I think there is something to be said about friendships based on annoying one another. I love you so much, I want to see you mad. I find your annoyance and anger enjoyable, I find it endearing, I see it as a sign that you care. You poke me to the point of anger. I want you to see my anger as a source of enjoyment and not a source of upset. We tease and poke and prod and annoy because we know that neither of us mean it, that it's out of sweetness, we wouldn't actually hurt each other, I would never mean to.
