Another commission from @scarvenartist: Talfrin I, one-time King of Corege, beloved father of Elystan, beloathed husband of Bethira, inveterate political schemer, major contender for the top spot among the Problematic Dad™ OCs.

Perhaps this is the portrait from the Cobalt Room that got taken down and replaced with Delclis? Whatever the case, this is an official portrait, meant to be publicly distributed, and an image which would be immediately recognizable to his subjects.
