. There's no actual end limit to how long you can inject the Phlebotinum for, only a few weeks for some animal features, about a year for a 50/50 split, and if you never stop taking it ever you'll end up just becoming an animal of your choice. Be warned, it's a one way trip, so while you can always become less human, you can never reverse the changes.

7: be melted into a slime. Not much more to say about it. It'll probably be the most alien your physical form can become, as you'll have no solid body parts anymore, just an amorphous mass to move around. Natrual born slimes may be suspicious of you.

8: get bitten by a vampire and become a vampire yourself. You'll get most of the powers, from strength, to healing, to not needing sleep or food, along with the requirements to drink blood, and the weakness to silver and sunlight (you still can go out in the sun, but it won't be a pleasant experience). Your body will also change a lot, losing any sex characteristics, gaining red eyes and completely desaturated skin, and becoming extremely emaciated looking. Your mouth will also be able to shift at will between a humanoid shape, and a massive horrifying maw with huge fangs and strange mouth parts for drinking blood. There's likely a vampiric community around who'll accept you.

9: become a digital only being. You won't just be transforming your body, you'll be getting rid of it. Your entire vision will display what you'd usually see on a computer monitor, and you'll be able to type and move the mouse as easily as you can move your body now. You'll be entirely online without anything human to worry about.

10: become a spiritual being. Like a less online version of the last option. You'll become a spirit, without a body to worry about. You can't touch things, but you can move them psychically. You can also choose who can or can't see you, and how you appear to people.

11: have your entire body replaced by the cloth witches. They're always looking for humans to do this to. Every part of you will be replaced with artificial materials, usually you'll get a metal skeleton, stuffing for filling, and either cloth or plastic for your skin, like a doll of some sort but big and alive. You won't have to worry about a lot of the body things like dying or being tired or in pain, but be warned, you'll have to repair yourself with new material if damaged.

Okay WHO is the Watchmaker????? I am intrigued 👀👀👀👀

The Watchmaker, or Watch, is my self-insert Doctor Who OC who I made up when I was watching season 2 and knew what was coming up with Martha. I'd been reading Doctor Who fics and was disappointed by the lack of Martha appreciation (both in the fics and in the series) and, being me, I went "let's get this girl someone who'll appreciate her!!" and thus the Watchmaker was born!

She's another Time Lord, and most importantly the Doctor's older sister. because I love creating older siblings.

Her story is that she stuck around on Gallifrey while the Doctor was off travelling the universe but would occasionally join him on adventures on the rare occasion he would stop by to visit. Around the time of the Fourth Doctor, on one of these adventures to Earth's history, tragedy struck and it looked like Watch had died in such a way that regeneration wasn't possible so the Doctor, grieving, took off. unbeknownst to him or the TARDIS, Watch had survived but wasn't able to contact him so was stuck living on earth. She made it work and came to love the planet as much as her brother did.

Come the Time War, Gallifrey summoned her back to fight, she escaped shortly before the end of the war, and returned to earth, continuing on her slow life. Then the Christmas Invasion strikes and, by having communications with Harriet Jones, is able to meet up with her newly regenerated little brother again. It is a very joyful reunion. Watch becomes a "companion", though she objects to the term, alongside Rose and eventually Mickey, but she's constantly going off and continuing her life on earth in-between adventures.

come season 3, Watch and the Doctor meet Martha Jones. Watch is absolutely dazzled. she is Martha's biggest fan and defender. She sometimes takes Martha on fun dates adventures for the two of them ONLY, no Doctors allowed. they are love interests ❤ because Martha deserves it.

Basically Watch is me giving Martha the love and romance arc she deserves and also someone to fight the Doctor on her behalf. Also to give the Doctor an older sibling because I think it would be funny to have this all powerful time lord someone to harass him the way only an older sibling can.

Thank you so much! Yeah this is a short one, so I'll do the whole thing.

It's been a while since I wrote this one, but I'm pretty sure that I wrote the first scene or two, and then the last big long scene with Mabel, and then all of the rest to connect the two together. They were, originally, two different stories, and then I realised that they could be the missing pieces for each other.

The title is, of course, in reference to the story of Samson and Delilah, and specifically to cutting Samson's hair taking away his power. Hair and cutting it is a running theme throughout the fic, obviously, so that one's a bit of a gimme. I used 'Delilah' instead of 'Samson' for the title for two reasons, though - obviously, Delilah is a woman's name, and because of the Amanda Palmer song of the same name that lent a line to the fic. Iirc she had said in an interview that the frustrating Delilah the song is sung to, who keeps trusting people who'll only hurt her and walking blithely into situations against her own best interests, is her talking to herself. It all just dovetailed really beautifully together.

