Ok I thought about this and somehow went down a mental rabbit hole about how weirdly scary it is that we can only see a fraction of the colors that must exist out there and how some insects can see ultraviolet light but as for actual "ick" I'd just say all neon colors lol. Eyestrain colors have bad vibes.

I wouldn't say I NORMALLY believe in any mythical creatures at all, but if I'm sleep deprived literally anything could happen. I hate that my brain doesn't convince me that dragons exist when I'm tired, that would be great. Usually it's just random sounds that didn't actually occur.
