love how every piece of "transmasc [character]" art on this website has massive stylized top surgery scars. really makes me feel great about how i dont want top surgery. :)

#i know transphobes call gender-affirming surgery ''mutilation'' so i don't ever want to say that #but the fact is that's what it would feel like to me #and the fact that transmasc = top surgery scars to a very large portion of this website just .... makes me sad idk #i don't like feeling like i don't count unless i remove a part of my body that does me no harm #and in fact is quite enjoyable under certain circumstances #guess this is just the nonbinary experience huh. :/#i wish there was more rep for trans people who like their bodies exactly the way they are. but are still trans.#coming to terms with that is a journey of its own