The campaign takes them, tonight, through the Haunted Wastes of Aden, once a lush and fruitful valley, now a giant, open grave for the fallen warriors of a recent, vicious, and utterly pointless battle.

It's been a while since I wrote this, so I can't be sure, but knowing myself, I'm guessing this was entirely intentionally to be a nod toward Ford's relationship and recent schism with his twin.

I met a Farrah the first time I dipped my toes in the waters of playing D&D. Life imitates art.

I forget, now, whether this was a prompt or just in an ask about the fic, but this line was sent to me by @angelsarenamederika, I didn't come up with it. This whole scene was built around that line. Past!me also helpfully mentioned that some of the scenes - especially the second-to-last and the last scene - were also inspired by their asks.

Dipper unwinds slightly, though that only means he is drawn tight as a violin string, rather than a bowstring.

I was just particularly proud of this simile.

Well done, my boy, you have a better understanding of the scientific process than many grown adults I’ve known.” Ford clears her throat, trying to remind herself to stay on track, though the way Dipper is beaming at her makes it very difficult to think about anything other than how terrifyingly lucky she is to be here to be able to meet him, and his sister. “You and I, my boy - we’re theories. There’s no way to conclusively, objectively 'prove’ something you can only feel for yourself.” She leans forward just enough to rest what she hopes is a comforting hand on Dipper’s shoulder. “And perhaps someday, you’ll encounter new evidence or a new dilemma that will change everything you understand. But until then, we don’t just stop doing science because we don’t have an absolute, indelible certainty to work from! We don’t stop exploring and creating, we don’t stop growing and changing. We start from what we do know."  Dipper bites his bottom lip, rubs the elbow of one arm with the opposite hand. Ford gives his shoulder a soft squeeze, and says, "And we do amazing things that way.”

Also this! Wow, I'd completely forgotten this was even in there. I'm still really pleased with this one.

This fic went up in 2016, so it would still have been relatively recently that I had come to the conclusion that I was, in fact, some flavour of queer. Clearly I was Working Through Some Things.

I think I took this from an unused storyboard! Or possibly an Alex Hirsch tweet. I don't...remember it having actually made it into the show, but then, I definitely need to do a rewatch.

(Ford will never forget the sight of it, emerging from the trees, caved in on itself from its fall and looking for all the world as though it had stood empty and abandoned these last thirty years.)

I think, in canon and here, that seeing the Shack in the denouement of the finale gave Ford a new appreciation for how Stan preserved it. Just a small part of realising how much Stan had done, how much Stan had cared, how much Stan had mattered, just slightly too late.

Ford and Mabel should get to commiserate about being tricked by Bill into helping him end the world. That is all. And man, I'd forgotten how delightful Mabel is and how much fun she is to write.

This was published in 2016, so...this line was definitely, definitely a little pointed.

The Gravity Falls finale saying 'hey. Your pain also hurts the people you love and who love you, and an important kind thing you can do for them is to also be kind to yourself. You can't punish yourself out of their lives and make those lives better, they're better with you in them' got me crying in the club and I'm still emotional over it nearly a decade later.

The sun is brilliant, blinding, the sky a blue so blue it’s almost black at the very centre. The sea is calm and cold, the occasional little waves hitting just right against the prow and making it echo like a drum. The rigging creaks like old bones overhead. The internet connection is crap.

I just love the juxtaposition of high, poetic, dramatic, descriptive language, and casual vernacular. Tolkien does it particularly well. I am but a humble imitator.

Jon Kent was an average boy. He was born as the first son of Lois Lane and Clark Kent, the latter being the greatest superhero of all time, Superman! However, one tragic day, a father-son day would end in tragedy as it was soon interrupted by a dangerous monster known as Doomsday. Trying to fight back and save his own father from one final blow, Jon was attacked, leading to his father eventually able using his remaining strength to kill Doomsday. Both were hospitalized, but Clark was declared dead just 1 hour after his arrival. Jon survived, but with the cost of the scratch he received from Doomsday that altered his DNA. His eyes became black and green, with the veins under his eyes being bright green. He would eventually discover the he can transform at any will to the self-claimed "almighty" Doomsboy, though he must learn to control his anger, not that Jon has issues with that but there have been moments. Being best friends with M'gann M'orzz (aka Miss Martian), he teams up with her as the two fight crime for justice of Jon's own father.

While still retaining knowledge of Jon's memory, Doomsboy's a slick badass who'll do anything to make sure the bad guys get their punishment. Sometimes, Doomsboy may just be seen out in public just to meet up with fans and take advantage of his own popularity. He's all about cool, unless you get on his bad side that is...the bad side being the unholy rebirth of Doomsday!

You would have to do something really really bad in order for this to happen. This would then lead to him reaching levels of anger beyond his normal experience, which then he would grow bigger, stronger, and even nearly impossible to defeat. Once Doomsday comes out, all hell breaks loose, and there is little to no hope for things to change. This Doomsday as just as destructive, mindless, and hostile as the last one. The only way to put to stop to it all is to calm the brute down, but only one that shows true kindness can do such...

And that's my re-retake on Doomsday! I hated the original design I did during the summer, mainly because it looked boring and also the origin sucked. I don't mind making bad guys "good", but I love Doomsday not just because he's cute (yes I said it shut up), but because he's a bad guy! He destroys things! He roars! He's a monster! And I love that! Neutering him and making him a military weapon was the dumbest thing I could've done to him, so instead I made him into a hulk-like situation. I used Jon Kent because he's technically half Kryptonion, and instead of him being Superboy, I would then do my own version of Doomsboy (who is an obscure version of Doomsday that's considered to be a "hero"), used his personality, and made 3 stages of Jon. The first was his normal self, the second was Doomsboy, and the third and final one being Doomsday.

I really liked the design I did with this one. I wanted him to look way more threatening than the last retake, and I think I did good on that.

A runaway car driven by crooks drove right into the car Polina was in. By the time she awakened, she found herself in Heaven in the appearance she has now. She was shocked. She couldn't believe that she perished in such an awful way. Though she puts on a strong and happy expression, often she wonders of the fate of her rival. She hopes that one day she'll be able to meet her again.

Sensing the danger, he warned the kids to run while he ran the other way to lure the gang of racists away from the area. They would eventually catch him and beat him to death. The police would arrive too late to stop the assault's damage, but the young man didn't die angry nor bitter. Rather, he passed on in peace, happy to know that no innocent people got hurt in the process. Now he helps out around heaven in any way he can, continuing his work from when he was alive.

C.M. Top 10: Powerful &/or Dangerous Items

There are many items I keep stored in times like this. Some that do good, but others that're too dangerous if in the wrong hands. So this ten features the most powerful & dangerous items known to man. & those you don't know what is or what it does, I'll gladly have them explained why.

1. AVP/Aliens - Xenomorph Royal Jelly

Royal Jelly is a unique & rare substance to find anywhere in any galaxy. Only way to find some is on the Xenos' homeworld of Xenomorph Prime or if some idiot &/or mad scientist happens to just stumble upon it somewhere.

But be careful what's dangerous about this stuff is that it has metamorphosis properties that effect only Xenomorphs. Because once a lower class Xenomorph gets their jaws on this stuff or eats enough of it, their body & system go through changes. & once fully morphed that particular Xeno who ate it will turn into a Hive Queen.

But just know other Xenomorphs during the Xeno-Anarchist have fought & killed each other over this stuff ever since their last Queen Mother died. & last I heard it was an enemy Red Xenomorph that ate the stuff to become a Red Queen Mother. So that's how important this ooze is to them, cuz they'll do anything to fill the powergap between the hives. & so far only two colored Xenos have waged war on each other over it.

2. The Dragon Prince - Sunforge Blade

Sunforge Elves are the finest blade makers in all the magik kingdoms of Xadia. But these are no mere knives no, these weapons are made in fires one could never imagine. In fact the blade still remains extremely hot to the touch as soon as it's forging is finished.

Its said to be so hot that it can even burn through walls in one slice. Even the thickest armor or strongest sword doesn't stand a chance to it's burning edges.

& to keep the owner from being burned by their own blade, a special satchel is made to hold it's temperature in check.

So remember kids don't play with hot knives.

3. SDBH - Dark Dragon Balls

Made by Dende against his own free will. Towa saw to it that a special set of Dragon Balls were made by her specifications. Thus the Dark Dragon Balls were born...

However these are no mere wishing orbs. When used they awaken an evil dragon named Dark Shenron who'll grant any evil desire that person wants, through evil content.

Once a wish is made, all seven spread across time & space until they're reunited again. However if so they'll form into the demonic Shadow Dragons of Shenron.

But if they don't the orbs will chose an evil host to attach itself to. Until a warrior is strong enough to take it from them by force. But fair warning, once a being is merged with a Dark Dragon Ball, their power skyrockets into something not seen before.

So be careful what you wish for...

4. Kaijudo/Duel Masters - Choten Armor & the Five Relics

With all five of these relics, the Choten was able to control all five Creature Monarchs in one summon. The Sword of Fiery Cataclysm, the Cloak of Dark Illusion, the Shield of Unity, the Helm of Ultimate Technology & the Heart of Light. When all five are used together, not just creature gods will be controlled. But all creatures of the Veil will be under your command.

But it's the main reason they're too dangerous to leave about. Which was why they were stored away for safe keeping.

5. Transformers Prime - the Dark Star Saber

The Dark Saber is one of Megatron's greatest creations. Though it has not yet slain a Prime, it's still the most powerful weapon he's ever created from Dark Energon.

Like Optimus' Star Saber it can slice through anything, even a mountain. It can even send a powerful slice wave through the air, making it feel like you've been hit by a cutting shockwave.

Though after Starscream's defeat after using the Dark Star Saber, the Autobots smartly locked it away. Where nobody will ever get it. Probably for the best it remains locked away.

6. DC Universe - Blue Lantern Power Battery

Now the reason this little baby is on the list. Is because this Blue Power Battery has enough juice to power up not just Blue Lanterns. But can also full-power a Green Lantern's ring power tenfold!

The blue charge is so powerful it makes a Green Lantern feel like a new man.

Reasons why the Green & Blue Lantern Corps have been allies. & due to the two colors' relationship with each other. That Blue Element energy can surge a Green one's power full blast & can make it's user feel unstoppable.

7. Star Wars - Darksaber

Now this saber has alot of history. & tons of previous owners who just either lost it in battle or just managed to pass it down to someone else. But this saber can only be earned by one-on-one combat only.

& only the strongest shall wield it! Darth Maul was one of the previous owners. Though he was not Mandalorian, he still used it like he was made for it. However this weapon has even lost previous owners over the years.

Most even rumored that those who held it always ended up dead. Which is why not many Mandalorians went looking for it.

& hopefully Mando doesn't end up the same fate & curse...

8. Dofus: Kerub's Bazaar - Ecaflip's Sword of Nine Tails

As weird as this weapon is Ecaflip's Sword of Nine Tails is a powerful weapon. This very sword is what even brought him into godhood.

By sacrificing his nine tails except the one attached to him to this day. He used that very sword to cut the multiple heads of the 9 Headed Hydra during battle. Thus making him a hero to all.

Reasons why this sword is dangerous is because it can literally slice through anything. & it can withstand the burning fires of hell. Which was perfectly made for the battle against the Hydra.

In other words Ecaflip made one hell of a sword!

9. Batman vs. TMNT - Joker Mutagen

What makes this worse than all the other items is that this particular mutagen is a cocktail mixture between the T.G.R.I. mutagen & the A.C.E. chemicals Joker uses to make his infamous Joker Gas. One injection of this vile ooze & you mutate into the last thing you touch, only with a psychotic aftereffect to go with it.

Luckily this stuff was destroyed before it could reach Gotham & mutate it's people into mad mutations.

10. Marvel Universe/Death Battle - the Continuity Stone

For those who don't know about the Continuity Stone, or Canon Stone as most people call it. Was a lost Infinity Stone made the same way as the other 6...well 7 counting this one. Anyway the Continuity Stone has the power to literally rewrite any form of reality it's user, namely Deadpool wants it to be. But what's really dangerous about this stone is that it warps Wade's mind most worst than it already is.

That & he gets carried away sometimes with the reality jacking so best it stays locked up.

IT WON’T LAST FOREVER 2 Good morning to those of you, who might be interested in what I have to say it.  In case you're unaware, today's the first day of winter.  Wow, it's time for the scheduled visit of a bearded gentleman in a red suit, falling temperatures, and the constant possibility of white stuff falling from the sky and covering the ground on which we trek.  Wow, I guess I should check on the status of my sleigh and my reindeer who'll haul it?  It's now time check your supply of wood that you will use in your fireplace to keep you and yours warm and cozy as you watch the Super Bowl or entertain guests.  I would hope that your windows are properly sealed, and your heating apparatus is in a good state of repair.   On a positive note, winter only lasts for four months.  Upon its exit, trees begin to bloom; the sun begins to appear longer to light up our lives,  the baseball season starts,  you begin to use your barbeque, an invitation to your outdoor cookery would be appreciated.  I'm willing to travel a reasonable amount to bite into a well-cooked burger, sausage or frankfurter.   I know that some of you don't appreciate the tone of my questions.   Beginning today, I'll make every effort to keep them non-political.   1.  What's your favorite topping for a slice of pizza? 2.  Are you a lefty or righty? 3.  Do you prefer plain M & Ms or those with Peanut Butter? 4.  Are you planning to win your State Lottery, anytime soon? 5.  Are you able to put one foot after another?
